I ordered some products from nykaa. I had just bought that product because of that movie voucher. But after receiving my movie voucher i am unable to get my movie ticket through that and it seems that it's totally fraud and company is making us fool. Website's submit button is not working despite trying 10 times and it's totally fake. Please take some action against them. We want freedom from this kind of activities.

    I had returned 2 makeup kits as the quality was too bad, the order number is nyk[protected] and the amount of refund is ₹340. I had contacted their customer care and the reply is that they had credited the amount on 6th august 2019 but today is 13th august and the amount is not yet reflected to my account and fed up with dealing with these people who takes the amount as soon as they deliver the goods but does not credit the amount as soon as we return it.

    I ordered total repair loreal shampoo ( which was on sale with conditioner ans serum) from your site.. It was my first experience. I received already opened shampoo and conditioner other products were soo sticky because of it.. Is give very bad experience and doubts.. So please before packing product check it carefully..

      I was ordered from nykaa on 5 August 2019. I was ordered total 14 products from nykaa and didn't receive 6 product of them. After that i was complaint about this to nykaa support but after mailing all pics details they said that your complain will be resolve in 24 to 48 hours but after taking 4-5 Days they just replayed that your all products are delivered according to weight of courier box. But i was very old customer of nykaa from 2014 when nykaa was not that much popular and spend around 1 lac rup. From my family members phone id as well as mine. But never disappointed. But this time they did totally wrong with me. I was told nykaa's customer support to weight again my product with the same packaging they give because they add many bubble plastic sheets into it and i was already send the pic or packaging. But they don't want to listen anything. Very bad experience this time. They make Customer suffers and they already have full payment so why they take this issue as serious. I'll attach here packaging pics and I'm complaining because i want to aware all who make online shopping to reduce the fraud they did behind there good company name. Before this i was faced no problem and i thinks that online shopping is best but after this maybe I'm going to shop online because now days easily they doing fraud with customers.
      Problem is that i was paid for that all products.
      I'll complain here to aware everyone and want to resolve my problem. And further I'll forward my complaint to other sources because now for me this is not about products or Money this is about truth. And they replying me that they sent me all products it means they blame on me that i'm speaking lie.
      But wrong is wrong.

        I placed an order on my mother's name at nykaa on 7th of august. I was informed that bluedart will be deliviring the products on 10th august but suddenly after the whole day passed nykaa informed that they could not deliver the products due to my absence at provided delivery address but i was at my home full time. Anyways i raised a concern from the app's help centre and selected today's date to make the delivery but now when i am opening the raised tickets of my complains it is showing solved and i need to select delivery date from tommorow again. No one is bothered to solve my problem. They should retrun my money i don't want the products anymore. My order number is nyk[protected] ticket id -4854377

        After too much of mailing and raising concerns they just delivered products somehow in bad condition and the delivering partner agent denied their fault on delay in delivery and was blaming Nykaa saying the product reached them late whereas track records show that the product was delivered to their hub 2 days ago. Ridiculous management and troubleshooting of Nykaa. Didn't expected this from them atleast

          I had place order on nkya worth rupees 904. Also pyament was done online via debit card. I had received the message saying that the order is delivered but however the package is still not delivered to me. I called at the help desk for cancelling the order. However the excutive said that even after cancelling the order i would not get my money back. I need an explanation as in why this is the policy. I have not kept the payment pending from my side. Everything is done from your side. If there is a miscommunication with your delivery partner why should i suffer. Please cancel my order and give my money back

          I was losing bunch of hair on daily basis. losing hair is like losing part of me. I had long hair but due to continue hair fall my hair becomes short and thin too. I tried lots of medicines but get nothing in return. Then my parents suggested me to go with ayurvedic medicines. Online top ayurvedic brand is arogyam hair care kit. I ordered 1 month kit for trial basis and it shows me some results, then doctor advised me to complete the treatment. I completed this treatment and you won't believe ... i got my lost hair back and now i have long, shiny and bouncy hairs, All thanks to arogyam hair care kit
          I tried all kinds of creams and medicines for my problem of Acne, but nothing worked. For more than a year, I had these terrible, painful boils all over the face. It was so embarrassing! In just two months of Ayurvedic treatment with Arogyam Pure Herbs, all my boils disappeared and I am feeling much more confident now.           Its regarding my recent order. I did not receive it yet however its delivery date was 31st July 2019. I have called to customer support and also e mailed them but i did not get my order. They don't reply too. Not customer centric.

