I have ordered colorbar matte me as i am lipstick with other two products which was delivered except the colorbar product and when i open the package it's empty with only the cap and sharper of the pencil lipstick.
- it happened on 24th june 2019
- it was delivered by a courier guy and his number is [protected]
- i want the refund.
On 13 june i placed some order but i did not get that product which i ordered wrong product even i shared screenshots of that but from 13 untill today there is no pickup done by them and no refund .

    I ordered a few products from the nykaa app. After 2 days the status of the product was show n as failed delivery even though i did jot recieve any call from the delivery executive. Not once did they try to contact me. The order was prepaid and i havent even recieved the refund money yet. Neither did the parcel arrive nor did the refund. I wrote an email regarding my concerns but never got a reply back. Very dissapointing. My order number is nyk[protected]
    There is misplace of products of the MAC foundation and Forest essential Aloe vera juice. The products were switcjed with the wrong front cover and delivered to the wrong address. The distance to be recovered was between Pune and Mumbai.

      I ordered some products on nykaa and the bill value is 11936 rupees. Money got deducted and is reflecting in my account but neither the order got confirmed nor it is visible in the ‘orders’ page of the App. Date of Transaction - 19th June 2019

      This is a lot of money and I have not received any kind of acknowledgment of receipt of amount by Nykaa. It is reflecting in my text message and bank account with the name of the brand NYKAA.

      The brand must make some serious changes in their payments and refund policies, this is deceitful and makes many people have a bad impression on the brand.

      Hoping consumerconplaints.in takes immediate action and brings justice and refund for my case

        I ordered 5 products from Nykaa.com and the delivery was very late and they everytime keep it out for delivery on daily basis and update the status reattempted and did not provide me even a contact no. of the delivery boy even a single and at evenning on daily marked the delivery failed again and again without calling me, and informing me i already paid for the product.
        Really too much frustrated from the Service Provider.

          I paid for the bag items and my money got deducted but the nyka application showed that the payment was cancelled
          Now my money has been deducted and there is no refund given. And on talking to customer care no help was given
          They straight away said that there has been no payment to us on ur part
          While my bank statement shows that money is debited and credited to their account

            I had shopped from nykaa bt the product under Refund for my Nykaa Order No. NYK[protected] was not per my expectation so i returned it. Bt since the day i returned the product this shopping site is constantly saying via emails n fb msgs that they initiated refund aftr so many requests of mine on[protected] under Transaction details: NYK[protected] . Still i got no refund from their side. Now they are saying raise a chargeback n ask your bank why hvnt you recieved your refund money, which the bank says we can't do something with it, as chargeback is to b raised by the sender not the receiver. Please help me in this regard. I wud b very thankful to you for this act of kindness.
            2 products of mine are missing 2 face mask sheets actually I ordered 6 products but I got only 4 products delivered this is my first shopping with nykaa but very bad experience how can u miss products even after paying very bad

              I had ordered the 4 items from nykaa, but received only 3 items and one of the items from my order is missing. I have already made the full payment for all the 4 items. I have contacted the customer care but did not receive any resolution. Never faced such issues ever with online shopping.

              Have received all the other 3 items and only one item is missing which is the wet and wild setting spray. Need the item or else the refund.

                I had ordered products from nykaa on 8th June 2019 which was delivered to me 11th of June 2019 . The total amount of the products was rs .1727 inclusive of all discounts . When the parcel was delivered to me . I received a multani mitti pack which was not ordered by me worth rs 180 . Later I discovered that 2 of my products were missing . I had ordered 2 eye palettes of wet and wild out of which only 1 was delivered to me and 1 L’Oréal colour protect conditioner was missing . Iv already mailed them . But Ms. norian jakati replied me that all products have been dispatched correctly. I had a talk with the floor supervisor and he told me that he will be reinvestigating the cctv footage but I hvnt received any mail or call .they have stopped replying to my mails as well .Iv Neva had such a bad experience ever with online shopping.iv paid rs 584 extra for things that I haven’t received.

                  Today i visit nykaa store at elante mall and there i buy HUDA BEAUTY Foundation with which mini huda lipstick is free and they didn't gave that lipstick ...Istead of that they placed order by themselve for the product that i had not purchased...Really really shameful...This is not for the first time every time they make fool of others ...I had not checked what they are adding ro my bag the only thing i checked is my address to deliver product...They are adding products by themselves...

                      They didn't refund my money..24th may they delivered difected product immediately I clicked some pics and video also after that I called nykaa customer care they told me we have refunding ur money because this product out of stock... after 5 day they replied my problem resolved no refund nothing ...more than 14 times I called customer care they told me service request deal di hai processing .

                      But abhi tak no money and they cut my phn also 20 days ho gaye hai... I have proof of emails chatting msges videos everything pics also ... help me ye 2nd time hua hai cheater hai ye log

                      They msg me daily but after some time they again msg me

                      Your reverse pickup from Nykaa with Delhivery AWB[protected] has been cancelled.

                      This type of conversation they did 5 time from Monday to Thursday...

                        I wanted to return a nail polish purchased from Nykaa. First they tell me that the product will be picked up by their field executive but later say that there is no pick up service in my area and I have to self ship it to their warehouse through Indiapost. When I do so, they refuse to receive the product. I've been calling them for nearly a month but every time I have to explain the whole situation from the very beginning and they keep me on hold for more than 30 minutes. They say that they will have to talk with their senior executives and will let me know. Till now there has been no call or solution from their side. Only computer generated mail. I want to complain about their unprofessional attitude and harassment of customers.

