I am so disappointed and started losing trust on nykaa for the first time ever and customer service is equally bad which includes floor supervisor nouneeth who doesn't know for whom he is working for anymore. He wants me to check on samsung website for nykaa offers lol.
In 47 minutes of my long and lengthy conversation with customer service rep neha and floor supervisor nouneeth, if you listen to that call you will hear how both were contradicting their statements.
I placed on order during sale period for the face shop products. Add 2 products and pay for 1, highest priced will be charged. As tfc is expensive and i have been eyeing on a toner, face shop jeju volcanic lava toner for a while now i immediately added it to my cart along with equal value product which is another toner and placed the order. All the products which were placed during the sale were received except this. The whole point in placing the order is for the toner which you did not dispatch
. I called in to customer care and csr neha spoke, please listen to the call. Later on after 30 mins nouneeth, floor supervisor spoke. One horrible customer service.
Nouneeth was teaching me about cookies and cache lol, seriously i am an engineer myself and i know what i am doing. They kept saying they had to cancel it since the item is out of stock repeatedly. While they are on call i quietly logged in to your website and saved screenshots of the same item which is still in stock at full price with a free mini kit. So is this a manipulation from nykaa in making customers order items and then lying about it.
Now nouneeth said he will issue me a voucher code for 675/- but the product which i want i did not get and i had to pay for the product another toner 675/-
Nykaa its so low below the belt, you are doing the business. See the screenshots and the lies you are coming up with that too for a customer who was with you for years. Shame

What a Shame? You can't even escalate your complaint, It stays with support and its over. Day time robbery in the name of offers.
