I paid for the hair care items.. I pay money in my debit card. My money got deducted but the nykaa mobile application showed that the payment was cancelled. Now my money has been deducted and there is no refund given. I talking with customer care no help was given. They said there has been no payment to us on your part. While my bank statement shows that money is debited and credited to their account. Below i attached my bank statement

    Nykaa is making there bussiness very illegal way. There are running massive attractive promotion in there site and apps and simply cancelling order without any notification after promotion expired.

    18th july morning they started two promocode at same time, "buy 7 get 7 free" and "flat 50% of in total value".
    Thousands of people purchased 50-100 quantity in less than 100 ruppes and shared screenshot on facebook.
    It's get viral in few hours. Their app was trending on google playstore whole day. Gets huge response and download due to this promotion.
    They run this offer till 18th july night. And today they simply cancel all orders just saying it was a technical glitch.
    Really! Technical glitch was running for whole day, thousands of new customer registering they didn't notice?
    They people are tweeting mentioning them, they really didn't noticed?

    And now after this free massive promotion, they're saying it's an technical glitch. Is it not playing with consumers emotion?

    It get cancelled today.

    I want my product is was confimed, i've mail confirmation from company's side.

    If i didn't get my product, i will run all product at rs. 1 promotion for 7 days and cancell all order after promotion. They call it massive technical glitch. If consumer forum can't do anything in this issue, then they must be quite when i do same on site.

    Please who get frauded same like me, can copy this complain text and put their order id.

    1 item was not delivered. When i cancelled it no email was sent and again option for cancel order is being shown and order is not even shipped yet

      Had placed an order on 18/07/19 for face masks from nykaa wherein the amount payable was zero
      Next day on checking the status with nykaa, i was informed that due to glitch in their system the order got placed at low value and subsequently cancelled
      If their is a glitch in their system its not the fault of the customer and should be delivered the product as placed

        My products are lost in transit by your delivery partner worth 5948 and nykaa is not taking any responsibility for the same. After getting frustated with follow up from.1 week to track my products mr kiran - the team lead told me to cancel the order so they can issue a refund.
        Today after calling again for a status update of my refund i am being informed that the same is awaited to be sent back by the delivery partner to nykaa and till then my refund will be held.

        If you can locate the product why not deliver them if you cant locate for delivery then you expect the customer to do what?
        Wait till when? Therr is no coordination with yiur delivery partner?

        You cant track deliver of my products on top of tht your holding my money

        U have wasted 2 weeks not being able to deliver my product. What if your delivery partner has lost the good?
        Ul hold my money or forfeit it?

        If its an internal issue why xant you send my products with a new service and keep following up with your delivery partner?

        I hope tonhear some sensible response to this
        Its extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.

          I had ordered Loreal pink lipstick from Nykaa and they delivered me brown lipstick with pink sticker on it but inside colour was brown. This is the second time they delivered wrong lipstick shsde. As the product is non returnable so I complained them on their email but Nykaa didn’t respond back. They deliberately make fool of people and sell wrong products. I want to lodge complaint against Nykaa and I want my money back.

          I have attached the screenshots of what I had ordered and what I have received.

            I purchased 10 products from naykaa app on 7th july. I have made payment through googlepay. Payment was done amount got debited from my account to naykaa. I got message from my bank. But still order is not placed.. I didn't get any order no or any details from naykaa.. When i checked all the items r still in cart only. I want you to refund my amount or confirm the order as soon as possible.

              Orderid: nyk[protected]; order was placed on 16th june and was delivered on 20th june, have been chasing nykaa since then. This is ridiculous i ordered products from nykaa have not received all the products... Sent email and contacted customer care but still they are rigid that everything was sent from their end
              Now i m getting email from nykaa no resolution required.

              What u guys mean sent partial order and take full amount from customer for nothing
              What u think we have money from trees to give it you guys
              I need my products or my money
              Worst customer experience

              I want to give 0 rating
              I have not got my products i paid the money for nothing

              Take your half products back and refund my full amount why i have to pay for that bloody cheap products and what i received nothing that’s ridiculous

                This is the second time i am facing issues with nykaa order delivery process. They send notification message for order delivery and at the end of the day they send another delivery failure notification message and then it happens every next day. Nobody calls for order delivery neither they share phone number of delivery agents. They do no bother to reply in email. I would have sent hundreds of email but no response.
                Nykaa do not respect their customer and give false information when you call support number.
                This is completely unacceptable and frustrating.

                I had ordered the product on 23rd July and still it is not received to me.
                Its been 2 weeks now whenever called mere assurances are provided to me.
                If this was the case of I would have purchased from my nearby area.

                  On[protected], a placed and order on nykaa.com of rs. 603 but due to some issues i had to immediately cancel it.
                  The nykaa team sent me a mail on 15th saying my refund has been initiated.
                  10 days went by but the amount was not reflected in my account.
                  I reached both the nykaa customer care and bank customer care.
                  After making me wait for another week and asking me to show all the transactions made in my account, the nykaa people said that they cannot do anything. They have initiated the refund. Kindly check with the bank.

