I had ordered enriching papaya & oats scrub, pearl body gel loofah, BB+ cream and a pack of colorbar nail polish remover... So dis nail polish remover has an offer of 2 packs ... which cost ₹188... and dis cost is just for remover... But when I received the order I found that there is only 1 remover... I am quite disappointed with the service ...Now either you return the remaining amount or else send the remaining remover... And I want you guys to take the action as soon as possible...

Hi, i bought maybelline fit me foundation from nykaa. I have not used the product before. The peel of ingredients list on the product is laterally inverted. The bottle looks suspicious too. Is it genuine?

    I placed an order on 17-May-2018 for Nivea Pure talc, Dove Conditioner, Dove Daily Shine shampoo, Vaseline Healthy White Lotion, Vaseline Aloe Soothe body lotion, Dove Daily Shine conditioner and Sebamed cleansing foam as order no.[protected] . But I received a wrong order. I immediately reported it on their website but there was no response. After sending them multiple emails, I finally got a response on email by Danish Shaikh asking me further details. I sent him all details and product images and was informed that I would get a revert in a few days as it had to be escalated to higher authorities. However, it has been 2 months and there is no response on emails. Every time I call on the Support helpline, I only get a reply saying that they will revert to me shortly. I am extremely troubled with this lack of response as they are not issuing any refund to me.

      Hi, my name is Dhanshree. I order 4 products of bioteque company from nykaa application on 13 july 2018 on friday. Booking id of product is[protected]. It get automatically canceled from nykaa after 4 days. I got messege from nykaa that order has been canceled. Pincode of address is 440026. please check booking details and I want refund as early as possible.
      I had ordered loreal shampoo vide order number[protected] from nykaa. on the bottle.the mrp was 630. While they charged me 690
      On contacting customer care they said send copy of invoice. What sort of resolution is this?
      Please take action against nykaa.

        prepaid order

        Nykaa has given me some bad experiences- one item has not been delivered to me from the prepaid Order ID[protected]. I cancelled the product at the time of delivery asking to register it in the cancelled order for the refund. Later, I received the msg that my product has been delivered successfully.
        The product status shows delivered on 10th July by WOW Express courier....

        Order no[protected]. Defective product received on 09.7.2018. when I contacted nykaa, they denied their responsibility of replacing the product and asked to contact the manufacturer and provided me a wrong email Id of the manufacturer.as a result I couldn't send any email or complaint to them directly and my money got absolutely wasted. Very surprisingly nykaa is not at all bothered with whatever they are supplying. The worst online shopping experience I have ever received. How can they deny their responsibility of whatever they are supplying and why should a customer contact the manufacturer directly if he receives a defective, non functioning product.I can't believe it's my fault. Consumers should band this website if they can't provide a secure return policy like other websites. It's really my bad luck that I have chosen this rubbish website over others.

        Same product (bronson professional sweet touch electric bikini and eyebrow trimmer for woman).
        I received a faulty one. its not working. Money is wasted and Nykaa is not taking any responsibility.
        Same thing of faulty product Is happening with me.
        Bronson professional hair dryer I purchased from Nykaa is not in working condition. As they said we can't do anything u have to talk customer care department.
        They provide mail id and no. On which I don't receive any feed back.
        Now reading all this fake about Nykaa I m getting disappointed. Now I will go to consumer forum.

          I had ordered 2 M.A.C products i.e. Mehr lipstick and Prep+ prime from Nykaa on 5th July, 20-8 and received the order on 7th July, 2018 but only 1 item was present in the package. I have tried contacting Nykaa in several ways but i couldnot talk to anybody and noby responds to the email and phone calls. Please help. I have no other option and the bill and app says that both items have been delivered but actually only 1 item has been delivered.

            I ordered a Lakme 9 to 5 lipstick and I compared it with the packaging of the same product at a retail store near me. I have used number of lakme lipsticks before, in fact I do have the similar used product which I ordered. And even the shade is totally different. So this lakme lipstick is not original. Nykaa is actually selling duplicate products with the tag of huge brands.

              I ordered six products from Nykaa.
              One of them was a pack of safety pins.
              All of them came except the safety pins.
              In the app it is showing that the safety pins are already delivered.
              The delivery boy also took the whole money of the products ordered including the safety pins.
              I want a refund or the delivery of the pack of safety pins as soon as possible.

                On 20th i had ordered few products and made payment through debit card because of some reason i immediately cancelled the order and i got a mail on the same day stating that refund has been initiated but till today i have not received refund. I had raised the issue and even sent snapshot of my bank account statement as a proof that i have still not received refund. Inspite exchange of so many mails i am not getting proper response from them nor my amount. I have been cheated by nykaa., very disappointed

                  I've purchased products from nykaa on 15th and got delivery on 19th june but 1 product named blue heaven 12*1 fashion eye shadow was damaged so requested for replacement but after that you dispatched the product on 21st june and on 27th june your delivery partner wow express hasn't deliver as the delivery boy came at 9p. M and the my office address was closed after that i have requested so many time but still haven't received my product till the date. Now i want my whole refund back and will never shop from nykaa is such irresponsible and worst services... Order number[protected]a. My contact number [protected].

