I booked Ola cabs on 26th August around 10 PM from Thane to Ulhasnagar CRN # is [protected] for which total fare was Rs 308/ which i paid to Ola driver named as Gopalkrishna ( Mobile # [protected]) in cash but after 20 days Ola has generated a bill for same amount as Ola money postpaid bill.
I never asked Ola for ola money postpaid as my payment option but without my consent they had setup it as my default payment option without my knowledge and as usual i paid my bill amount to driver in cash and driver took it happy without saying anything to me .
When i called driver ( just few days back), he agreed that he has collected money from me and if ola people want to verify this he will let them know that he has collected money from me but from ola customer care people are not ready to listen this issue, every time they are replying that i should have report this issue within 72 hours of incident, its difficult to understand how someone will know that ola will do such things and how one can think of such issue will arrive after 20 days .
After following up with them many many times i have given up hence i am raising a complaint through this portal, expecting some action from your side to stop misconduct of service from ola.
I should get a compensation from Ola for wastage of my efforts and time for following up over this issue which has been caused by them, i am lucky that driver is with me but ola is not able to get in confirmed, they should understand this issue has happening not because of me but because of their services where customer is not notified about their payment method changes.

Updated by Vinod Basantani Now, i have recorded a audio conversation between Driver and myself where driver is clearly saying he has received Rs 308 from my side and he has informed ola about same but ola is denying that they are unable to get it rectified at their end, i dont have option to upload that audio clip in this portal otherwise you people could hear it and learn that how ola is playing with customers, i have emailed same audio clip to Ola Customer Care and will wait for their reply, i hope they will take necessary steps to resolve this issue.
Those people kissing on red light in the cab and doing more other activities so please tabboo these type of drivers who support these type of people
