I had ordered a morrocconoil product of rupees 3380 amount from nykaa on 20th october, 2019. I did not get the product till yet. Whenever i am calling to nykaa customer care, they are repeatedly telling that they will solve the issue within 24 hours, and this is happening for last 5 days, and i have been told the same whenever i am calling them. I have called 5times, also dropped mail, but still same status. Moreover courier partner gave the wrong status that "cosignee refused the order" which is absolutely fake status.
I want to take strong action against nykaa and also want the product along with the full amount of money as a penalty as a customer is getting harassed totally which wants to be solved.
