I got a lakme creme from nykaa and the product was not good. If i am talking to your customer care then they are saying that they do not take used products wherever i have used it only once and this was a creme. No one can judge a packed creme. One can only tell the difference after using it.

Moreover there was 5 days delay in my delivery. I got it on 25th jan and the due date was 20 jan

The customer care girls are not helping me. I talked to two persons, one is vineeta and other was poonam. Poonam was very rude and she directly refused to help me.

You should see the details of my products and talk to the customer care executive about how they have talked to me. Poonam was telling me that you have ordered online and this will happen, does she mean not to shop online or not to shop from nykaa? If you guys cannot handle request of a customer then this website must be down.

I just want to either exchange the product or refund me because i ordered two cremes and it is of no use to me now. It was a really very bad experience shopping with nykaa this time.

If any person of your team can tell the difference between two products without using them, only by seeing its packaging then i will withdraw the request straight away.

    I ordered a product (Prepaid) from nykaa on jan 2nd and the order kept delaying. I had to call their customer service almost 4-5 times but they are the most irresponsible and stupid bunch of people i have ever talked to. When i asked them about my product getting delayed, they said it got cancelled due to some technical problems in the warehouse. They told me to reorder it again so that i can get the product and instead of getting it for free, the email said i'd have to pay an extra 500 again for the same product. When i called the customer service again, they kept telling me that i'd get my order delivered as soon as possible but they didn't know what to do about my refund. It was like they were trying to avoid that topic and when i kept asking about the refund, they hung up on me. This is quite disheartening because i feel like they are trying to cheat me. I would like to get my money back

      I ordered four products from nykaa worth 3627rs on 30th january 2019 prepaid order#[protected]. I was supposed to receive two shipment containing two products in each shipment. However i just received one order and did not receive the second order containing two items. However the order status was showing as delivered when i checked the status on nykaas page. I called their customer care informed them that i did not receive the delivery for awb#[protected]. They told me it has been delivered to some guy name ramesh. I informed them that i do not know who is ramesh they might have delivered it to wrong address. Also i did not receive otp for second order which you receive before taking the delivery to reconfirm. However they said they can only send me proof of delivery and nothing can be done.

      I need my order or my money back. If the customers are prepaying for your products you should pay some more attention while delivering

        fake call on the name of nykaa

        Today i received a fake call saying that i was chosen from the lucky draw of the nykaa and have won a scorpio car, so to claim i need to give my account details or adhaar card number. But i refused to provide after which he used bad words and asked me to keep the phone, before i could hear anything further i just cut the call.         My order was supposed to arrive between 27th and 28th January which was a second delay from Nykaa as the due date was 25th January. Their customer care is absolutely diplorable for they have been making me contact their unhelpful staff for the last 3 days with no results from their end. It is 29th January and they never bothered to send me any kind of notification of delay since the due date. The order which was placed on 19th of January itself has been given zero importance from Nykaa for they make customer waste time chasing behind them and shamelessly repeat poor lip service without taking any swift action. The first delay was conveyed to me at the very last minute on the due date of arrival ie, 25th Jan, wherein they tried to blame the customer for some pincode error which is something that shouldve been brought to customer notice beforehand. I demand compensation from this unsatisfactory shopping service for harassing a regular customer and failing to abide by their own policies.

          I ordered my holy grail hair oil kama bringadi, which i have using since forever from nykaa during their sale period. I ordered two bottle since it was on discount and i regularly use this product.
          While unsealing the bottle i felt the oil was not the same in terms of smell (Original kama bringadi hair oil has a very strong herbal smell) color and consistency. I already had an original kama hair oil purchased from offline store to i could see the difference clearly.
          My nykaa order number is nyk[protected].
          And now on contacting the customer care they are telling me that the return can only be accepted in 5 business days.

          So do they expect us to buy the products and then check their quality?
          Why me as a customer purchasing a product like hair oil would check its quality purchased from nykaa?

          I need refund for my purchase

            I had ordered items worth more than rupees 4, 500 (Prepaid) on 3rd january and still haven't recieved the package. I call them almost everyday and every single day they promise me the delivery would arrive the next day. They have no sense of responsibility, when we our purchasing from their website, we assume that it is their responsibility to ensue we have received the package, but to no avail. None of the customer support has the courtesy to contact us and inform us regarding the status of delivery. Useless company and would never order from here again.

              I ordered a face serum on 14.12.2018 but haven't received the product till date after numerous calls made to the customer care nothing has been done so far every time they have assured me that my order will be delivered to me within 24-48hrs but no action has been taken this is highly irresponsible of nykaa team and because of which i have face lot of inconvenience this is a very bitter experience and i would recommend to not to trust the nykaa team . i have suffered a lot because of them horrible experience

                I placed an order via debit card worth 2700 rupees and you give absolutely no notifications about the order through any medium. Are you even going to deliver the product?? Or just keep the money and go? I need complete notifications about the product on this number [protected] or my email it wouldn't take m long to file a complaint in the district forum and you penalised.

                I had placed an order on 5th Jan and have not received my order yet. it only shows that my order is delayed. Never experienced such unconvince. Either deliver it or cancel my order and give me a refund.

                  I had ordered some items on 13 december 2018 but i wanted to cancel one item from my order, so i spoke to them but they told me not to accept the order at the time of delivery. I did the same but they have not refunded the amount. I had mailed them but they said they have initiated the refund on 27.12.2018 and will reflect in account within 7 days. But now its more than 15 days the amount has been not credited. My order no is nyk[protected]. Hope you look into the matter at the earliest...

