I have ordered few products from nykaa on 1st may, 2019 and got one product as defected so i raised refund request. they are stating that they have initialized the refund request on 8th may. but i have not got any money. they said to send them the screenshot of account transactions. i sent that. then again asked me to send in PDF format. i did so. then told me to contact bank but bank is saying there is no such transaction against the given number so they cannot help me with this. then they gave me one arn number to fill the charge back sheet of bank. still it is going on. i have been calling since one month. i can give the name of the executives- yasmin, geeta chauhan, nikita carvalho, pooja sanu, asiya siddique and many more... Return and refund policy is very very poor. dissatisfied with the service.
It has been 11 days and refund not done on by cancellation of order no NYK[protected]

    I have placed an order on nykaa on 21st may'19 and paid online.. Till today i haven't received my order. It's more than 10 days now. They keep on postponing the dates and even denied to give refund.

    It is so far the worst service i have ever seen in my entire life. I would suggest everyone not to buy anything from nykaa.. If do so then please don't pay online or else you will be just stucked the way i am right now.

      I still have not received my order or the refund. I contacted the customer support via mail and call on 8th, 18th, and 23rd of may and i was promised refund within 24 hours all those times.
      Is this the kind of support you provide your customers?
      I am highly disappointed by the service.
      I was a regular customer and i lost all trust in nykaa. I will also suggest my friends and colleagues not to use this app again because of the worst ever support you provide.
      I even mentioned i have proof that the order was not delivered.
      Its been almost a month since and still mo proper response from your end.
      I want a refund asap.
      Its not very likely for such a brand to exploit their customers and make profit.
      Will also be raising a complaint in national consumer complaint forum
      When i opened the seal i got yellow colour oil like thing which got seperated from the actual white gel .the front description on the pack is different from the one i saw on this website.i want them to check whether it is a original or duplicate product .if it is duplicate i want to return this product and make them to refund my amount

        Hi. I cancelled the order the next day it was placed. Support team told not to accept the product as it was already shipped and can't be cancelled. The support team has no internal coordination nor their system is updated regarding the issue. When the product is refused for the last 10 days why the refund is taking time. Very poor customer support
        The Jeva charcoal face mask I saw on youTube was a very thin layer and nice consistency. The product I received had a very bad consistency and its like a glue.
        Nykaa did not send my money back on paytm I cancel my order but they did not pay back my money plz return my money.
        I pay rs539 but nykaa was send me plz pay back my money.

          I ordered 3 products from Nykaa and was a prepaid order, the products are out for delivery since 3 days and I didn't receive any call from the courier partner, repeatedly I am getting sms that the delivery is failed.

          I have no clue how the delivery failed when no one contacted me. I called up the customer care at least 7-8 times, they are saying different things. Will I not get my money back?! This is ultimate cheating.

            I ordered maybelline new york fit me foundation from nykaa... I got the product that is made in china (Original one is made in usa)... I called the customer care number of them they are telling that there plant is there in china also i have doubt about it... I am worried about the product is it harmful to my skin or not??

              I have ordered two different prepaid products on different dates
              Naykaa has delivered me wrong product then i have ordered
              I asked for the replacement which they denied
              I requested for reverse pickup from the same address they had delivered n they r saying that in my area this facility is not available n forcing me to provide alternate address as i don’t have any other address of relatives friends n even office too bcz i have all of them in same area in which products have delivered
              I agreed for self courier for which they will pay bt not in my naykaa wallet or not in my registered account they r forcing me to have the courier charges in coupon form only
              It’s their mistake still i have to suffer from the day i have delivered wrong products
              Though it’s their mistake still forcing me to follow their convenient option
              So useless products i have received n my money is not going to return by them

                I was delivered a pagackage from nykaa on 13th of may in which i have received 1 product out of 4 products. So, i mailed to nykaa on 13th of may and have attached the snapshots i was required to share. I got the reply to wait for 24-48 hours.. It's been 11 days and the matter is not solved. I have paid money already and neither got my money nor my products.
                I have been mailing and calling to the customer support executive for multiple times and all i was told to wait and it's been 11 days. They have not taken any major steps nor any updates about the warehouse team process was reflected to me.
                Kindly help me out with this issue.

                They denied that there was any problems with the consignment sent to me.I asked them of the proof they said they can't provide me so.They just marked my problem as solved and I am at a loss of my money for the products which was never delivered to me..Such a big brand is doing such things..It's totally unbelievable and I am been facing constant issues and they have worst customer support..Neither I got the products nor my money was refunded to me..!!

