Nyakka cancelled my free product after the cod delivery of main product.

The reason they gave is that it was added to the cart by mistake.

I ordered like 10 products and it was getting expensive, but i continued due to the free product.

This is a highly unprofessional approach towards customers. I did order organic harvest products, moreover, it was showing in my cart when i check out, had it not been there i might not have accepted the cod.

If there was an issue with their site, you should bear the loss, why should your customer who is making the purchase believing the pricing and offers displayed online.

I will be sharing these cheating policies on social media as well, other customers should also know and should be aware of the fake policies.

    I ordered 3 products on august 11, 2018. Next day 12 august 2018 they updated the status that the products got delivered with invoice with my fake signature.
    I have not received my order yet and i am struggling with it for two days.
    They have mailed me the receipt with fake signature without providing even contact of the delivery person.
    in this case shadowfax is the delivery partner. nowhere do they provide their delivery agent contacts. i have not even got such text or mail that my product got delivered yet they have provided the invoice with some other person sign made. i can provide the original sign of mine with a original proof.

      Hi.. My order was placed on 8th august and expected delivery date was 12 august but till date no communication or confirmation rec.
      I keep on calling customer care but again they are saying third party fault.. But i have paid to nykaa and why nykaa is not fulfilling it's promise
      My worst experience.
      Kindly arrange to deliver my product by the end of day before 5 pm..
      On urgent basis.
      The product is for birthday gift unfortunately today i am unable to gift.

        I ordered a product (Order id[protected] on 1/8/18 which was attempted to be delivered on 6/8/818 but i was not available. Since 7/8/18 i have called nykaa 5 times and bluedart 3 times and each time i was assured that my delivery is put on a high priority basis and will be delivered next day. But that did not happen. Instead on 11/8/18 i received a call asking whether i received the product. I said no i did not and again requested to arrange the delivery for monday 13/8/18 by 5 pm. And today i. E. On 13/8/18 when i checked the status of my product it showed it has been returned on shipper's request. I immediately called nykaa and the executive told me it has been returned. On 6th they give the reason for delivery failure to be closed premises and that very address was not reachable by them on 11/8/18 & they provide the reason to be a missing landmark.

        I am simply disgusted and now i want my money refunded as early as possible with interest for 13 days.

          Of the product is this and till now i didnt received the product after this order i ordered many other products and it got delivered in correct time. I want the product within 2 days or any special offers because if i order again the delivery charges will be coming

            I once again recvd duplicate product. No one is replying to my complaint even after multiple mails. I ordered loreal conditioner. But what i recieved is some wierd liquid which is not worth even a single penny and they have charged 600 for it
            I contacted nykaa but they are not reverting since last 5 days just going on keeping service tickets.
            Kindly take action against nykaa as they r the frauda and should be banned for cheating customers. They are the looters.

              As a customer I would never refer anyone for your e-commerce site or app, because the time the customer really needs a professional support you people are worst to deal with.

              First of all your pathetic application takes up address itself. I was given a text box to enter my address and it automatically from my previous address took city and state despite me mentioning the right one.
              It will be better if you will ask your developer to develop a customer centric application rather a basic home application.

              The product isn't delivered till now. Twice your customer support called and did absolutely nothing instead of asking me to wait for 24-48 hours, apart from that your so called chat service on app is utterly useless as either they do not show my products in one go or the support provider isn't there free giving me a message that someone from our support will reach you. After several mails and requests and waiting from Sunday till today that is Friday I get no email regarding my refund status or product location.

              If you guys cannot handle such situation rather don't expand your organization to such size.
              Lastly if my refund is not reflected or initiated by today 6:00 PM, I would definitely take this to social media where you brag about your company being best.(P.S I never wanted to do and that is why I waited but you all forced) .

              It is my worst experience of any e-commerce site.

                Your delivery sucks.

                This has happened more than once. I order very often with you online.

                Your delivery guys are so rude. They neither have change with them nor they carry card machine.

                My last order number is :[protected]. The amount is inr 523.00. I gave your delivery guy inr 530.00. He did not have the change of even rs. 7 with him and he rudely snatched away the delivery box from me. Are you kidding me? Your delivery boys dos not even carry rs. 7.00 with them. You are losing one of your very loyal customers from today onward. Also i will tell this to my friends and family so that they never order from nykaa.com
                I am not receiving the order which should be received already but it's being two day yet not received delivery time is exceeding than given time. You company should be particular about customers getting their orders on time

                  Hi,

                  I got my order from nykaa on 4th august, 2018 where in i ordered oriflame hair oil, and other stuffs. Oriflame hair oil that i got was of 2017 june. When i called customer care guys, suraj (Rep) said that take a screenshot of the product, and mail the same to us. After that # he said " oil you can use for three years". I mean really, does that mean you will send an old #.

                  Now the question is we customer order so that we dn;t have to face such botheration. If after paying so much, and so high dleivery charges we have to recieve an old packaging then what is the point. We don;t have time to go out and are busy in job, that is why we order online.

                  I need my money back and throwing you piece to #. Let me write the same to oriflame as well, they should also know that you people are keeping old stuff.

