I have been facing issues with my recent order from nykka. I wanted to cancel my order but on reaching out to nykka customer service they suggested that i can refuse the delivery and the order would be returned and i would get a refund. But on 5th june the delivery guy has delivered the products below my building, also on 7th june the delivery guy has repeated the same thing.. Dropping the parcels wide open below the building even without informing me, i discovered the package post 1day in opened state.. May i know who would have been responsible if items were stolen from there.
On reaching out to customer service and their supervisor on this reporting the whole incident a number of times, they are unresponsive and unsupportive. Kindly check all the call recordings, where i have expressed all my concerns
1. Cancellation of wrong products - then suggested by customer care to place correct shade of order and refuse the parcel of wrong shades at time of delivery and that would be returned
2. Reporting bad service by delivery guy - delivery guy puts the package wide open below my building without contacting me, may i know then why otp system was there in your policy? Customer and delivery person can confirm delivery through otp right???
3. Return of wrong products - despite connecting with customer care number of times i am not getting any resolution, they are dening return, they are dening any fault by their customer care's guidance on polices or their delivery executive
4. The items were never delivered to me in person or atleast informed me about the package
I have all the call recordings that i have spoken with customer service.
Finally i will settle with 'the return all the products of nyk-[protected] and want the refund amount back in the source of payment. All the packaging and bills of the items are intact and sealed' as i wasn't given "the choice" (I. E, my consumer right) to refuse order at delivery time.
