I took a ride to the kempegowda international airport from btm. The price that it showed me was within rs.1100. The driver convinced me to take another route which will be faster and there started the problem. My final bill is rs.1300 and change. I haven't paid the bill yet and have raised multiple complaints but no response. At times i have received calls from customer representatives saying the issues will be resolved in 7days and bill will be revised. I have the call recordings of those. But its been months since i am waiting for a resolution. Now i am getting text messages saying legal action might be taken against me. Great way to harass your customers

    on 22.09.2019 i had booked ola cabs to pick up [protected]@17.00hrs from bangalore divyasree 77 place, hal old airport road to drop @ bangalore city railway junction. Booked i well advance. I has also recd a message from ola that a white dezire car... (Crn[protected]) willpick me.&also again recda message that the driver yamunappa is on the way, i had waited till 17.15hrs. Mean while try to contact the driver. Biut efforts were failed. At17.20 i had recd a message informing that the driver had cancelled this trip. Then i tried with new booking. Resuted in no vechicle avilable. Then no other go with my luggages with my wife we came to nearby auto stand after walking 1.5 km. Then engaged a auto. Ka03/7329. We were in an urgent mood to catch the train. Utilising this chance the demaded demanded 600 as fare finally we paid 500/-. Due to the failure of ola we were put in high tension. We both senior citizen. We lost the faith inola. At least they should have arranged some alternative. Request to take action. Bangalore also new to us. After 10years we now only visited. It it happens to be in chennai v wont bother. Since it s a new place it gives mental agony for us.

      Hi ola team,

      I am using ola cabs for more than 6 years. I never had faced any issues with the service provided by ola.

      I like to share my bad experience which happened to me on my last ride with ola (Sun sep22, 08.26pm). I booked an ola cab from phoenix mall velachery, chennai. Ola app said you can take any ola cab from ola cab pickup point in phoenix mall. I took a ola cab i told the driver otp number he entered the otp number on his application and rejected the ride and told me that he mistakenly rejected the ride and told me to book an another ride and ola won't charge me for that. He also said it happened to him many times and ola did not charged the customer. I did the same as he suggested (First time i booked for 410, on 2nd time booking it showed 499 but i did not mind).

      We started the ride and he did very rash driving and there was a moment he could have hit a bike. He was telling me that even i hit the bike it does not matter to him. Since he will have to pay only 3500 rs fine if the biker die (You can cross verify the cctv at the traffic signal if you want proof). He said that today he will have to finish his target so don't mind if he do any accident.

      On the way when i am on travel i tried to pay the ride but ola app says please pay 110rs for you last ride to avoid cash payment for current ride. I told the driver that ola considered the 1st booking as a ride and asking me to pay. We were supposed to go to vandalur but he stopped the car at perungalathur. He says that ola fined me 100 rs since the booking was cancelled after otp was enetered. I told him it was not my fault. I asked him to show his application to clarify whether it is considered as ride / fine charge. He argued with me and told me that he can only see the ride details if he finish the ride. Then he finished the ride on perungalathur itself (We were supposed to go to vandalur). Then he said i don't know how to see the last ride details. I told him to call the customer care he says he don't know the customer care number. I opted for ola post pay option. He says i have to pay 25 rs. We paid 25rs and got out of cab and took a bus and went to our home.

      I have booked ola many times to my home or from my home which is inside railway gate. Usually i used to tell ola driver to wait outside railway gate and i will walk 1 km from my home to the railway gate. I do this because it his additional work for the driver to come inside the railway gate and again wait till the gate opens i treat human in such a way. Even on the same day (Sun sep22,) afternoon while booking from perungalathur to phenoix i did the same.

      This is a security concern. He drive very rash to complete his target and end the trip by himself to complete his target and says that he mistakenly does that.

        I had book a cab from santacruz to lower parel i tried calling the driver but his phone was switched off he reached my destination santacruz east the moment we sat in and closed the door the driver started making faces and was being rude to my dad he was constantly saying traffic hai but there was no traffic as such and behaved rudely and said rehne do rehne do in a unpleasant manner and i started playing music it was quite low i too hate loud music but as your aggressive driver had an issue asked to low down the volume and said duniye bharke log aate hai play karte hai what the hell then he told me madam dj nahi hai yeh koi aap volume low kare ola drivers are basically manner less rude just because of your driver was driving since last night and i asked him since when he was driving he said usey aapko matalb nahi hai he denied one can make out that he was driving since last time this type of behaviour shall not be taken ola isn't doing any favor on us i'm paying for it and idk how to deal with such egotistic drivers i tried with the helpline no too but they didn't help me either and i shall go ahead with this issue coz it didn't happen just today it's happening everyday
        I have booked a ola cab for my mother and by mistake i have booked ola twice as when one cab arrived i took that cab and after some time 2nd cab arrived when i said that i have booked it wrong he started giving vulgar comments and molest.

