My mobile number is [protected] and i have regularly using olacabs. On sep 12, 2019 at 8.00 pmi had booked cab at visakhapatnam. I had paid rs. 248/- and left the cab. Crn [protected].

Later, the same has been shown and demanded. When i was in kolkata, i was refused the booking unless paid rs. 248 + 3 as interest. I have cleared the amount and then only booking took place.

I want you to refund the money into ola money account.

Secondly, i have an amount of rs.1371/- in my wallet. I want you to transfer the amount to my ola money account and resolve this issue once for all.

    I get one of my friend dropped and paid 500 to driver, and rest i saaid i will pay through paytm total bill, but 500 was deducted from my ola money and 500 i paid, where as bill was 720 approx.

    Ola did not gave any resolution, instead putting late fees on ola pay.

    I paid to driver 500 rupees and also 500 deducted from my ola money, total bill was 720 inr approx. Ola did not did any resolution and every day asking for late fees.

      The problem with Ola cabs started in January, 2019. I booked a cab and the fare was Rs.298/=. The driver asked me the money and I paid him cash Rs.300/=. A few days later the Company sent me SMS regarding an outstanding bill of Rs.298/=. At that time I learnt that a Post Paid account was created and linked to my mobile no.[protected].
      Since I was never in favour of any Post Paid account, I requested the Company to close/delete that Post Paid account vide my emails to them on 31.01.2019(2 mails), on 02.02.2019 & on 07.02.2019.
      They just gave the computorised reply that our team is looking into the issue.
      There was no comments from their side regarding my cash payment to the driver and they continued asking me to clear the dues which was not there.
      However just to avoid mental agony at 73, I made a second payment of Rs.298/= for a single ride.
      More than seven months had past and I thought the Post Paid account must have been delinked from my mobile [protected].
      So I hired Ola cab on 11.09.2019 from KIA to Kodihalli. The Ola staff at the airport, who had booked the cab for me had told the fare would be around Rs.740/=.
      Shortly after we left KIA, the Ola app in the cab became non-functional. At Kodihalli, the driver could not tell the exact fare but asked the money. I paid him cash Rs.750/= and informed the Company the same day i.e. on 11.09.2019 at 5.45PM thru email to '[protected]@olacabs.com.
      There was no response to my email and a few days later Ola cabs sent me SMS to clear an outstanding bill of Rs.743/=.
      I do not know why they impose post Paid account when the passenger is not willing for the same.
      On September 13, 2019, at 8.47 AM an email from Ola Support suggested me " to stop using the platform, uninstall the app ". And the same was done.
      But they continue sending SMS to clear the outstanding bill of Rs.742/=.
      They could have checked with the driver and their(Company's) accounts whether Rs.743/= were deposited or not.
      An email from Ola Support on October 8, 2019 at 7.48 PM said, they can not the due amount on my account and advised me to clear the outstanding. They would refund this amount in the form of a voucher code or Ola Money wallet.
      Since I have decided not to hire any Ola cab in near future, till the matter is settled, your voucher or the Ola Money wallet is useless for me.
      I request Ola cabs to delete the outstanding bill, which is not there, or come to Bangalore Urban District Forum.

        I booked ola cab on 12 oct 2019 from igi airport to haldwani. The car was swift dzire up16t2871 with confirmation id crn [protected]. The driver named pawan kumar at the time of booking the fare displayed was 5225/- but at the time of end of ride it was 6625/- after paying each toll and taxes driver took extra 365/- of parking charges of airport. Driver was continuously on phone at the time of riding, he took extra route at time of exiting delhi and ghaziabad by telling that traffic was too heavy at the usual one. He took local street inspite of good highway in midway after requesting him alot he finally back in the highway. Many times drived wrong side by saying i have to fill cng which makes more kms than usual one as it is 290 km and it shows 305 kms. Driver is also having malified intention as i am with my wife and infant child, when my wife is feeding baby his gestures made us uncomfortable many a times i also wanted to stop ride but the timing is so odd that want to reach home as soon as possible. I also gave feedback at the time of eating and also to customer care but no output received. My humble request is kindly look into this.

          My son booked a cab for me, my wife and daughter from Bhandup West to Ambegaon Pune on 15 Oct 2019 by making advance payment. He went to USA. Cab and cab driver details were not sent either to me or my son. Cab came after so many calls exchange and dropped us at destination. However surprisingly enough, my son was charged extra RS. 1000/-. My son told that bill showed 255 Kms whereas from Bhandup West to Ambegaon Budruk distance is 155kms. Driver has cheated us.My son being at Amsterdam cannot make call. There is no customer care no. of Ola.Available numbers are either wrong or incoming calls whereof are disabled. Our CRN No. is [protected]. We are helpless. We don't have mobile no. of driver or ola customer care. We want refund of RS. 1000/-. Please help us.