                    I ordered from nykaa st botanica rosehip oil (Nyk[protected] i took long for them to first dispatch it customer service first told me it was out of stock then when it came to me seal was broken and by looking at it u can see that they have packed it with broken box and cap loosely tightened only then i raised a ticket with them asking for replacement then they raised a return request for refund only i mailed then back but then they replied that it was not available for replacement when i chat with them they tell me that they raised return request with my permission and they can't help it.. I am trying to tell those customer service ppl that i don't want refund but they don't care.. Worst experience ever and m n never gonna order frm then again

                      I have shopped from nykaa before but never faced such horrible service. My order was dispatched and sitting at the courier company for the last 20 days. Nykaa's customer service is horrible. I sent 5 email complaints and everytime they sent back an email template with no resolution. There is no way to escalate your issues. The courier company wow express keeps lying every time i call them. So i am stuck. Being such a big company with such pathetic customer service is sure to cause their downfall.

                      I am a regular buyer of Nykka. But in recent days I could find some products are not up to the mark.Recently I bought Nature's lacto bleach from Nykaa It seems to be fake.I have used the product before which I got from nearby shop..
                      I could definitely say this product from nyakaa ia fake.. i m going to uninstall Nykaa.

                        I ordered night pants and due to size issues and thin quality material i requested for returning the products. They kept on rejecting and when i called and spoke to them they told me post the pictures through mail or nykaa app and i mailed and sent the pictures in their app. There was no response and i called them for inquiry they said the same thing. I mailed nearly10 times and no response at all. They are passing the days just like that so that they can refuse to do so after the provided days. I have only 3 days left to return the product please help me get the products returned and get my money refunded. Nykaa is a fraud and does not value tge customers and their hard earned money. They just want to make their profit by cheating to customers.

                          Nykaa is such a fraud company. My order nyk[protected] contained two items. One of them being fiama di wills lemongrass and seaweed soap pack of 4 worth rs. 286. The order was supposed to be delivered by their delhi based courier partner wow express which took 8 days to deliver the product after several complaints made to the nykaa care. When the order was delivered i was shocked to see that they delivered me fiama di wills lemongrass...

                            I ordered 4 products from nykaa but only 2 product was delivered and other 2 was returned about 2 weeks ago. I cannot even see the return status. Even the product was not returned by me. I dont know how it was returned. Even it was returned it is the companies responsiblity to refund the amount. It is very dissappointing. Help centre is of no use.
                            Hello, I was supposed to get my order by 3rd Jan but I didn't get any call for it. I thought there might be some network problem so I waited for another 2-3 days and it's already 7th Jan but I haven't got my order yet.
                            I bought a matt lipstick from your store...shade name is janhvi...when i applied, my lips got rough after applying that and i felt like i have applied a chemical on my lips...i felt very wierd till 24 hours of applying that...Highly unrecommendable product.i want my money back.very unsatisfied.

                              I have ordered 2 items on nykaa on 5th jan. But they are not returned by thier courier partner as they were damaged. The order is prepaid. When i am asking the customer care to initiate my refund request they are saying it will be initiated only after it reaches their hub. Why this should happen? Its already showing them that product is returned without any attempt to deliver still they are not initiating the refund request. I want my amount refunded asap.
                              I have order on 21 St December 2018 and my amount debited but order not confirmed when I mail nykaa den they tell it comes within 48 hours and after 15 days still not getting my amount and I mail about 10 times they tell u contact bank but in my transaction nykaa name and number and they refused what should I do?

                                I was ordered nykaa makeup kit handling box but it was too small for carrying anything in it. When i called to the customer care they refused my request of return. When i called them lot they told we will initiate return process and your product will be pickup within 5 to 6 working days. So think they will pick up.. Now its 8 day i didn't receive any return from nykaa and no one came for pick up. Within two days if they will not came for pick up go the police station to file a complaint against them because i have all call recording which is interacted with customer care.

                                  Facing extreme unprofessional behaviour...from nykaa ...my order nono.Nyk[protected] .i have been delivered a wrong product.after calling up customer care they first refused to accept it as wrong product...but after sharing screen shot ...now they are just not ready to replace my product.on top of it..their customer service person..are continuously giving wrong commitments and telling me that order will be picked up within 24hrs.Now again when i called today some1 else is telling me that ...it will take more 4 days for a resolition.meaning that mr Adript who told me b4 that order will be picked up had been giving lies.I have still now not recived ne response regardin the same.
                                  Need immediate resolition and replacement of wrong order delivered!!
                                  I’m not being able to create order . I have complained before too and now it has got the same way..

                                    Order number nyk[protected]. I received a damaged product, drafted a complaint and order got picked up for return, i received an email stating the coupon will get active within 24 hours and it's been more than 24 hours but the coupon is still not active and i have logged in and out.. Tried everything but it's not working. I'm really disappointed, this is how you great your customers, you are just troubling me for my own money, firstly you send me a damaged product and now you are mentally harassing me like this. What kind of customer service is this. And look at your customer service you are not even reading my messages you keep forwarding the same message, i said order has been picked up and in reply you said please keep the product ready we will collect it, seriously. I want my refund asap. It's been 4 days since you picked up the order, nykaa coupon is suppose to be fast and easy and it's taking longer than a bank transfer, give me back my money. Worst customer service ever.

                                    I ordered my product in prepaid payment method the delivery date mentioned in that order is 18th Dec 2018 but till now I didn't received my product ...but I am getting messages from ecom Express is that product is out for delivery but my product didn't come till now...please deliver the product or please refund my money ...
