I booked one cab from gurappanapalya to immadihalli when i booked it was 326 after ride completed it was changed to 416 during ride how it was changed. What is this fraudulent may i know the clear details of this.
I booked with ph. No.[protected]
I am a ola customer since 6 months i didn't see this type of fraud. Whene ever the ride is starts price will be fixed but this time what happend i dont know it was more than 90 rupees.
Could you please see this issue and provide the clear explanation with refund of my money.

    I booked a ola cab from auramgabad to manmad on 11th oct 2019 (Crn[protected]).
    The distance is 120 km. And estimated fare was 2400/-. First issue start when the driver get down and assign another person without any information to us. Soon i contacted ola and they assure that they will monitor the ride and take action against the driver.
    Later when the ride ends they charged for 327 km. Which is almost 3 times more than the actual distance. Moreover that 327 km covered in 2hr. 45 min. Which means 100+ km. /hr. Which is practically not possible. The amount they charged is rs. 4068/- which is 1668/- rs. Additional than the estimated fare. Immediately i called up ola and they said it is driver's fault as he took some long route & roam around the city for more time, which was not true. I asked them to refund the excess amount which is no way valid. They said will refund it in a form of voucher and i have to use it for ola ride in next 4month. I disagree and asked them to transfer the same to my account as i do not use cabs on regular basis. On which they are not responding (Ticket[protected]. I have called the customer care, sent several mails & tweeted them but they are not responding. Please help.

    As per OLA, I have completed my KYC, but now they again asking me to send them some more documents (PAN, AADHAR, CHEQUE, Account details etc.). Also they have reduce the amount which is due for refund. They are stretching the issue & harassing for no reason !!!

    They are denying to pay in my OLA wallet and insisted to share my PAN, Adhar, Cheque scan copy, which I have shared also, but still the amount has not yet been refunded. Please help.

    OLA stopped responding to my mails and not refunding the due amount even after completing all the terms by OLA team !!!

    The amount has not been refunded yet even after giving all the required documents to OLA. I sent several mails but no response. I called up the customer care, they said, they can't help in this matter. This is no unethical business running by OLA . Request to intervene.

    So after telling that they will settle my issue within 5-7 working days, suddenly OLA sent a mail that it will take time !! There is no point mention that why it will take time & how long. It is almost TWO months that I am running after OLA for the fraud they did. Utterly shamless & unprofessional organization it is !!

    Can anyone help me with the legal action process I can take against OLA ?

    The issue not resolved yet...everytime I escalate, they say that the amount will be transfer within 7-10 days. Thrice they have committed such false statement, but nothing happened. Fraud company should be banned such as OLA.

      I booked a ola cab from ola counter at kolkata airport arrival hall at 3 am on 12th oct.2019, i received the vehicle and drivers name on my mobile. I spoke to the driver also and told him where i would meet him, but the vehicle never came. I tried calling the driver, initially the call was engaged but there after the driver never responded. After waiting for almost 25 minutes i had to take a unlicensed cab as no other cab was ready to go without booking. As my mobile battery had totally discharged, i could not book another.

        Subject mobile number will introduce me with you,

        I have notice for 233 inr am getting multiple calls / sms every day to pay or face legal action.

        I would like to know which i have mentioned on my first interaction with your agent following :
        who has authorized you to pay my bill
        why you have paid my bill which i don't know why charged to me
        if you need to take any legal action why sending 10sms per day lets meet in legal forum
        who will be the contact person in your team to co-ordinate
        i was happily using your service until this happen still need to understand why you paid and for what service for me which i have never opted
        inr233 not a big amount for me to pay but who will take responsibility for sending me sms more than 500 times to harass me

        This is fist and last warning to you and your good office if without proper justification i received any further sms and call will ensure your ceo come to court of law to answer hence request you to beg for what you did wrong and am ready to pay rather doing such idiotic marketing.

