Recently i placed an order for rs 6000/- from nykaa. Products which i recieved like lakmé face wash, lux body wash, engage deo are completely fake products. By looking into the tilted print packaging anyone can tell. I also recieved product from the body shop, the face shop i am not able to find it if they are genuine or not as packaging is not complete one, spatula is missing. Expiry dates is for 3 years. Normally it is for 2 years. I have purchased a lot of things from nykaa in past and used to trust on the products being genuine. I don’t understand why they have started cheating on customers. And yes i have not recieved a product yet for which i did multiple follow up with their customer service on email chat and phone. But no response from them. Pathetic customer service.

    Ordered 6 items on 18/11/2018 and paid the amount of 1582, i got a messages from bluedart on 22/11/2018 &23/11/2018but now it is 2/12/2018 still now i don't get the product. I want my order now, or else return my money back. Is this way to treat the customer after paying the amount there's no sign of delivering the products. I want my problems to be solved as soon as possible. Its very frustrating and very disappointed and moreover it's second purchase

      I ordered a lipstick for 199 inr and ducray shampoo for 375 inr. The color of the lipstick didn't match with what these guys showed online so i placed a return and refund which i received luckily however, the refund for shampoo is still pending. I cancelled the order for shampoo by calling them due to your unprofessional service.

      I called and emailed their customer service so many times and all they ask me is to wait every 24 to 48hrs.

      I need refund of inr 375 and compensation for wasting my time, calling charges and internet charges that i used to contact nykaa.

        I have ordered maybelline new york fitme foundation and concealer on 27/11/18 which was to be delivered on 2/12/18 by bluedart but your delivery partner is complaining about the address i have provided and claiming about delivery attempt.
        This is not the first time i have ordered something online but yes it's my first time on nykaa. I'm pretty sure that the address i've provided is correct.
        I want my product to be delivered to me as soon as possible because it's very urgent for me.
        If you can't resolve my issue then i will quit services from you and tell everyone i know to quit your services.

          I ordered 3 items on 22/11/18 and paid the amount of 707, i got a messages from blue dart that it will be delivered on 29/11/18 but now it is 1/12/18 still now i don't get the product. I want my order now, or else return my money back. Is this the way to treat the customer after paying the amount there's no sign of delivering the products. I want my problems to be solved as soon as possible. Its very frustrating and very disappointed and moreover its my first purchase in nykaa

            On 28th nov i ordered 9 items from nykaa and i paid for rs565.. I received a message on 28th that my product will get delivered on 30th nov which is today... But i received a message from bluedart yesterday (29th nov) my product got delivered but i didn't get any call from delivery boy but when i tracked the order he delivered it to a wrong person... This is so frustrating...
            Essence liner is very thin liner like only a water.It is not dark also and their brush quality is not good or thick brush.
            Miss Claire compact Powder and gloss is not also good.In compact there is not a sponge and gloss not show their colour.

              I just received the fake product of whisper choice ultra sanitary napkin... The quality of the pad is very bad even the packing of the packet and pad is totally different.. I have contacted to the customer service to give me refund but they are not responding to me in good manner n also no intiative or effort have been taken from their sides... Really want to return this product and get my refund...
              One of my orders has not been delivered yet whose estimated delivery date was in between 24/11/2018-27/11/2018. It always happens with my orders that unless I file a complaint my order never reaches me in time.

                I paid rupees 289 for this two product it was about to delivered to me on 23/11/2018 untill today i. E (28/11/2018) the product which i ordered is not delivered to me. I want the product which i ordered if the product cant be provided to me i need my money back i cant wait anymore i need the product i ordered today itself. I hope i get a solution on my problem and i would like to move on with further procedures of this complaint
                Nyka has been frustrating me since october when i made my first order[protected] worth 294 .They have even delivered my order even after me telling them that it was my old address that too after me cancelling the order two times clearly frustrated with their not at all punctual and rude delivery service which was finally ready to deliver my product after one month .Now they have also delivered my product and customer care tells me that they will verify that and contact me.This delivery service has send me meassages that it is delivered and again messages telling it couldn't be delivered also.(attachment provided). Nyka has not only wasted my time and money but also had made me lost trust in online purchase .I am done contacting customer care now i am willing to file complaint also against this ridiculous online site.

