May 12 2019. I booked a cab with driver 'istyak shabbir shaikh' (Mini. White xcent). He didn't show up for 10 mins or so and i was unable to contact him.

Frustated, i cancelled and booked another ride that day and yesterday 6 oct 2019 i got charged an extra 50 rs for the may 12 cancellation despite trying to convey via the support features in the ola app about my issue.

App says "technical issue please try again later"
All helpline numbers are nonexistent/ unreachable
I sent a complaint after verifying my email but no response. They charged me 50 rs extra for their driver's fault and refuse to get in touch with me

    During my booking from delhi to hansi (Haryana) i received a call from so called ola customer care ([protected]) offering me a discount of rs 500 by applying a coupon 'del500' and also told me that toll tax and all other taxes will be born by ola. But during travelling i paid all toll tax and state tax which turned 3358+200+150= ₹3708 instead of ₹2420 which i was told including all taxes. Please clear this matter and and refund my extra money charged by ola cabs.

      Dear sir/madam,
      As i booked my ola auto on 05.10.2019 at 6.15 pm, driver refused to pick up due to the payment mode of google pay. I asked him to cancel the trip by himself to avoid cancellation charge. But he declined that and not cancelled the trip. Since i need to go urgently i cancelled that trip and have the reason as "driver denied to pick up". Despite this, ola cab charged unnecessary cancellation fee of rs. 15 from my account on the next ride same day totally 102 rupees. So kindly refund my fee at the earliest and resolve my complaint.

        I'm getting reminders via phone calls, emails and messages for a pending bill of 1000+ for the part two months. This is nothing but a harassment.

        2. The last time i used ola cab was in bengaluru around 2 months back. I'm sure i have paid whatever the bill from my ola act till there was a credit in my ola act. Whatever the remaining i have settled by cash to the driver concerned.

        3. So the reminders i received from ola are not understandable.

        4. I would like to have the full details of the pending bill which please let me know, instead of simply sending an abstract.

        5. Meanwhile please let me have a copy of my ola act statement also with the last 10 transactions.

        6. I will be much obliged if you can send the details to me i required, before clearing the pending bill amount.

        7. Till such time, please register this as a complaint, for disturbing, harassing me as a customer un-necessarily.

          I think there is some thing wrong going with ola cabs billing
          Let me explain with an example i. E.
          On 14th september 2019 in the morning i booked a micro cab at 8:30 am from my residence to gate 10, wipro, electronic city phase1 and trip fare for this was rs.489.
          On the same day evening i booked a share cab at 4 pm from gate 10, wipro, electronic city phase1 to my residence and fare for this is rs.764
          Here i got astonished because ola advertises share as pocket friendly as passenger would be sharing with others
          Actually micro cab is nothing but separate cab for passenger and fare for this rs.489 which is reasonable.
          So in case if its share trip for same distance it should be so what less then micro cab fare i. E. Some where around rs.300 to rs.350
          That too if its night time then there would be some extra charges but its on same day i. E. By 4 pm is not fair.
          Charging more then micro cab for the same distance on the same day for share cab is 100 percent illegal.
          I consulted ola cabs team for explanation and there is inadequate response for this

            Booked ola cab at around 9am on 4.10.2019. Drive ferom dwarka, sector-12 to botanical garden. Passenger two sr. Citizen (Ladies). Driver misbehaved with the passenger & drove all the way without ac & never showed the final meter reading (May be overcharged). Details here under

            Above matter falls under harassment of senior citizen & that too against ladies.
            Take action against the driver & please give me feedback within 24 hrs. Else i will lodge complaint & women harassment charges to appropriate authority against ola & the said driver.

              I took an ola cab from anand rao circle to kundalahalli colony. During boarding, the estimated fare was rs. 333. After trip completion, i was charged rs. 513, even though the ride receipt in my app was showing rs. 333. I tried to contact customer care from their app for 5 days, but it was always down. O mailed them as well. After weeks, they gave me a voucher of value same as the extra deducted amount. My complaint is, how can they force me to use my money to use their app again. Giving a voucher is the same as compelling me to use their pathetic services again to get my money back, money which they had no right to deduct in the first place. I want my money back to the original source of payment (Phonepe) instead of voucher. I am providing details below:

                This has happened infinite times with ola. They have pathetic written answers which are copy pasted whenever in general a person is trying to dodge a mistake without rectifying or covering for the same. Today it was out of the line when two drivers let me wait for 40 mins in total and canceled or had to cancel due to refusal or denial of service. Kings of ola asked me to book another ride and offered me a huge amount of yes, disappointment. No value for time. They think they are providing us jobs instead of cabs. We are so bound to these that we are cheated and still have to use the same application because of lack of strict support and supervision of government. These filthy business giants should be penalized heavily for every small mistakes so that the rule book would be updated and followed in the way it is meant to.

