Hello. I had an order at nykaa with a grand total of 2288 rupees. The deliver person neither contacted me nor left a message. And a message beeped at the end of the day showing failed delivery.
I have contacted the customer care but they have no details of the courier boy neither share any contact in advance nor intimate an order is coming.
Whats is this suppose to mean?
And how unprofessional!!!
There is an additional facility in our campus if a person is not available the package can be delivered to the hostel manager. Despite of this so much harassment.

    Today I have order wow products of Rs 822 and the amount was deducted from my sbi bank account and I have transferred money from phone pe, i asked nykaa for the money and they are telling we didn't receive the money and you need to contact phone pe or your bank and raise the complaint then I asked with phone pe customer care they are telling money is received to merchent bank account then where my money goes now?

      Nykaa failed to deliver my order and provide proper information on the delivery status.
      After unsuccessful delivery, i requested the team to cancel my order and issue a refund.
      I have been in contact with the customer support team for last 2 weeks asking for an update on my refund/cancellation and every time i'm told that the order has not reached the warehouse and i should wait 2-3 days more for the same.

      This has been a case of complete negligence on nykaa's part.
      First, they do not deliver the order and when asked to refund, they do not issue a refund.

      I would like my complete refund of ₹799 to be credited to the original payment source (Bank account) as soon as possible.

        I have ordered from nykaa company 7 days back where order got shipped but when reached delivery location suddenly seller requested for return!

        I had placed many orders from this fraud company and lost confidence and rest!

        This nykaa company sells duplicate products!

        I have brought an lakme product which is duplicate one and same in original brought from big basket!

        Immediately take action on this company & close this company and seize all documents and enquire!

        I have placed orders from my reward pints and some with cash "prepaid payment but all are" requested for return and some are cancelled by this fraud company "nykaa"

        Following are the numbers of tracking which were returned :

        Delhivery :[protected]

        So immediately take action on fraudster "nykaa" company and do needful!

          The delivery guy told my daughter who recd delivery and gave the card to swipe, that the transaction had failed. Believing him, the she swiped the card once again. We later realised that both the transactions had gone through and double payment has been charged.
          I have been following up with nykaa, have called and sent multiple emails with transaction screen shots as well. But every time, i get an email to rate the response received... Whereas no one has called up/reached!
          And i am not able to reach anyone on service no as well!
          This is pathetic.
          The delivery was recd on oct 27th.

            I amit sachdeva made a order at nykaa.com order id nyk[protected]
            At 8 november 2019 of a perfume name, azzaro
            Cost rs 4502. I received a wrong product very cheap perfume, when i opened the box after i made a cash payment to courier boy rs 4502. When i complaint to nykaa they gave me answers after many days at my email, that we sent you right product. Very cheap answer, now they are not answering me, i received wrong product worth 100 to 200 rs and made a payment 4502 rs, can nykaa prove i received a right product, then why you have option for customers while returning any product (Wrong product received) at your site if you always send right product.
            I will fight i need my money back you frauds.

              I have ordered one product on 19th nov, 2019 and it was suppose to deliver between 21 to 22 nov, 2019 via shadowfax but i didn't receive any order till the time. Then i canceled the order and asked for refund but they are making fake stories that i have to wait till the product returns to the warehouse. Seriously one of the worst online in shopping site i've ever came across. Its their responsibility to know where the product is and why its not delivered. They should understand their responsibility if they really care for their customers. Don't fool the customers.

                I had ordered 16 products from nykaa (Awb# sf63945852ner and order # nyk[protected] - when i am tracking my order in shadowfax website, it is first showing as "delivered" at 1:36am and then it is showing "cancelled" at 1:42am. However, i did not cancel the order and the order did not get delivered either. Also, in the nykaa application, the order is showing as delivered. I have contacted both nykaa and shadowfax and both have no clue where the products are as of yet. I have requested to process the refund amount as well, but they cannot assure that. I am not sure what to do about it as i would be travelling soon.
                While placing order on Nykaa, the amount got debited from bank, but order did not confirm. I have sent alot of mails to Nykaa to refund the amount but have not heard back from them. What kind of customer service is this where you dont not respond to so many mails even when I have shared the transaction details.