                  I have received a damaged compact and a duplicate lipstick in the order id[protected]
                  Compact was damaged
                  Lipstick-i have ordered loreal paris pure red lipstick-on it's cover.. Website detail shows a signature by blake lively however i have received the one which is not at all matching with the website description more over it has a plastic wrapper where in its written inspired by china i have shared the images as well
                  Customer service of nykaa is pathetic no response yet

                    This is regarding my order no[protected] placed ob 12th nov for rs. 1077/- i have sent several emails asking for an update about this order. I also spoke to a customer service representative named savita yesterday who promised me that i would be receiving my order within 24 hours. I have neither got a response to my email nor got a call back informing when i would be receiving this order!!!

                      Very disappointed to see that all the products are unsealed and i received open unsealed and used product. Is was nicely packed from outside the box but when i opened it's was not sealed and surprised too see and very much visible that someone used and tried nicely ur products and and returned to u as it is.. I believe cosmetics product shouldn't be used i[censored] don't like it and return unpacked... Pls look at the matter.. Or else some body open n tried before delivered to me... Because when i received as it was cash on delivery i couldn't check as the courier person was asking for money before handover product to me... As it was nicely packed from outside so i accepted it.. But from inside all product were opened as i mention u.

                        I ordered my 2nd maybelline fit me foundation from nykaa. Old bottle (2017) was original "made in usa" but this tym (2018) i got fake product. As label says this is "made in china" & packaging is different also. I tried to contact them through instagram msg. They said that loreal, maybelline & other brands have their manufacturing plant in china too. As china is near from india so they manufactured from them.

                        I don't know how to trust them. Plz help me.

                          Ordered 3 products on 16th nov 2018. Order number[protected] of amt rs 729/-. Received one product that is a biotique toner of rs 131/- on 18th nov 2018. For other two which are apple cider vinegar bottles which company i don't remember also i can't see in the app under track order menu. Neither i received the product nor any msgs.
                          Usual nykaa's service is faster than any other online purchasing websites.

                            Actually i returned a product on the day of delivery itself with a clear chat with the customer care of nykaa so as i have already paid the amount before delivery by online banking and it is said that refund of return 'll be given as soon but it is utmost couple of weeks but i yet dint get my refund
                            And when i wanted too contact the customer care they were showing reluctance "i want my refund"

                              I have ordered "sugar liquid lipstick cocoa
                              Ammo" having order number -
                              Nyk[protected] on 26 oct, 2018.
                              I ordered two quantity of the same on this date.
                              I gifted one of those to my mother from pune to delhi and when she opened the product ;whole lipstick was dry from inside.
                              Returning of the product is not possible as i have stated above ; i have parcel the product from pune to delhi.
                              Now i want a refund on this product and expecting a response as soon as possible.

                                I purchased a milani lipstick from this website costing rs. 547. Order no was[protected]. Returned that product due to expiry date. Return id is ret_[protected] and returned that product on 6th nov 2018. But till now have not got the refund. When enquiring about this they are giving lame excuses. But every details they have asked for given but till now have not got my refund. Suggest me what to do?
                                My product is not still delivered.the delivery executive didn't called me still.they updated that product could not be delivered.

                                  Its been more than 1 month and i still haven't received it. I even called the customer care service but still no result. This is so frustrating because this has never happened before. Can you please look into it? Cause you cannot run away with someone else money for free.

                                    Placed an order for a blush duo and highlighter on nykaa and as some offer was going on it promised me a free so matte lipstick.. I received the blush and highlighter but unfortunately not the lipstick... It showed to be delivered in another shipment but after few days when i tracked, it showed that order is returned where as i dint even get it... It dint even reach my city... How ridiculous!! They are so disappointing and fake... Worst worst online experience and they just fool their customers... Never buy from them
