It was a prepaid order
Kindly look into the matter as my valuable money is stuck
Pathetic customer care service by nykaa
Just opening few stores all over india does not get you a strong customer base
Kindly look into your online business as well

    I have received only text messages related to the delivery of the order... Not a single phone call was received by me regarding the same... Afterwards message came that i wasn't available... Same thing happened today.. Its a request that before the delivery of the consignment kindly give a call... Not yet received the parcel. My order from nykaa with blue dart is awb# [protected]

      My order number #[protected] was placed on 20th august 2018 and i had ordered two products and i cancelled one of them right after the online payment. Its been various times that i tried to contact nykaa's customer care service and unfortunately i have not received a reply back from their end. I would like raise my complaint for refund of rs.105.00 against cancellation.

      I had paid rs. 260 and received product worth rs 175. I would like you to review the order number mentioned above.
      Looking forward for your response.

        Its almost a month that i didn't get my product even after calling nykaa customer care number several times. Each time i called them they only told me that we will make your delivery on urgent basis. I even contacted wow express but even they gave me fake promises. I tried cancelling the order and requested them to return my prepaid money, but they haven't cancelled the order. Had the worst experience shopping with nykaa. Nykaa and wow express are just behaving very irresponsible.
        Order #[protected] still have pending item to be delivered. It's been a week now. When will the item arrive.

          My order:[protected]Order form nykaa) was expected to be delivered on 17th august 2018 and the courier service cancelled my order without even contacting me. It's been 10days since i placed the order. And the shadowfax delivery staffs are behaving so rude and unprofessional.
          I am unable to contact to nykaa customer care service. Though i am trying to contact them at least 10 times each day
          Please help me. I have mailed my issue to every forum i can and did it for many times but got no assistance anywhere. Not even from nykaa. This shows the unprofessionalism clearly!
          Either help me cancel the order or make it delivered to me.
          I have done enough as a customer to get my order.

            I buy matrix biolage smoothproof shampoo, but I think I get the fake product because when I use the shampoo it makes my hair rough and sticky and when I done the barcode scanner it's showing other product.i want to return this product as it will be of no use for me.so please return this product.whem I used the shampoo it remains in the hair and make them rough, previous when I bought the shampoo from a store it made my hair Friz free.

              The product ordered online was out of stock, and worth rupees 2, 250/-. Received a product worth 55/-. For us rs.2, 250/- is a huge amount! Tax invoice is correct. Boxing is correct but the inside product is totally different. Shocked!
              How can this be packaging mistake?? I want to get my refund from nykaa. Please!
              It was cod payment. This is not fair what u do to customers!

                Nykaa, I don't think somebody take action if I am putting my issue here because I have raised my issue many times but no one came back with resolution.

                I have placed my order #[protected] on 17th of august and the order gets automatically cancelled due to some reason. It happened for the 5th time so i kept an eye and the product was and is available. And when asked to the customer care executive he was so rude, he told me to place one prepaid order because of past history of my orders. When i asked me how can you cancel my order to which he replied we have the authority to do that.
                i have never returned a single product, my order eventually gets cancelled from your end. In addition to that i am a nykaa privee member. This is how you treat your every customer? I have a question why there is an option of cash on delivery?

                I don't want to know the reason I just want my order as it is at my place.

                  I have ordered loreal paris lipstick but i was delivered kadhi soap and didn't get any proper replies when contacted for the same. I don't know where it went wrong but nothing wrong done from my side. What irritates me more is the laziness on replying to my complaints by giving me a product which i don't want and which is very less in value than one which i ordered

                  Extremely disappointed with nykaa being a regular prilvileadge customer. I will never buy nor recommend anyone to buy nykaa if i don't get what i really need

                    Nykka has a very ### service where they did not even accept to cancel or replace the wrong product delivered to me.
                    The CUSTOMER CARE is giving excuses that they cannot replace jockey products. But they are unable to understand how will a customer use the wrong product.
                    The colors and size of the product is wrong and hence my money will go waste. It was a big mistake to shop from nykka. And i want to sue the company for causing such problem to me

                      I ordered maybelline lipstick on 13 th august, initally i have check the estimated delivery was 17 th august, now it has mentioned 18 th august.. Which i am not happy with it, i need my parcel by today, if not tomorrow, if not i will cancel my order... I tracked my order, it was in bangalore only, so kindly talk to delivery team blue dart to courier asap.

