    I ordered 4 products from nykaa but only 2 product was delivered and other 2 was returned about 2 weeks ago. I cannot even see the return status. Even the product was not returned by me. I dont know how it was returned. Even it was returned it is the companies responsiblity to refund the amount. It is very dissappointing. Help centre is of no use.
    Hello, I was supposed to get my order by 3rd Jan but I didn't get any call for it. I thought there might be some network problem so I waited for another 2-3 days and it's already 7th Jan but I haven't got my order yet.
    I bought a matt lipstick from your store...shade name is janhvi...when i applied, my lips got rough after applying that and i felt like i have applied a chemical on my lips...i felt very wierd till 24 hours of applying that...Highly unrecommendable product.i want my money back.very unsatisfied.

      I have ordered 2 items on nykaa on 5th jan. But they are not returned by thier courier partner as they were damaged. The order is prepaid. When i am asking the customer care to initiate my refund request they are saying it will be initiated only after it reaches their hub. Why this should happen? Its already showing them that product is returned without any attempt to deliver still they are not initiating the refund request. I want my amount refunded asap.
      I have order on 21 St December 2018 and my amount debited but order not confirmed when I mail nykaa den they tell it comes within 48 hours and after 15 days still not getting my amount and I mail about 10 times they tell u contact bank but in my transaction nykaa name and number and they refused what should I do?
      Please send my order as soon as possible

        I was ordered nykaa makeup kit handling box but it was too small for carrying anything in it. When i called to the customer care they refused my request of return. When i called them lot they told we will initiate return process and your product will be pickup within 5 to 6 working days. So think they will pick up.. Now its 8 day i didn't receive any return from nykaa and no one came for pick up. Within two days if they will not came for pick up go the police station to file a complaint against them because i have all call recording which is interacted with customer care.

          Facing extreme unprofessional behaviour...from nykaa ...my order nono.Nyk[protected] .i have been delivered a wrong product.after calling up customer care they first refused to accept it as wrong product...but after sharing screen shot ...now they are just not ready to replace my product.on top of it..their customer service person..are continuously giving wrong commitments and telling me that order will be picked up within 24hrs.Now again when i called today some1 else is telling me that ...it will take more 4 days for a resolition.meaning that mr Adript who told me b4 that order will be picked up had been giving lies.I have still now not recived ne response regardin the same.
          Need immediate resolition and replacement of wrong order delivered!!
          I’m not being able to create order . I have complained before too and now it has got the same way..

            Order number nyk[protected]. I received a damaged product, drafted a complaint and order got picked up for return, i received an email stating the coupon will get active within 24 hours and it's been more than 24 hours but the coupon is still not active and i have logged in and out.. Tried everything but it's not working. I'm really disappointed, this is how you great your customers, you are just troubling me for my own money, firstly you send me a damaged product and now you are mentally harassing me like this. What kind of customer service is this. And look at your customer service you are not even reading my messages you keep forwarding the same message, i said order has been picked up and in reply you said please keep the product ready we will collect it, seriously. I want my refund asap. It's been 4 days since you picked up the order, nykaa coupon is suppose to be fast and easy and it's taking longer than a bank transfer, give me back my money. Worst customer service ever.

            They have stopped replying to my messages. I don't know what they are doing, they need to be more responsible.
            I ordered my product in prepaid payment method the delivery date mentioned in that order is 18th Dec 2018 but till now I didn't received my product ...but I am getting messages from ecom Express is that product is out for delivery but my product didn't come till now...please deliver the product or please refund my money ...
            I received order today but it is damaged.

              I had requested for return of my loreal rich matte lipstick (Glamour fuschia). It had been picked up on 13th dec but still there is no update on my nyka account. I had tried contacting them through chat centre. But no help.. Please see into this matter. I want my refund as soon as possible.. Help me in getting that otherwise i will have to take some strict action.

                I have ordered a wella enrich mask 12 dayz back and i hve not yet received rhey have not made any delivery attempt too they used to call n inform tat the product vil b delivered tmmrw and they never delivered yet and it is tottaly waste of hvng the nykaa app because they dnt have the customer care number nor any complaint box nor a proper response from the chat of the nykaa i dint know wat to do i had to google it for registering a complaint nykaa service is not good
                This is to inform you that I’ve been trying since couple of days and I’m not able to create any orders. This is the first time I’m facing problem on an eshopping site. Such services aren’t unexpected of you.

                  I ordered a kaya moisturizer which was supposed to be delivered (as stated by the company) 19th Dec. The delivery agent neither called me up nor answered my call and rescheduled the delivery to 20th Dec. The same thing happened on 20th Dec and 21st Dec. Spoke to the company customer care, and they say "we are not responsible and delivery is done by the third party". I asked to speak with a senior representative and was told to receive a call back from him as none were available at that time.
                  I haven't received any response from anyone so far.

                  Pathetic services.