            Please see attached the breaking of the charges ola cab has applied for my outstation ride thoroughly. I have charged for 236.72 km, although i have only travelled for 75 km as after only the 37 km of my outstation trip, we have to return back to pickup location due to a medical emergency.

            It is totally unjustified that i have to paid for additional distance 162 km (Which i have not travelled in reality) and additional time fare for 1 hr as this type of situation or, delay may happen if there is any road accident on highway or, any medical emergency.

            Also as per ola outstation policy the rider should be charged for the base kms as shown on the app before confirmation of the the booking if the outstation trip is not complete or, cancelled in middle.

            But they have charged me the base fare as well a very high additional fare.

              The ride was taken on 24/09/2019 where double payment was debited by my google pay upi. When i raise a complain regarding that on 1st october they said you will get it bavk in within 7 days but the amount not recived mailed them all the details regarding entry like scareen shot of google transcation and bank statement also but till now the refund has not been given to me
              The complain number was[protected] which is not resolved till now.
              Just want to inform the ola support about that i will going to file case against them in consumer court regarding therir behaviour and mental torcher.
              Going to put this complain on all the desk.
              I booked the ola for my grandma and the driver dropped her somewhere in middle saying you need to find another cab. She is suffering from cancer and visits delhi in every 15 days for kemo. What an irresponsible behavior it is. I would not accept this. Please kindly look into the matter.

                Hi everyone,

                In the moth of june 2019, i have used ola post paid services two times. For the first services i had paid the money. For the second ola post paid services i didn't cleared the amount, untill ola gangsters forced me.

                { in june month for the second service availing period, for a ride i had paid a cash of rs. 592.00 to the driver, in parallel to this the ola post paid serviceshas deduced the same amount from the post paid wallet.
                I have got several calls from your ola team, to clear the amount. Every time i request them to do the settlement of the amount then only i will be clearing the balance amount. Non of my request get entertained by your call center teams.
                Also through my ola application i have raised the request of paying the cash as well as ola post paid services. This request also went in vain.

                I was very disappointed from the entire ola company, they do not do there work properly and asking me to pay extra money. This is really very unprofessional.
                I see message are coming to me regularly to pay the amount with penalty.

                I am not going to pay a single rupees extra. As per my calculation[protected] = rs.908.00) rs. 908.00 is the due amount to from my side to pay to ola. I am going to pay only this money.
                If you guys want rs. 908.00 to be paid then i am ready to pay else i am ready to settle down the things in any of the consumer court. }

                This email i drafted and sent to them and ola has given me a ticket to address it - [ola support] #[protected] wrong billing for ola post paid services.
                But this was a great drama from ola, cheaters as they forced me to pay the double the amount along with the penalty, with lot of mental tortures.

                I would suggest everyone not to use ola serves any ways. Ola will eventually cheat you anyways.
                They forced me to pay 592.00 +200=792.00 extra amount for which i didn't used there services. Therefore ola is a cheater and fraud company. Cheating customers is there prime objective.

                For proof i have added all the email communications i had with ola company.

                  I booked and ride with ola outstation (Mini outstation - silver beat) from my location indore to omkareswar on may 11, 2019 (Cnr [protected]).
                  Ride fare was rs.1726. We started and completed the ride on same day evening at around 7 pm may 11, 2019.
                  After the ride i paid driver (Kamal) rs.1800 (Including a small bonus for him) and we closed the ride.
                  Now, after a couple of months i again tried to book a ride with ola but it started to ask me to pay rs.1726 of that previous ride.
                  Next day i submitted a support query for this to ola support and by next day i got a response from them saying,
                  "dear customer, we are sorry to here that. But we can't do anything to resolve this issue as this matter is of ride older than 48 hours. We really hope you understand.in case of this kind of situation please let us know when the driver is around you."

                  What a great response from support!

                  Still, it fine if they clear this ride out or close my account and delete my details from their servers as per data safety norms.