                  I'm feeling like there must have been some error in input of numbers but nothing fruitful has come for me.

                    Their gift cards are a waste of money - literally.
                    I can't open and check my gift card amount as i forgot the pin for that. However, there's no reset option and i just cannot access that amount. So they can keep my money as their tip now! Go have fun!

                    Never buying anything online from nykaa... First time the product was damaged and they did nothing & second time this happened sorreal bad service. Don't order ever!

                      I ordered a lower on 14th of june and received the product on 19th of june, on the same day i complained regarding the issue with the product. It was a damages product with 3 holes in it and they are delaying the refund with lame excuses stating pictures are not clear, we have sent the request to relevant team. I have told this several times to them that i have to leave my place and they are not working on it.
                      I want the product to be taken back and i want my refund.

                        I have ordered colorbar matte me as i am lipstick with other two products which was delivered except the colorbar product and when i open the package it's empty with only the cap and sharper of the pencil lipstick.
                        - it happened on 24th june 2019
                        - it was delivered by a courier guy and his number is [protected]
                        - i want the refund.

                        On 13 june i placed some order but i did not get that product which i ordered wrong product even i shared screenshots of that but from 13 untill today there is no pickup done by them and no refund .

                          I ordered a few products from the nykaa app. After 2 days the status of the product was show n as failed delivery even though i did jot recieve any call from the delivery executive. Not once did they try to contact me. The order was prepaid and i havent even recieved the refund money yet. Neither did the parcel arrive nor did the refund. I wrote an email regarding my concerns but never got a reply back. Very dissapointing. My order number is nyk[protected]
                          There is misplace of products of the MAC foundation and Forest essential Aloe vera juice. The products were switcjed with the wrong front cover and delivered to the wrong address. The distance to be recovered was between Pune and Mumbai.

                            I ordered some products on nykaa and the bill value is 11936 rupees. Money got deducted and is reflecting in my account but neither the order got confirmed nor it is visible in the ‘orders’ page of the App. Date of Transaction - 19th June 2019

                            This is a lot of money and I have not received any kind of acknowledgment of receipt of amount by Nykaa. It is reflecting in my text message and bank account with the name of the brand NYKAA.

                            The brand must make some serious changes in their payments and refund policies, this is deceitful and makes many people have a bad impression on the brand.

                            Hoping consumerconplaints.in takes immediate action and brings justice and refund for my case

                              I ordered 5 products from Nykaa.com and the delivery was very late and they everytime keep it out for delivery on daily basis and update the status reattempted and did not provide me even a contact no. of the delivery boy even a single and at evenning on daily marked the delivery failed again and again without calling me, and informing me i already paid for the product.
                              Really too much frustrated from the Service Provider.

                                  I had shopped from nykaa bt the product under Refund for my Nykaa Order No. NYK[protected] was not per my expectation so i returned it. Bt since the day i returned the product this shopping site is constantly saying via emails n fb msgs that they initiated refund aftr so many requests of mine on[protected] under Transaction details: NYK[protected] . Still i got no refund from their side. Now they are saying raise a chargeback n ask your bank why hvnt you recieved your refund money, which the bank says we can't do something with it, as chargeback is to b raised by the sender not the receiver. Please help me in this regard. I wud b very thankful to you for this act of kindness.
                                  2 products of mine are missing 2 face mask sheets actually I ordered 6 products but I got only 4 products delivered this is my first shopping with nykaa but very bad experience how can u miss products even after paying very bad

                                    I had ordered the 4 items from nykaa, but received only 3 items and one of the items from my order is missing. I have already made the full payment for all the 4 items. I have contacted the customer care but did not receive any resolution. Never faced such issues ever with online shopping.

                                    Have received all the other 3 items and only one item is missing which is the wet and wild setting spray. Need the item or else the refund.

                                      I had ordered products from nykaa on 8th June 2019 which was delivered to me 11th of June 2019 . The total amount of the products was rs .1727 inclusive of all discounts . When the parcel was delivered to me . I received a multani mitti pack which was not ordered by me worth rs 180 . Later I discovered that 2 of my products were missing . I had ordered 2 eye palettes of wet and wild out of which only 1 was delivered to me and 1 L’Oréal colour protect conditioner was missing . Iv already mailed them . But Ms. norian jakati replied me that all products have been dispatched correctly. I had a talk with the floor supervisor and he told me that he will be reinvestigating the cctv footage but I hvnt received any mail or call .they have stopped replying to my mails as well .Iv Neva had such a bad experience ever with online shopping.iv paid rs 584 extra for things that I haven’t received.

                                        Today i visit nykaa store at elante mall and there i buy HUDA BEAUTY Foundation with which mini huda lipstick is free and they didn't gave that lipstick ...Istead of that they placed order by themselve for the product that i had not purchased...Really really shameful...This is not for the first time every time they make fool of others ...I had not checked what they are adding ro my bag the only thing i checked is my address to deliver product...They are adding products by themselves...
