I have ordered one blackhead detector cum remover device and gatsby wax on 17th September 2019. Received the package on 20th September. After unboxing the same, found only Gatsby Wax, theres no Blackhead removal device, got the device brand box with few nozzles and a USB cable. Immediately reported the same via Nykaa app, received one system autogenerated ticket #5346370. They requested me to share brand box images and outer packaging images. Till the date shared the same over 15 times. No one reverted back. This is the most horrible customer support ever I seen in my life, somehow I felt my money is gone. But still raising the issue, and just want to reveal the support section responsibility of this company to general public who is thinking to buy from Nykaa. Dont rush for great deals, alaways do check customer service reviews here before placing order on Nykaa. Nice way they looted me. Its utter disappoiting to see, this year comes to an end, still I haven't received any response since last 23rd September.