                  I have ordered some items with order no. Nyk[protected] on 6.11.19 through my debit card. Then i cancelled the same then and there because of some problem before shipment but still not got the refund. It been more than 15 days. Whenever i tried to contact the customer care they repeat the same things to wait for 24-48 hrs for the last 10 days.

                    Regarding refund of returned products in order no. [protected]. Three products were picked up for return on 25th of october 2019. I have been contacting you guys regularly to find out about status of refund but since last two weeks i’m getting no response about it’s status.                       I have placed a order on 3 oct and product is delivered to me on 8 oct and i have request for a refund on 9 oct.

                      I didn’t get a refund it’s already 1 month.. Neither pickup will arrange for the order..

                      I m calling again and again on nykaa customer support and i always getting the same answer pick up will arrange in 24 to 48hrs. Now nykaa customer care are disconnecting my calls.

                        I ordered 3 items from nykaa, order no. Nyk[protected]. It consisted of a lakme 9to 5 lipliner, bblunt hair serum and lakme 9to5 matte lipstick. They delivered just two products i. E the bblunt hair serum and lakme9to5 lipstick. The lakme lipliner was not delivered.

                        On complaining to support and raising ticket #5924732, they made me wait for 4 days. And now they are telling we have sent the product and nothing can be done. I asked them to connect to higher authority, customer care told couldn't be connected but will arrange callback. Not yet received a callback

                        Total cheat and fraud website. Least to expect is getting the product i actually paid for.

                          I have been chasing nykaa for more than a month for the refund of the products i have returned. Everytime i call i have been told that i will get the refund in 24-48 hrs. But no action is being taken from their side and i have to call them every 2 days. They are not transferring the call to their supervisor. They are of no help. They are not giving any updated on the return even after i told them a number to mail me the updates. No body call from their support to tell me if their is any problem. I have to follow everytime. They are not supportive. Highly frustrated from thair support

                            My entire order id[protected] was incorrect, instead i received order id[protected]. The package outer label had my details on it, but the contents were for a different invoice. After complaining and giving all the asked proofs i was still given the same reply yo wait for 24-48hrs. Its been more than 70 hrs still the same reply. Frauds!

                              I purchased this product from nykaa in july 2019 and i don't think it's authenticated or real product as the colour vanishes within 3 days of applying the colour. I spent rs 550 for this colour and it is worthless. Is it really an original product or is it a cheap duplicate product of the original one? Is this kind of service expected at customer's end? Never expected this duplicacy and insensitive behaviour from nykaa.
                              Hlw sir i have ordered the product for ₹717 and... i have already paid the amount but... at the time of delivery it shows failed delivery.I have already used the raise concern option... but it didn't work. Please delivered my product before 21 Oct 2019 and... my order no.NYK[protected]

                                I have ordered 3 products from nykaa amounting to rs. 1075 on 24th of september, 2019.
                                The order number is nyk[protected].
                                Of the ordered items, i wished to return 2 products amounting to rs 875. On 4th of october, the product has been picked up and it has been more than a month now that the refund is not yet done. Moreover the disgusting part is that none of the customer care executives are giving me the correct information through calls/emails. I am constantly in touch with them past a month but all in vain. This is really ridiculous to cheat consumers in such manners.

                                  Placed an order on 17th oct and the status of order says dispatched (Last updated 18th oct), but below dispatched it says "shipment will be delivered within 2 days once dispatched" on contacting the customer care via chat (On 30th oct) - they says its been dispatched and sometime they say order is not confirmed by the third party. But they have updated the awb no of blue dart : [protected] on the order placed. When checked awb no (Again on 6th nov) it says "no details found".

