Nykaa is getting worst day by day. Last time i didn't receive my order in time, i had to reorder. Despite complaining them about the courier service which they are using, i informed that ecom delivery is not good and not to send via them but still this # nykaa did the same and this time my products were damaged. Like what the #??? Can't u guys just use some better packing and ship it via good airlines and with care. Don't be surprised if i give bad rating to nykaa. #!!! Look into my matter more seriously from now on. #... Fck

    I had placed a delivery of rupees 533 for which i have already paid... The delivery failed... When i tried to use raise concern option... It's didnot work... When i tried to open the chat option in the nykaa app... It didnot open... I have tried both these options several times but to no avail... What should i do now? How do i contact nykaa about my prepaid failed delivery? Help, nykaa... Asap... This is my order number... Order #

      nor coming to my address this people telling problem with address.. if I call to customer care they just tell they will reach me back not connecting my call to higher authority. From 4 days I'm trying to contact.. PL help me to solve this ..

        I have placed an order on 2nd may
        My order no. Is nyk[protected]. So there were 16 items in total
        .. And they has to be delivered in two parts... The first one should contain 13 items and second one should contain 3... From which i received the first one having only 10 items there 3 are missing from it... Those are wet n wild flat top brush, nivea miscellar water and incolor eyeshadow pallete. I payed full money then why you didnt sent me my complete order... The second part of order has all the
        Items. And in total i received 13 items
        .. Send me the remaining three... I have already talked to your customer care and did as they said to put an email with pictures of items i received... But no response from there.. If you didnt solved my problm i am never going to buy anything from nykaa

          I have placed an order on 2nd of may for 16 items and they said that the order has to be delivered in two parts. The first one was delivered on 4th may which should have 13 items according to nykaa but 3 were missing from it... And i received 10 items only... I called on their customer care no. They told me to put the pictures of all items and bills that i received on their email... I did that. But even after two days of wait.. There is no response... This is ridiculous. There must be some strict action should be taken for them

            I received my order on May 2nd and it had one product missing.
            The order number is: NYK[protected]
            So I didn't receive one product from this and raised a complaint about it.
            They said they dispatched all products. I again called customer service and they said they would re investigate about it.
            Today again, I received the same email I
            saying they dispatched all products.
            when I called customer service again, Ms. Rakhi told me how they have footage of all products being sent to me. That basically goes on to say that I am lying for one product out of the seven or eight that were ordered.
            Even when I said that I have pictures of the products I received, she went on to repeating that they have footage and pictures of how they sent all products. That basically means I am lying. Because we have nothing better to do than complain and lie about a product that they say they sent.
            Very bad customer service from their end.
            Awaiting a call from their supervisor as of now, but very disgusted with their quality of customer service.
            This is how these online services cheat and harass us.
            And I am so disappointed because I thought atleast Nykaa wasn't one of them. But sadly it is too.

            I would like a strict action to be taken against this if this issue isn't resolved soon so that they don't continue to cheat consumers like this in the future.

              I had ordered an aromamusk organic castor oil from nykaa.

              The app shows the product as delivered but it was never delivered to me. On contacting customer support, i got the name and signature of an unknown person as 'proof of delivery' of the prepaid product. When i replied that i'm not the person who got the delivery, i get the same standard 'proof of delivery' email.

              It has been a week and my complaint is not yet resolved.

              Worst experience with an online shopping site. Horrible customer support by nykaa.

                product not received but status is showing delivered

                I ordered a sugar smudge me not liquid lipstick and a loreal professionnel lipidium shampoo which was scheduled to deliver today but neither i got the products nor did i got any call from your delivery agent. And now i got a message saying that product has been delivered. I have paid rupees 1134 for the products and didn't get that. This is ridiculous. I did not expect this to happen from nykaa. Please deliver my order as soon as possible...

                Hello all,

                I am a working women and nobody can receive order post 12 pm at my home.

                I was supposed to receive my order by monday and everyday courier team called me in evening asking my whereabouts, i told them multiple time to deliver it by or before 12 pm and he said in this case we will deliver it once you are at home and insisted to deliver it at second floor of my building.

                When i have complained on wednesday, the customer service team's response was courier team will deliver anytime before 7 pm evening. Really - who will receive order if nobody is at home post 12 pm.

                The team could not deliver order till today, i have again received the call from wow express courier team and again they have shared same concern over delivering it before 12 pm, i told them to return the order. I have contacted via customer service number and via facebook chat too, your customer service is just dead slow, uneducated and not at all customer centric.

                If i have to wait for one week for order delivery, i will better go to market and buy.

                I have not receive order yet and your good for nothing customer service don't have defined timelines. Pls cancel the order and refund money. Even if the order is delivered by tomorrow now i will not accept it and will never order anything from nykaa.

                Today i got my colorbar nail remover ... but when i got the bottle it was half in quantity.. i want to replace it... it is very disappointing... i want my cash back or change the bottle as soon as possible...

                  From last 3 months in nykaa customer care this peoples are not solving my problem they are just molding my words such a ridiculous service provided by them. I mail so many times to them and also call them but they are such a stupid person, i don't know how nykaa hire them with such a ridiculous service to their customers, who only said i understand your problem we will solve your problem saale chutiya samjha h kya 1 chhota saa kaam n kr skte, feb march april and now it's may but they are not resolve my problem, they had issue me a coupon which is not valid in my bag and my amt is also block with them from last 3 months they are not refund me or not going to order any product with that amt i tried everything which they told me but there is nothing to be solved by anyone.