        I booked a ola bike . Then due to some reason i had to cancel that ride. They charged their fine for cancellation. That is fine . But the driver called me and talked to me in a very abusive manner .
        He was using very abusive words. I want a strict action against him.
        My account is not in a active state .it is blocked permanently .so I want to unblock it.
        I made a payment of INR 3, 000 on redbus on 1 Sep 2019 for which I used my Ola Money Postpaid wallet. Payment was failed at redbus end but money was not refunded to me till date.

        I brought the issue to the notice of Ola Team but no response from them.

        Request you to look into the issue.

          I booked a cab on 21-sep-2019, from vivek vihar station to saviour green arch noida extension, while booking the charges shown were apprx. R/s. 350, but at the final bill the charges were 756 rupees. There was no message or communication about this high charges. Ola has refused for any refund. On 19-sep, i went from green arch to anand vihar, near to vivek vihar and the charges were 325.
          So how come this time the charges be double.

            I booked a sedan cab on 20th sept at about 12 noon feom vishakapatnam airport. While booking i was given an estimate of 372. Cab was zest. On arrival at gateway hotel varun i was charged rs. 543. I also paid a toll of 37 as driver deliberately took a wrong longer route without any request from me.
            My brother also took a similar cab ride and paid rs. 314 only at the same time.
            It is just cheating the customer.

              I booked a cab from my home location (Near fiverose mahal main road, trichy) to destinate thiruverumbur.
              Driver number and otp received via app.
              For confirmation i called the driver and told him that we (My whole family including oldage and new born) are waiting in prior location main road and the driver too agreed to come.
              We waited for more than 20min with whole family in hot sunny day in a main road and again i checked the app for his location but to our shock found that he cancelled the trip without any prior information.
              When i tried to call him to ask for the reason of cancelling, but without any answer he blabbers something.
              Note : we whole family waited in prior main road while booking and waited for more than 20min.
              Please take necessary action against him because if i alone or youngs boys/girls there in that situation then its okay fine but the oldage people along with newborn baby waited in hot sunny main road.

                I am mozammil hasan using ola cabs from last 4-5years. I last booked ola around 10 days back. While booking my return trip ur driver partners were not accepting ola money ride. Here in dhanbad none of the drivers of ola accept ola money. So i had to cancel 2 rides that day. And immediately after that it showed me that my ola account is blocked. I thought it will be unblocked in 24 hrs. But till date it has not been unblocked even after my several complaints whose no. Are mentioned below.
                Instead yesterday i got a message that my account has been blocked permanently for violating ola terms.
                I have no issue in that. You just let me know what violations i have done if any. On seeing ur ola app i got to know what permanently blocked means and it’s screen shot is enclosed below. Therefore for damaging my personal image i am going it take legal action against the company.
                I[censored] don’t want it to happen u should tender an apology and unblock my account immediately.

                  I had taken a ride on ola on 05th sept and the bill amount was rs. 2909. Ola debited twice the money from my ola money post paid account and even after repeated complains, mails, calls to their customer care centre, they are not refunding the money and saying it is under process from last 15 days. I am attaching screenshot from the ola app where the screenshot clearly shows double debit of the amount. The customer care centre do not intend to solve the issue and just keep on transferring the call from one team to the other. Infact they are now asking me to pay penalty as this was as transaction on ola money post and when i said i will make a complain on consumer forum and to police they said i am free to do whatever i want. After following with them for last so many days it is clear that they dont intend to refund the money.

                    I have booked mini ola cab on[protected], crn no. [protected] for a distance of 7.3 kms for which the estimated price is rs. 161 to rs. 205. But i was charged rs. 638 for the ride which is almost three times the normal charge. When i have made the complaint about this. The ola executive said that they can't do nothing in the matter. Please resolve my issue.

                      Worst service during peak time maybe around 6pm. There is no availability of auto, cars when we try to book from ola. It is more frustrating when u just wait at place but u get no service. Customer needs service and ur firm ola has to fulfill it but the service u provide is so worst. It happens all the time when try to book during peak hours or in rains

                        I received very bad support from ola. Crn [protected].

                        I am travelling regularly through ola cab but recently they charged me 978 rs as previously it was 230 rs only for same distance. Before start the ride i was called to ola support and intimated them to price is not disclosing for this ride please check. After some time it was showing 978, i called to ola and told them that this price is not correct. But they suggest me that please submit that amount to driver we will resubmit remaining amount to your account within 72 hrs. And now they are saying that we cant support you you have to decide this (Price comparision) before start the ride and you are responsible for this.

                        Really unacceptable behavior by ola.

