Regarding refund of returned products in order no. [protected]. Three products were picked up for return on 25th of october 2019. I have been contacting you guys regularly to find out about status of refund but since last two weeks i’m getting no response about it’s status. Please process the refund asap it’s been several weeks now. Highly disappointed.

    I have placed a order on 3 oct and product is delivered to me on 8 oct and i have request for a refund on 9 oct.

    I didn’t get a refund it’s already 1 month.. Neither pickup will arrange for the order..

    I m calling again and again on nykaa customer support and i always getting the same answer pick up will arrange in 24 to 48hrs. Now nykaa customer care are disconnecting my calls.

      I ordered 3 items from nykaa, order no. Nyk[protected]. It consisted of a lakme 9to 5 lipliner, bblunt hair serum and lakme 9to5 matte lipstick. They delivered just two products i. E the bblunt hair serum and lakme9to5 lipstick. The lakme lipliner was not delivered.

      On complaining to support and raising ticket #5924732, they made me wait for 4 days. And now they are telling we have sent the product and nothing can be done. I asked them to connect to higher authority, customer care told couldn't be connected but will arrange callback. Not yet received a callback

      Total cheat and fraud website. Least to expect is getting the product i actually paid for.

        I have been chasing nykaa for more than a month for the refund of the products i have returned. Everytime i call i have been told that i will get the refund in 24-48 hrs. But no action is being taken from their side and i have to call them every 2 days. They are not transferring the call to their supervisor. They are of no help. They are not giving any updated on the return even after i told them a number to mail me the updates. No body call from their support to tell me if their is any problem. I have to follow everytime. They are not supportive. Highly frustrated from thair support

          My entire order id[protected] was incorrect, instead i received order id[protected]. The package outer label had my details on it, but the contents were for a different invoice. After complaining and giving all the asked proofs i was still given the same reply yo wait for 24-48hrs. Its been more than 70 hrs still the same reply. Frauds!

          I had ordered 3 Dove product from Nykaa bcoz those where damaged. I have initiated replacement but no reply from there part and irony is there worst customer care doesn’t have any authority to reply on any issue.

            I purchased this product from nykaa in july 2019 and i don't think it's authenticated or real product as the colour vanishes within 3 days of applying the colour. I spent rs 550 for this colour and it is worthless. Is it really an original product or is it a cheap duplicate product of the original one? Is this kind of service expected at customer's end? Never expected this duplicacy and insensitive behaviour from nykaa.
            Hlw sir i have ordered the product for ₹717 and... i have already paid the amount but... at the time of delivery it shows failed delivery.I have already used the raise concern option... but it didn't work. Please delivered my product before 21 Oct 2019 and... my order no.NYK[protected]

              I have ordered 3 products from nykaa amounting to rs. 1075 on 24th of september, 2019.
              The order number is nyk[protected].
              Of the ordered items, i wished to return 2 products amounting to rs 875. On 4th of october, the product has been picked up and it has been more than a month now that the refund is not yet done. Moreover the disgusting part is that none of the customer care executives are giving me the correct information through calls/emails. I am constantly in touch with them past a month but all in vain. This is really ridiculous to cheat consumers in such manners.

                inappropriate order status and confused customer service

                I had ordered a morrocconoil product of rupees 3380 amount from nykaa on 20th october, 2019. I did not get the product till yet. Whenever i am calling to nykaa customer care, they are repeatedly telling that they will solve the issue within 24 hours, and this is happening for last 5 days, and i have been told the same whenever i am calling them. I have called 5times, also dropped mail, but still same status. Moreover courier partner gave the wrong status that "cosignee refused the order" which is absolutely fake status.
                I want to take strong action against nykaa and also want the product along with the full amount of money as a penalty as a customer is getting harassed totally which wants to be solved.

                  order status showing delivered, it's been 19 days and 90% order not delivered

                  My order was placed on 16th of October, on 18th it was supposed to be delivered, but I saw later that my delivery had failed and I didn't know why. On checking I found that although the address was correct, my phone number given was incorrect. Despite the fact part of my order was delivered to me on time.

                  So I updated my number via Nykaa's app multiple times as the app had issues and it was not taking it and so I also informed...