                    I used ola cab app and there is one feature coming in it ola postpaid money they give me 500₹ and not telling me anything about it that you have to pay it in future or anything just give me that so i used it i think it is any kind pramotion money or anything else after consumption of all money they start messaging me to pay the money and. After few day amount is increases day by day and i have complaint it so many time to them but they didn't give any response now they start threatened me by messaging these messages

                    "hi, legal action might be taken for your unpaid dues with ola. Please use the link to clear your bill on ola: https://olapay.page.link/AH2H. ignore if already paid"
                    So as you can see this what kind of messages they send me every day
                    This is all about it pls help me sir i don't understand what to do with them
                    I have been mentally harassed by OLA through repetitive spam calls regarding their offers.
                    If I don’t pick or block them then they keep on trying with a different number.
                    Dear concerned authorities, Please look into this matter. It’s so frustrating to see how these companies are harassing us and we can’t do anything about it.

                      * i took an ola bike on 24 september, 2019 at 7 pm. And paid rs. 57 through paytm to bike rider. Now i am getting reminder from ola to pay outstanding balance of rs. 57 (Which is already paid).
                      * issue comes, when i am not able to book ola cab due to outstanding payment.
                      * i have tried several ola customer care number, several times to get my problem resolved, but unable to contact customer care executives.

                        The cab share company charged me 181 rupees for a 1.2 kilometre trip. Aside from 44 rupees of station parking charges, the fare breakup was horrendous. In a city where it is the only cab share company, this kind of attitude is disturbing for the end customer.
                        On top of that, the customer care service is very ill equipped and is not helpful at all.

                          I booked Ola Rental for my father on 4 Oct 2019. Since my father wanted to travel from my house(H No 690B, Sector 23, Gurgaon) to Mini Secretariat and come back which is approx. 10 Km(one side) and travel time is 20-25 min(one side). I opted for Ola Rental mini for 2 hours and 20 Km which would have sufficed my requirement.

                          Ola has a process of giving two OTP for any rental booking. One OTP is used for starting the ride and another one is used for closing the ride.

                          Now my cab arrived at time, took my father to destination(Mini Secretatriat, Gurgaon), returned back to my house(H No 690B, Sector 23, Gurgaon) and dropped my father from where journey originally started(H No 690B, Sector 23, Gurgaon.

                          My father started the ride at 10.05 AM and used starting code. He was back to house by 12.00 noon and shared closing code to the driver.

                          Now the driver took the closing code but did not close the ride. I came to know same when I got Ola Money alert that Rs 1, 342 has been deducted from my Ola wallet at 1.23 PM.

                          Closing location of this trip was Mahatma Gandhi Marg, Block A, Ganga Vihar, Sarai Kale Khan, New Delhi

                          I immediately contacted Ola customer care and explained them whole issue. I also made them to talk to my father to emphasize that my father is at house and not in Delhi and Driver has misused my Ola Walet and used my money.

                          Ola representative told me that my complaint has been registered and they will resolve this asap.

                          I got revert from Ola on 8 Oct as below -

                          Hi Deepak,

                          Thank you for contacting Ola.

                          We are sorry to know that you have been charged without reaching your destination for the ride CRN [protected].

                          We have validated with the partner and found that you were dropped at the correct location. Hence, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any refund in this scenario. We request you to please reach out to us immediately for such issues.

                          With this I am overcharged with no fault of mine. I have no control to close the ride on my own since its only with Driver to put the close and close the ride.

                          I should have been charged Rs 399, but charged Rs 1, 342.

                          I want my excess charges of Rs 943 to be reimbursed asap and Ola process to be strengthened so that customers are not fleeced of their hard earned money.

                            I did an advanced booking (One day advance) for a prime suv from ola, thinking that i can trust the service. When i called the driver 10 minutes after the scheduled time, he said he is almost 10 km away from the pick up location and he got the info for this ride few minutes back only. I still waited hoping that at least scheduled rides would be serviced, even if delayed. To my utter shock, after some 20 minutes he cancelled the ride.
                            Dont understand why ola is providing this scheduling /rental service if they cannot oblige to the customer request. At this last minute, i could not arrange for a 6 seater cab and 1 o[censored]s had to stay back at home while the others could manage to reach the destination in a 4 seater cab (Thanks to the old traditional car rental agency. No wonder why its said "old is gold") after the function got over. The whole plan was spoiled due to ola's miserable service.

