I had placed an order numbered[protected] and out of 12 products, one was missing i. E., the nyx bright idea illuminating stick - chardonnay shimmer. After several complaints over email, phone etc. The supervisor sent me some pictures of the parcel, taken in the warehouse and i was very disappointed to see state that it doesn’t match the products i received.in fact, the nykaa foundation stick that i did recieve is not even visible in the picture. Thereby, a clear indication of the fact that this picture is most definitely not a picture of the parcel i recieved. I’d be extremely grateful if you may please look into the same and find me a suitable resolution as soon as possible.
I have attached a photograph for you to see the condition of the products that have been delivered to me by Nykaa. Poor quality control from their end. Replace it, refund it, do whatever you like but sort it out and get it done in a day or two. Thank you

    I ordered a lipstick of 550 (Madras kaapi) and didn't liked it so i returned back... First they said to give bank details so that they will return my money in bank... But it never happened later, i got a coupon code.. Of 522 rupees... But when i applied the coupon... Suddenly it became invalid... I filled complaint several times but nothing happened... I was a regular customer of nykaa.. Didnt expected such theaft.. Hate to shop with nykaa..

      Iam not at all satisfied with the below said 2 products
      Nykaa have charged me with high rate
      I have enclosed the photo and also the invoice bill copy for your reference.
      When i spoke to their customer care executive and asked for the details fro the high rate he said he cant do anything.

      1. Fiona body wash - they have charged me rs. 90 but in the bottle its price is only rs.55/-

      2. Sunsilk shampoo - they have charged me rs.110/- but the shampoo price is only rs. 85/-

      Why are you cheating the customer??? I could have got these product in local market itself
      I have lost my money and its a mental tension also.
      Hope you will solve our problem and get back my money.

        Hey..
        I ordered 6 products from nykaa with order no..[protected]
        One of the product is lakme sun expert spf 50 ultra matte lotion 100ml
        But to my surprise company is not producing the product (Lotion).. They are manufacturing lakme sun expert ultra matte gel..
        Also the defining characters on the product is not the standardised lakme sunexpert products
        Nykaa is a most trusted brand.. And are sending fake products to us..
        I request you to refund my product..
        And pay attention to matter.. Because i[censored] don't then consumer court will...
        And then be ready for penalty
        U r playing with trust and skin o[censored]r customer..
        Hope you will take appropriate action very soon... Else.. I assure you that i will take best action possible against you very soon..

        I ordered 4 items and returned all of them. They were delivered in two shipments. and same I returned.
        I received refund of only 1 shipment.
        Worst service in return and refund process. Items were picked up after 18 days of return initiation.
        Hi,
        I purchased lakme sun expert 50 spf gel and guess what? It wasn't original boom. Trusted Company like Nykaa in India selling duplicate skin products.
        When i return it, didn't get my whole refund.
        I contact customer care and I'm yet waiting for reply mail. Good job Nykaa.

          I ordered schwarzkopf shampoo conditioner and a ten day shine treatment. Product was very dirty and old. Requested for return and i sent the products. And money is not refunded till now. Everytime i ask them they say i’ve sent a wrong ifsc code and when i send them the bank details again and again they reply me with thank you for providing a valid ifsc code. Its been a month and half days yet i didn’t receive the money

            I orderd 5 items from nykaa before four days, on 12 sep delivery boy called me at 2:30pm but told him plz call me after one hour bcoz i m at my duty that time. But he not called me again. Next day he called me same time at 2:30pm. But i have same problm that i was on my duty n unable recieve the order again in that time. I told him plz wait for 15 minutes otherwise he will call me after one hour.. But he was used abuse word to me. Plz do needful work. Thanks
            I have ordered a tresemme shampoo along with a conditioner and hair straightner but the hair straightner is missing the box is empty please look at my problem this is my first time i have ordered on nyka and the response is so poor

              When i will get my refund...its 1 week past ..when the hell i will get my refund. you are doing fraudism, when i will get my 360 rs why should i suffer because of your mistake...i will take strict action against you...you picked up your products and refumded only partial amount ...why you haven't refunded full amount .. when i will get my 360rs.My order no. is[protected]
              same happened withme .and later they compensated with a coupon that is also not working

                I had ordered three Khadi products on 5th Sep;2018 from Nykaa and it was supposed to delivered between 7th Sep;2018 to 10th Sep;2018.Till now I havent received my consignment. When I called to Customer care executive she was making some excuses. Even two months back I had ordered two products and it got delivered after 25 days.
                I am very much disappointed with the service.
                Can somebody help me on this.

