I had sent a pre paid gift card via nykaa.com for my friend on 6th March, it hasn't been delivered to her on 11th and not even till now (28th March).I had send emails and tried their customer care no. They keep saying we have escalated this issue to the concerned department.i had requested a cancellation and refund, they say they cannot do it. Its a gift card for 1000 rs and my order no. Is[protected].

    On 18th of january, i placed an order with nykaa.com. This order comprised of 6 packages, out of which only 5 were delivered.

    The week after filing a ticket number in complaint, courier boys started harassing me for 3 continuous days. At first, i believed that nykaa has stellar customer service, and the courier boys were acting on their own accord.

    However, on 30th of january, i received a call from 2 nykaa "logistics" team members telling me that the courier boy is waiting outside with a package.in reality, a couple minutes before this phone call from 2 different nykaa executives, i had to ask the security gateman of my building to escort the courier boys downstairs. I also immediately wrote an email to update my ticket about the experience.

    This is outright wrong! Nykaa cannot outright lie to its customers or propagate this harassing by courier services.

    It leaves a very bad taste in the mouth.

    Using reputable courier services is a much better alternative.

    Update to this ticket: Nobody from the customer service team actually responds to the ticket. Apparently, a certain farah.[protected]@nykaa.com has been assigned this ticket, and i've tried to call back multiple times but am unable to reach anybody who seems to actually resolve.

    Adequate resolution will be a refund of the undelivered package.

      I ordered for 4 items, 2 lipsticks, 1 foundation and 1 mascara. Totalling ₹4153, however upon arrival of the package, the mascara worth ₹300, was missing from the package. I immediately clicked photos of the package, and made up to 7 tickets on their forum. They keep shutting down every ticket as “solved” without really solving the issue. They told me they’re doing investigations and every time the only reply is “we have delivered correctly.” now, i am helpless because there is no forum to contact except their incapable customer service. ₹300 seems like a joke to them. They won’t even share the cctv footage of where my package got packed! I don’t know what to do in this case. I just want my mascara or a refund.

        I have received a text stating that the order has been delivered; however, i haven't received any order. I called up and spoke to a csa who was useless and not of any help.

        I have paid the full amount and being called a liar by the customer service executive whom i spoke to. Please help me resolve this.

          I bought one perfume love her madly from your company.. I just wanted to return it because it's smells like acetone and alcohol. And making me sedative. I have registered for return.             product goes missing and refund not given

            I purchased a few products from nykaa on 22nd of feb, and the order god shipped and was out for delivery on 26th feb but it has never reached me. When i checked with nykaa customer care, they said the courier needed additional phone number which i provided but even after that it never reached me. Since the order was prepaid, i claimed for a refund on 2nd of march but these people asked me to hold on for 24-48 hrs for the order to return but...

            I got a smokey red maybelline lipstick but i did not get free maybelline compact powder plus golden pouch it showed prior but when i got my product it was only lipstick there it was a very disappointing from nykaa. I was very excited about to purchased the golden pouch. I am not happy only with lipstick i want both the golden pouch and the maybelline compact.
            I ordered 3 products from nykaa and all of them were defective and when I approached them they said that they can not return opened sealed products...how can I know about the product without opening it?? Useless customer care...

              I ordered a product on 8th of march.
              i ordered 3 products and recieved only 2 one product was missing.
              when i contacted the customer care they just start giving me excuses like we are inestigating your case and till now i have not got any update.
              very dissappointing not at all expected from nykaaaa.. horrible..
              either refund my amount or ship another product.
              Two of my order [protected], [protected] shipped via Bluedart was automatically shipped back to the shipper. The amount was already deducted from my account as it was through prepaid mode and it's been more than a week, but the cash back has still been not made. Very disappointed with Nykaa's services.

                I ordered on 21/2/19, till date didn't received my order. Customer service responding differently every time giving no correct information. Once said order cancelled but next day again got msg that product will be delivered in 24 hrs. Everyday i get a msg that in next 24 hrs you will get your order but till date no delivery. Ther are neither delivering nor refunding. I almost complained 15-18 times via app and call. Please help. Order no nyk-[protected]. It's on a nykaa.com app
                I placed my order at march 3 and it's march 14 now. I can see that it have been shipped but don't know why it's not moving for 9 days and you are not informing me about it. I'm really worried about it because i already paid for it. Please do something about it and i need reasons for why it's not delivered yet when my delivery date was march 9.

                  I ordered on 08/03/2019 and didnt receive my order till now . Daily I get a message it will be delivered but i don't get the products. I already made the payment . They don't even respond customers properly and their courier service blamed on me I was not available. No attempt was made to delivery the order . Action must be taken orelse these apps will take your money and not delivery the parcel.