                              Usually i am charged around 500 too 550 rs... Fr my 40 km odd trip from rajouri garden to skyview corporate park office. Today it was rs.997.. Almost the double.. And there was no traffic in the route as it wad 7 -05 am... This is a pure loot and truly speakkibg i am highly dissatisfied with these high charges. The ola cabs are aactually charging way too high even in off peak hours and in an absolutely normal situation

                                Hi,
                                I have opted for ola postpaid service. I didnt use that for one month apr 2019. But 410 rs money got deducted against som realestate company which is not initiated by me. I have complained already to ola regarding this. This stupid ola people keep on messaging and calling for that money with 100+ rs as fine. I am getting so many messages daily that they will legal action if i dont pay money for them which i didnot use actually. When i call those number, no one is picking up call. Useless cab service which i will never use again. I have asked ola representative to look into the concern raised by me nut none of them answered. Take appropriate action and i should not get any message or call regarding this payment. If so i will file a complaint in consumer court against ola.

                                  I booked a cab to arrive at a specific address (Near girls hostel) in pune. After few minutes i called the driver to ask for the time he will take to reach at the location. He picked up the call and told to arrive in 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, he arrived near the location and stopped the car. I call him 20 times to reach at the specified spot but he did not receive the call at all. Thereafter, he drove the car in front of me. It caused me a lot of inconvenience. I had to reach the pune airport and was already getting very late. But this unbecoming behavior of the driver led me to book another cab which took another 15 minutes to arrive. Finally i reached the airport but in vain. I missed my flight. If this is the service being provided by ola, they will be soon shutting their business.

                                    I booked one cab from gurappanapalya to immadihalli when i booked it was 326 after ride completed it was changed to 416 during ride how it was changed. What is this fraudulent may i know the clear details of this.

                                    I am a ola customer since 6 months i didn't see this type of fraud. Whene ever the ride is starts price will be fixed but this time what happend i dont know it was more than 90 rupees.
                                    Could you please see this issue and provide the clear explanation with refund of my money.

                                      I booked a ola cab from auramgabad to manmad on 11th oct 2019 (Crn[protected]).
                                      The distance is 120 km. And estimated fare was 2400/-. First issue start when the driver get down and assign another person without any information to us. Soon i contacted ola and they assure that they will monitor the ride and take action against the driver.
                                      Later when the ride ends they charged for 327 km. Which is almost 3 times more than the actual distance. Moreover that 327 km covered in 2hr. 45 min. Which means 100+ km. /hr. Which is practically not possible. The amount they charged is rs. 4068/- which is 1668/- rs. Additional than the estimated fare. Immediately i called up ola and they said it is driver's fault as he took some long route & roam around the city for more time, which was not true. I asked them to refund the excess amount which is no way valid. They said will refund it in a form of voucher and i have to use it for ola ride in next 4month. I disagree and asked them to transfer the same to my account as i do not use cabs on regular basis. On which they are not responding (Ticket[protected]. I have called the customer care, sent several mails & tweeted them but they are not responding. Please help.

                                      As per OLA, I have completed my KYC, but now they again asking me to send them some more documents (PAN, AADHAR, CHEQUE, Account details etc.). Also they have reduce the amount which is due for refund. They are stretching the issue & harassing for no reason !!!

                                      They are denying to pay in my OLA wallet and insisted to share my PAN, Adhar, Cheque scan copy, which I have shared also, but still the amount has not yet been refunded. Please help.

                                      OLA stopped responding to my mails and not refunding the due amount even after completing all the terms by OLA team !!!

                                      The amount has not been refunded yet even after giving all the required documents to OLA. I sent several mails but no response. I called up the customer care, they said, they can't help in this matter. This is no unethical business running by OLA . Request to intervene.

                                      So after telling that they will settle my issue within 5-7 working days, suddenly OLA sent a mail that it will take time !! There is no point mention that why it will take time & how long. It is almost TWO months that I am running after OLA for the fraud they did. Utterly shamless & unprofessional organization it is !!

                                      Can anyone help me with the legal action process I can take against OLA ?

                                      The issue not resolved yet...everytime I escalate, they say that the amount will be transfer within 7-10 days. Thrice they have committed such false statement, but nothing happened. Fraud company should be banned such as OLA.

                                        I booked a ola cab from ola counter at kolkata airport arrival hall at 3 am on 12th oct.2019, i received the vehicle and drivers name on my mobile. I spoke to the driver also and told him where i would meet him, but the vehicle never came. I tried calling the driver, initially the call was engaged but there after the driver never responded. After waiting for almost 25 minutes i had to take a unlicensed cab as no other cab was ready to go without booking. As my mobile battery had totally discharged, i could not book another.

                                        Later on i received a sms that the booking had been cancelled
