I bought this product online from Nykaa(https://www.nykaa.com/) and I am facing size issues, item doesn't fit. This item doesn't show up as non-returnable, it says :"Guaranteed replacements/refunds available for any unused/sealed products within 5 business days of delivery."
When I tried to return it, the customer services executive(Pritam R) on chat said they won't accept the return because of the pandemic, then why didn't they mention it as non-returnable. They are ignoring my queries. Worst customer service. This is a new way of doing fraud. Not even providing refund. I am now left with a useless product.

Please help. I have attached screen shots of the chat with the customer service. My complaint is also about the customet service agent whom I had the chat with. This is not the way to deal with the customers.

    My prepaid half order means only 1 item out of 3 is received. 2 items are not delivered.

    Order on dtd 25/07/02020 nykaa order #nyk[protected] at pune warje, pin 411058 not delivered.
    Pls take action immediately in getting my prepaid delivery.

      Where is my refund till now... It's been more than a month but i haven't received till now. Even i didn't cancel the order the delivery man cancelled himself and wrote that the customer denied to receive the parcel and half parcel was delivered some other day n the other half was returned. Hopefully i didn't complain about that delivery man so irresponsible. You should have a look about the delivery people ridiculous... Didn't expect this from nykaa, very much dissapointed. Plss fixed my problem as soon as possible. Order no.- nyk[protected].. Plss check and let me know soon.

        Product is not delivering issue

        As i have ordered products from nykaa on 27th july 2020 monday, and it was prepaid. Since last 3 days i am getting notifications from your nykaa that my order is out for delivery but due to some issue it is getting failed, i am not able to understand that i have mentioned my correct address and contact number secondly i am not getting any call from the concern delivery person so how they are mentioning that i was not available.           Received wrong product

          I have placed a order on nykaa.com. It consisted of two items.
          But i have received another product, which i have never ordered through out my history.

          I package was delivered on 20th july evening

          I have written mails and raised request to nykaa support on the next day. But have not received any kind o[censored]pdates.
          On1st august i received a mail saying, on investigation there is no issue with delivery...

          My order NYK[protected] has been cancelled. I have ordered 12 items from the nykaa hot pink sale and two of the items came on time and they didn't have any issue with delivering my order. today 10 of the remaining items need to get delivered but they are saying that my address was incorrect so they have returned my order back to the warehouse. if the address was incorrect then how come the 2 products came on time? and now when the sale has ended they have cancelled my order and told me to place a fresh order. So I've just wasted my time by ordering 10 items from a nykaa hot sale? instead i've shopped from any other platform. I want my items at the sale price only. my address wasn't invalid your delivering services are. please take action soon. I want my order soon. Again sent it from warehouse to my address.

            I bought a glamglow product during their Nykaa pink sale recently. I paid full prove for the product worth ₹4500. I got 2 freebies. I understand if they gave me freebies which are expiring soon but they gave me the ₹4500 product that was manufactured in 2018. Given the pandemic, they won’t accept return. Even without the pandemic, their customer service isn’t the best. I had similar experience last year, I had a loss of 2-3k. Just beware of the online sales.

              I had ordered few things 10 to 15 days back. I got them all except one item. The status of that particular item has been "waiting for seller to confirm" since then. Despite reaching out to them automated reply said they will get in touch but they haven't and it has been days now!!! Terrible. Mine is a prepaid order nyk[protected].

              Can't trust any of them nowadays. At least person should be informed of the delay.

                I am writing to you to raise an issue about: beauty & personal care

                The issue that i have experienced was: hello. I had ordered two qtys of maybelline new york the colossal mascara waterproof - 001 waterproof black on[protected]. On[protected] i got the parcel but there were only one maybelline new york the colossal mascara waterproof - 001 waterproof black instead of two. I have mailed regarding this several times. But still no response. Really fed up

                  I ordered 6 items in total and made online payment. There were 2 shipments with 3 items each. First day i got delivered one box but when i opened this there are only 2 items with with the bill of 3. I raised a immediate complaint for that. Next day again i raised complaint with pictures. I called thd customer care they told me that will resolve within 24-48 hrs. Again i sent the images that they asked for. I raised complaint several times. Then again next day i called customer care again they told me 24-48 hrs but nothing happen still now. The product amount was 508 that i already pain but they are not taking any kind of actions for this. Please i am requesting you to look after this kind of irresponsibility and fraud. I want my money back.

                    Myself rajesh majumder, i ordered 5 items and 1 items was free on hot pink offer from nykaa. I paid rs-1160/-through my debit card on 26th july. As soon as the money got deducted, and i checked my order but i see my order was not placed. Even i have no received any message from nykaa. My money has been deducted. And nothing shows up in my orders in naykaa.com. Which means no order placed.
                    Kindly fix the issue or refund the amount rs-1160/-as early as possible.

                        Hello,
                        I have ordered 7 products from nykaa and which was supposed to reach on next 3 days. After the product got delivered i was able to find only 6 products out of which one was missing so immediately i called to nykaa customer care and informed the same. Its been more than 17 days since i informed but still not they didn't respond me and they just making me to wait and delaying. The supervisor who spoke to me was very rude in behaviour and i want nykaa head to take immediate action and i need the refund.

                          I received a fake call from a person who claims that he is from nyka and he was saying that i won the scorpio/12 lakh cash from the lucky draw of nyka.
                          So to claim i’ve to give my account details and also i’ve to pay 6000 rupees for the registration after that i’ll get the car or cash.. And he was saying that the office of nykaa is in sakshi market jharkhand, jamshedpur.
                          I expect from nykaa to investigate into this fake calls and i want to know how someone got my number, address identity and also he knew the products which i ordered from nykaa.

                            The delivery person says its too far from the location he is in so he want me to cancel the order which is unacceptable when i denied him, after a while i received a message mentioned that my pin code is mismatched and i gave a wrong pin code. Its a very miserable experience from nykaa because even the customer service operator is not being of any help.

                              I am regret to inform you that I am disappointed by the service provided regarding my prepaid items which i ordered on 8th july was not delivered to me. However, its showing that its been delivered on 8th july itself to a mumbai address.
