I ordered the cream on may23, 2020 and i got the product which was mfg in 2018 and with next month expiry. The product got delivered on 28 i raised the complaint on same day but didn’t get any response so called them on may 31and provided al the asked details since then i didn’t hear from them anything it’s been more than 20 days i didn’t get the refund and every time i call customer care they don’t respond properly and repeat only one line ok mam today will proceed. Also the product says cost 1123 and they charged 1250 from me and the order status is still not delivered in app. I need my refund

      I had placed an order on 20 may 2020.
      I received my order in two deliveries.
      The first one was as per my order place.
      In the second delivery however they # up. I had placed an order for two clothing products. One items was as per order however they were sent me a wrong sized item and that too in two quantities!!
      I immediately raised a concern with the nykaa online support saying the status of the order says shipped hence i am not getting the option to return the product and claim a refund. The customer support after an hour's wait gives me a response to be patient during this pandemic situation.
      Next day i got an email saying they want the pictures of the product wrongly sent. There was delay in checking the mail and i got a reply saying they are closing the case as there was no response (Such a hurry to close a case yet they expect you to be understanding under the excuse of covid situation)!! I however still replied and provided them all the details. After getting a reply saying they'll look into this matter, these people have disappeared. There has been no communication from their side. I have been chasing them for more than two weeks now for a return and refund of amount 879 for mistake that is from their side.
      The order status still shows shipped status.
      This is a sheer harrasment from nykaa and that too for their carelessness!

        In reference to order # nyk[protected] which my wife have placed from nykaa, she regulary uses nykaa for shopping but this time we have come across a different experience in which we noticed that some of the items were missing from the delivery package.

        1. Olay natural white 7 in one nourishing night repair cream: 3 ordered, 1 received
        2. Nykaa skinshield anti-pollution matte foundation - pretty porcelain 01 3 ordered, 2 received
        3. Wow skin science kids cool-the-rays sunscreen cream - spf 30+ pa+ 1 ordered, missing
        I have shared the feedback also on nykaa website and was cooperation from their end but looks like they don't bother about customer issues anymore.

        I have followed up several times but there is no response.

            I had ordered from nykaa on 21 march 2020 i was inform that my ordered had been shipped after 5 or 6 days from india post-mr/da/west-1615 but i can't trace my consignment number in my courier website. Which was written not available. But still i didn't get any info about my order... Today is 4 june 2020. Please help

              Hello,
              I had ordered philips trimmer on 12th may, with order no[protected]. Dispatched on 12th may only
              It had reached ghaziabad (Mohan nagar) hub on 17th may, with delhivery courier service to deliver the shipment. I patiently waited till 19th may and called nykaa only on 20th may to know the reason of delay.
              My area comes in orange zone and the delivery hub is 2-3kms away from the delivery area. I can understand the lockdown effects but can’t expect product to come out of red zone (Thane) in 5days and not get delivered in 6days. (Sahibabad)
              I had a verbal communication with mr satish (Nykaa ticket number [protected]) who promised to look into the matter and gave 48hours for delivery. It’s been
              10 days and i fail to understand, no one is giving a genuine reason. I even raised complaint with the courier services too but they too can’t find the product.

                I had ordered for mama earth castor oil which was not delivered to me but the courier guy updated the status as delivered, when followed up with nykaa they said that the pod shows a signature, however that is not my sign nor the product was received by anyone on my behalf. I had mailed the greivance officer and the support team but no one seems to be bothered to resolve.

                  I received my package about 30 mins ago, i ordered two foundations maybelline fitme tube and the seal was broken and it looked like it was used or leaked but it wasn’t leaked in the delivery box.
                  The seal was broken and the item was almost empty

                    I'm placed order in nykaa 1003/- they suddenly cancelled few items so i cancelled through entire order but they refund my few money. Now they didn't give me remain 712/-. Please help me sir, they said they need bank pdf format but in this situation how can i get them. Please help me you teach them a lesson. I have a screenshot of all of about order.                       They receive money but don't return. All thief's. I request all customers not to purchase from this app. Better this app should be closed. Not at all helpful customer service. They eat customers money.

                        I ordered product for 1400 and they cancelled it on their own and initiated the refund. It’s been 10 days i have not got any refund yet and my bank has confirmed that it’s a fault from nykaa. I want my money back. I shared my bank statement also with them but no reply.

                        I wrote on twitter and emailed no replies were given. Even after called on customer support they are not agreeing on transfer the call to supervisor.

                        First i never told them to cancel my product and then they are calling me back that i can re order the product and pay money what the # is wrong with nykaa my previous money didn’t got back and they are telling me to order wht the hell give me my money back simple

                          I have rewards points in my account when i see today got shocked that rewards points are removed without alert or there is no expiry date written on points
                          !

                          I see in this lockdown period many companies are providing compensation for the inconveniences caused and some are providing free shipping for orders but delivered only when lockdown period is over!

