This situation happened today 4/09/19. I booked a cab through ola. Cab no - rj14te3965. Driver name - dinesh kumar meena... This case happened in jaipur. I was going from rambagh palace to home. I told the driver on the way home to stop for a min, i wanted to buy something.. But he used such a bad words, such a cruel behavior.. The cab is showing still ongoing. I just came out from the cab. This needs to be very serious concern. The driver has picked me up hotel.. It would have been a foreigner too. What situation would have that person faced due to this kind of behavior.. Please look into this matter. If i didn't wanted to stop anywhere i would have booked through sharing.. Not personally., because i needed to buy something. This behavior is not been tolerated by me.. So i took off from there in another cab.. I think this kind of person needs to be taken care off.. Thank you..

    On Saturday 31st August, I booked a OLA Auto from my place to tambaram railway station. I gave my location correctly while booking the auto. Called up driver and he told me that he will come to the pick-up point. So I came down to the main gate of my apartment complex. But by the time driver has cancelled this trip. I called him and he didn't pick my call. Beauty is they have levied cancellation charge though it was cancelled by driver. While waiting for normal auto I tried for a cab in ola. After sometime a cab got booked. Driver was there about 50 to 100 meters from where I was waiting. He also cancelled the trip and didn't answer my call. Later I got an outside auto and proceeded to the station. While proceeding to railway station, I raised a complaint and they waived off the cancellation charge. Because of all these confusions, I couldn't reach station on time and missed my train. I lost about 3000 rupees because of this and moreover I couldn't attend my cousin's wedding.

      After i booked ola vide crn[protected] on 03rd sept 2019 through helpdesk located in pune airport for wagholi, i contacted the driver at [protected]. He told me his reluctance and to book another cab and cancelled my trip. This has happened twice with me before also. Your cabs overcharge passengers in airport and dont want online booking to earn extra, atleast this cab. If you cant provide genuine service then please remove kiosk from the airport.

          I am Rajasree K P, was using ola app and I have two accounts with different phone numbers. Without informing properly they blocked my account. One of the account have more than 500Rs in the ola wallet. Even after sending two three mails they are not even activating the account or returning the money. I don’t know how to proceed with this. More than that they don’t have any customer care contact number. Whatever number they have provided as office number they are not picking up the call. I suspect this as a strategy to take money from customers due to the increased use of this app.

            The incident occurred today (3 sept 2019) at 10 am.in perumbakkam signal, chennai the ola cab having registration number tn09ch 4954 tried to change lane. I was crossing him and he hit the rear end of my car. He didn't even apologize instead was shouting at me. He's very young with care free attitude and totally irresponsible. He needs to be punished to make him understand his mistake and avoid repeating the same mistakes.

              I had booked a taxi from sangam vihar, delhi to mundka, delhi on 01-sept-2019 for my family. A taxi with no. Dl1rta6308 is arranged by ola company.

              I had paid the fare in advance by online through phonepe app with booking id crn[protected] (Screenshort attached) but the driver named bhura also charged the same amount in cash from my family.

              Please help me by refunding my money.

              We have been trying to book a cab since a hour but no one of your ride is accepting my ride and this happens all time Jus you ensure about your operator so it's will be always convenient and missing won't happen to us. And plz ensure your cabs and auto rider are willing to do business with you so we don't have to wait for hours.

                Sir,
                I been using ola from 2015 and in recent times i come over undue behaviour of the drivers.. When i book the ola cabs for rentals or outstation, they reach my desitnation and demand for cancellation of the trip and request to pay the amount in cash.

                I prefer travelling in ola, since my travel time sheet is updated and i have a travel insurance.. And i submit the same as proof of travel to my clients for reimbursement. If deny to do this, some times even after reaching my destination, they cancel the trip and i end up wasting 30 - 45 min considering that they are on the way.

                I would suggest to carry out frequent vigilance with regard to this and take a strict action.