                                  On approaching customer care again (On 2nd nov after completing 48hrs of wait - which they have asked me to wait) on the number [protected]- ticket number 5803361
                                  1. Disconnected my call thrice after discussing the entire story from the start.
                                  2. Finally team lead (Sriram or sinivas, cant recall name) assured that he will look into this and i will be receiving mails on the status.
                                  3. I received mails but not for the order status but for the feedback on the call support (That too 4 mails, and no mails on order status)
                                  4. Again they asked me to wait for 24-48 hrs saying they have forwarded the details to the backend team.

                                  When checked the order status on 6th nov it was showing the seller name with seller name "waiting for seller to confirm" along with the 'cancel item' button.

                                  I clicked on the cancel item and progressed it but found that the order wasnt cancelled. I cancelled it again but no update on cancellation (6th nov 11:30 am)

                                  Contacted the customer care via chat on 6th nov and she updated that

                                  1. Order is in shipment status and cant be cancelled (When i said it not been confirmed by the seller how can the status be "shipped" and why can they cancel it. Shipped status is from last 13 days but havnt received the ordered product)
                                  2. Refund status will be updated when we will receive the product to our warehouse (For the refund they are saying its been dispatched (But awb says no item found in the tracking detail of the product) and will refund the amount once product is back in warehouse)

                                  Not sure:

                                  1. If the product is dispatched then awb no which they have updated should have tracking details

                                  2. If the seller has not yet confirmed the order then how they can generate a awb no and can say that the product is dispatched from the warehouse?

                                  3. Overall the product is not yet dispatched/shipped then there should not be any issue in cancelling the order and update the refund status.

                                  4. While i am compiling this complain received an email saying that order has been dispatched and will receive on 20th oct 19 to 21st oct 2019. Not sure they will deliver the product in past date.

                                  Shippment details are getting updated(3 shipments for same order), new awb number has generated but the status remains the same .

                                  Seems all these are to keep the customer engaged with the invalid details

                                  I have received only 3 items out of the 5 items that I ordered. Please look into the same and send the items immediately. Thanks

                                    I had ordered a morrocconoil product of rupees 3380 amount from nykaa on 20th october, 2019. I did not get the product till yet. Whenever i am calling to nykaa customer care, they are repeatedly telling that they will solve the issue within 24 hours, and this is happening for last 5 days, and i have been told the same whenever i am calling them. I have called 5times, also dropped mail, but still same status. Moreover courier partner gave the wrong status that "cosignee refused the order" which is absolutely fake status.
                                    I want to take strong action against nykaa and also want the product along with the full amount of money as a penalty as a customer is getting harassed totally which wants to be solved.

                                      order status showing delivered, it's been 19 days and 90% order not delivered

                                      My order was placed on 16th of October, on 18th it was supposed to be delivered, but I saw later that my delivery had failed and I didn't know why. On checking I found that although the address was correct, my phone number given was incorrect. Despite the fact part of my order was delivered to me on time.

                                      So I updated my number via Nykaa's app multiple times as the app had issues and it was not taking it and so I also informed...

                                      Hi team,
                                      I have placed order of 4 products on 20th october and since then i have been receiving messaging stating out for deliver and failed delivery everyday.. I called up customer care for cancellation of my product and i have received mail for cancellation twice.. But i still get the delivery attempt and failed messages... I want a refund for my product and i dont want the products to be delivered anymore.... How can you guys be so irresponsible to deliver the products on time.. Also the band of the delivery person and the contact details are also not provided, neither have they contacted us

                                      Need a immediate refund ..i dont want any reattempt on my delivery as you have failed to live up to my expectations from past 22 days ...i have been constantly receiving more than 30 messages everyday for the delivery attempt and failed delivery..is this a game ..

                                      I have spoken yo Deepa Chauhan and another assosiate from Nyka regarding thid and i have got the assurance from them that my amount will be refunded