When i raise a complaint simply they are saying everything is dispatched correctly so we cannot initiate return. This a really worst service. They never mind about customers.                     I was the one recommend this app to my friends bt i have uninstalled the app now. Will convey it to my friends as well. People do not buy from nykaa the customer service is worst one when comparing with other website. Simply they are closing the compliant putting a stupid statement we cannot help you

                      I ordered biotique bio white advanced fairness face wash of 50 ml but i got really shocked to see the 50 ml tube was almost half...! I m really dissappoint from nykaa...                         I placed an order for 12 items on april 16, after which i started receiving my order in 4 packages. I received 3 packages which had 1 item in each package & was left with 9 more items to be delivered.

                        I kept on receiving messages everyday by the courier company that i will receive the package & end of the day, they used to message stating that the executive could not reach me & that they will try to deliver again the next day. This happened in a row for 4-5 days before i complained to nykaa for the suspicious delay.

                        Finally i received my package & much in line to what i was expecting, it only had 5 products out of 9. I was able to open the package very very easily since a retaping had been done. I have been trying to get a resolution for this but the whole team is absolutely not supportive.

                        Please help!

                            1.Leaked product delivered on 18th October
                            2. Bill of the product is wrong
                            3. Tried to contact customer service 3-4 times in 6months but they turn out to be ### none resolved the issue
                            4. Then one of your executive offers discount voucher/refund equal to amount of the product
                            Which obviously I declined since done with there attitude.
                            5.now when I ask for the discount voucher instead of being thankful that a customer has returned to you a pathetic shameless guy tells me that my account is deleted which is obviously a lie and that I have to re register to avail discount
                            6.Later when I inform him my account is working he bargains discount stating that I replied late. Is that guy selling bananas here totally a useless person.
                            7. Now a new agent states that I placed the request late when in fact I had placed it in 1 day it is they who are prolonging since 6months.

                            1/6 of agent hardly knows how to behave with customers.

                            A. If you did not have intention of giving discount why did you offer?
                            B. Even when my account was working why did your person lie?

                            This itself shows that you are frauds fooling people.

                            I suggest do not buy from them.
                            I placed an order for multiple items worth ₹7260 on the Nykaa app but while placing the order the transaction failed and the order was not placed. But then I got a message from my bank that the money had been debited. I’d like to know if my order is placed or not because it’s not showing in the app or I’d like Nykaa to reverse the payment.

                              I am writing here to get resolution from this fraud!

                              I am shopped from www.Nykaa.com

                              Where from my family i have shopped from individual accounts of my family, i have reward points in my account, where this fraud company always did cancellation of my orders and deducted reward points and haven't refunded that points!

                              So near to total more than 10, 000 worth loss have been estimated!

                              So initiate several severe action on this fraud company & provide compensation of rs. 10, 000 immediately!

                              So i also suggest don't shop from this fraudster company "nykaa" www.nykaa.com
                              Ordered 2 elle 18 lipstick pink kiss shade. Money debited from my account.. But i didn't get any order confirmation.. And the product is still in my cart..however money deducted from my account. Waiting for the past 16 hrs ..

                                Pathetic services!
                                I am a regular customer of nykaa since years, but from last six months every second or third order is either delivered to me in damaged condition or i got the wrong product. I have raised concern everytime about it and they refunded me the money. But recently i again got a wrong delivery and they refuse to return the amount to me saying that since i have raised similar issues in the past they won’t be able to provide any resolution to my problem. Rather than accepting their failures at delivery part, they chose to not return my hard earned money. I won’t recommend this website to anyone.

                                  I am having a worst experience with nkyaa. First, the delivery partner won't call and at the end of the day we get a failed delivery message.
                                  Secondly, all the customer service team keep saying to wait for 24-48 hours, every time we raise a complain.
                                  And the worst part is, it is so difficult to get back the refund. I've got the mail saying that the refund has been initiated in my account on 8th of april 2019. Which will be reflected in my account within 5-7 working days. Come on nkyaa today is 22nd of april 2019. Where is my money?

                                    I have purchased 3 items from nykaa on 27th march 2019.
                                    One of them included nivea fresh natural spray 150ml costing around inr 179/-
                                    Order number is nyk[protected]
                                    Fragrance of this deo is totally different from the deo that i bought from the physical stores
                                    This deo bought from nykaa smells like iodoform smell of the hospital.
                                    Fresh natural deo bought from the stores smell far better and like the actual original deo.
                                    I tried making a return of the deo over the site but did not get any such option on the website.
                                    Hence came on this portal for the help.

                                      I am disappointed with nykaa so much that i am never purchasing anything from it again. I have been nykaa's loyal customer and a very easy going customer at that, to the point that i hardly returned anything. I believe that the easiness to return purchases is what keeps the online industry thriving as sometimes you do not get the complete picture online and once you actually see the product and do not like it then you can easily return it. I recently placed an order on nykaa for hair extensions and colorbar lip liner and when i received it it didn't fit me on my head and the lip liner was of a different color. I immediately logged in for a refund with the pictures of the product and to my surprise they claimed that the product is used! How will i know whether the hair extension fits my head without trying once? And the extensions are brand new in their original packaging. Furthermore, they gave me no response for why they were not taking back the lip liner. I am buying cosmetics since ages and i am not going to ask for a refund after trying a lip liner! I told them the products are fresh and new but either they take ages to respond or if they do they just say they can't refund. I have wasted the money as i can't use the products and can't return them too! But i feel it's highly unfair what they have done!