                          I have to go somewhere in mid night so i trusted in ola but your service is very wroste. I have booked ola prime car but i got swift dezire with cng. I have many laugage that's why i booked prime but there is no space for luggage and driver is very rude behavior.
                          I want justification on your service and my money that i spent on garbage instead of a prime car

Crn[protected] the actual fare at the time of booking rs. 71 and actual distance is 8km but the driver cheated by making long route of 15 km and charged rs. 158 if ola doesn't my m excess fare i will nervous use ola and suggest my friends and relatives not to take ola ola bikes alway showing less amount before riding but after the ride completed they charge almost double amount and take longer route the custmer care numbers are not working and these care numbers are appearing to be a fraud numbers

                              I booked a olacab from terminal 1 igi airport new delhi to noida thru my mobile app. Driver of the ola cab asked me the otp code and started the ride. Total fare it showed on the app at the time of booking is 768 rs and after applying the promo code the amount reduced to 668rs. To my utter shock the bill which i got after ride complete id 3194 rs. And when i checked ny mobile app the ride was showing as cancelled but the cab driver showed me bill on his mobile. I am still in shock how did this happened? When i called ola support they refused to help me and said that as the ride is cancelled in the app then we cannot do anything from our side. The cab no is:dl1zc 6892.

                                I got a call regarding ola money postpaid payment from num: [protected]. The ola executive is saying, that it just an so and so amount is pending. And i said i will pay in coming 1-2 days. And i am talking and she just hanged up the phone. If this is the way your executive is talking, then this will not be accpeted. I am a regular customer o[censored]sing an ola money postpaid, but henceforth i need to think about it.

                                  I have booked a taxi from my home to old Delhi, during the booking it shows that expected amount is 450 but actual bill was charged Rs 938.

                                  I have called customer care through mobile / app but no body has done the support to reduce the bill. Then i have uninstall the app and stop using the service of Ola.

                                  after 2 month i got a call from Ola that OK we accept out mistake any kindly paid Rs 941 but with in 24 hrs link was removed (i was traveling that time hence could not able to make payment).

                                  Now every day i am getting the call and sms and call from some legal team as well.

                                  Now again they are increasing the charge and asking Rs 1609

                                    I have been an ola customer for more than 5 years. On 11 sept 2019 i took a cab from airport gate 2 to rishra. It was at 8.30 am. The driver said he needs to fill fuel and requested for cash. When i said i have already opted for ola money he asked us not to worry as the ola money will get refunded the moment we book the next cab. Which did not happen.
                                    My booking crn : [protected] micro white zest driver nirmal sarkar.
                                    I put in a complaint on ola help line emailed them and the response i got was appalling. Ola replied "post validating it was learnt cash was not collected."
                                    Throughout these long 5 years there had been no such complain against any ola driver in delhi or kolkata.
                                    Does ola think as a consumer we have the time and energy to call write again and again for a rs.274/-
                                    The money amount is 274 only but these type of lying cunning drivers create very bad image for ola.
                                    Such crimes give the driver to do more bigger offenses.
                                    I hope ola wakes up in time and screen the drivers before recruiting them.
                                    The payment mode should be changeable at any point of journey.
                                    The driver should be encouraged to accept ola money. The driver to receive cash faster from ola so that they do not have to cancel rides or cheat customers.

                                    Please see today article in TO I. I was lucky to have my husband and daughter with me in journey.
                                    Will Ola still give replies like post validation driver did not take extra money.
                                    Will Cab company take women complains only after assult and abusive behaviour.
                                    Isn't it abusive enough that a 5 year old woman consumer puts a valid complaint and Ola response is " since the driver said he did not take cash so he is telling the truth. " The women consumer is not telling truth.

                                      On 08/05/2019 post paid ola money for rs 1000/- was deactivated. The amount has not been refunded till date despite repeated email to ola support - the last being on 21/08/2019 with ola support ticket #[protected]. The least ola could have done transferred the rs 1000 - to my ola wallet.

                                      Beside the above other concern are poor services, at the last moment ola cancelling rides and poor customer support. These have resulted in my discontinuing travel in ola.
                                      I use ola and I am fed up to say that sometimes I am in a hurry and the ola person denies to drop after coming to the location this has happened many times so please take care of it

                                        Hello, i booked outstation ride on 08/09/2019. The ride was between 2pm to 8pm, for 6 hours.
                                        I got bill showing additional distance fare of ₹1470 and there is no base fare.
                                        Also additional time fare of ₹600 for 6hrs but the package was for 6hrs and we returned in only 5hrs 26mins, so in this case there is no additonal time.
                                        Also i had applied for Discount voucher RIDE250 and no diacount is given to me.
                                        Also i had applied for Ride Insurance and that is also not given to me.
                                        I am charged ₹2443 but at the time of booking Estimated Fare shown to me was just ₹1400.
                                        I also lodged complaint with OLA and they said that i will get reply within 3 days but they replied after 6 days and in that also they said that the bill is system generated and there is no fault but I with my family visited the same place earlier by booking ola and they charged only 1400 that time ( all the ride details were same even the same discount voucher, same destination ).

                                        Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and refund the excess amount charged to me.