          My ola cabs account is blocked. I didn't do anything. The reason for blocking my account and unblock my account immediately. I want to use this app for traveling purpose. This mistake is done by ola cabs application. When i log on to my phone number or email it says that your account has been blocked. And there is no help numbers in your website, some of the numbers i have seen. Those numbers are not working. So you must take further for this problem and rectify it as soon as possible. I have it lot of time and this is at last complaint.

            Hi,

            I booked a ola ride on feb 19th that ride was cancelled because the driver denied to pickup the duty. But i got the late fee charge of rs 40 on my ola account. I informed this issue to the ola support and they replied in mail that im eligible for the refund (Proof attached) of the incorrect charge of rs 40 and they said to pay the late fee charge on my next ride and inform them so that the late fee will be refund back. I took a ride in ola on oct 9th the driver has charged earlier late fee charge of rs 40 and also extra 7 rs additonal charge. I updated this to the ola support through email to refund the late fee charge and the extra 7 rs over charged by the driver. But now they said they dont have any record of the earlier travel details and they cannot refund this amount. I sent of couple emails to ola support but the reply from the customer support is also not satisfactory. I would request you to take necessary stepts to resolve this issue.

              Today booked ola cab but when path time showing 6 mins to reach the driver booked another pickup and got a new booking of ola with path time showing 30 mins, so i cancelled the cab as need a lower time, they deducted 50rs for it, then the same thing happened when i booked another ola... So a total 100 rs deducted from my account. This was not my fault as ola need to provide me cab with similar time atkeast for 6 to 10 mins but shown 30 mins. Then i walked 1 km to book another ola from akaash hospital delhi... This is ridiculous as i was forced to cancel the cab twice...

                I took an outstation cab from phagwara to zirakpur which is approx 150 kms and estimated fare shown by ola cab was 1950. But after travel the ola charged for 215 kms instead of 150 kms and took rs 650/- extra above the estimated fare. Multiple times i called ola support for resolution but after many false promises also they dint provide any resolution.

                  I booked a ride on 7th September, 2019 at 12:34 PM for my mother. She paid the whole amount (Rs.285) to the driver in cash after ride completion. Ola started texting me everyday recently saying that the amount of that ride is due in my Ola postpaid.
                  I generally ignore Ola's messages and emails as they are generally about offers, etc. but one day when I checked their message (6th October), I thought that they have made a mistake and I emailed them (image 1).
                  After that, I checked my Ola account postpaid page and saw that they have added the amount in ola postpaid.
                  I have told them again and again ever since (images) to talk to the respective driver in this case rather than spamming me with messages and emails to pay the due amount that is increasing everyday as they are applying late fee charges.
                  They are telling me again and again that they are being unable to validate the details with their partner and that I should have reported this issue within three days of the date of the ride. I always pay for all the rides in cash and therefore I do not check Ola's messages and emails and thus I did not even come to know about this issue up until recently.
                  Only when Ola started messaging me daily on my phone regarding the due amount did I observe that they have added the amount of that ride as due in my Ola postpaid.
                  If they would have stopped Ola service for me the next day itself (8th Sep), I would have come to know about the issue immediately and would have reported it within 72 hours.

                  They are spamming my phone with messages and emails everyday now to pay the due amount and it is very annoying. Above all, they are not letting me book any other ride now until and unless the due amount gets cleared.
                  Why should I pay for the same ride twice? It is Ola's shortcoming that they are not being able to contact and get details of the cash payment from the respective driver.

                  I want Ola to stop spamming me with texts and emails for clearing the due amount and also to clear the due amount from my Ola postpaid as the rider had paid for the ride in cash.

                            I have booked an ola cab today (10/10/2019) morning at 8 30 am for my mother who is 53 years old. She was travelling alone and there happened to be a leakage of water from the bottle kept her bag which was on the seat. Only after arriving she noticed the same.

                            For this the driver shouted at my mother very badly without even considering her age for something which happened unknowingly. My mother also put up a newspaper on top of the wet area, still this manner less guy kept shouting.

                            Please take proper action against this guy and teach him to respect customers. I expect this guy to call my mother and apologize for his rude behavior.

