I have ordered 3 lipsticks from nykaa recently. One of colorbar, one of lakme 9 to 5 and last one of nykaa itself. When i received the order, i just kept it in my drawer without checking it’s fake or original because i trusted nykaa. But after 3 days when i looked it thoroughly i found colorbar lipstick fake. Hi! I placed an order just 5 minutes back at Nykaa which has an amount of 5328/- I made the purchase using my hdfc credit card. I opted for the 9months Emi plan. However, it showed me as the payment failed but the amount got deducted from my card!

I purchased around 5 products on their app recently. Once they were delivered and i used them, i left a review on all the products. For 4 of them, i gave great comments while one of them i genuinely didn't like because it burnt my eyes quite a lot when i applied (It was an undereye cream). This is to bring to your notice some of the major issues i have faced with nykaa products. I am assuming you are not partnering in these corrupt things and may be this things have accidentally happened behind your back - and so, i am hoping you will do the right thing by taking these products back and investigating the leaks in your system.
