Hello Nykaa
I have placed my order on Oct 3 2018 and paid it through my debit card.
I tracked it and it showed *Jalahalli H.O
Its been more than 1 month and i still haven't received it. I even called the customer care service but still no result. This is so frustrating because this has never happened before. Can you please look into it? Cause you cannot run away with someone else money for free.

    Placed an order for a blush duo and highlighter on nykaa and as some offer was going on it promised me a free so matte lipstick.. I received the blush and highlighter but unfortunately not the lipstick... It showed to be delivered in another shipment but after few days when i tracked, it showed that order is returned where as i dint even get it... It dint even reach my city... How ridiculous!! They are so disappointing and fake... Worst worst online experience and they just fool their customers... Never buy from them

      I order a dove shampoo from nykaa app, but i received a wrong product, so i return it and ask for the refund, nykaa agree to refund my amount, but it’s more than half a month my refund amount not yet received. Everyday i asking with nykaa customer care, they repeating the same thing refund initiated, but my refund amount not received.. My order number-nyk[protected]‬

        I have returned a product on 21.10.18 of the order number[protected] I still haven't received any refund of that product. I have written two mails. I got reply instantly stating that the refund has been initiated and would be credited to my account within five days. Five days are over and I have written an another mail to which I got no reply. I hope you look into the matter soon.

          I placed order in nykaa on November 1 st and still now it’s not delivered and they will tell we are working on high priority for them highly escalated issue means not resolving even after 13 days.
          Worst service, pls don’t order from them anything they don’t service anythjng it’s better to buy from branded players.

          Every day they will tell we will resolve 13 days same story and no Change.
          Pathetic service

            An order placed on 28th october was notprocessed until 9th nov which was ofcourse bhaidooj. As the office address was closed i aksed the delivery guy as well as the delivery partner through the link provided to deliver it on the next working day, the parcel simply got returned to them again but i didnt do that, they themselves did that. They gave me all # reasons of delayed delivery, to discuss th matter i tried contacting them but as usual their staff is never available. Ultimately i have deleted the app. I am never ordering from nykaa again,

              I am a regular at nykaa and this was not the 1st time i orderd from them. I placed an order on the 11th of oct with nykaa for 10items costing rs 6644/- which i paid through my debit card. I generally receive the products within 4-5 working days. I received 1 product out of the 10products within 4days and was expecting the others to arrive back and for the. When i di not receive t eh orders until the 10th day of ordering, i picked up the phone...

And inspite of several complaints and mails they are saying only to wait 2 to 3 days more whereas the refund has been initiated on 2 nov 2018.

              So i want my refund back, please kindly take immediate step to get my money back

                  Tried to buy 3 product from nykaa today. I’ve made payment debit card n the payment has done n the amount is debit from my account. Also got transaction ref. Number but still order has not been placed. No order no number, no email, no order details are appearing in nykaa account. They haven’t send any msg or email that order has placed. All the items still in my cart. Plz place my order or refund my amount..

But last 3 order i have a place when the delivery date is come the delivery agent/ boy without giving any information the order is failed.                       My order delivery was failed by the courier. This the first time nykaa has failed to deliver my order, I'm a regular customer and i m determined to continue being one. Therefore I hope I wouldn't be further disappointed. So I ask you to refund my money at the earliest for I would like to more more products.

                        I placed a prepaid order on 13-10-18, neither my order is delivered

                        nor they have initiated a refund, in spite of phone calls, chats

                        and 20 mails. Their customer support is pathetic. each time their answer is

                        give us 24hrs to 48 hrs and we will resolve your issue, it has been 18 days

                        since the order has been placed, now they have stopped replying to the mail

                        altogether. my order # is[protected], never had this kind of experience on

                        amazon or even paytm mall. products have always reached on time or

                        refunds and apologies have been prompt . nykaa is setting a new low of

                        shopping experience.

                          I ordered products via nykaa on 19th october, 2018. After receiving the products, 1 was damaged and i requested for exchange. Return was initiated on 21st october. But, after that courier service did not come to pick up the damaged product. I contacted nykaa via mail and phone calls. I asked for return instead of exchange to expedite the process. But, even after 9 days nobody is picking up the product. Nykaa claims it is 3rd party problem. Meanwhile my refund is held up. I do not care about the exchange/return anymore... After 9 days if the company cannot arrange a pickupm they should at least refund my money.

