I got my order from nykaa on 4th august, 2018 where in i ordered oriflame hair oil, and other stuffs. Oriflame hair oil that i got was of 2017 june. When i called customer care guys, suraj (Rep) said that take a screenshot of the product, and mail the same to us. After that # he said " oil you can use for three years". I mean really, does that mean you will send an old #.
Now the question is we customer order so that we dn;t have to face such botheration. If after paying so much, and so high dleivery charges we have to recieve an old packaging then what is the point. We don;t have time to go out and are busy in job, that is why we order online.
I need my money back and throwing you piece to #. Let me write the same to oriflame as well, they should also know that you people are keeping old stuff.
Oil lasts for 2 years does not mean it won;t harm hairs, and for your kind information it looses properties if kept for more than 6-8 months. Need my oriflame money back in my bank account, and won;t ever shop from nykaa