                        I had ordered makeup from nykaa on 12th August 2018, i was inform that my ordered had been shipped on 13th january 2018 from india post-mr/da/west-1615 but i can't trace my consignment as the website show no such consignment us available .So, where can i track my order.I also contact the customer care but they couldnot suggest any remedies and also i had raise various compaint through the app which is left unrespond . i kindlt request the company to provide me the valid tracking id.

Earlier they said me that the delivery ocmpany has some technical issue, after 2 week now the delivery details shows that the item is in transit and stuck in the warehouse since 4th august, i was supposed to get the shipment by 6 august

                            I ordered few products on nykaa 5th on august 2018 - order #[protected] and received no update. I kept ob chevking and even raised a ticket and the all of a sudden when i checked on the app on the 13th it was mentioned delivered on 13th. I never got any call from the delivery guy neither did i receive any update. I was very much at home with my mom. So it would be absolutely ridiculous if nykaa comes back and says they left it somewhere. When i raised a complaint, like # they are mentioning product has been delivered. Duh! Hence the complaint was raised coz u say u delivered n i say i never got it. Now you either give me my money back or give me the ordered products.

                            A suggestion : if you can't handle logistics involved in functioning an ecommerce company.. Better shut it down!

                              Nyakka cancelled my free product after the cod delivery of main product.

                              The reason they gave is that it was added to the cart by mistake.

                              I ordered like 10 products and it was getting expensive, but i continued due to the free product.

                              This is a highly unprofessional approach towards customers. I did order organic harvest products, moreover, it was showing in my cart when i check out, had it not been there i might not have accepted the cod.

                              If there was an issue with their site, you should bear the loss, why should your customer who is making the purchase believing the pricing and offers displayed online.

                              I will be sharing these cheating policies on social media as well, other customers should also know and should be aware of the fake policies.

                                I ordered 3 products on august 11, 2018. Next day 12 august 2018 they updated the status that the products got delivered with invoice with my fake signature.
                                I have not received my order yet and i am struggling with it for two days.
                                They have mailed me the receipt with fake signature without providing even contact of the delivery person.
                                in this case shadowfax is the delivery partner. nowhere do they provide their delivery agent contacts. i have not even got such text or mail that my product got delivered yet they have provided the invoice with some other person sign made. i can provide the original sign of mine with a original proof.

                                  Hi.. My order was placed on 8th august and expected delivery date was 12 august but till date no communication or confirmation rec.
                                  I keep on calling customer care but again they are saying third party fault.. But i have paid to nykaa and why nykaa is not fulfilling it's promise
                                  My worst experience.
                                  Kindly arrange to deliver my product by the end of day before 5 pm..
                                  On urgent basis.
                                  The product is for birthday gift unfortunately today i am unable to gift.

                                    I ordered a product (Order id[protected] on 1/8/18 which was attempted to be delivered on 6/8/818 but i was not available. Since 7/8/18 i have called nykaa 5 times and bluedart 3 times and each time i was assured that my delivery is put on a high priority basis and will be delivered next day. But that did not happen. Instead on 11/8/18 i received a call asking whether i received the product. I said no i did not and again requested to arrange the delivery for monday 13/8/18 by 5 pm. And today i. E. On 13/8/18 when i checked the status of my product it showed it has been returned on shipper's request. I immediately called nykaa and the executive told me it has been returned. On 6th they give the reason for delivery failure to be closed premises and that very address was not reachable by them on 11/8/18 & they provide the reason to be a missing landmark.

                                    I am simply disgusted and now i want my money refunded as early as possible with interest for 13 days.

                                        I once again recvd duplicate product. No one is replying to my complaint even after multiple mails. I ordered loreal conditioner. But what i recieved is some wierd liquid which is not worth even a single penny and they have charged 600 for it
                                        I contacted nykaa but they are not reverting since last 5 days just going on keeping service tickets.
                                        Kindly take action against nykaa as they r the frauda and should be banned for cheating customers. They are the looters.
