On 14th feb night i tried placing an order through nykaa website. The site was not working properly. But it got through and i filled up my bank details. Money got deducted from my allahabad bank account but no msg regarding order confirmation. Sms attached for your reference

When i contacted nykaa they said money has not come to us. My bank state ment shows money got credited to nykaa. I requested nykaa to refund the money but they said contact your bank. Till today money has not refunded to me.

In most cases, any money deducted for failed transactions is reversed within 24-48 working hours. We request you to contact your bank, for any further details regarding this transaction.

    The behavior of the courier age was rude. At 9:30am i received the msg that my order is out for delivery and the courier agent rang me up at 1:30 pm. I tld him that my delivery address was my office address then i told him dat i wud collect d parcel at my residential address or d next working day. The rude courier agent replied dat he will not deliver the parcel next day. N asked to cum to a particular point which was far away from my residence. It's my humble request please take action against such behavior we r paying delivery charges n we are nt buying it for free. Very disappointed wid d service of ecom express tinsukia

      These people fooling customer by providing return option and they declines without a valid reason! They don't have the courtesy even to inform the customer, they are not showing exact image and then declining return. Order # nyk[protected]

      If l don't like the product then l should have the freedom and right to return the product immediately!

      Why the hell these people eaten up my money??

      # customer service as well no use, not even floor supervisor a bit useful! Harshit was absolutely cool during the conversation like they don't bother about what customer issue! # customer service, if can't help them why the hell just passing time there?

      I need the useless stuff to get returned and my money back as image is not matching with the stuff

        I wanted a refund on defective items but even after submitting all the pictures + invoice+ brown box with waybill number picture twice. I haven't received my money. Now they are accusing me that I called them on 18th February, around 740am saying I don't want refund as I have used the products. I NEVER called and instead they sent me a mail saying we tried calling you but call went unanswered. I sent snapshot of this email message to NYKAA but the senior supervisor says he will validate in recording if the call happened or not. Unbelievable.
        Highly disappointed. DO NOT USE NYKAA, THEY ARE FRAUDS

          It's been 6 days, the delivery agent didn't delivered my order. I didn't received my order yet. The parcel has already reached in my nearby location on 9th february. The delivery agent is ecom express muvattupuzha (Kerala). They didn't contacted me and i want my order as soon as possible. The payment is already done. So please resolve this matter as soon as possible its a request.
          The service is so bad...the delivery person don't even know the address even though I have given my clear address of my residence ...the delivery person is very rude and the nykaa products sucks...👎👎👎

            I ordered a colorbar lipstick and have only received the box of the lipstick and the free product, the lipstick was missing. I request for a return, they rejected my return request, telling me it was delivered. Then they again initiated a return request from their side which was again rejected. When i called the customer care, they told me that sorry we cannot help you now. Because the request has been rejected to time, what is this? I have paid for the product and haven’t received it. This is so disappointing. And a clear cheating. I want my refund

              I ordered an item on 16th of january 2020 and paid some amount through a gift card. I complained for the initiation of refund and it was initiated on 20th of january. After that i waited for 9 working days to be specific and have been complaining to their support every day since. Issue is not resolved yet. Although the amount is small but highly disappointed with this kind of behavior.

                They have sent me wrong item and clearly denying it they are asking for pictures of the product i received i did that several times still they are telling me that it's not sufficient they are making excuses and harassing me.

                Nyk[protected] is my order number.

                I contacted the customer care several times they were asking for more information. I sent them all the information i had including photos of outer packaging, inner packaging, shipment number, image of the product i received, brand tag, price tag etc. I want them to to initiate a return and refund my money back.

                  This order got returned by itself.. I never. Returned it when i asked customer care, they told to place it once again, i again did it, with order no-[protected], i told delivery boy to give it next day as my office was closed.. But they never called, neither did they once tried. I contacted e com expess the delivery company, then i informed nyka customer care too.. They told me it will get delivered soon, but now i m seeing they made it to return, now when i called again they are saying me to place again. Is this a joke?? Now i wont get discount..

                    I have ordered the hudabeauty faux filter foundation priced at 3302... But the price of the product is more than the marked rate price. Given on the product. I want to return the product but the return is getting rejected again and again by the customer care service and are refusing to approve the return i contacted them so many times asked to connect to the manager but no 1 is up to... As this is a huge amount and a high end brand you can't just ignore.. Plzz see to it that my issue is solved as soon as possible...
                    The shade of lipstick was completely different from what the website has shown. And they have a policy where they don't accept return of skincare products. This is totally misleading to people who trust nykaa and don't go through the trouble of actually double checking the product. The reviews were good, now I think all of those were fake too.