            I am a regular online shopper and tried nykaa for the first time and am really very disappointed with the horrible service and even worse customer care. I had ordered for 6 items worth 4161 through nykaa but got only 5 and one product worth 737 was missing. Immediately i chatted with the customer care and shared the photos and they said they will look into it.in spite of repeated reminders there was no response from them. I then called up the nykaa personal and she was so rude saying that i was lying and the product was sent by them. This is the first time i’m being cheated on online shopping though i’ve heard of many such incidents and a lesson well learnt. I am a regular customer of amazon and have not even once had an issue like this. Anyway once bitten twice shy!!

              I had ordered a bunch of things from nykaa and found one product to be missing : the shikakai harbal powder. The physical copy of my order had no such item listed. The online version of my order told me that i had been charged for this product. I contacted nykaa's support and way told about their return policy. I told him clearly again and again, that i want this product that i paid for only to hear again of their 5 day return policy. This policy does not cover a missing product, so why does nykaa's agent try to be so useless? I opened a ticket complaining of this and informing them that i have paid for the product and still wanted it. Again, the same agent posted the 5 day return policy, did not consult me and then marked my ticket as 'solved'. I opened another, did not hear from them and saw that new ticket also marked as 'solved'.

              I have been a nykaa 'prive' member and i have spent a lot on just this order. Nykaa keeps ignoring my request for the product and also refuses to acknowledge that the missing product is their fault. Hence, they refuse to give me the product or refund the money i paid for it. I am extremely angry and frustrated. This whole ordeal has left me feeling disgusted by a brand i used to love and support.

              They refunded the amount in my nykaa wallet after confirming with me. It took some days though, around 4-5 days.

                Dear nykaa,

                I am really disappointed with your services, i ordered my product on 23rd july and got confirmation that will receive my order on 26th july, today is 1st aug and i am still waiting for the same. I complained twice but no one is taking this seriously. I haven't received any call from nykaa till now this is my first order with you and you people treating like this.

                If you are getting some trouble for searching my location please do let me know, i'll coordinate you but please deliver my order at the earliest.

                  I have purchased last week from nykaa 6 items but 6 out of one item have received wrong product which I have not ordered it's Revlon brand I have order same brand but different name of REVLON MATTE BALM - UNAPOLOGETIC
                  I received is REVLON MATTE BALM BAUME MAT
                  I called customer care but no response at all they are only making us fool only
                  its nykaa duty to check the item when they are dispatching after we received wrong item now no Response at all
                  If they don't have a item on that time they have to cancel sending anything means what they only want a money from us

                    The beauty store nykaa.com shows a lot of different deals and samples that they promise to give if you buy products of a particular value and when you receive your products then you find that the free sample has not been shipped. This has now happened to me thrice in a row and when asked for an explanation all they say is that the product is out of stock (and that deal is still visible on the website) and to make up for it they ask if they can send a 100 rupees coupon that can be redeemed in future purchases. I have literally wasted more than 10000 on this website. This is a serious case of customer trap and fraud.
                    They are cheating everyone with this tackticks.
                    Please look into the matter and take serious actions.

                    I order some beauty products from nykaa .They delivered the products in 2 shippments .shippment 1 was recieved by me successfullly but shippment 2 is not delivered till now.No action has been taken by nykaa even though I have mailed them too many times.

                      On 13/07/2019 i have received a lipstick on which it was clearly mentioned "not for sale", also the product will be expired on december'2019 so i have to finish it before december'2019. When i have requested for a replacement they have rejected my request. Horrible customer service. I want everybody to know this and aware the fact. I already feel cheated and now i have to use it before december'2019 somehow.