                          Tried to purchase 4 cosmetic items for 519 rs frm nyka mob app on 12 jun @ 10.34 am... Hence very disappointed... Have made payment through sbi net banking.. And payment was done and amt was debited frm my account.. N i also have my sbi transaction ref no... But still the order has not been placed.. No order no or no order details r appearing in the nyka acc.. They have send no msges or emails regarding the order placement.. So am pretty sure tat order has not been placed.. All the items r still in my cart... I want u to refund my amount or place the order again... It's already 6 hrs over.
                          Tried to purchase alan truman blow brush cosmetic items for RS 2234 from nyka mob app today... Hence very disappointed... Have made payment through paytm UPI.. And payment was done and Amount was debited from my account.. and i also have my upi transaction ref no... But still the order has not been placed.. No order no or no order details are appearing in the nyka account.. They have send no messages or emails regarding the order placement.. So am pretty sure that order has not been placed.. All the items r still in my cart... I want u to refund my amount or place the order again...

                            Received the product today and it is not switching on. Nykaa has completely washed off it's hands from any sort of responsibility. They don't even consider one day responsibility for the product. Bronson customer care is totally unresponsive.
                            I have just received the product, and there is not help from anywhere. Nykaa has directed me to several mobile contacts and emails but no response from anywhere. I don't even want to return the product, I am just looking for a replacement, a workable product.

                              I have placed an order on nykaa on 6th april 2019 but didnt received a single product till 29th. Then i cancelled the order on same day but its been more than 2 months now i have not received my refund. It was a prepaid order. I called the customer support almost 10 to 12 times but what i got from them was the fake commitments every time. Every time they said just wait for 24 to 48 hrs and u will get the refund. I am frequent buyer from nykaa but this time i am really disappointed from this kind of service.

                                I was delivered my package of multiple products that i booked for the first time from the nykaa app on 28th May 2019. The product was a cash on delivery package, so i paid the delivery boy with rs.1421 but when i opened the package there were only 4 products instead of 5, although the invoice present inside the box mentioned 5 products. Also i would like to mention that out of the 4 products inside the pack, only one was present with the outer box, and also i could not check the use before date of one of the product(Neutrogena ultra sheer dry touch sunblock which was a free product). The missing product is the dot & key underarm color correction and detox pack.
                                It was my first time, using the App and sorry to say but it was truly dissapointing.I raised a ticket and did all that they told me to but after a series of messages stating they are doing an investigation, one day they just replied that the weight of the package was as expected at all the check points and they cannout authorize any solution for this problem.Now i've been looted off 600rupees or so and also wasted so much time on the entire process.This a great way to just loot your customer and then blame it all on the customer and just get rid of the matter.
                                After the entire case i am bound to think of nykaa as a fraudulent company intentionally running such schemes.
                                Although i want justice for myself but moreover i want to make people aware of the fraudulent practices of nykaa, so that they do not lose their hard earned money.

                                  I ordered 1lipstick - maybelline powder matte. It has very hard smell and it's even broken in 2 parts and that also in very even way which is not normal. I received it on 25 may 2019. I complained the same but they didn't entertain. Even after my complain mail i got a call from nykaa and when i was detailing about my doubts they disconnected the call in middle without listening me. How can i expect any cooperation from them. My order number is nyk[protected].
                                  I have not received an item from order number NYK[protected]. Have contacted their chat support and written to them as well but not resolved. Either send the product or refund the money. Calling did not help as they keep me on hold for a long time and cut the call. Absolutely pathetic customer service.
                                  I placed a order on 31 of may and i received a message that you received your order within 24 hours or in between 1 and 2 of june but now almost 6 days passed and i have no message about my order if you cannot deliever please dont send false messages like this want to cancel my order respond me as soon as possible

                                    I have ordered few products from nykaa on 1st may, 2019 and got one product as defected so i raised refund request. they are stating that they have initialized the refund request on 8th may. but i have not got any money. they said to send them the screenshot of account transactions. i sent that. then again asked me to send in PDF format. i did so. then told me to contact bank but bank is saying there is no such transaction against the given number so they cannot help me with this. then they gave me one arn number to fill the charge back sheet of bank. still it is going on. i have been calling since one month. i can give the name of the executives- yasmin, geeta chauhan, nikita carvalho, pooja sanu, asiya siddique and many more... Return and refund policy is very very poor. dissatisfied with the service.
                                    It has been 11 days and refund not done on by cancellation of order no NYK[protected]

                                      I have placed an order on nykaa on 21st may'19 and paid online.. Till today i haven't received my order. It's more than 10 days now. They keep on postponing the dates and even denied to give refund.

                                      It is so far the worst service i have ever seen in my entire life. I would suggest everyone not to buy anything from nykaa.. If do so then please don't pay online or else you will be just stucked the way i am right now.

                                        I still have not received my order or the refund. I contacted the customer support via mail and call on 8th, 18th, and 23rd of may and i was promised refund within 24 hours all those times.
                                        Is this the kind of support you provide your customers?
                                        I am highly disappointed by the service.
                                        I was a regular customer and i lost all trust in nykaa. I will also suggest my friends and colleagues not to use this app again because of the worst ever support you provide.
                                        I even mentioned i have proof that the order was not delivered.
                                        Its been almost a month since and still mo proper response from your end.
                                        I want a refund asap.
                                        Its not very likely for such a brand to exploit their customers and make profit.
                                        Will also be raising a complaint in national consumer complaint forum
                                        When i opened the seal i got yellow colour oil like thing which got seperated from the actual white gel .the front description on the pack is different from the one i saw on this website.i want them to check whether it is a original or duplicate product .if it is duplicate i want to return this product and make them to refund my amount
