I have ordered 2 products costing rs.577 on 10 dec 2018 having order id #[protected] but due to some reasons i have to cancel that order, so i told the delivery boy that i don't want the product anymore and want my money refunded. But 2 days later i got a message from the company saying that my product has delivered, but there was no product. And from then, i have called many times in these 2 months in nykaa customer care to get my money refunded, but always they told me that please give me 24 or 48 hrs, we'll sort your matter, it is about 3 months and still, i don't have my money refunded. Such a poor service, completely unsatisfactorily.