                    I booked a ride from chandigarh railway station. The driver accepted the ride and kept me waiting for 10 min. On arrival he refused to take the ride just because it was paid via online mode and has not cancelled the ride despite verbal request. Why am i being charged in this case. He shouldn’t have accepted the ride at first place or should have enquired about the mode of payment earlier only. The car number is pb01b 3505 and driver name is romi.

                      I took the outstation ride from Mumbai airport to Pune on 25 June at 2:22 PM.After reaching Pune and during the payment, OLA server was down and driver was not able to complete the ride.So we called customer care and and representative completed the ride and I made the payment to driver in cash(as he requested) and representative confirmed that the everything is sorted and this will get reflected in the APP.After 3 days when I checked the app, it was showing as pending, so I called customer care and they verified with driver and driver again mentioned that he received the payment and I was told that the issue will be resolved in 2 days.

                      Again, when I checked on 29 july, issue was still not resolved and again called customer care and they confrimed with the driver and again gave assurance that issue will be resolved.

                      Again on 28 Sept, I checked and issue was still not resolved and when I called customer care, they blamed me for not raising the complaint on time and mentioned that they cannot do anything now and told me that you have to make the payment.

                      They are harassing people like anything, and has found a way to cheat people.

                      Resolution : I just want them to clear the pending dues, if required confirmed with the driver also.

                        On 1st oct 2019, i booked an auto to go from thoraipakkam chandrasekaran avenue, second main road to mcn nagar 6th street. Fare shown on the screen was rs. 77 (Rupees seventy seven. Normally it used to be rupees forty four only. When i asked the driver, he said that cancellation charges is included in the fare. I have neither booked nor cancelled any trip before.

                        Why this cheating?

                        Please repay the excess amount to me when i book next trip.

                          On 26.09.2019, we booked cab from vadodara ginger hotel to bectochem ankleshwar for 12 hrs. With starting time 7.45 am with estimated charges of inr 2300. Our journey completed at 2122 hrs in the evening, while my mileage was 184 (Exactly same as pre-booked) kms, consuming app. 02 hrs more than pre-booked time. At the end of the journey, when we asked the driver for bill, we were shocked when he asked for inr 3900. My self and driver tried many times with customers care and got different charges all the time from different customer service officer. As we were not getting any justification and satisfactiory justification from any of the customer service officer, even after sitting inside the cab parked outside our destination for more than one and half hrs., we gave inr 3600 cash to driver as one of the customer service officer asked to handover the cash to driver and said that is registering my complaint. Now if i see my ola cab a/c, it is still showing inr 3700 pending on my side. Even after passage of complaint registration by more than 50 hrs, i have not recd. Any justification from ola. I have just talked to driver also and he has confirmed for amount (3600) paid to him by me. The pending bill in ola app showing travelling distance 276 kms, which is totally wrong.                           Instead of paying back extra charges INR 1300, OLA is consider the bill of 3600 for 276 KMS, whereas we travelled only 184 KMS only Also in return journey driver put off the A/C and at the end of the journey we tried for 1.5 in door closed car without a.c to get the justification for highly overcharged.
                          Very upset because driver cancelled at last minute and my child didn't go to school as time up and the next ride took long time. Then why the driver should accept the ride. If we cancel they are taking our money. Now my child couldn't go to school on a crucial day

                          I had taken two rides on ola cabs for which i paid in cash.But know company is saying they don't have a record of cash payment, so i have to pay it again with interest or they will took any legal action against me. Please help on this .
                          Extra km mentioned in final bill. Actual KM mentioned as per Google and and as per App is 217 km but in final bill 333 km is showing.

                          116 km extra charges or fraud OLA has made.

