Hi,
I have booked the cab for out station crn [protected] and ride was booked for rs. 2399/- for 13th sept 2019 but post finishing the ride payment made rs. 4230/-

Fare got over charged and difference of almost 2000/- extra on estimated fare. It is almost double what is estimated. I have called and mailed multiple time in ola customer service but there is no resolution to this. They just closed it as its. And no refund...

I was booked a ola cab on[protected], when booking time they show my fare is 180. After the ride start ola showing meassge, please make the payment before complete the trip, because i choose my payment method as google pay. That time there is no traffic jam or rain. After complete my trip ola showing total fare is rs 524. That means they charged me extra rs 344 without change trip route and no traffic no rain.

On 18th september 2019 booked an ola cab from home address 14 camelot grove carramar it was the first time we have used ola the driver was very nice not a problem there but i told him the wrong terminal said terminal 1 by mistake. I booked an one way outstation ride on 15th sep 2019 from thane to pune and the bill was rs.4000 which is double than estimated fare. I complaint about this to ola on same day they told me that it will be solved within 72 hrs, but nw its been 10 days happen but still my problem is not solved. They asking me to wait for more 48 hrs. I don't understand why they are taking so time to solve my issue. I think that drive is also in fault in this...

I booked ola auto through phone pay app for cashback offer. After trip I asked the driver that if he has received the money through app. He said he does not have info and does not accepts money by any app. I paid him rupees 240 cash. After he left from there I checked phone pay amount of rupees 268 was deducted for the same trip. Phone pay has asked to contact ola. Kindly help....

I boarded an ola share ride wb23e1335, driver tarak dhar at 10 am from patwari para santoshpur.in my app it was shown that my drop is thw second drop after the first drop neha and after my drop, the lady who boarded the cab under the name shubhomoy das.

But after first drop neha was dropped at mayo road, instead of dropping me, the 2nd drop, the driver took me straight to howrah to drop...

Usually in this way, the prices used to be around 47 rs and today also it shown estimated as 47 rs only,
After starting of ride there was rainfall for just one min only, they have increased price by 20% and charged 58 rs, invoice is crn [protected] and i have even tried to call ola support but its just saying as welcome to ola and call is getting disconnected...

There is a technical flaw in the online booking for ola. If an ola is booked for a. Later time under rental scheme and if i would like to book daily rude right then though it is much before the other rental booking at a later time.

Company saying i gave confirmation for extra charge however driver only took booking reference

I took a ride to the kempegowda international airport from btm. The price that it showed me was within rs.1100. I booked a cab on 21-sep-2019, from vivek vihar station to saviour green arch noida extension, while booking the charges shown were apprx. R/s. 350, but at the final bill the charges were 756 rupees. There was no message or communication about this high charges. Ola has refused for any refund. On 19-sep, i went from green arch to anand vihar, near to vivek vihar and the charges were 325.
So how come this time the charges be double....

I booked a sedan cab on 20th sept at about 12 noon feom vishakapatnam airport. While booking i was given an estimate of 372. Cab was zest. On arrival at gateway hotel varun i was charged rs. 543. I also paid a toll of 37 as driver deliberately took a wrong longer route without any request from me.
My brother also took a similar cab ride and paid rs. 314 only at the same time.
It is just cheating the customer....

I booked a cab from my home location (Near fiverose mahal main road, trichy) to destinate thiruverumbur.
Driver number and otp received via app.
For confirmation i called the driver and told him that we (My whole family including oldage and new born) are waiting in prior location main road and the driver too agreed to come.

I am mozammil hasan using ola cabs from last 4-5years. I last booked ola around 10 days back. While booking my return trip ur driver partners were not accepting ola money ride. Here in dhanbad none of the drivers of ola accept ola money. So i had to cancel 2 rides that day. And immediately after that it showed me that my ola account is blocked. I thought it will be unblocked in 24 hrs. But till date it has not been unblocked even...

I had taken a ride on ola on 05th sept and the bill amount was rs. 2909. Ola debited twice the money from my ola money post paid account and even after repeated complains, mails, calls to their customer care centre, they are not refunding the money and saying it is under process from last 15 days. I have booked mini ola cab on[protected], crn no. [protected] for a distance of 7.3 kms for which the estimated price is rs. 161 to rs. 205. But i was charged rs. 638 for the ride which is almost three times the normal charge. When i have made the complaint about this. The ola executive said that they can't do nothing in the matter. Worst service during peak time maybe around 6pm. There is no availability of auto, cars when we try to book from ola. It is more frustrating when u just wait at place but u get no service. Customer needs service and ur firm ola has to fulfill it but the service u provide is so worst. It happens all the time when try to book during peak hours or in rains...