                  It is a medicated moisturizer which was urgent to me and hence I opted for online delivery, and they have only wasted my time and energy on this.

                    This is my first time ordering from nykaa and I'm complete disappointed at their delivery service plus their customer care services. By far this is my worst online shopping experience. I had order 2 items on 12-12-18. The approximate time of delivery was 17-12-18. But they have been postponing every single day without mentioning an appropriate reason for doing so . I even called up the shadow fax's support (the delivery company) and they assured that I will receive my order in 20-12-18. But I received absolutely no message regarding the delivery on 20th. I would definitely not recommend anyone to buy from nykaa especially because of their ignorance.

                      This is to bring to your notice some of the major issues i have faced with nykaa products. I am assuming you are not partnering in these corrupt and malign practices and such things have accidentally happened behind your back - and so, i am hoping you will do the right thing by taking these products back and investigating the leaks in your system.

                      I recently started purchasing from nykaa, till now, i have bought over 100+ products of skin care and cosmetics for my family for myntra and not even a single time i faced such issues o[censored]nsealed or used products being delivered. Out of the 3 orders that i have placed with nykaa so far, 2 had very visible tampering issues. It has created a very bad impression of your business to me and there are lot other people highlighting such issues on all platforms. A skin care and cosmetics company with such huge quality issues can never survive whatever way you try to patch it with your marketing gimmicks and discounts.

                      Let me come to specifics now.

                      I've attached a picture of what was delivered to me, it speaks for itself

                      2.
                      Innisfree green tea seed essence-in-lotion
                      The product was delivered without any seal (The same product bought from myntra came with a proper product seal, even the trial kit had a great seal on each and every mini product that was delivered). The product quantity is a quarter less than what i purchase from myntra. And of course, the items in the free trial kit delivered along with it are all without seal, lotion is almost depleted.

                      3. Order #[protected]
                      No seal on loreal paris revitalift milky foam.

                      All i can say is with such issues in my initial purchases, i have lost all trust in nykaa. I wish to return all products purchased as i dont want to trouble my very sensitive skin by using products delivered from a poorly managed or unconcerned business line. I request you to refund all my hard-earned money back, of-course you cant give back the precious time i've spent on follow-ups and writing complain mails.

But they are telling that all products are dispatched. I have got only the products in free with it. And the product price is 1690 rupees. I have emailed to nykaa support but they are not responding.                             I ordered the brazilian wax on november 12, 2018 which was returned and picked up on november 14. Since then, they say refund has been initiated. I follow up every week and i haven’t received my refund as yet. Crappy and # customer service. Bunch of crooks sitting there and every week they come up with an excuse with the ifsc code or something.

                              Nykaa customer service is worst. They dont deliver my product and manipulate me a no. Of times. I have ordered on 23 november 2018 and my order is prepaid. I have paid through nykaa wallet. I dont want shopping from nykaa again. Beacuse they donot resolve issues of customer. I want that either product deliver to me or my refund will be initiated in my bank account not in nykaa wallet.

                                I ordered a night dress set in nykaa.com, but it was so cheap, transparent and damaged, there is return within 15days i initiated the return immediately after getting delivered but they rejected it, i called customer care many times they asked me to send the snapshots of the product i sent nearly 10mails but their response is same, it is waste of my money the same product but the colour variation bought from another website as the size is variable they accepted the return but this nykaa.com was a fraud they mentioned clearly that it can be returned but now they are changing the word, please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible because after 1week they ll tell like 15days was completed as per rules so now they are just passing the days.

                                  Hi. I love nykaa products and i would love to be your regular customer. But my order is never delivered nor i am informed about it by the delivery people, infact they returned it without my knowledge. I think you should change the courier service. I have heard lots of complaints about blue dart in aizawl. They are lazy, rude and make no effort in delivering the orders. Orders are returned after 2/3 weeks without any contact. Due to the courier service i now hesitate to order things from you.

                                    I have ordered 4 Products, order #NYK[protected]. But, delivered products are not genuine/authentic.
                                    As same Lakme products, using by me more than 2 years, I have previously purchased from Lakme store and health & Glow Mumbai.

                                    This is my first experience with Nyakka, and not happy with Quality. Also, If you wish please send your quality person, I will show him the difference between the products.

                                      I bought a product of nightdress set through nykaa.com, after getting, it was a very cheap quality i have seen ever so i requested refund but they rejected it, even in any other online shopping websites there will be return and refund for that product, i called customer care so many times, they ll be telling that send ur problem through mail, after sending they'll immediately reply me as it cannot be processed it was rejected, i'm fed with this, please help me to get my refund back

                                        Why this complaint is maked as resolved. i didnt get any news or or any update from Nykaa.They are very much reluctant to address this issue. Such a shame for a big online brand like Nykaa
                                        I had purchased lakme weightless matte mousse lip cream cocoa soft a few days back.I didn't even use it much and it already seems empty!What the hell?
