On 21, sep 2018 i had ordered a couple of products from nykaa and one of them was a nail polish in the shade nutcracker dreams. I had previously bought it right after they had launched it, and it was one of my favourite shades. So i wanted to buy it again. So upon receiving my order i noticed that the nail polish shade was not nutcracker dreams but milk chocolate. It had the shade name nutcracker dreams but the polish itself was milk chocolate. I think they labelled the product incorrectly, maybe.
So i complained about it and the nykaa team refunded me the amount in the form of a coupon code.
On 23 october, i placed an order for a couple of things and among them was nutcracker dreams and i used that very coupon code so i didn't have to pay for the nail polish atleast. But i was disappointed again when i got my package today and saw that i got milk chocolate again instead of nutcracker dreams. The nail polish has the shade name nutcracker dreams but the actual shade is milk chocolate. Again! Now either i have gone blind or the shade nutcracker dreams doesn't exist anymore. I was so looking forward to receiving my favourite shade but twice now they have send the wrong product.

    Hello nykaa, bluedart

    This is pathetic,, one order ([protected]) done on 9th oct, is yet to be delivered..

    Worst service i have ever seen with any online shopping, provided we are living in metro city.

    So there was one attempt for delivery - when i was not available.

    No attempt was done post that, even though i got a message 2-3 times in last week, but no one came to deliver, no one attempt to call.

    How bad it can be...???

    Pls cancel the order, raise thw refund with penalty. Since i waited for almost 13days to get a package delivered..

      I have order some forest essential products from nykaa 11th oct 2018and they added some complimentary gift but when it was delivered company only delivered products not delivered complimentary products which was automatically added to cart, wjen i called nykaa customer care they blamed inconvenience of bluedart, but bluedart tracking showed back to shipper and bluedart customer care also said that they back the product immediately after receiving the product, i dont know why it happened.nykaa customer care didnt sent me any mail or message regarding these issue.Didnot expect from Nykaa.

        This is shannon's father stany jovin menezes requesting the refund agaisnt the damage product returned to your company. Earlier my daughter has submitted mistakenly atm number instead of bank account number and later she has amended and sent correct bank account number and bank statement for your record. Kindly go through the below trailing mails and as of now there is no positive reply at your end.

        We are regular and happy customer for your nykaa products from your stores and in view of customer service we are not very happy about your response and it creates bad image of your products.

        Having said that, i would request you to take action and refund the amount after receiving this mail. Kindly let me know the reasons for the delay.

          I didn't receive any delivery but i got the message that the delivery was done... I paid for the thing online.. I want my money back or the product...
          Asap..
          This should not be the way to treat your customer.. Yu all should be more careful about all this.. As i have paid the price online i want my money to be refunded or the product to be delivered..
          As i have selected the home as preference for the delivery but no person came to deliver the product... This is all stupid. Now what you expect to rate my experience of delivery.. 5 star.. Oh please.. This never happened to me. I was happy with your products and deliveries but now i felt betrayed.. This is all seriously so annoying.. Just give me my 💰 back. Asap or give me the product..

            This is worst app i’ve ever. Even after ordering products worth a lakh in a year, their delivery representative misbehaved with me. They are rude and unprofessional. And refused to give order at my home and was asking me to come and get the order. When i asked he need to come, he refused to deliver and said i am taking it back. What the hell is this. What the hell i am paying for, for this harassment?

              I had ordered two items from nykaa on 11th of october and it was to be delivered yesterday. But the items were never delivered and when i tried tracking my order in the nykaa app it showed 'failed delivery'. The thing is, there were no phone calls, texts or emails about this.
              I just let it be because i thought the order would be delivered today (16 oct. 2018) and there was a text in my cell saying that the order would be delivered today before 7 pm and so i waited. Iwaoted until 7:30 and now again when im tracking my order it says 'failed delivery'.
              I need those items very urgently.
              Please see into this.

                I had ordered four items worth rs 15230 from your website on 2nd october 2018. I cancelled the order by speaking to your customer care the next day. I also didn't receive the product from the courier guy and returned it. It has been ten days but the refund has not been done into my account. Please look into the matter and resolve it by doing the needful.

                  Hi have purchased products worth rs 7980 on 8th october. Order no. Nyk[protected]. All the products i ordered were as per the description expect for nykaa pout perfect lip & cheek creamy matte crayon lipstick. The quality is below average neither the color nor the texture is as per the description. It is worth rs 499 and i ordered 4 of them, it is a terrible experience and waste of money. I called the nykaa customer care number and i was told they wont refund me the money because i checked the color. I am feeling terrible as i ordered from nykaa for the first time that for such a big amount, trusting the brand however they have highly disappointed me. This was the first and last time i ordered from nykaa.

                  Having said that i would again the rest of the products were as per the standard and i have no complaint in regards to those.
                  They are unable to delivery of the product in given time.they always send the message that today they deliver the order but not deliver. Three times they do it.

                    I had placed a prepaid order on 04 Oct and received a message on 05 Oct 2018, that i will receive it the same day. i waited in office till 7.45 pm but no one came. i received a message at 8.16 pm saying product was delivered. AS it was an office address I assumed it was handed over to someone, which i havent authorised. I came back to office next day and checked there was nothing. i still checked everywhere but no one had received it.

                    after complaining, i received a mail from Nykaa with Proof of delivery, a cross for a signature no name of person mentioned.

