1.Leaked product delivered on 18th October
2. Bill of the product is wrong
3. Tried to contact customer service 3-4 times in 6months but they turn out to be ### none resolved the issue
4. Then one of your executive offers discount voucher/refund equal to amount of the product
Which obviously I declined since done with there attitude.
5.now when I ask for the discount voucher instead of being thankful that a customer has returned to you a pathetic shameless guy tells me that my account is deleted which is obviously a lie and that I have to re register to avail discount
6.Later when I inform him my account is working he bargains discount stating that I replied late. Is that guy selling bananas here totally a useless person.
7. Now a new agent states that I placed the request late when in fact I had placed it in 1 day it is they who are prolonging since 6months.

1/6 of agent hardly knows how to behave with customers.

A. If you did not have intention of giving discount why did you offer?
B. Even when my account was working why did your person lie?

This itself shows that you are frauds fooling people.

I suggest do not buy from them.
I placed an order for multiple items worth ₹7260 on the Nykaa app but while placing the order the transaction failed and the order was not placed. But then I got a message from my bank that the money had been debited. I’d like to know if my order is placed or not because it’s not showing in the app or I’d like Nykaa to reverse the payment.

    I am writing here to get resolution from this fraud!

    I am shopped from www.Nykaa.com

    Where from my family i have shopped from individual accounts of my family, i have reward points in my account, where this fraud company always did cancellation of my orders and deducted reward points and haven't refunded that points!

    So near to total more than 10, 000 worth loss have been estimated!

    So initiate several severe action on this fraud company & provide compensation of rs. 10, 000 immediately!

    So i also suggest don't shop from this fraudster company "nykaa" www.nykaa.com
    Ordered 2 elle 18 lipstick pink kiss shade. Money debited from my account.. But i didn't get any order confirmation.. And the product is still in my cart..however money deducted from my account. Waiting for the past 16 hrs ..

      Pathetic services!
      I am a regular customer of nykaa since years, but from last six months every second or third order is either delivered to me in damaged condition or i got the wrong product. I have raised concern everytime about it and they refunded me the money. But recently i again got a wrong delivery and they refuse to return the amount to me saying that since i have raised similar issues in the past they won’t be able to provide any resolution to my problem. Rather than accepting their failures at delivery part, they chose to not return my hard earned money. I won’t recommend this website to anyone.

        I am having a worst experience with nkyaa. First, the delivery partner won't call and at the end of the day we get a failed delivery message.
        Secondly, all the customer service team keep saying to wait for 24-48 hours, every time we raise a complain.
        And the worst part is, it is so difficult to get back the refund. I've got the mail saying that the refund has been initiated in my account on 8th of april 2019. Which will be reflected in my account within 5-7 working days. Come on nkyaa today is 22nd of april 2019. Where is my money?

          I have purchased 3 items from nykaa on 27th march 2019.
          One of them included nivea fresh natural spray 150ml costing around inr 179/-
          Order number is nyk[protected]
          Fragrance of this deo is totally different from the deo that i bought from the physical stores
          This deo bought from nykaa smells like iodoform smell of the hospital.
          Fresh natural deo bought from the stores smell far better and like the actual original deo.
          I tried making a return of the deo over the site but did not get any such option on the website.
          Hence came on this portal for the help.

            I am disappointed with nykaa so much that i am never purchasing anything from it again. I have been nykaa's loyal customer and a very easy going customer at that, to the point that i hardly returned anything. I believe that the easiness to return purchases is what keeps the online industry thriving as sometimes you do not get the complete picture online and once you actually see the product and do not like it then you can easily return it. I recently placed an order on nykaa for hair extensions and colorbar lip liner and when i received it it didn't fit me on my head and the lip liner was of a different color. I immediately logged in for a refund with the pictures of the product and to my surprise they claimed that the product is used! How will i know whether the hair extension fits my head without trying once? And the extensions are brand new in their original packaging. Furthermore, they gave me no response for why they were not taking back the lip liner. I am buying cosmetics since ages and i am not going to ask for a refund after trying a lip liner! I told them the products are fresh and new but either they take ages to respond or if they do they just say they can't refund. I have wasted the money as i can't use the products and can't return them too! But i feel it's highly unfair what they have done!

              This is rediculous I ordered products from nykaa have not received all the products ...sent email and customer consultant she asked me for receipt box and products I received I sent her...
              Now bloody I m getting email from nykaa no resolution

              what u guys mean sent partial order and take full amount from customer for nothing

              I have ordered two items on April 9, the order details shown that it is packed and shipped but further no improvement in order delivery. After that another ordered item has delivered in this address. Why this much delay happening for a prepaid item? I couldn't track the product.