                              On 15th sep 2019. I booked ola cab in pune. Total fare that day was 166.in my ola wallet i had only 5rs. So i paid 161 by google pay. But due to network issue, there were 3 transactions. I asked driver to refund the additional two. But he is continuously denying it.

                                Ola management talks tall, pregnant with rosy and sweet talks alone. One of the worst and hopeless cab aggregator!

                                After around 3 years, i have today renewed the select membership with the earnest hope that their services would have now been stabilized/improved. Factually, it has worsened.

                                One common complaint i always had was that the driver partners make the select clients wait. Before unilaterally cancelling the trip - leaving the client loitering on the road, be it midnight or evening or whatever. They just don't care. If they like - repeat, if it suits them - they come for the pickup; else, the mystery remains.in peak hours, you are left with 'make your booking again'. And if you take time and reach the support (Another 30 min for sure), normal 'parrot-like' stereo typed answers. Gosh!

                                Why is there no transparency? How can the driver get away leaving client 'on road'? Why should ola not be sued for damages/agony?

                                What processes are in place for the government to review these activities? Who is the single point of contact?

                                Honest feeling, pardon me. I wish the kith and kin of any of our ministers experience this to understand what a common man is facing. May be modiji or madam nirmala sitaraman or shri gadkari saheb.

                                Hopefully this gains their attention!

                                    The estimated fare was shown as rs. 1217 at the beginning of trip from mumbai airport. But driver called me & told pls don't pay at the starting of the trip through gpay as his kyc is not done & pay at the end of trip. I have started the trip at 11.40 pm & he knew that after 12 pm there will be increase in fare charges. At last it costed me rs. 1500 instead of 1200. It could have costed me rs 1200 only if i opted to pay before 12 pm. This should be justified by ola.

                                      As per the above crn, the printed bill amount is rs 3394/-

                                      Trip was from hyderabad to bidar (Karnataka)
                                      Pick up - ola zone - hyderabad airport
                                      Drop - bidar (Manahalli road)

                                      But i paid 170 plus 100 towards toll gate

                                      Rs 100 / at bidar entrance since the driver was stopped by some
                                      Rto official

                                      Plus rs 250 towards airport entry as the driver said he paid
                                      Rs 250 for entering the airport

                                      Before booking, i checked the ola app and it showed rs 2750/-

                                      But i ended up paying rs 3394 + 170 + 100 + 250 + 100

                                      = rs 4014

                                      I want to register this complaint and seek reply from ola

I taken train and after the free i checked my amount then i got that he taken excess 132 rupees i called him he denied for giving money i called to OLA Customer care and complaint there he refunded me

                                        he asked to me first " Sir you will be pay cash or money app then i said cash he said ok sir" when i reached on airport " then i was alone", driver ( Mr. Sonu Kumar ) said that sir here is jammer device for the phone then network is not working show i am not showing you your amount please pay me estimated amount if amount will be excess then i will return you from Phone Pay or PayTM, i agreed again i thinked that it was be by mistak i pay him estimated amount . I taken flignt and after the free from fligh and reached lucknow i checked my amount then i got that he taken excess 155 rupees i called him and he agreed but he did not send me amount i cleed him countinue 4 to 5 days then i leave the matter but i called him after 4 to 5 days agin then he did not recognise me . And, He denied for giving money because he said that who are you i called to OLA Customer care and complaint there he refunded me through voucher. And i said to OLA customer care that please block this driver on my OLA app. i think its done. but ...

                                        I booked a cab from badarpur (4.21PM) to DWARKA Redisson Blue Hotel New Delhi . he asked to me first " Sir you will be pay cash or money app then i said cash he said ok sir" He came and He recognised me . He said sir please tell OTD when i told him he said that sir your KYC is not update with the OLA then i will not give you any service from OLA if you want any service then you will book personal . I said no. He leave our faimly he cancel booking self and said sir 50 rs you hadto pay for the cancelation charge..

                                        Why criminal type driver you do not block ...

                                        Ola is also involved increasing crime in Delhi. "I am now feeling this anger, otherwise the driver would have either left or blocked my ID on my first complaint.
