It has happened with me twice now (Once on 26th may 2018 and on 24th june 2018). I was trying to place an order on nykaa mobile app and once i entered the pin, the amount got deducted from my bank account and i immediately got a message from my bank regarding the successful transaction but then the nykaa app hanged and suddenly became blank, then when i refreshed it, the items were still lying in my cart.
It has happened with me not once but twice. First time, i left it thinking who will take so much pain for rs 275 but now it has happened with me again and i am going to file an official complaint against them.
On the top of it when i tried to talk to their customer care representative he asked me to go personally to a bank and register a complaint.
I want full refund of my money that is rs 275+345 = rs 620
