There is no update regarding the refund no calls no follwup no notification. I want my refund urgently. Its been 3 days complete my pickuo has been done kindly refund my money back order no.-nyk[protected]
Not even return initiated to my account kindly make it urgent firstly they dnot deliver on my then late pickup nd now its 3 days no return made no shopping app do lik this. Worst nykaa i have made a complaint earlier and now again for refund i have the complaint.
I placed an order from my indian bank account of rs 1596, the payment was successful but order couldn’t be place

Very pathetic and irresponsible service . Never got a call or message regarding my product and the product gets returned without any information . Dissapointment. No companies should partner with Blue Dart for courrier services . Extremely lazy staffs and misbehaving.

    I have ordered cosmetics from nykaa and made online payment for the same. They are not attempting any delivery but every time i make compalint, they send the same response that we will make another attempt. This has been repeatedly happening (At least 8 times). I have called them, emailed them and also called and emailed their courier partner wow express but the issue hasn't been resolved. Wow express doesn't even bother to connect your call or call back. I am hoping that some action should be taken against such horrible after sales support. Nykaa has made awesome app and sell awesome products but they as a company do not care beyond that. They take payment in full but give zero service, not even bothering to send sold goods to the customer. Nykaa.com is a fraud. I am after them since so many days. An honest customer doesn't deserve this treatment. I feel so helpless, please help me.
    I ordered a sugar smudge me not rust lust liquid lipstick and a loreal professionnel lipidium shampoo..it was scheduled to deliver today but I didn't get the product also didn't get any call from your agent.. I have already paid for it.. i need my product asap.

      I’d ordered and xtenso shampoo and foundation from nykaa recently ( total worth 852) ( during there pink sale) and received two some other shampoos ( worth 630 each). I initiated the return request within a minute of getting my order. They have rejected my return request by saying that there was no mistake from there warehouse team as the correct products were sent to me. I’ve sent them every picture and screenshot. It took them 3-4 days to come up with no resolution! They are behaving as if it was my mistake only. The customer care people don’t even listen. They keep on repeating the same thing “we’ll forward your request and wait for 24-48hrs”. I’ve been shopping with them since a long time now and nothing has ever happened but this time they are pretending as if it is my mistake only!

        Recently i ordered many products during their pink sale and received them all in multiple shipments. One shipment was supposed to contain 12 products and we received the package in a very good condition only. We didn’t bother to open the package in front of the courier guy as never faced such situation in the past. When we opened the package in the evening it was found that 2 products were missing in that. I mailed them regarding the same immediately. They sent multiple mails asking for some unnecessary snapshots, bills etc which i sent them sincerely. After waiting for 8-10 days they confirmed that there is no problem from their end and closed the ticket. How disgusting is that? It’s very sure that nothing has happened during the transit as the package was not damaged. It’s from nykaa who have not sent the products. At least they should have identified their loyal customers and thought a little why anyone who shops regularly can claim for few products which are not even more than few bucks? Highly disappointed. Will not recommend nykaa. Worst customer relations management.
        And don’t go with their reviews on nykaa specifically on nykaa products. All are fake reviews, i bought nykaa products by seeing their rating and review but all turned out to be worst!

          Since 1 week I am complaining about the vacant Livon Hair Serum delivered by Nykaa but no response is received from company. Investigation & 24 to 48 hours of company is not getting complete they are taking lot of time & not providing any solution to costumers.They are not providing replacement nor refund. Very disappointed and going to complain in consumer court about this fraud.

            Tracking ID[protected] Order ID: NYK[protected] shows delivered on the nykaa app but ha still not been delivered. Maybelline Matte Ink lipstick + 3 items have been returned to Nykaa by the delivery agent but not yet delivered to me. Very poor response by Nykaa customer care in resolving this. Calls and complaints not resolved. They have their shipment back with them and are willing to issue refund but in that case all the discount availed will be lost. No attempt by executives to resolve issue, they still say shipment is delivered to me but it has been returned to nykaa. Now they want to refund the amount an not retry sending the products. rediculous.

              The product is damaged firstly firstly they delay the delivery then on extended delivery date also product did not reach also no notification i have to call again and again for notification.then for replacement they said wait for 24 hrs then also no approval made its 48 hrs. And now again i called they said product is not there now for return request they need more 24 hrs to reject and then return ...how many 24 hrs you guys need to work. No mails replies no followups no complaint resolved product is not appropriate i have to return it what approval you need from any one else but marked resolved default and then only wait for 24 hrs. I am fedup with this kindly take your product and make my refund on urgent basis. Its been 14 may doing this since 10 days...my oder no - nyx[protected]. They provide broken product
              And then too for approval they are taking more than 48 hrs.
              Kindly do this refund on urgent basis.

              I placed an order on nykaa on 2nd may. I haven't received my parcel yet. Everyday I am getting msgs that I will receive it in 24 hours maximum. Very much dissapointed. Please look into the matter.