                          So this is india's no.1 fraud company that removes costumer money which are rewards points form without any alert & charges rs. 50/- per order below rs. 500/- as shipping charges - fraud company!

                          As i told this is fraud company cheating costumers since it's start in the name of reward points, so costumer have to place an order of rs. 500/- to remove shipping charges, if order placed below rs. 500/- then rs. 50/- worth reward points go waste, what a cheater trick applied by this company!

                          Immediately ban this company & compensate me with rs. 10, 000/- for the inconvenience caused in this matter!

                          I suggest you all indians don't place your orders on www.Nykaa.com - fraud company!

                            A transaction was made on 27th of feb to nykaa.com for ₹2392 from paytm payments bank through the platform of google pay which was debited from my a/c but wasn’t reflecting on nykaa page.
                            On 28th feb i received an email from nykaa stating they have refunded the money today. I waited for a week but till date (22nd march) i haven’t received the refund. I have spoken to the bank and asked them to check for the refund they clearly said no transaction is made by nykaa. I shared my bank statement & my repetitive follow up emails with them but nykaa has not been providing a solution. Upon asking a proof of the transaction they have none.

                            Please look into the matter.

                              As i had order 9 items from nyka, and the delivery happened yesterday night. But when i saw my orders it was only 4 out of 9, soon after i raised complain too. Den nyka said they need 24 hrs for investigating the secne.
                              And today i got answer saying that they can't help me out as they had send the correct items only.
                              But for me my money is important.
                              And how they can think that i am fooling them.
                              Firstly they first aim should be customer satisfaction not just saying that it's not their faults.
                              Plz help me out in this scenario.

                                Placed an order on nykaa on 9/03/2020
                                (Order #[protected] and i was about to recieve the package on 13/03/20 but on 16 the status of the order from out for delivery turned to - receiver rufused delivery!! Although i did not even receive one! I have called customer care twice but they keep, on saying u'll receive ur package tomorrow! I get the same reply each day!! I think m never going to order from here again!!

                                  I ordered maybelline fit me translucent powder of shade 15 and 20 and eyeliner also from maybelline of cost 1290rs.. But recieved fiama shampoo, dove roll on, nyka lip balm of cost 300rs overall.. And the courier boy din give products at doorstep he gave it to watchman and went.. When i raised request for the same these people told to share products i recieved and invoice of that.. I shared everything but after two days also it was in pending state so called them and asked they said we will escalate the same and it will resolved under priority.. But no change.. So started calling everyday still the same response but no further process.. And mailed them for the same again the same.. Now they rejected my request..
                                  Such a hopeless sight.. Hopeless customer support.. These guys thought we have so much money so spending on this useless sight simply.. Now m not getting what to do seriously.. But i want my money back at any cost.. I don’t want to leave my money to these frauds..

                                    This complaint is regarding nykaa bareilly, up store.
                                    Have purchased a kajal, but that kajal after applying was geeting tears and is very uneeasy to use on eyes. Normally i gave my feedback for the product, their satff said u can change i[censored] want, i asked is it okay to change cosmetic becuase many cosmetic companies don't deal with exchange, she said no u can change as that product is not suiting.
                                    I went to change the other day their store manager was soo rude that she did'nt even talked properly, i have thrown that new kajal in dustbin then and their, as money is not important but the behaviors towards customer is important.
                                    I will never going to that store again in my life
                                    Nykaa such a pathetic website for cosmetics . charged me fully took all the money and did not send me products worth rupees 2000 ...its my hard earned money plz chk order number NYK[protected] ...I complaint so many times emailed also and spoke to so many people no result

                                      I have placed order from nykaa on 26th february and now as i check i find that ofd lock has been applied on the product though i have not received it. Ecomexpress is supposed to be my delivary partner. This experience with nykaa was so disappointing. I wish it would resolve soon. I have tried contacting via the awb no. But all in vain. They will just not connect.
                                      I had placed an order in Nykaa for cosmetics on 28th of Jan 2022, it has been more than s month now, no delivery attempt was made, OFD lock has been applied by Nykaa, repeated calls to customer care, writing to help desk support have all been in vain. If I call Nykaa they say they have informed the necessary details to ecom express, if I call ecom express they say unless OFD lock is removed by Nykaa they can neither deliver mor return the products to warehouse. I have repeatedly pleaded to either deliver my product or refund in vain as both are not happening, ...

                                        In this order i had ordered 24 items
                                        Maybelline new york color show intense crayon and faces canada. 19 products i have received. 5 are not received of
                                        Maybelline new york color show intense crayon. I thought it is there so i didn't check also as i am staying outside country. Yesterday i opened and got to know 5 are not there. My bad luck i have thrown that box also as it is difficult to carry with box in flight. I trusted nykaa. 5 crayons are missing which is rs.2000 in total.
                                        Please take this request and check from your end also.
