I placed order on 15June but I didn't get the package they show me that they delivered the product but I didn't get the package and its paid whenever I call in customer care they told me to wait why are they so irresponsible I just want my money or package

    I placed my order on may 30th and i didn't receive my package til date. It's almost been a month now. I am calling their customer support daily and no one is giving me a solution. I do not want the products anymore and i request a refund. They are not doing that also. They want me to wait forever even if it takes another year. I am really worried about my money and i do not want the package anymore.

      I ordered o3+ kit from nykaa..i didn't get at my address that I mentioned...delivery boy behaving so bad with me...and tolde go to the delivery centre and pick your product from there

        Dear sir / madam,

        With reference to above mentioned subject i have placed order of lakme lip love lip care for insta pink colour but when received my parcel received white colour.

        Wrong product received white instead of pink colour.

        And it is a ridiculous system not applying return also.

        Request you too either change the product otherwise my money will be refunded.

          I had placed an order for 4 items on 19th june, 2020 and the order was prepaid through paytm. It's been 5 days and i didn't received any communication regarding dispatch or estimated delivery time. Only thing i see when i open order details is "preparing to pack". When i messaged my query through nykaa chat option, there also i didn't got any specific answer. Only saved templates are being send by customer care. Please provide the delivery date that when will i receive my order?

            This particular order - order # nyk[protected] was placed on 14th may 2020 and today is 24th june 2020 ans still not delivered. I have called your customer care at least 50 times to know the status as it has not been delivered yet. They are literally useless and not getting me connected to senior people as well.

            Only a partial order was delivered. The other consignment of the same order of price - rs. 782 has not yet been delivered.

            I am tired of your customer care and service your offer. I don't want the products. I want to cancel this particular consignment and i want my money back. It is not fair to expect me wait for 40 days or even 2, 3 months to get the products. Just cancel it and give my money back.

            I have been trying all means to get connected. But no response.

                You should be ashamed of yourself working in this industry.. All your help centre and contact centre employees should ashamed of themselves working for nykaa. You people have been fooling me for the last few days.. I have been waiting for my item to get delivered for ages. If you are promising something, you are accountable to keep it.. If cant, restrain yourself from doing that.. Plz, others, i request don't go for nykaa.. U will be trapped

                    I had ordered a product on their website and received it on 25th may, 2020. However the product was much different than expected and did not fit me well.
                    When i tried to return it the very next day, withing the time frame of 5 days, i was informed that it would be not possible due to the pandemic.
                    However this was not mentioned anywhere in the product page where it says easy return applicable when i purchased the product.
                    Most online shopping portals have extended their return window to accommodate their customers. However nykaa isn't bothered to resolve my issue.
                    Now i am stuck with an expensive product that is of no use to me. I was misled by the description in the product page which clearly mentioned easy returns.

                      I have been facing issues with my recent order from nykka. I wanted to cancel my order but on reaching out to nykka customer service they suggested that i can refuse the delivery and the order would be returned and i would get a refund. But on 5th june the delivery guy has delivered the products below my building, also on 7th june the delivery guy has repeated the same thing.. Dropping the parcels wide open below the building even without informing me, i discovered the package post 1day in opened state.. May i know who would have been responsible if items were stolen from there.
                      On reaching out to customer service and their supervisor on this reporting the whole incident a number of times, they are unresponsive and unsupportive. Kindly check all the call recordings, where i have expressed all my concerns
                      1. Cancellation of wrong products - then suggested by customer care to place correct shade of order and refuse the parcel of wrong shades at time of delivery and that would be returned

                      2. Reporting bad service by delivery guy - delivery guy puts the package wide open below my building without contacting me, may i know then why otp system was there in your policy? Customer and delivery person can confirm delivery through otp right???

                      3. Return of wrong products - despite connecting with customer care number of times i am not getting any resolution, they are dening return, they are dening any fault by their customer care's guidance on polices or their delivery executive

                      4. The items were never delivered to me in person or atleast informed me about the package

                      I have all the call recordings that i have spoken with customer service.