                    I bought 1 nicka k eyeshadow and 2 mabelline powder matte lipstick from nykaa app... Just now i got the product delivery.. Soon after i opened the product both the liosticks were broken as well as slightly melted... I wamt u to resend me the product again.. Im not at all satisfied.. Next time how can i buy the product trusting on nykaa... Get it resolved soon i cant wait more than 2days

                    I was placing the order ..my money got deducted 698 rs. But order didn't get placed at all ..either i want my order to get placed or give my money back to my account! This is really disappointing

                      On 21st june i ordered for an lakme eyeliner and eyeconic kajal. While making the online payment my bank rs 530 was deducted from my acc but i did not receive any confirmation of my order after a successful payment. I contacted my bank who checked and confirmed with nykaa that the transaction no [protected] was successful and settled on 21st june. Then why have i not got a confirmation on my order from nykaa's side. If you cannot confirm my order then mindly arrange for refunding my money back to my account asap. Please reply.
                      I ordered a product with order number[protected]. But the product is not delivered yet. The courier service man is not ready to bring the product to the delivery address. He is misbehaved with me. He told he is not willing to bring the product and do what I can.

                        My order number is[protected], i returned the product on 21st june. I got a message that return pick up done successfully however until today 27th june i have to update on when will i get my refund. Neither i have got the same i checked my bank statement.
                        I sent numerous emails and always get an auto response will get back to u in 24hours but nobody called.
                        I even called thrice and their executives disconnects as they have no clue about my issue. And now i got so frustated, really feeling cheated and helpless. I wrote the whole issue on their fb page but as always no reply. Please somebody help...
                        Attached is the screenshot of acknowledgement receipt which prooves that i have returned their product.

                          It has happened with me twice now (Once on 26th may 2018 and on 24th june 2018). I was trying to place an order on nykaa mobile app and once i entered the pin, the amount got deducted from my bank account and i immediately got a message from my bank regarding the successful transaction but then the nykaa app hanged and suddenly became blank, then when i refreshed it, the items were still lying in my cart.
                          It has happened with me not once but twice. First time, i left it thinking who will take so much pain for rs 275 but now it has happened with me again and i am going to file an official complaint against them.
                          On the top of it when i tried to talk to their customer care representative he asked me to go personally to a bank and register a complaint.
                          I want full refund of my money that is rs 275+345 = rs 620

                            I have ordered a product on 17th june.. But not received yet.. I have raised several tickets for the same.. But silly replies are given by them through mail which are very unproffesional.. There is no proper customer support.. They dont even call the customer to acknowledge the problem. They are fraud. The most worst expireince.. I need to gift the items that i had ordered.. They ruined everything.. Never ever recommend nykaa..

                                I have purchased biotique products but wrong lakme products was delivered to me. My order no is[protected] . From nykaa site as well as from Nykaa app I have tried to apply for return / refund by attaching invoice and picture of products which I have received but unable to submit it because it's giving me error like request entity too long. It's really very disappointing, please help me to resolve this issue.

                                  I had ordered two products from nykaa together. One of which I have received. Seven days back a nykaa executive called me and said that he want to cancel my remaining order with nykaa as the product is out of stock. My question is if the product is out of stock why on Earth they are showing it as in stock? Whatever, as the product was not there the executive asked my permission to cancel it and said that he would refund the all ready paid amount back to my nykaa wallet. Seven days have passed neither I got the product nor did they refund my own money back to me. When I am calling them repeatedly they are unable to solve this simple problem. I think it's shameful in their end and would expect that consumer forum would take adequate steps against nykaa.com.

                                    Ordered for 5 items i. E lakme absolute radiance cream, himalaya aloe vera facial wipes, vaseline healthy white lotion n lakme 9 to 5 lipstick (Mr8 orange edge) and got 4 items instead plus the delivery delayed a lot without any information. Need my product lakme 9 to 5 lipstick (Mr8 orange edge) rs 480 as soon as possible plus paid the full amount. Such a fraud you people are!

                                      I have raised several complaint tickets. 4 by calls, 2 by chat, 1 by mail. It was supposed to be delivered on 9th june. Still no update and resolution has been given. I have even talked to the supervisor abbas who promised me to call back by yesterday 6 pm. Have not received any call from anyone. Pathetic customer service. I don't know whom to contact now. Also, i have asked for cancellation and refund and they said the process will only start once they receive the product back in warehouse. As they can't give me a guarantee when it will reach my house how can i trust them that they will recieve the order back to their warehouse in 2-3 days?
                                      I ordered two nail polishes from Nykaa. The colors turned out to be different from the ones ordered. i requested for a return of the products and refund of money. The products were collected from me but i never got the refund.

                                      It has been a long time.
                                      I will not suggest nykaa to anyone.
