It has happened with me twice now (Once on 26th may 2018 and on 24th june 2018). I was trying to place an order on nykaa mobile app and once i entered the pin, the amount got deducted from my bank account and i immediately got a message from my bank regarding the successful transaction but then the nykaa app hanged and suddenly became blank, then when i refreshed it, the items were still lying in my cart.
It has happened with me not...

I have ordered a product on 17th june.. But not received yet.. I have raised several tickets for the same.. But silly replies are given by them through mail which are very unproffesional.. There is no proper customer support.. They dont even call the customer to acknowledge the problem. They are fraud. The most worst expireince.. I need to gift the items that i had ordered.. They ruined everything.. Never ever recommend nykaa.....

Please either send me my products or send me refund of wht i have spent on your stupid site. There is no one to discuss this... Eveeytime i get a auto response. There is no availblr on chat... And have not received any replies to my emails.. I have been your regular customer but now i won't continue shopping with you anymore. I have to escalate this further if i do not get any resppnse. I had ordered on 14 june and have no ideabwhere my money...

I have purchased biotique products but wrong lakme products was delivered to me. My order no is[protected] . From nykaa site as well as from Nykaa app I have tried to apply for return / refund by attaching invoice and picture of products which I have received but unable to submit it because it's giving me error like request entity too long. It's really very disappointing, please help me to resolve this issue....

I had ordered two products from nykaa together. One of which I have received. Seven days back a nykaa executive called me and said that he want to cancel my remaining order with nykaa as the product is out of stock. My question is if the product is out of stock why on Earth they are showing it as in stock? Whatever, as the product was not there the executive asked my permission to cancel it and said that he would refund the all ready paid...

Ordered for 5 items i. E lakme absolute radiance cream, himalaya aloe vera facial wipes, vaseline healthy white lotion n lakme 9 to 5 lipstick (Mr8 orange edge) and got 4 items instead plus the delivery delayed a lot without any information. Need my product lakme 9 to 5 lipstick (Mr8 orange edge) rs 480 as soon as possible plus paid the full amount. Such a fraud you people are!...

I have raised several complaint tickets. 4 by calls, 2 by chat, 1 by mail. It was supposed to be delivered on 9th june. Still no update and resolution has been given. I have even talked to the supervisor abbas who promised me to call back by yesterday 6 pm. Have not received any call from anyone. Pathetic customer service. I don't know whom to contact now. Also, i have asked for cancellation and refund and they said the process will only...

Hi i ordered on 10th of june and now it is showing that it has been delivered but i didn't get the products even the blue dart the courier company is also not responding i have already paid the bill through debit card u better look into the matter otherwise i have to complaint in the consumer court i want my order till tomorrow. It is showing taht it has been delivered in some other place the company is also not responding properly the item...

The whole packet was full of that face wash stuff. It's really annoying for me to recieve this type of product from such a named website.. M very dissatisfied.. Fix this problem as soon as possible...

Nykaa doesn't respond to your issues even if you raise concerns on every platform. My product got delivered in gujarat instead of jharkhand. I have been sending them messages everywhere but they are responding to everyone except me. They know that they have made a blunder. This company is taking their customers for a ride and spamming you with multitude offers....

I didn’t get my spin wheel coupon gift eg liner gel. Only because of dat i make a pack of maybline products. When i ordered it was valid but today i got my parcel so didn’t got any kind of liner nd due to some reason i deleted my mail box, nw dey are saying they didnt gave any kind of offer, even i got confermation of applying code on dat day bt now even in my nykaa account now its not showing.. Amazed to see all kind of activity done...

And that have mentioned that deliver of items will be from 25 may 2018 to 28 may 2018 but still they have not delivered my products...

I have placed a prepaid order with nykaa.com on 18th may 2018 and the order was supposed to get delivered by today.

Since 20th may 2018 there is no movement in the shipment and when i contacted nykaa's customer care then came with a reply delivery not possible without stating any reason or without guiding me about if i cancel the order how will i get the refund.

I had place an order on Nykaa on 15th May'18 and the Estimated Delivery Time was 21st May'18. but till date I have not received my product yet. I called customer care on 21st and they said it will be delivered within 48 hours. But nothing till date has happened. Its been more than a week. Pls help resolve this matter ASAP.

This theresa devassy i had purchased some lipstick and eyeliner from nykaa

I'm not satisfied with two of the lipstick's shade as it not the same colour as shown in the website.

Colourbar velvet matte 04 and nelf ms 04.

Hence request for and return and refund for the same.

I had placed an order on nykaa.com on 27th april 2018. The product has not yet been delivered and inspite of me sending some many mails no one calls or replies to them. I feel cheated. They didn't even process my cancellation and refund request. I called the customer service, it says the number doesn't exist, i called the toll free helpline and get the same response. I feel so harassed. Please help me....

My order no #[protected].in 9 th may i have order 4 different items in nykaa, a nivea shower gel, a pantene oil replacement, a biotique hair oil and an elle 18 color pop matte lipstick. The order was a cod and i have paid 489 for all 4 items. But in the box i have received only 3 items. The elle 18 color pop matte lipstick pink kiss is missing which is of 100 rupees. Now i just want the refund or the item. Please resolve my problem....