                            Date of journey - 17th july (Ola rentals)

                            Total ride fare = 2736 (Exclusive of toll tax fares paid by me)

                            Total payment done via paytm = 2300

                            Remaining payment = 436

                            + payment for state entry taxes = 100 + 40 (After dividing the monthly pass amount available with the driver at that point of instance)

                            Total payment made in cash = 580 (Rs 140 above the documented payments).
                            This should have settled the dues.
                            But i am still facing payment pending of rs 226 notification in my account.

                            I am attaching the screenshots of -

                            1) trip details (2 photos) (Driver entered cash payment = 2687 & to be paid = 177. Addition comes to 2864 instead of 2736 - fraudulent data entry by driver)

                            2) paytm payment photo (Rs 2300)

                            3) monthly state entry tax - 2 photos as provided by driver (I also found this fraudulent)

                            4) toll tax fares paid by me - 2 photos

                            Kindly provide assistance.

                            Those people kissing on red light in the cab and doing more other activities so please tabboo these type of drivers who support these type of people

                              I am a good customer whenever I took ola I always gave cash/paytm/online timely..But this is wrong and harassment for me that without any logic or reason You are Sending demand showing due payments including intrest again and again ... I have already paid all dues timely.
                              So I request you don't send me this type of messages again in future otherwise I will file a complaint in consumer court

                                I traveled 39 km and the price which was shown to me was 700 and after completing ride it was 2000. It was almost three times.
                                1000 was already deducted from my ola account and now they are asking me to pay 1000 more.
                                How can the demand so high in non peak hours.
                                They are just doing loot from public in name of high demand.
                                In this way they can raise the price in as per your own.

                                Kindly take an action.

                                    I booked Ola cabs on 26th August around 10 PM from Thane to Ulhasnagar CRN # is [protected] for which total fare was Rs 308/ which i paid to Ola driver named as Gopalkrishna ( Mobile # [protected]) in cash but after 20 days Ola has generated a bill for same amount as Ola money postpaid bill.

                                    I never asked Ola for ola money postpaid as my payment option but without my consent they had setup it as my default payment option without my knowledge and as usual i paid my bill amount to driver in cash and driver took it happy without saying anything to me .

                                    When i called driver ( just few days back), he agreed that he has collected money from me and if ola people want to verify this he will let them know that he has collected money from me but from ola customer care people are not ready to listen this issue, every time they are replying that i should have report this issue within 72 hours of incident, its difficult to understand how someone will know that ola will do such things and how one can think of such issue will arrive after 20 days .

                                    After following up with them many many times i have given up hence i am raising a complaint through this portal, expecting some action from your side to stop misconduct of service from ola.

                                    I should get a compensation from Ola for wastage of my efforts and time for following up over this issue which has been caused by them, i am lucky that driver is with me but ola is not able to get in confirmed, they should understand this issue has happening not because of me but because of their services where customer is not notified about their payment method changes.

                                    Now, i have recorded a audio conversation between Driver and myself where driver is clearly saying he has received Rs 308 from my side and he has informed ola about same but ola is denying that they are unable to get it rectified at their end, i dont have option to upload that audio clip in this portal otherwise you people could hear it and learn that how ola is playing with customers, i have emailed same audio clip to Ola Customer Care and will wait for their reply, i hope they will take necessary steps to resolve this issue.

                                      I had recharged my ola money wallet on 9th february 2019 with rs. 1999. Before i could use the money they blocked my wallet saying kyc is pending. After many futile attempts finally kyc was done but after unblocking it the wallet was shown empty.
                                      The entire rs.1999 just vanished without a warning. Since then i've made numerous attempts to get in touch with ola to get the money back in my wallet but nothing is happening. They're not providing me with any solution just put me in a loop and sending useless mails with no solution and also closing it without any confirmation.

                                      Also attached a screenshot of the payment made by me on 9th feb to ani technologies. I feel badly cheated by ola.

                                        I would like to say that today i booked an ola cab it took 100 rupees extra. It has happened previously. Another important thing is that when i cancel the ride the ola charges extra money and it further adds that amount for the next ride. So kindly see to it.                                         I would like to say that today I booked an ola cab it took 100 rupees extra. It has happened previously. Another important thing is that when I cancel the ride the ola charges extra money and it further adds that amount for the next ride. So kindly see to it. Otherwise we are sad to say that we will not confirm ola next time. Reference no is CRN [protected]