                  I have placed order of 4 products on 20th october and since then i have been receiving messaging stating out for deliver and failed delivery everyday.. I called up customer care for cancellation of my product and i have received mail for cancellation twice.. But i still get the delivery attempt and failed messages...                     I have been ordering a lot of products from nyka and they have a return policy for 15 days. This time i ordered an expensive lipstick worth 2000 and it was not the same shade i expected. Initially they said it was a used product. After talking on customer care they said since they have 50 percent return they will not take this product back. Which is nowhere mentioned in the return policy. They are just fooling the customers when thet order expensive product

                    We believe that you are talking about the last order which you had placed on 18/08/2019 and was delivered to you on 19/08/2019. As we have checked that you had received a damaged lipstick, for which the refund has already been provided to you. After that, you had raised a return request for MAC lipsticks from the same order due to the shade issue which was rejected from our relevant team.

                    We have been noticing your orders, there are multiple return request is raised by you in almost every order for change of mind/shade issue. On the Nykaa App, it is clearly mentioned that "Skintones and shades are for illustration purposes only. Actual colour may slightly vary".

                    Since we have received repeated claims from you and have been provided with a resolution for every incidence, now we are unable to process any return request for change of mind/shade issue from our end.

                      Dear Consumer forum, I Ordered beauty shop product online through Nykaa on 18th Ovt'19. Out of which 2 products were delivered. Balance two products which are of body shop and are very expensive also are still not delivered. The status of my order is not visible on the app also. I did keep patience and called customer care but even they were not aware about the product delivery status. App is not showing any orders even previously ordered. The app page doesn't open. Don't know whom to contact to know if the products will be delivered or not. I have paid around rs 2800 for the order. After spending huge sum also I have no clue about my order.                         Two of my orders got cancelled becos the delivery boy did not give proper intimation. On the first time, i simply got a message that my order was cancelled, which i never did.
                        Today once again, i recd a missed call from a nos and when i call back the delivery person dont pick up. I have raised my concern in the nykaa app, but there was no option to complain about that. So i had to choose the option "was not available during delivery"and set trw's date for delivery. Now i want that the product should be delivered tomorrow latest by 11 am.!

                          I have purchased zaveri pearls neck less which has been delivered as on dt-20.10.19 on same date i have raised return request as one diamond is about to fall down. I had mail to them also with picture and copy of invoice even if two days there is no any response from them. So i called them today 22.10.19 they said they didn't received pictures so i again emailed the same but evenif so much follow up they still dont give any reply. Their customer care service is very hectic they again n again ask for pictures n tag for product, whereas i have received product in normal plastic bag packaging only there is printed information on it so how can i send them tag for that .                             I have ordered 3 lipsticks from nykaa recently. One of colorbar, one of lakme 9 to 5 and last one of nykaa itself. When i received the order, i just kept it in my drawer without checking it’s fake or original because i trusted nykaa. But after 3 days when i looked it thoroughly i found colorbar lipstick fake. I also went to the shop and asked for the same product. I was shocked that i’ve got the fake product.
                            Now onward i cannot trust on nykaa’s delivered products. It was really not expected from nykaa!! I really felt cheated. Also i would like to mention that i am still not sure of the remaining two lipstick which is of lakme and nykaa.!! Guzz how can you deliver fake product when nykaa claim to deliver 100% authentic products. Is this how you deliver genuine products???
                            Shame on you guyzz!!!

                              NYK[protected] This is the order no. I ordered lakme golden liner but its dry cannot applicable created the return request but they rejected neither i got the refund of the other product after getting picked up of the product after two days the refund is not initiated till yet. not even a single issue is resolved neither i got any solution from this & refund is not done till date even i ordered the biotique shampoo & the shampoo was spilled all over the other product. & they are not taking any initiative to solve the issue.

                                  I placed my order on 2nd oct which was paid from my side. Then it was cancelled automatically. I called the customer care executive but they said that order will be reaching. Their delivery agency said my area is non serviceable but nyka promised that there is no such issue and it will be delivered. T then after 7-8 days i got a message that the order was cancelled and i will b refunded. On 10th october, i placed same order and again this same issue. Everyday they say order will be coming today and every evening they say order can't be delivered even after changing my address. Kindly help me with this issue
