I had placed an order for 8 products worth Rs. 2979/- on December 2nd. Today is December 5th, and the order status still shows preparing to pack. Chatting with customer support yields nothing but automated replies. This person named Isha just copy pastes a reply and closes the conversation. I have paid for this order through my Nykaa wallet. I don't want to cancel this order and lose my discounts. All I want is for my products to be dispatched asap an get this over with. It's a nightmare!!

Complaint marked as Resolved No one contacted me. But after the complaint, the order was immediately dispatched. I have just received it. Thank you to consumer Complaints portal. I'm grateful to u. And thanks to Nykaa too. You guys do a great job. And I could understand that the delay was due to sale season. But you need to train your employees to be polite. I got really ruse responses. Anyways... Thanks everyone.