                    On 6th of march i ordered around 5 products from nykaa n they divided it in 2 parcel.. I received one parcel safely with 1product on 8 march n another 4 items when they send it to me i was literally shocked because bill came of complete 4 items parcel was packed beautifully when i opened it there was only 1item inside it after complaining in nykaa they said they will investigate the case n bla bla they will get back to me after 2-3 days n after 2 days they said we have sent you entire 4 items safely so we cannot help you.. Once again i called in customer service they said we will reopen your case n same procedure 2-3 days etc n same reply that we can't help you n they marked my ticket as solved i m really disappointed this time as it's their responsibility that whether i received it or not my order number nyk[protected]

                      On 6th of March I ordered 4items from nyka n by 9march I received a box n in box there was only a single product rest box was empty and when I call in customer care n chat with them so many days they says we will re open your case and start investigation again like this way they ignored I didn't get my refund back nor any product m literally pissed off by worst customer service .. as they are saying we have dispatched it safely but it didnt reached to me then so who's responsibility it's I don't know what the hell courier boy do with parcel

                        My name is kumari pallavi nykaa account with my gmail id "[protected]@gmail.com"
                        I have done a transaction on 14-feb-2019 of amount rs.2319 using upi payment and money got deducted but order was not successful at nykaa. Bank of baroda and bhim both have confirmed that they have successfully made the transaction and have not received and refund from nykaa.
                        Hence nykaa has to initiate the refund.
                        Transaction details and bank of baroda response is attached here with.

                        after so many follow up nkyaa accepted that they have to refund the amount atlast.
                        nykaa informed me that they have intiated refund on[protected] and i will get in 4-5 days.
                        But still no refund in my account.

                          My order no is[protected] i order cosmetics from nyka on 13th feb and received box on 15th feb but when i opened what i found completely empty box with a bill. Now after so many mails and calls what i come to know that we are lying are we people mad. I am not understanding why we will lie to you, you are trying to cheat me and boosting your unethical revenue by delivering the empty boxes to your consumers. Since 25 days i m literally pissed off by calling and mailing you. Now i am forced to complaint against nyka in consumer court.
                          I have ordered 2 products from nykaa on 10 Dec 2018 amounting 577 with an order ID[protected] but cancelled my order due to some reason, but the process of my refund has still not activated as its about to 3 months, I am really frustrated now.

                            I ordered a perfume from nykaa and they gave me a fake product and i created return but they are not accepting the return request and making me fool here.. My money totally looted by the nykaa and i want nykaa to take this product and refund the money i paid. I'm helpless here.                               I have ordered from nykaa on 27 feb.in nykaa app on 03 march 2019 it's showing already product delivered but i have not received my product till for which i have already paid rs1046.
                              So many times i have complain to nykaa customer care but they are not providing the right solution and not ready to refund my money only they are giving only the excuses like wait for this many hours.
                              They have sended me one proof of delivery but in that one sign is there but that was not mine.
                              I have already replied that signature was not mine and i have not received my product.
                              I have also received any call from the delivery agents on that day of delivery.
                              Nykaa customer service persons are replying me that as product already cleared at their and delivery agents having confirmation that product already delivered so they can't give any solutions
                              Kindly solve at earliest.

                                I have ordered 2 products costing rs.577 on 10 dec 2018 having order id #[protected] but due to some reasons i have to cancel that order, so i told the delivery boy that i don't want the product anymore and want my money refunded. But 2 days later i got a message from the company saying that my product has delivered, but there was no product. And from then, i have called many times in these 2 months in nykaa customer care to get my money refunded, but always they told me that please give me 24 or 48 hrs, we'll sort your matter, it is about 3 months and still, i don't have my money refunded. Such a poor service, completely unsatisfactorily.

                                  I ordered a 400 ml schwarzkopf million gloss conditioner from nykaa for 399 rs.
                                  My order id is nyk[protected]
                                  When i first opened the bottle, its consistency is like a toothpaste... I doubted if it was a real conditioner... Nevertheless i went on to use it on my hair... After 1st use itself my hair became extremely rough... It clearly a fake product and i want to return it

                                    I have received wrong item and it's unpacked that is duplicate item i don't know but nothing mention item name expire and nothing and it's totally different colour
                                    I have made complain and i share the item details by mail but now they are not accepting my return request telling to me it's used item, i told lot of time its not used i got it that only without packing and different colour but they are not listing at all its not a big amount but service and item quality is very bad pls i request u take some action

                                      I am so disappointed and started losing trust on nykaa for the first time ever and customer service is equally bad which includes floor supervisor nouneeth who doesn't know for whom he is working for anymore. He wants me to check on samsung website for nykaa offers lol.

                                      In 47 minutes of my long and lengthy conversation with customer service rep neha and floor supervisor nouneeth, if you listen to that call you will hear how both were contradicting their statements.

                                      I placed on order during sale period for the face shop products. Add 2 products and pay for 1, highest priced will be charged. As tfc is expensive and i have been eyeing on a toner, face shop jeju volcanic lava toner for a while now i immediately added it to my cart along with equal value product which is another toner and placed the order. All the products which were placed during the sale were received except this. The whole point in placing the order is for the toner which you did not dispatch

                                      . I called in to customer care and csr neha spoke, please listen to the call. Later on after 30 mins nouneeth, floor supervisor spoke. One horrible customer service.

                                      Nouneeth was teaching me about cookies and cache lol, seriously i am an engineer myself and i know what i am doing. They kept saying they had to cancel it since the item is out of stock repeatedly. While they are on call i quietly logged in to your website and saved screenshots of the same item which is still in stock at full price with a free mini kit. So is this a manipulation from nykaa in making customers order items and then lying about it.

                                      Now nouneeth said he will issue me a voucher code for 675/- but the product which i want i did not get and i had to pay for the product another toner 675/-

                                      Nykaa its so low below the belt, you are doing the business. See the screenshots and the lies you are coming up with that too for a customer who was with you for years. Shame

                                      What a Shame? You can't even escalate your complaint, It stays with support and its over. Day time robbery in the name of offers.
