I received a damaged product, drafted a complaint and order got picked up for return, i received an email stating the coupon will get active within 24 hours and it's been more than 24 hours but the coupon is still not active and i have logged in and out.. Tried everything but it's not working. I'm really disappointed, this is how you great your customers, you are just troubling me for my own money, firstly you send me a damaged product and now you are mentally harassing me like this. What kind of customer service is this. And look at your customer service you are not even reading my messages you keep forwarding the same message, i said order has been picked up and in reply you said please keep the product ready we will collect it, seriously. I want my refund asap. It's been 4 days since you picked up the order, nykaa coupon is suppose to be fast and easy and it's taking longer than a bank transfer, give me back my money. Worst customer service ever.