                Nyk[protected], i have ordered this product the colour was completely different from the one i have ordered, i have sent multiple pictures for sample but none of the agents are initiating any return, nykaa is so cheap have no manners to talk to customer, they don't care if the customer is not at all happy with product as they got there money.

                  Nykaa providing wrong information on portals. Sent incomplete product to me. Called customer care they just forwarding me same replies and no willing to resolve my issue. No revert on call. They just hung upon me. Harrased for being one month now. Issue still persisting. I asked for nykaa escalation channel thy wont provide info.                     Nykaa is disguising by providing false advertisements. This is the 2nd time i haven't received the correct orders. Items were missing again.

                    First order i didn't received the clinique chubby stick as part of the offer.

                    In my 2nd order i didn't receive the offer where it said buy 7 the face shop real nature face masks & receive 7 face masks free.

                    When you advertised the offers, it should be fulfilled at the delivery. We made the big purchases in order to avail the offers.

                    Now, i feel uncomfortable shopping from your site.

                      I ordered 13 products from nykaa on 2nd may 2019. And i received a damaged palette of makeup revolution neutrals 2, in which one eyeshade was completely not there. I applied for replacement of this order and i again received the same damaged palette. Now i cant apply for anymore return or replacement. When i called in customer care nykaa they said to mail the photo of damaged product. I did but even after 2 days there is no response. Such a # website they only need money they dont care about the quality of product and customer complaints regarding the product. I want people to open your eyes before ordering anything on nykaa. Because once you received damaged product they won't care to give you a good product again.

                        I have ordered 3-4 product on 2 may 2019 and it was supposed to get delivered by 7 th. I received a message showing the order is delivered but i have never received the order. Upon contacting the customer support.. They either ask to wait for 24 hrs or they just simply disconnect the call.
                        This the worst customer support i have ever experienced from any e commerce company specialy it is coming from a brand called nyka

                        Please don't run a business if you can't handle it period

                          I have ordered for control jive bt they have delivered cinthol pep when I as they don't respond

                          I have ordered Maybelline and color bar lipsticks but they delivered different products like Huda lipsticks and some BB cream. When I raise a complaint simply they are saying everything is dispatched correctly so we cannot initiate return. This a really worst service. They never mind about customers.simply ignoring customers problem

                            I purchased this product from nykaa. But recived a fulty product. The bikini trimmer is fine. But the eyebrow trimmer is not working. Also there is an empty slot in the box. I contacted them within 5 hours. But the told me to contact bronson's customer care. But i can not get trough them with the number. They are not picking up phone. I am thoroughly disappointed.

                              Nykaa is getting worst day by day. Last time i didn't receive my order in time, i had to reorder. Despite complaining them about the courier service which they are using, i informed that ecom delivery is not good and not to send via them but still this # nykaa did the same and this time my products were damaged. Like what the #??? Can't u guys just use some better packing and ship it via good airlines and with care. Don't be surprised if i give bad rating to nykaa. #!!! Look into my matter more seriously from now on. #... Fck

When i tried to open the chat option in the nykaa app... It didnot open... I have tried both these options several times but to no avail... What should i do now?                                     I have placed an order on 2nd may
                                    My order no. Is nyk[protected]. So there were 16 items in total
                                    .. And they has to be delivered in two parts... The first one should contain 13 items and second one should contain 3... From which i received the first one having only 10 items there 3 are missing from it... Those are wet n wild flat top brush, nivea miscellar water and incolor eyeshadow pallete. I payed full money then why you didnt sent me my complete order... The second part of order has all the
                                    Items. And in total i received 13 items

                                      I have placed an order on 2nd of may for 16 items and they said that the order has to be delivered in two parts. The first one was delivered on 4th may which should have 13 items according to nykaa but 3 were missing from it... And i received 10 items only... I called on their customer care no. They told me to put the pictures of all items and bills that i received on their email... I did that. But even after two days of wait.. There is no response... This is ridiculous. There must be some strict action should be taken for them

                                        I received my order on May 2nd and it had one product missing.
                                        The order number is: NYK[protected]
                                        So I didn't receive one product from this and raised a complaint about it.
                                        They said they dispatched all products. I again called customer service and they said they would re investigate about it.
                                        Today again, I received the same email I
                                        saying they dispatched all products.
                                        when I called customer service again, Ms. Rakhi told me how they have footage of all products being sent to me. That basically goes on to say that I am lying for one product out of the seven or eight that were ordered.
                                        Even when I said that I have pictures of the products I received, she went on to repeating that they have footage and pictures of how they sent all products. That basically means I am lying. Because we have nothing better to do than complain and lie about a product that they say they sent.
                                        Very bad customer service from their end.
                                        Awaiting a call from their supervisor as of now, but very disgusted with their quality of customer service.
                                        This is how these online services cheat and harass us.
                                        And I am so disappointed because I thought atleast Nykaa wasn't one of them. But sadly it is too.

                                        I would like a strict action to be taken against this if this issue isn't resolved soon so that they don't continue to cheat consumers like this in the future.