                  Product is not delivered to me, when i track it says it has already delivered. I have asked for proof of delivery, and i am shocked to see my signature there which i have not at all singed.Called customer and nykaa is neglecting the issue since a month. they are not even following up with the issue. I have orderd loreal products on Aug 14th, and still didnt recieve even after complaining so many times

When i received product, i realized that the shade i purchased was very darker so i asked them to replace. But they said they can't replace but refund my money after picking up the product.                         I recieved my items today on 9 sept.
                        I ordered face shop aloe vera, face shop mask sheet, kaya toner and neutrogena sunscreen..

                        In the package it was written that all the items are present and also in the paper it is mentioned. I paid the money for it.
                        But after i opened the package neutrogena sunscreen was missing.. I paid full money for it. But 1 item was missing.. I hope you get to this problem real quick.

                          I had ordered 2 products but received only 1 then i complaint to Nykaa and received a mail..according to the mail they will send my missing product as soon as possible...i have been tracking my order no.[protected]A since 28th August and i am complaining nykaa customer care.. related to this matter..they scheduled delivery 4 times but i have not received my order yet. They are giving worst service

                          I ordered products from nykaa on 29 august but its is not delivered yet . there delivery partner have plenty of excuses to not deliver the product . very unprofessional and pathetic behaviour

                            I ordered a few products on aug 25 and still haven’t received. I called in on 28th when i was informed it will be delivered within 24 hours when it wasn’t. No one followed up on this and i continued to call nykaa n shadowbox to know where the product us however was lied again and again that it will be delivered within next 48 hours however didn’t even rcvd any notification regarding the same.
                            I have ordered through Nykaa order no[protected]..I have paid total payments but nt delivered to me yet
                            I ordered on 5th September and paid money directly through debit card, the expected delivery was 9th but still I didn't get my things ..

                              I had ordered a product and it got returned by itself and I was not notified about it. And when I asked them about it (on phone) they seemed to be not know what was the issue. I wanted to know about what happen that it was returned when I did not ask of it to be returned but no reply. They only said sorry.
                              Again I ordered but the same think happed.
                              Very irresponsible people and no proper management
                              Bad customer care mangement
                              This product is very harmful on my face. Redness and itching.i mens side effects.

                                I had ordered for faces long wear eye pencil from nykaa. The product delivered was way past the expiry date. I tried contacting customer care number where no one responds. The ticket raised though their chat service was closed without contacting me. I have raised another ticket by mailing them. They have sent response that they will contact within 24 hrs. But no one has contacted yet. It is really pathetic that such a big online shopping site does not have proper customer care. Definitely won’t be purchasing again from them.
                                How pathetic service nykaa providing to coustomer.i order the product on 5 August till now I didn't get my product.they will not follow up also.this is seriously unprofessional.i don't want product now I want my money refunded.

                                  Hello team,

                                  My 9 item (S) of nykaa order #[protected] placed on sunday august 26 has never been received. But awb# p[protected] via wowexpress is shown as delivered.

                                  This is highly frustrating as the total amount of order is for rs 1488 and this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.

                                  Such a big site should be sure to engage with delivery partners who have good reputation and responsibility.

                                  I have not even received a call from the courier partner wowexpress, then how can they show the delivery status as delivered.

                                  The whole experience has wasted a lot of time and my money.

                                  I need my money to be refunded back, i no longer trust the site. Please get it resolved on priority.

                                  PFA the shipment screenshot which clearly mentions that the location of delivery is at BTM which is completely incorrect as my delivery location is electronic city.

                                  What has happened to the website? I used to be a regular customer from nykaa but nowadays I can hardly select an option or view any reviews even the shopping cart doesn't work properly. Even if I have submitted order the card shows items. The texts are always wrapped. Hopefully, the issue will be resolved soon.

                                    Nykaa delivered completely wrong products from what i ordered on 17th august 2018 and after innumerable calls they did not do the reverse pick up nor are they refunding my amount. They are thieves and the manager rajni saroha emailed that the pick up will be done with 24 to 48 hours which has not yet been done. Please take strict action against these people. They do not give promt response to calls. Even after their fault they do not work promptly for refund.

                                      I have placed an order at nykaa.com om 7 august 2018. And it was a prepaid order which worth rs 3550. But till now i haven't received my order. Whenever i am connecting to the customer care, they are saying your issue will resolve with 48 business hours. And this is happening a repeated number of times. They are neither resolving my issue nor they delivering my products.

                                        Dear team,
                                        My order no is[protected]. Form last 2 weeks i followed up with nykaa team. But did not get my parcel. Today i got to know my order got cancelled. Shadowfax the courier agent never contacted with me. Without contacting with me they cancelled my order. Each and everyday i informed to nykaa team for same. They told me they will give me a call with proper reason why my order not delivering to me. But fake commitments maid from nykaa team. Courier agent updated that due to wrong contact info they could not able deliver when i have given all the information right. Now nykaa team are tellin they cant send again that ordet. I am very much disappointed with nykaa service this time.
