I ordered a product (Prepaid) from nykaa on jan 2nd and the order kept delaying. I had to call their customer service almost 4-5 times but they are the most irresponsible and stupid bunch of people i have ever talked to. When i asked them about my product getting delayed, they said it got cancelled due to some technical problems in the warehouse. They told me to reorder it again so that i can get the product and instead of getting it for free, the email said i'd have to pay an extra 500 again for the same product. When i called the customer service again, they kept telling me that i'd get my order delivered as soon as possible but they didn't know what to do about my refund. It was like they were trying to avoid that topic and when i kept asking about the refund, they hung up on me. This is quite disheartening because i feel like they are trying to cheat me. I would like to get my money back

Since the courier company informed us that the customer was unavailable when the delivery was being attempted (Thrice), the order has been returned to us.
The refund has been initiated from our end today (20/02/2019). The amount will reflect in your bank account in the next 5 business days.