                  Oil lasts for 2 years does not mean it won;t harm hairs, and for your kind information it looses properties if kept for more than 6-8 months. Need my oriflame money back in my bank account, and won;t ever shop from nykaa

                    Placed an order on this website and have not received electronic items in the second shipment (Steamer, straightner, curler) never received them in the box.
                    When raised a complaint the company said they sent it. Is the courier service stealing things without company knowledge or company really cheating customers.
                    This is insane. If this is the case no such websites should be believed and no one should encourage them to make money from our hard earned money.
                    Worst nykaa.
                    Refund my amount immediately. I am not interested to even have my name in your website.

                      I ordered a product on 23 july and it was expected to deliver on 30 july but i haven't received it. I've been waiting for it since past 3 days and wasting my time. Such pathetic experience. What u guyz r doing? I'm not even getting the tracking details. When it'll come nd where it is?
                      Either refund my amount, or give me my product today or tomorrow evening or on sunday.

                      I've never seen such irresponsible behaviour from other websites. Email me the details as soon as possible.
                      Hi I have apples for 2 products in one order however only one got delivered... wherein both are showing delivered.. only one nail paint from Lakmé is delivered other product is not delivered

                        I had ordered one st. Botanica facial serum which cost me rs.1199 on 17th of july 2018.

                        Courrier partner: blue dart

                        I have not yet received the above order and am keep on following up with nykaa and blue dart. Blue dart is saying the above awb number is valid and nykaa is saying we have delivered to blue dart it is with them. But no one is delivering my order, in this case i requested nykaa if you guys are not able to deliver the order then kindly refund my money but that also nykaa is not doing.

                        I would really appreciate if you could kindly take my complaint on a high priority basis and take necessary action against nykaa and blue dart. They are playing with customer value and quite irresponsibile service provider.

                          Order[protected] has been placed on 29th july 2018 and after taking too many follow ups regarding the shipment, your team has been cancelled my order without taking any confirmation from me and ask me to replace my order again. Are you guys making us fool or what??? This is something very irresponsible manner... They asked me to replace it because it was on cod order it means they do not mean value of time as my order was on cod so i can be replace it because no money was involved in this order.

                          I want my same order on same price as early as i have already wait for 5 days.

                            I ordered a faces kajal, maybelline nail paint and nivea cleansing milk.. Order nbr.[protected] on 21st june. I received the order in a week but found the sharpener of kajal and nail paint missing. Since then i have been requesting for a refund but not received yet. They said bank details not matched although all my transactions are going through same account. It is very upsetting to see such a renowned company being negligient and careless over such matters.

                              I ordered on 22nd july and fully paid. Order #[protected] shipped through ecom express and still i’ve not received. It reached my place on 24th july itself and courier is not updating the status in the app and just keeping the product with them. No proper response from nykaa customer care as well. I am calling the customer care almost every day and they just say they are requesting urgent delivery and it will be delivered in 24 hrs. It’s happening since 24yh july and till now i’m getting the same response from customer care agent vinit prasad. The issue stops with agents itself and they don’t escalate to higher management. If the courier doesn’t deliver by mentioned date, nykaa should punish the courier and deliver products free of cost. Some action should be taken. I want my products asap

                                It's been a week since i was supposed to get my order. The customer care doesn't reply to emails and when caller, they say it will be delivered by today. It's been going on for a week. Moreover, they said they attempted delivery but i refused to accept the parcel when i got no calls nor text from the delivery executive. They scamed me and now won't even return my money.

                                  I hv ordered 3 products on 28th july nd payment online rs 1334. At first system showed it will b delivered within 24 hrs, after dat system showed it will b delivered within 1st aug. Today they reflecting dat delivery boy rejected to deliver d pdt.. Now how can i get d produt, and its already delayed too much.. And even i dont kno d issue.. Now is nyakka demanding dat i will search delivery boy nd punish him? Very upset

                                    I was a huge fan of this e-commerce website nykaa. I have been buying stuff from nykaa since 2014. Recently i purchased ponds age miracle from nykaa which was duplicate. The color of the cream was pale yellow. Whenever i apply it on my face, it gives a feeling as if several needles are pricking on my face. I am highly disappointed from nykaa's services. I would never recommend this website to anyone. Its better to buy from malls or genuine stores.

                                      I purchased a product from nyka. I wanted to return that so i had contacted with nyka service they said there is no pickup service in my area. So i my self had returned the product to nyka in bangalore. I have received the mail the product had received nyka center on 21st july. When i asked about refund they said they needed snapshot of that mail of received the product in nyka so i sent the snapshot but there was no response i have still not received refund. Inspite exchange of so many mails i am not getting proper response from them nor my amount. I have been cheated by nykaa., very disappointed.

Then i asking for my refund they said they hadn't received the product they trying to avoid me still not received refund. Inspite exchange of so many mails i am not getting proper response from them nor my amount. I have been cheated by nykaa., very disappointed with nykaa

                                        My order reached my place long back but have not been delivered to me yet. It has been more than a week. They don't even answer to my complain. I need the order or the refund but they are doing none. Please help. Nykaa has always been so good in terms of delivery i recommended it to my friends also that their delivery is good. Now there might be some problem but atleast they should let me know the problem. I have been waiting for my orders for so long and it's not that it has not reached my place it has reached its destination 4 5 days ago but they are not doing anything or not even letting me know about the problem.