              Same case has happened with me order number: NYK[protected], I had ordered 3 products one mini kit was free with hair oil, I havent received the product but have received 2 free kits, that makes the product count 4.
              Have been chasing nykaa since long, but according to them everything is good at their end.
              Its so careless of nykaa that they are not trusting the customer. They should check their logistic packing teamm who is cheating customers. Also its not just one incident that has happened. Its a nice way to do fraud and loot people with their hard earned money.
              I really dont care who took the product, or who is at fault, I want my, money back.

                I am really fed up from nykaa.com
                I ordered 3products costing 695rs on 17march, 19. Money is deducted from my account.

                Now it's approx 1month i am not receiving my products or money.

                They mention on their site that delivery takes 3-4days, but see i am here with no product in hand.

                I have called them day and evening talking to different representative but they say we can't do anything. We will raise high priority request and then next day they change the status to out for delivery and very same evening change it to failed delivery.

                I didn't receive any call, message, mail from courier also if in case they cannot locate my address.

                Neither nykaa is providing me the contact of india post.

                I found a number of india post online but they never pick up the call.

                Nykaa says they can't contact indicate neither i, then how will things work.

                If they claim to deliver in 3-4days, and do not deliver for any unknown reason how should i deal with that.

                Giving fake commitments on site is just making fool of people.

                  I never usually care about how people treat me but i really had to talk about this. I love nykaa and always order from their website (Almost every month)
                  I was so happy when i came to know that a nykaa store is opening in kochi because i thought it would be a great opportunity to get my exact shades.
                  I have been to the store 4 times now but i'm never going there again. The staff don't care about who comes and goes. The first time i went they were busy putting make-up on each other and the other times i noticed that they all stick with a particular customer (Usually a foreigner or someone who us kinda famous) and only attend to that person. I don't mind that tbh but it's kinda sad for me when i have to run behind them for help or to ask if a product is available and they reply as if they are doing me a favor by even talking to me or they just walk away and act like they don't hear what i say. Another thing is that literally everything i ask for is out of stock or unavailable and if i ask them when it will be available they say i don't know.
                  Maybe there is some rule for them that they should only attend to particular customers only and treat others like they are garbage.
                  I love nykaa a lot but when i need help to get an exact shade or beauty advice i have to go to the health and glow store next to the nykas store cause their staff is so damn helpful or just buy it online at nykaa and hope that the shade of right
                  I thought i was the only one but literally everyone i talk to said similar or worse reviews about the store.
                  I have ordered 11 products from nykaa and i got only 10 products
                  My ordered Maybelline lip gradation was not in the delivered package

                      order not placed and amount got debited from bank account

                      I was placing an order on nykaa at 3:20 am today 10th april for biotique products worth rs 2309 however it did not get placed and amount got debited from my yes bank netbanking. I have reference for payment as well.. Kindly look into this matter and refund my money or place the order. I have raised few concerns on nykaa earlier as well however did not get resolved yet..

                      For the above order, i paid online. Because of the website problem, it got paid twice. There was a duplicate order and when i called customer care, they asked me tk return the products.

                      I had to return the products that i received because of the duplication. I returned the products 2 months back and i'm yet to receive my refund. I've called customer care multiple times and they are not initiating the refund request.

                      Please help.

                        On 19th march i have placed order for 3 product, out of 3 product i have received only 2 product, i have informed them, immediately i have taken photosnap n sent it to nyka, after that i connected to costumer care to complain this. Everytime they require 48 hours... To investigate it. They cheated my higher price foundation has missed. After 6 days they are replying me that they have sent 3 product..
                        Every day was following what is the status they dont want refund n delivery any item.
                        Dont buy anything from nyka, such a bad experience i had from nyka,

                          I have received a used old other brand hair dryer in the box of the product i had ordered! It was miss placed by someone in Nykaa.. and i had reported this from the day I received the product but Nykaa has rejected my return request for no reason. I feel cheated . I had ordered a Nova hair dryer but got an other brand old used product in Nova’s new packing. And they are rejecting to resolve this issue saying that there no fault from there side.

