I placed an order on 17-May-2018 for Nivea Pure talc, Dove Conditioner, Dove Daily Shine shampoo, Vaseline Healthy White Lotion, Vaseline Aloe Soothe body lotion, Dove Daily Shine conditioner and Sebamed cleansing foam as order no.[protected] . But I received a wrong order. I immediately reported it on their website but there was no response. After sending them multiple emails, I finally got a response on email by Danish Shaikh asking me further details. I sent him all details and product images and was informed that I would get a revert in a few days as it had to be escalated to higher authorities. However, it has been 2 months and there is no response on emails. Every time I call on the Support helpline, I only get a reply saying that they will revert to me shortly. I am extremely troubled with this lack of response as they are not issuing any refund to me.
