I have booked an ola cab today (10/10/2019) morning at 8 30 am for my mother who is 53 years old. She was travelling alone and there happened to be a leakage of water from the bottle kept her bag which was on the seat. Only after arriving she noticed the same.

For this the driver shouted at my mother very badly without even considering her age for something which happened unknowingly. My mother also put up a newspaper on top of the wet area, still this manner less guy kept shouting.

Please take proper action against this guy and teach him to respect customers. I expect this guy to call my mother and apologize for his rude behavior.

    On 15th sep 2019. I booked ola cab in pune. Total fare that day was 166.in my ola wallet i had only 5rs. So i paid 161 by google pay. But due to network issue, there were 3 transactions. I asked driver to refund the additional two. But he is continuously denying it.
    Waiting since 15th sep 2019
    Need my money back as soon as possible

      Ola management talks tall, pregnant with rosy and sweet talks alone. One of the worst and hopeless cab aggregator!

      After around 3 years, i have today renewed the select membership with the earnest hope that their services would have now been stabilized/improved. Factually, it has worsened.

      One common complaint i always had was that the driver partners make the select clients wait. Before unilaterally cancelling the trip - leaving the client loitering on the road, be it midnight or evening or whatever. They just don't care. If they like - repeat, if it suits them - they come for the pickup; else, the mystery remains.in peak hours, you are left with 'make your booking again'. And if you take time and reach the support (Another 30 min for sure), normal 'parrot-like' stereo typed answers. Gosh!

      Why is there no transparency? How can the driver get away leaving client 'on road'? Why should ola not be sued for damages/agony?

      What processes are in place for the government to review these activities? Who is the single point of contact?

      Honest feeling, pardon me. I wish the kith and kin of any of our ministers experience this to understand what a common man is facing. May be modiji or madam nirmala sitaraman or shri gadkari saheb.

      Hopefully this gains their attention!

        I booked two cab one as you send invoice me secend i am sending you. One driver take take long route. And charged rs. 350.00 more rent. (Distance 291-251) and also charged driver charged rs. 300.00at thr end of journey in cash.
        I request you kindly see the matter and arrange to refund my extra money which that driver sh sunil kumar made from my journey 1. By more distance. Rs. 350.00.

          The estimated fare was shown as rs. 1217 at the beginning of trip from mumbai airport. But driver called me & told pls don't pay at the starting of the trip through gpay as his kyc is not done & pay at the end of trip. I have started the trip at 11.40 pm & he knew that after 12 pm there will be increase in fare charges. At last it costed me rs. 1500 instead of 1200. It could have costed me rs 1200 only if i opted to pay before 12 pm. This should be justified by ola.

            As per the above crn, the printed bill amount is rs 3394/-

            Trip was from hyderabad to bidar (Karnataka)
            Pick up - ola zone - hyderabad airport
            Drop - bidar (Manahalli road)

            But i paid 170 plus 100 towards toll gate

            Rs 100 / at bidar entrance since the driver was stopped by some
            Rto official

            Plus rs 250 towards airport entry as the driver said he paid
            Rs 250 for entering the airport

            Before booking, i checked the ola app and it showed rs 2750/-

            But i ended up paying rs 3394 + 170 + 100 + 250 + 100

            = rs 4014

            I want to register this complaint and seek reply from ola

              I booked a cab from badarpur (5.27AM) to New Delhi Railway Station.
              he asked to me first " Sir you will be pay cash or money app then i said cash he said ok sir" when i reached with my family and cab on station driver ( Mr. Sonu Kumar ) said that sir here is jammer device for the phone then network is not working show i am not showing you your amount please pay me estimated amount if amount will be excess then i will return you from PayTM, i agreed i pay him estimated amount . I taken train and after the free i checked my amount then i got that he taken excess 132 rupees i called him he denied for giving money i called to OLA Customer care and complaint there he refunded me

I taken flignt and after the free from fligh and reached lucknow i checked my amount then i got that he taken excess 155 rupees i called him and he agreed but he did not send me amount i cleed him countinue 4 to 5 days then i leave the matter but i called him after 4 to 5 days agin then he did not recognise me . And, He denied for giving money because he said that who are you i called to OLA Customer care and complaint there he refunded me through voucher. And i said to OLA customer care that please block this driver on my OLA app. i think its done. but ...

              I booked a cab from badarpur (4.21PM) to DWARKA Redisson Blue Hotel New Delhi . he asked to me first " Sir you will be pay cash or money app then i said cash he said ok sir" He came and He recognised me . He said sir please tell OTD when i told him he said that sir your KYC is not update with the OLA then i will not give you any service from OLA if you want any service then you will book personal . I said no. He leave our faimly he cancel booking self and said sir 50 rs you hadto pay for the cancelation charge..

              Why criminal type driver you do not block ...

              Ola is also involved increasing crime in Delhi. "I am now feeling this anger, otherwise the driver would have either left or blocked my ID on my first complaint.

                My cnr no is [protected] i paid my payment 238/- through upi and cash both then i complaint in ola customer service they say you get refund in your bank with in 7 to 10 days but i not get till now then without my permission ola give refund through vocher. But i demand for payment in my bank account but they refused to give refund in bank but i want the refund in my bank.

                  So i pay the ola money on time on 26 sep 2019 of 1381 rs/- and even after a day it doesn’t reflect on my ola money postpaid account. I wrote them emails sent them screenshot about the deductions but yet no use no
                  Help on top of it they have been charging a late fee everyday. It’s one of the worst customer care services as they told me they would get back but till date nobody did. So a very bad customer service compared to the rest of the cab services (Uber is amazing on time response). So ola keep adding the late fee i won’t pay a single penny.

