On 18th of january, i placed an order with nykaa.com. This order comprised of 6 packages, out of which only 5 were delivered.
The week after filing a ticket number in complaint, courier boys started harassing me for 3 continuous days. At first, i believed that nykaa has stellar customer service, and the courier boys were acting on their own accord.
However, on 30th of january, i received a call from 2 nykaa "logistics" team members telling me that the courier boy is waiting outside with a package.in reality, a couple minutes before this phone call from 2 different nykaa executives, i had to ask the security gateman of my building to escort the courier boys downstairs. I also immediately wrote an email to update my ticket about the experience.
This is outright wrong! Nykaa cannot outright lie to its customers or propagate this harassing by courier services.
It leaves a very bad taste in the mouth.
Using reputable courier services is a much better alternative.

Updated by nykaauser Update to this ticket: Nobody from the customer service team actually responds to the ticket. Apparently, a certain farah.[protected]@nykaa.com has been assigned this ticket, and i've tried to call back multiple times but am unable to reach anybody who seems to actually resolve.
Adequate resolution will be a refund of the undelivered package.