                  This is the second time I have placed an order since I liked your service with my first order. But I got a call from your company yesterday that your courier service was not able to locate my address. So I provided more information regarding landmarks to make it a little easier for them to find out and I also provided with an alternative phone number so that in case you were not able to get me on my number for some reason you could give a call on the other number. But yet again today my package was not delivered to me.
                  I ordered 2 lipsticks and one eyeliner firstly I got the two lipstics of same shade and also I am not satisfy with the qualities of your product, hence kindly replace my order or else refund my amount.

                      Referring to my order number nyk[protected], i had placed order of clinoqu moisture surge overnight mask on 3rd may for rs 3, 500. Since this was during the sale, there were complimentary products promised. But on receiving the parcel one one product was received. After repeated follow ups, nykaa has refused to either deliver the free products or process return of the product.
                      21st may I ordered 3 items at the same time. After that I got a msg your nykaa 2 items has shipped and 1 item is pending. Till now it's not shipped what is the problem tell me plz

                            I have ordered cosmetics from nykaa and made online payment for the same. They are not attempting any delivery but every time i make compalint, they send the same response that we will make another attempt. This has been repeatedly happening (At least 8 times). I have called them, emailed them and also called and emailed their courier partner wow express but the issue hasn't been resolved. Wow express doesn't even bother to connect your call or call back. I am hoping that some action should be taken against such horrible after sales support. Nykaa has made awesome app and sell awesome products but they as a company do not care beyond that. They take payment in full but give zero service, not even bothering to send sold goods to the customer. Nykaa.com is a fraud. I am after them since so many days. An honest customer doesn't deserve this treatment. I feel so helpless, please help me.
                            I ordered a sugar smudge me not rust lust liquid lipstick and a loreal professionnel lipidium shampoo..it was scheduled to deliver today but I didn't get the product also didn't get any call from your agent.. I have already paid for it.. i need my product asap.

                              I’d ordered and xtenso shampoo and foundation from nykaa recently ( total worth 852) ( during there pink sale) and received two some other shampoos ( worth 630 each). I initiated the return request within a minute of getting my order. They have rejected my return request by saying that there was no mistake from there warehouse team as the correct products were sent to me. I’ve sent them every picture and screenshot. It took them 3-4 days to come up with no resolution! They are behaving as if it was my mistake only. The customer care people don’t even listen. They keep on repeating the same thing “we’ll forward your request and wait for 24-48hrs”. I’ve been shopping with them since a long time now and nothing has ever happened but this time they are pretending as if it is my mistake only!

                                Recently i ordered many products during their pink sale and received them all in multiple shipments. One shipment was supposed to contain 12 products and we received the package in a very good condition only. We didn’t bother to open the package in front of the courier guy as never faced such situation in the past. When we opened the package in the evening it was found that 2 products were missing in that. I mailed them regarding the same immediately. They sent multiple mails asking for some unnecessary snapshots, bills etc which i sent them sincerely. After waiting for 8-10 days they confirmed that there is no problem from their end and closed the ticket. How disgusting is that? It’s very sure that nothing has happened during the transit as the package was not damaged. It’s from nykaa who have not sent the products. At least they should have identified their loyal customers and thought a little why anyone who shops regularly can claim for few products which are not even more than few bucks? Highly disappointed. Will not recommend nykaa. Worst customer relations management.
                                And don’t go with their reviews on nykaa specifically on nykaa products. All are fake reviews, i bought nykaa products by seeing their rating and review but all turned out to be worst!

                                  Since 1 week I am complaining about the vacant Livon Hair Serum delivered by Nykaa but no response is received from company. Investigation & 24 to 48 hours of company is not getting complete they are taking lot of time & not providing any solution to costumers.They are not providing replacement nor refund. Very disappointed and going to complain in consumer court about this fraud.

                                    Tracking ID[protected] Order ID: NYK[protected] shows delivered on the nykaa app but ha still not been delivered. Maybelline Matte Ink lipstick + 3 items have been returned to Nykaa by the delivery agent but not yet delivered to me. Very poor response by Nykaa customer care in resolving this. Calls and complaints not resolved. They have their shipment back with them and are willing to issue refund but in that case all the discount availed will be lost. No attempt by executives to resolve issue, they still say shipment is delivered to me but it has been returned to nykaa. Now they want to refund the amount an not retry sending the products. rediculous.

                                      The product is damaged firstly firstly they delay the delivery then on extended delivery date also product did not reach also no notification i have to call again and again for notification.then for replacement they said wait for 24 hrs then also no approval made its 48 hrs. And now again i called they said product is not there now for return request they need more 24 hrs to reject and then return ...how many 24 hrs you guys need to work. No mails replies no followups no complaint resolved product is not appropriate i have to return it what approval you need from any one else but marked resolved default and then only wait for 24 hrs. I am fedup with this kindly take your product and make my refund on urgent basis. Its been 14 may doing this since 10 days...my oder no - nyx[protected]. They provide broken product