                    Even after multiple callbacks to ola customer care to know the status of my complaint, i received nothing but a mail that our team is working on it. And now a week has passed. I believe the #ola team waits to see if the angry customer is calm after few days and forgets what happened so that they don't have to solve anything. Is this how it is going to work?

                      My money rs 162 not refunded till date as i got msg on 26/09/19 because of cancellation in middle of journey by ola auto driver. Please check the messages i got.
                      A refund of inr 160.00 for crn [protected] has been initiated and is being processed. The amount will reflect in your account in 5-7 business days.

                      When am booked ola many time am asked him his came or not ..he told me 100 times he came and he also asked its paymnt thrw ola money or cash..I told him cash.. after few minutes he canceled my trip .when am called him .he rejected my call. Than am call him diffrent no he rcvd my call .after some conversation he used abusing

                        I am really not happy with the behavior of ola driver, he was very rude and rash driving, my wife is pregnant so we requested him to drive carefully but he was driving rashly and we booked cab by ola post paid money because of that he was not happy, but we will be paying money he should provide service properly. He told us to cancel the ride and get down.
                        I want you to take proper action against him and keep me posted, this will definitely affect your branding also.

                          Am regular customer of ola, recently ola introduce postpaid option. But from ola there is no clear details on this cascaded to this customer. Am not aware this option i always used prepaid option.. I have complaint twice to ola customer care to revert back this postpaid bill which was wrongly generated by system. First time ola introduce post paid like there is bright chance for this. Ola have to accept this issue and revert back they are not revert back my post paid bill. They forcing me to pay.
                          On 27th September 2019, I came from Krishna Hospital, near tat mill, to my residence at Shyam Nagar Kanpur.Rs30and Rs5 were charged as toll tax and waiting charges, which is illegal and unjustified. Pl. see why it was done so?Pl. adjust extra charges of Rs. 35 in my next trip .

                            I have booked an ola cab and asked the driver to pick me up from gk palace bhopal location but the driver didn't paid attention later on on calling him he didn't talk properly and when i call him for the third time he just switched of his no and i found my ride got cancelled from his side which i came to know through a msg which i got on my phone and my 50 rs have been changed without paying me the ride the ride no is cnr[protected]

                              Today[protected] at 3.11 pm we have taken an ola cab from zakir nagar bank of india atm to new delhi ajmerigate. And we reached the destination in 45 minutes. Then driver is told us that right now bill is not generating. And we are in hurry. So we pay him rs.250 rupees. But after 5 minutes we recieve a call from ola services and he told me that you are not paid. That is wrong information provided by the driver to their office. And after few minutes we recieved a bill on ola app its shows the total charge was rs.220 only.
                              Driver is cheated us he had taken rs. 250 inspite of rs.220 and he also complained against us that we are not paid.

                              So i request you to kindly look into this matter and do needful.

                              In Ola auto literally autowalas says they don't wanna go...to a certain place if this is the case why would they even registered themselves for ola...not one but 2 said this...he literally he don't wanna go there n cancelled the ride...this pathetic... what's the point...in putting autos in ola..if they are doing the same in the app service also..

                                On date 03/10/2019, i have booked ola cab from azaadpur (Delhi) to dlf dilshad extension-2 (Ghaziabad). When i was reached at home, i have taken my bag and go out from cab. But my mobile phone was left in that cab. After 5 minutes.. I called that cab's driver 7-8 times but he didn't picked my call. Then he picked my call and i said to him for come back to my home. I said to him for returning my mobile phone and he did misbehave with me and said there is no any mobile phone in cab... But truth is that my mobile phone was left in cab and he (Driver) stolen my phone...

                                  I have travelled from bangalore to ramanagara and the distance travelled 2 ways is max 120kms. My only mistake is that i didnt note the kms reading before and after the ride and blindly trusted the driver. Later found out that driver recorded 242 kms and so i was charged extra. Ola support says that their system shows its true but i have travelled to the same destination many times before and know the distance of the route. Driver has switched off his number and ola says their system says i travelled extra.

                                    May 12 2019. I booked a cab with driver 'istyak shabbir shaikh' (Mini. White xcent). He didn't show up for 10 mins or so and i was unable to contact him.

                                    Frustated, i cancelled and booked another ride that day and yesterday 6 oct 2019 i got charged an extra 50 rs for the may 12 cancellation despite trying to convey via the support features in the ola app about my issue.

                                    App says "technical issue please try again later"
                                    All helpline numbers are nonexistent/ unreachable
                                    I sent a complaint after verifying my email but no response. They charged me 50 rs extra for their driver's fault and refuse to get in touch with me

                                    Radio silence till now..

                                      During my booking from delhi to hansi (Haryana) i received a call from so called ola customer care ([protected]) offering me a discount of rs 500 by applying a coupon 'del500' and also told me that toll tax and all other taxes will be born by ola. But during travelling i paid all toll tax and state tax which turned 3358+200+150= ₹3708 instead of ₹2420 which i was told including all taxes. Please clear this matter and and refund my extra money charged by ola cabs.

                                        Dear sir/madam,
                                        As i booked my ola auto on 05.10.2019 at 6.15 pm, driver refused to pick up due to the payment mode of google pay. I asked him to cancel the trip by himself to avoid cancellation charge. But he declined that and not cancelled the trip. Since i need to go urgently i cancelled that trip and have the reason as "driver denied to pick up". Despite this, ola cab charged unnecessary cancellation fee of rs. 15 from my account on the next ride same day totally 102 rupees. So kindly refund my fee at the earliest and resolve my complaint.
