A transaction was made on 27th of feb to nykaa.com for ₹2392 from paytm payments bank through the platform of google pay which was debited from my a/c but wasn’t reflecting on nykaa page.
On 28th feb i received an email from nykaa stating they have refunded the money today. I waited for a week but till date (22nd march) i haven’t received the refund. I have spoken to the bank and asked them to check for the refund they clearly...

As i had order 9 items from nyka, and the delivery happened yesterday night. But when i saw my orders it was only 4 out of 9, soon after i raised complain too. Den nyka said they need 24 hrs for investigating the secne.
And today i got answer saying that they can't help me out as they had send the correct items only.
But for me my money is important.
And how they can think that i am fooling them.

Placed an order on nykaa on 9/03/2020
(Order #[protected] and i was about to recieve the package on 13/03/20 but on 16 the status of the order from out for delivery turned to - receiver rufused delivery!! Although i did not even receive one! I have called customer care twice but they keep, on saying u'll receive ur package tomorrow! I get the same reply each day!! I think m never going to order from here again!!
Bad experience...

I ordered maybelline fit me translucent powder of shade 15 and 20 and eyeliner also from maybelline of cost 1290rs.. But recieved fiama shampoo, dove roll on, nyka lip balm of cost 300rs overall.. And the courier boy din give products at doorstep he gave it to watchman and went.. When i raised request for the same these people told to share products i recieved and invoice of that.. I shared everything but after two days also it was in pending...

This complaint is regarding nykaa bareilly, up store.
Have purchased a kajal, but that kajal after applying was geeting tears and is very uneeasy to use on eyes. Normally i gave my feedback for the product, their satff said u can change i[censored] want, i asked is it okay to change cosmetic becuase many cosmetic companies don't deal with exchange, she said no u can change as that product is not suiting.

I have placed order from nykaa on 26th february and now as i check i find that ofd lock has been applied on the product though i have not received it. Ecomexpress is supposed to be my delivary partner. This experience with nykaa was so disappointing. I wish it would resolve soon. I have tried contacting via the awb no. But all in vain. They will just not connect....

On 14th feb night i tried placing an order through nykaa website. The site was not working properly. But it got through and i filled up my bank details. Money got deducted from my allahabad bank account but no msg regarding order confirmation. Sms attached for your reference

The behavior of the courier age was rude. At 9:30am i received the msg that my order is out for delivery and the courier agent rang me up at 1:30 pm. I tld him that my delivery address was my office address then i told him dat i wud collect d parcel at my residential address or d next working day. The rude courier agent replied dat he will not deliver the parcel next day. N asked to cum to a particular point which was far away from my residence....

These people fooling customer by providing return option and they declines without a valid reason! They don't have the courtesy even to inform the customer, they are not showing exact image and then declining return. Order # nyk[protected]

If l don't like the product then l should have the freedom and right to return the product immediately!

Why the hell these people eaten up my money??

I wanted a refund on defective items but even after submitting all the pictures + invoice+ brown box with waybill number picture twice. I haven't received my money. Now they are accusing me that I called them on 18th February, around 740am saying I don't want refund as I have used the products. It's been 6 days, the delivery agent didn't delivered my order. I didn't received my order yet. The parcel has already reached in my nearby location on 9th february.