                      Finally i will settle with 'the return all the products of nyk-[protected] and want the refund amount back in the source of payment. All the packaging and bills of the items are intact and sealed' as i wasn't given "the choice" (I. E, my consumer right) to refuse order at delivery time.

                        I ordered a crem from nykaa. I paid for it through PAYTM but the order wasn't confirmed but the money transfer was done when I called the customer care they did not respond so what do I do i dont know either nykaa gives me the product which is lotus professional phyto-rx Renewal anti ageing night crem 50gm or i want my money ₹686
                        And if i dont get the solution to it then what does your team do sit and take money and scam people

                          I ordered the cream on may23, 2020 and i got the product which was mfg in 2018 and with next month expiry. The product got delivered on 28 i raised the complaint on same day but didn’t get any response so called them on may 31and provided al the asked details since then i didn’t hear from them anything it’s been more than 20 days i didn’t get the refund and every time i call customer care they don’t respond properly and repeat only one line ok mam today will proceed. Also the product says cost 1123 and they charged 1250 from me and the order status is still not delivered in app. I need my refund

                              I had placed an order on 20 may 2020.
                              I received my order in two deliveries.
                              The first one was as per my order place.
                              In the second delivery however they # up. I had placed an order for two clothing products. One items was as per order however they were sent me a wrong sized item and that too in two quantities!!
                              I immediately raised a concern with the nykaa online support saying the status of the order says shipped hence i am not getting the option to return the product and claim a refund. The customer support after an hour's wait gives me a response to be patient during this pandemic situation.
                              Next day i got an email saying they want the pictures of the product wrongly sent. There was delay in checking the mail and i got a reply saying they are closing the case as there was no response (Such a hurry to close a case yet they expect you to be understanding under the excuse of covid situation)!! I however still replied and provided them all the details. After getting a reply saying they'll look into this matter, these people have disappeared. There has been no communication from their side. I have been chasing them for more than two weeks now for a return and refund of amount 879 for mistake that is from their side.
                              The order status still shows shipped status.
                              This is a sheer harrasment from nykaa and that too for their carelessness!

                                In reference to order # nyk[protected] which my wife have placed from nykaa, she regulary uses nykaa for shopping but this time we have come across a different experience in which we noticed that some of the items were missing from the delivery package.

                                1. Olay natural white 7 in one nourishing night repair cream: 3 ordered, 1 received
                                2. Nykaa skinshield anti-pollution matte foundation - pretty porcelain 01 3 ordered, 2 received
                                3. Wow skin science kids cool-the-rays sunscreen cream - spf 30+ pa+ 1 ordered, missing
                                I have shared the feedback also on nykaa website and was cooperation from their end but looks like they don't bother about customer issues anymore.

                                I have followed up several times but there is no response.

                                      Hello,
                                      I had ordered philips trimmer on 12th may, with order no[protected]. Dispatched on 12th may only
                                      It had reached ghaziabad (Mohan nagar) hub on 17th may, with delhivery courier service to deliver the shipment. I patiently waited till 19th may and called nykaa only on 20th may to know the reason of delay.
                                      My area comes in orange zone and the delivery hub is 2-3kms away from the delivery area. I can understand the lockdown effects but can’t expect product to come out of red zone (Thane) in 5days and not get delivered in 6days. (Sahibabad)
                                      I had a verbal communication with mr satish (Nykaa ticket number [protected]) who promised to look into the matter and gave 48hours for delivery. It’s been
                                      10 days and i fail to understand, no one is giving a genuine reason. I even raised complaint with the courier services too but they too can’t find the product.

                                        I had ordered for mama earth castor oil which was not delivered to me but the courier guy updated the status as delivered, when followed up with nykaa they said that the pod shows a signature, however that is not my sign nor the product was received by anyone on my behalf. I had mailed the greivance officer and the support team but no one seems to be bothered to resolve.