                      I have ordered this and paid the amount at the time of delivery via UPI as the delivery boy was asking for 10 rs extra for COD. So Thorough link I have paid the amount still the delivery boy told he didn't receive any message that the payment done. As I am working in a bank I have checked all the details and told him the amount has paid and Called to ur customer service they simply refuse to take any complain and told to return the package.
                      Instead of paying the Amount I have returned the courier.
                      This is very shameful that after paying also I have returned the product.

                          Hence today 22th january 2020 go deliver some wrong products which is not order by me.                             Even after one month of ordering products on sale from nykaa, the products didn't get delivered to me. I was requesting for redelivery everyday and talked to the customer care 100 times as a makeup artist & wedding season i wanted the products asap. But even after requesting the redelivery so many times, they initiated my refund. The customer care people asked me to reorder but those products were no longer available on sale and was of high prize. One of the customer care guy told me that he will make the less prize for the products i want to order but then again when i agreed he started requesting me to negotiate. Then i talked to their manager but she was rude and didn't took any action on my request. Seriously, this is not expected from nykaa. They cancelled my order, they initiated the refund without my knowledge, they requested me to order again in high prize...
                            This is the worst of online shopping that can happen on sale

                            Nykaa has a return policy. They keep on delaying the reverse pickup and eventually do not take returns. Highly unprofessional. False Claims. Pathetic customer service. They make lame excuses.

                              When i complained about the damaged product and requested for return pick up. The company declined the return without any reason and when called in return on that issue they say its too late for the return..

                              These kind of issues are always happening with this company.

                              The company customer care number is :[protected] and the app that they built takes too much notification space and app is compulsory to place order.

                                duplicate product received from nykaa denying to return the product

                                I have ordered 9 cosmetics product from nykaa website. Out of 9 i have requested 7 products initiated all are branded but i have received duplicate product. I have an issue for authentication of product because they are pasted sticker on their packaging. And also different color and packing of the product.                                 4 items from my order are missing and it's been paid for. The stupid team is not doing anything about it.
                                it's been more than a week.
                                The customer care keeps telling me 2-3 days more and stuff like that but NOTHING is being done. No replacement nor refund.

                                  I got bronson professional 5 in1 face massagers on 29dec after 1 use its not working. I called nykaa costumer care they are like its not there responsiblity and assured to me send the email and contact number bronson consumer team. But there is no mail or message from there side yet. I want refund of this or replacement.

                                  I read lot of complaints regarding bronson products. I guess your sales team should stop selling there product if they are giving default products to us.

                                  Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
                                  I ordered 2 weeks before n I pay the money through g pay transaction. But the order not delivered. Msg me the transaction was failed. This n not a good service.

                                    Hi, i had purchased a hair straighter from this website and received a very old dusty and opened product. when i wanted it sent back. they did not take responsibility for it. instead washed off their hands giving me the number of the distributor.

                                    Not only are they cheating by not sending brand new products. they are also making sure that you cant return it.

                                      I have ordered one blackhead detector cum remover device and gatsby wax on 17th September 2019. Received the package on 20th September. After unboxing the same, found only Gatsby Wax, theres no Blackhead removal device, got the device brand box with few nozzles and a USB cable. Immediately reported the same via Nykaa app, received one system autogenerated ticket #5346370. They requested me to share brand box images and outer packaging images. Till the date shared the same over 15 times. No one reverted back. This is the most horrible customer support ever I seen in my life, somehow I felt my money is gone. But still raising the issue, and just want to reveal the support section responsibility of this company to general public who is thinking to buy from Nykaa. Dont rush for great deals, alaways do check customer service reviews here before placing order on Nykaa. Nice way they looted me. Its utter disappoiting to see, this year comes to an end, still I haven't received any response since last 23rd September.

                                      This is to inform you that the complaint about missing part was raised on 22/09/2019. Since it was an electronic product, we would like to inform that electronic/personal care appliances are covered under manufacturer warranty and therefore is not eligible for returns or replacements by Nykaa. However, in the case of a damaged/defective product, you are eligible to an exchange directly by the brand. On 23/09/2019, we had sent a mail requesting the snapshot of the delivered parts of the product so that we could raise the complaint to the brand on behalf of you. However, we have not received any revert across the email. For more details, please refer the ticket number #5346370.