                    This is the most ridiculous way to deliver products, i have lost my money.

                    Why does it shows fail delivery attempt when it was already delivered and I'm using the product Right now? It has happened twice now and I'm concerned about that .

                      I ordered a product from nykaa bt they delay my product and show a cause they don't located my address bt i have a q why blue dart agent does not pass me a message or any calls if they call me then ufcourse i told my proper address to them and now they delay my product if they failed to reached my address dn cancle it and return my money quickly please

                        Tried to purchase 2 products nykaa mob app on 7th oct. Have made payment through bank of india through debit card and payment was done and amount was debited from my account and i got a transaction ref no. But still the order has not been placed. No order no or no order details are appearing in the nyka acc. They have send no msges or emails regarding the order placement. So am pretty sure that order has not been placed. All the items r still in my cart. I want u to refund my amount or place the order again. Please help

                          I had placed an order numbered[protected] and out of 12 products, one was missing i. E., the nyx bright idea illuminating stick - chardonnay shimmer. After several complaints over email, phone etc. The supervisor sent me some pictures of the parcel, taken in the warehouse and i was very disappointed to see state that it doesn’t match the products i received.in fact, the nykaa foundation stick that i did recieve is not even visible in the picture. Thereby, a clear indication of the fact that this picture is most definitely not a picture of the parcel i recieved. I’d be extremely grateful if you may please look into the same and find me a suitable resolution as soon as possible.
                          I have attached a photograph for you to see the condition of the products that have been delivered to me by Nykaa. Poor quality control from their end. Replace it, refund it, do whatever you like but sort it out and get it done in a day or two. Thank you

                            I ordered a lipstick of 550 (Madras kaapi) and didn't liked it so i returned back... First they said to give bank details so that they will return my money in bank... But it never happened later, i got a coupon code.. Of 522 rupees... But when i applied the coupon... Suddenly it became invalid... I filled complaint several times but nothing happened... I was a regular customer of nykaa.. Didnt expected such theaft.. Hate to shop with nykaa..

                              Iam not at all satisfied with the below said 2 products
                              Nykaa have charged me with high rate
                              I have enclosed the photo and also the invoice bill copy for your reference.
                              When i spoke to their customer care executive and asked for the details fro the high rate he said he cant do anything.

                              1. Fiona body wash - they have charged me rs. 90 but in the bottle its price is only rs.55/-

                              2. Sunsilk shampoo - they have charged me rs.110/- but the shampoo price is only rs. 85/-

                              Why are you cheating the customer??? I could have got these product in local market itself
                              I have lost my money and its a mental tension also.
                              Hope you will solve our problem and get back my money.

                                I ordered 6 products from nykaa with order no..[protected]
                                One of the product is lakme sun expert spf 50 ultra matte lotion 100ml
                                But to my surprise company is not producing the product (Lotion).. They are manufacturing lakme sun expert ultra matte gel..
                                Also the defining characters on the product is not the standardised lakme sunexpert products
                                Nykaa is a most trusted brand.. And are sending fake products to us..
                                I request you to refund my product..
                                And pay attention to matter.. Because i[censored] don't then consumer court will...
                                And then be ready for penalty
                                U r playing with trust and skin o[censored]r customer..
                                Hope you will take appropriate action very soon... Else.. I assure you that i will take best action possible against you very soon..

                                I ordered 4 items and returned all of them. They were delivered in two shipments. and same I returned.
                                I received refund of only 1 shipment.
                                Worst service in return and refund process. Items were picked up after 18 days of return initiation.

                                I purchased lakme sun expert 50 spf gel and guess what? It wasn't original boom. Trusted Company like Nykaa in India selling duplicate skin products.
                                When i return it, didn't get my whole refund.
                                I contact customer care and I'm yet waiting for reply mail. Good job Nykaa.

                                  I ordered schwarzkopf shampoo conditioner and a ten day shine treatment. Product was very dirty and old. Requested for return and i sent the products. And money is not refunded till now. Everytime i ask them they say i’ve sent a wrong ifsc code and when i send them the bank details again and again they reply me with thank you for providing a valid ifsc code. Its been a month and half days yet i didn’t receive the money

                                    I orderd 5 items from nykaa before four days, on 12 sep delivery boy called me at 2:30pm but told him plz call me after one hour bcoz i m at my duty that time. But he not called me again. Next day he called me same time at 2:30pm. But i have same problm that i was on my duty n unable recieve the order again in that time. I told him plz wait for 15 minutes otherwise he will call me after one hour.. But he was used abuse word to me. Plz do needful work. Thanks

                                      When i will get my refund...its 1 week past ..when the hell i will get my refund. you are doing fraudism, when i will get my 360 rs why should i suffer because of your mistake...i will take strict action against you...you picked up your products and refumded only partial amount ...why you haven't refunded full amount .. when i will get my 360rs.My order no. is[protected]

                                        I had ordered three Khadi products on 5th Sep;2018 from Nykaa and it was supposed to delivered between 7th Sep;2018 to 10th Sep;2018.Till now I havent received my consignment. When I called to Customer care executive she was making some excuses. Even two months back I had ordered two products and it got delivered after 25 days.
                                        I am very much disappointed with the service.
                                        Can somebody help me on this.