                        I have placed an order of rs 602 but order was not placed and items are still visible in my cart and amount was debited from my account. Kindly check what is the issue why my order is not placed. I also called the customer care of nykaa and they said my transaction was failed but i didnt recieved any message regarding transaction failed.. Kindly resolved the issue asap. Refund my money so that i can place the order once again or confirm the same order

                        I placed order on July 17th but still it is not delivered, service is very poor and customer care executives are not helping, 20 onwards I have only messages, failed to delivery...no attempt for contact no phone calls, I pre paid for this, really perplexing

                            Nykaa is making there bussiness very illegal way. There are running massive attractive promotion in there site and apps and simply cancelling order without any notification after promotion expired.

                            18th july morning they started two promocode at same time, "buy 7 get 7 free" and "flat 50% of in total value".
                            Thousands of people purchased 50-100 quantity in less than 100 ruppes and shared screenshot on facebook.
                            It's get viral in few hours. Their app was trending on google playstore whole day. Gets huge response and download due to this promotion.
                            They run this offer till 18th july night. And today they simply cancel all orders just saying it was a technical glitch.
                            Really! Technical glitch was running for whole day, thousands of new customer registering they didn't notice?
                            They people are tweeting mentioning them, they really didn't noticed?

                            And now after this free massive promotion, they're saying it's an technical glitch. Is it not playing with consumers emotion?

                            It get cancelled today.

                            I want my product is was confimed, i've mail confirmation from company's side.

                            If i didn't get my product, i will run all product at rs. 1 promotion for 7 days and cancell all order after promotion. They call it massive technical glitch. If consumer forum can't do anything in this issue, then they must be quite when i do same on site.

                            Please who get frauded same like me, can copy this complain text and put their order id.

                              Next day on checking the status with nykaa, i was informed that due to glitch in their system the order got placed at low value and subsequently cancelled
                              If their is a glitch in their system its not the fault of the customer and should be delivered the product as placed

                                My products are lost in transit by your delivery partner worth 5948 and nykaa is not taking any responsibility for the same. After getting frustated with follow up from.1 week to track my products mr kiran - the team lead told me to cancel the order so they can issue a refund.
                                Today after calling again for a status update of my refund i am being informed that the same is awaited to be sent back by the delivery partner to nykaa and till then my refund will be held.

                                If you can locate the product why not deliver them if you cant locate for delivery then you expect the customer to do what?
                                Wait till when? Therr is no coordination with yiur delivery partner?

                                You cant track deliver of my products on top of tht your holding my money

                                U have wasted 2 weeks not being able to deliver my product. What if your delivery partner has lost the good?
                                Ul hold my money or forfeit it?

                                If its an internal issue why xant you send my products with a new service and keep following up with your delivery partner?

                                I hope tonhear some sensible response to this
                                Its extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.

                                  I had ordered Loreal pink lipstick from Nykaa and they delivered me brown lipstick with pink sticker on it but inside colour was brown. This is the second time they delivered wrong lipstick shsde. As the product is non returnable so I complained them on their email but Nykaa didn’t respond back. They deliberately make fool of people and sell wrong products. I want to lodge complaint against Nykaa and I want my money back.

I got message from my bank. But still order is not placed.. I didn't get any order no or any details from naykaa.. When i checked all the items r still in cart only. I want you to refund my amount or confirm the order as soon as possible.

                                      Orderid: nyk[protected]; order was placed on 16th june and was delivered on 20th june, have been chasing nykaa since then. This is ridiculous i ordered products from nykaa have not received all the products... Sent email and contacted customer care but still they are rigid that everything was sent from their end

                                        This is the second time i am facing issues with nykaa order delivery process. They send notification message for order delivery and at the end of the day they send another delivery failure notification message and then it happens every next day. Nobody calls for order delivery neither they share phone number of delivery agents. They do no bother to reply in email. I would have sent hundreds of email but no response.
                                        Nykaa do not respect their customer and give false information when you call support number.
                                        This is completely unacceptable and frustrating.