                            I had purchased some product online from nykaa and bluedart is the courier partner. The product was to ship to indore and to be delivered by 22nd october. It has been more than a week since it is lying in the same location (Vijaynagar hub-indore) but it’s status has not been updated and it remains undelivered despite being in the same city.
                            I have made repeated calls and written emails to both nykaa & bluedart but no action is being taken. Everytime the same line is being used “we are doing our best, we have escalated the request to the concerned department” but nothing at all is being done.
                            Please help.
                            I have ordered on 8th oct and that shows it will be delivered before 13th but stil not received...i need that on urgent basis as i am moving tomorrow ..
                            After this experience i’ll thnk twice for any purchase as price was same ...
                            If i’ll not receive tomorrow then i am going to escalate further

                              Hi...i still not receiving any details..many times have mailed them. I havecalled themm...many many time..but there is no reponse...by nykaa.my order no..[protected]..plz...let me know delivery date...as soon as possible.plz let me know..what service is this...thanks.take strict action.i mailed on noreply @nykaa.com.but no reponse..no reply from there side.

                              Nykaa tries to fool customers into buying more product . I purchased 4 nykaa items in order to get the offer buy 3 get 1 free and checked twice before buying . It was applied on all the items but in the end had to pay full. When complained didnt resolve my issue .They didnt even had any explaination for my problem.

                                Order nyk[protected] with 3 items worth rs 999.00 was supposed to be delivered on 19th october, but it is not yet delivered. I tracked the bluedart courier and found that the product arrived at agartala since 10 days but they neither make a phone call nor deliver the product. This just sent a message on 22nd october that address is incorrect. Though address is proper and correct and easily locatable within the city. Kindly take up the matter and resolve as early as possible as it already late.

                                Very Bad service the courier boy misbehaved baldy then when I called Nykaa about the free products they don't deliver and also customer care people fool you Important Nykaa products are not genuine Fooling people and wasting their hard earned money

                                  On 21, sep 2018 i had ordered a couple of products from nykaa and one of them was a nail polish in the shade nutcracker dreams. I had previously bought it right after they had launched it, and it was one of my favourite shades. So i wanted to buy it again. So upon receiving my order i noticed that the nail polish shade was not nutcracker dreams but milk chocolate. It had the shade name nutcracker dreams but the polish itself was milk chocolate. I think they labelled the product incorrectly, maybe.
                                  So i complained about it and the nykaa team refunded me the amount in the form of a coupon code.
                                  On 23 october, i placed an order for a couple of things and among them was nutcracker dreams and i used that very coupon code so i didn't have to pay for the nail polish atleast. But i was disappointed again when i got my package today and saw that i got milk chocolate again instead of nutcracker dreams. The nail polish has the shade name nutcracker dreams but the actual shade is milk chocolate. Again! Now either i have gone blind or the shade nutcracker dreams doesn't exist anymore. I was so looking forward to receiving my favourite shade but twice now they have send the wrong product.
                                  ‭+[protected]‬ This is the number... I received a call yesterday that he is coming to deliver the product but then after that he didn’t come & i called him 10 times but didn’t pickup my call...

                                  Very annoying seriously 😖

                                    This is pathetic,, one order ([protected]) done on 9th oct, is yet to be delivered..

                                    Worst service i have ever seen with any online shopping, provided we are living in metro city.

                                    So there was one attempt for delivery - when i was not available.

                                    No attempt was done post that, even though i got a message 2-3 times in last week, but no one came to deliver, no one attempt to call.

                                    How bad it can be...???

                                    Pls cancel the order, raise thw refund with penalty. Since i waited for almost 13days to get a package delivered..

                                      I have order some forest essential products from nykaa 11th oct 2018and they added some complimentary gift but when it was delivered company only delivered products not delivered complimentary products which was automatically added to cart, wjen i called nykaa customer care they blamed inconvenience of bluedart, but bluedart tracking showed back to shipper and bluedart customer care also said that they back the product immediately after receiving the product, i dont know why it happened.nykaa customer care didnt sent me any mail or message regarding these issue.Didnot expect from Nykaa.