                            Nykaa company has now resorted to cheap tactic for not selling their discounted products. I had ordered products from their website on a discount after they send me several sms and mails informing about the ongoing discount i feel that this is their modus operandi where first they will lure you by sending sms and emails about discounted products and then when you order these products the reason they give for not fulfilling your order is that they are unable to send the goods since the consumer
                            Is a shopkeeper and one has to buy again with original price sit the question raised here is no where on their website they have mentioned that a shopkeeper cannot buy these products or limited qty per order then how can they block orders?
                            As for my self i am not a shopkeeper and there is no prior investigation from them before they decide my profession as a shopkeeper however
                            Naykaa.com has become the judge and a jury and above the law of the land and has now started to decide their consumers profession and deal accordingly.. I had called naykaa customer care and on 2 occasions and i was assured that within 48 hours my products will be dispatched
                            But that did not happen and it took me a while to explain them i am not a shopkeeper as it seems naykaa.com has taken the role of
                            Police, cid and one has to explain their customer care about his/her profession first leave alone the buying and purchase of goods
                            From their website which is just beyond my understanding of fair practice and business
                            On 04/04/2019 i called naykka.com customer care and mr himashu who represents the customer care told me that my order was dispatched by wow express on and since i was unavailable to receive the goods dispatched the delivery attempt was failed and when i requested him tracking number he put me on hold to check and in a few minutes he told me that my order was on hold since naykaa.com thought that i was a shopkeeper i am beginning to feel
                            Are they discriminating the profession of shopkeepers who are so vital for our daily needs? I was very shocked and i reminded mr himanshu that
                            He already told me products where shipped and now he was telling me a totally a different thing and to this he told me that wow express does not work under naykaa.com and what was showing might be a technical errors sir i fail to understand that this particular courier information was updated on nyakaa.com website and still the customer care says that the courier wow express is not associated with them and also the sheer contrast of customer cares earlier statement of first
                            Having said that goods were dispatched and then he said goods were on hold as company feels i was a shopkeeper. This is how nykaa.com deals with its customers and vehemently lies to them giving also false information and most disturbing thing is that they do business as per persons profession they feel they are above law now and have their own set of rules.
                            Please take action against this company who has set its own rules and had taken the authority to decide how to do business judging on persons profession.

                              I had ordered a huda beauty matte lipstick from nykaa, they didn't even provide luxury box, and there was no polythene coated sheath, the packed was so much scratched and the lipstick was also, didn't feel anything like new, it felt old dirty and used, the bottom of the item has a sticker which has information about the item which looks nothing like the original, the lip symbol (Which is supposed to be as originally) is missing instead there is something else, very clever nykaa buglers selling cheap duplicate items and not even helping on return, my 1650 rs gone in waste, but i will not leave you untill i get justice

                                Hello team,

                                I had recieved a damaged product from nykaa and i raised a concern with nykaa. They rejected the return and told to contact the brand, when i contacted the brand for refund, they redirected to nykaa to provide the refund and since then i have been following up with nykaa to raise a return request and process my refund. But they are just tireing me out so that i give up and forget about my money. They are only making false promises and nobody is helping.

                                Can somebody please look into this, i have been raising this issue since 2 weeks now and talked to a number of agents, but my issue is still not resolved. I am really disppointed in nykaa customer service, i have to daily call and ask if there is any progress, the agent always says that the team will get back but i neither recieve a call nor mail. I don't know whom to escalate this, there is no proper escalation matrix as well, i regret shopping on nykaa, i have never experienced such a horrible and frustrating customer service.

                                So I bought this concealer from nyka outlet in Navi Mumbai (seawoods Grand Central) and it has out water and 10% concealer cream in that. I have videos to prove it. Please consider this complain and provide justice.

                                  I ordered loreal sensibalance worth rs635 and received an old, ugly, damaged and dirty bottle worth rs. 575. Where as i paid 635 for this bottle. Dont cheat your customers with fake products.
                                  I want a refund so that i can place another order or replacement.
                                  I raised return request with resolution yet. And pausing the sla stating i haven't provided docs. I have sent all relevant documents. I am going impatient and pissed off

                                    I am purchasing loreal foundation in sale.after complete the sale Nykaa cancel my order.they said they refund my money 499/-.not 500/- and they don't respond properly.see how cheap Nykaa is.They stole my product from my cart.Its actual price is 1200/-.I want my product or 1200/-.Please help me.i want justice.middle class people waiting for sale and buy.but this Nykaa stole my product, cheats the poor customers.Because they didn't cancel the rich persons orders.Please I want 1200/- or product.Need JUSTICE

                                      29th March flat 500 sale running in loreal.i ordered.but two days nykaa doesn't react on my order.after two days they cancel my order.they said sorry the stock is out.then why are they take my money.they doesn't respond properly.i bought it for 500.actual price is 1200/-.they loss 700/- because only they stole my product from me.DISGUSTING nykaa cheats the poor customers undoubtedly.