                  Sir, i booked a ola cab from mangalore airport to hotel madhuvan serai, manipal for 23rd aug 2019 online from nagpur. The booking reference was crn[protected]. On reaching the mangalore airport, i was contacted by driver mr mohammadh ashraf mob no [protected] and was told that it was a ola cab. We proceeded to manipal and stopped enroute where, i offered him lunch. He gave me some cock n bull story during the journey that he will save some 400 odd rupees in commission etc. Since i never understood i did not respond. On reaching the destination, he demanded rs 1350/-. I gave him 1500/- including a tip of rs 150/-. To my horror, in the evening i received a message from your company at 1739h that since i had cancelled the ola, i will be charged a penalty of rs 150/- on my next booking. I never experienced this with uber ever.
                  I booked OLA cab on 1st Sept 2009.when we asked to driver to drop the destination point he denied and stated misbehave with ladies & start arguments, very bad experience i ever seen with OLA, take action against him.

                    I made complain on 19 aug regarding excess money charged as toll on my ride from gurgaon to noida. I called support they confirmed that only one toll was there in between but i was charged rs.300. Same happened today on 2nd september it showed rs 200 at the time of booking cab and charged more money at drop that it rs 300, it showed rs 626 and charged rs 708 that is incorrect.

                    Today i again called the support they kept me on hold for long but no resolution i insisted to talk to supervisor then again i was kept on hold and informed that i will get call back from team in 4 hrs but no call yet.

                    Very frustrated about this - being long time user of ola but from last two instances i am feeling like quitting the services.

                    Please check my past rides specially 19 aug and 2nd sep (One the same route you charge rs 100 toll, 200 and 300 whats wrong could you explain please)

                    My ola account has been permanently blocked it seems.. I can't access my account.. because of this problem I couldn't book my rides fr soo long.. I dont know how to file a complaint.. now my fried gave me instructions to file the complaint so I did it.. I kindly request you to unblock my account as soon as possible..
                    I have book Ola CAB yesterday and the first driver ask me to where i have to go on call and then he decide either he go or not and then try to be rude on call and after that he said he will not come and i have to cancel my booking and for that i have charge 50Rs.

                      I'm a tourist and I used ola in india.
                      One of the Ola driver is spamming me with inappropriate content on whatsapp and he tries to call me often! His text content is sexual related!
                      In the first place he is making use of customers details which is very very wrong!
                      I will never recommend OLA to any Malaysia users as it is very unsafe.
                      Kindly take action before I make this an issue to the police!

                        Hi yesterday i went sadashivnagar to devanahalli akash hospital through ola indica car when i was booked it shows estimated cost of rs.553 dropped there and again i have rebooked in the same cab return to same place.. So final bill shows rs.1789. How it possible this is too much of cost.. Plss can u people give clarity.. Also i tried many times for customer care it's not connected.. It very difficult plss we want clarity.. Don't give customer these type of difficulties..

Bill estimate amount is rs 212 and pay amount is rs 492. I have travelled from nicco park to charnock hospital having distance approx 15.8 km but bill showing 28.1 km.
                          Please refund my money in ola account wallet. This is for kind information and necessary action.

                            I'm not able to reach ola customer care number in my support section and it comes busy all the time i try.

                            Ola gave me an offer discount but i didn't get it back.
                            Also, inorder to add google pay account it debited refundable amount of rs..1 however that was also not credited back.

                            Ultimately ola is cheating in india.
                            It cheats both the customer as well as drivers.
                            We are all suffering with ola. Please ban ola.

                              Dear team, i am venkatasubramanian from coimbatore and my contact no. [protected]

                              My crn is [protected], in the early morning the driver came was not reflective in the app. Some other person came with unwanted audio in the cab loudly in 6.00 am, he not behaved properly and with long beard and he was not looked like a driver and weared an ear phone. By request of me he not lowered the volume and even not removed the earphone to entered the otp told by me.

                              He was doing some other things instead of continue to raid, even though i had to catch my bus. Asking to put otp, he used bad words without any respect.

                              Is ola using rowdies to operate a cab to threatened customers with burglary and robbery. This is highly disgusting, if ola won't take action of this issue and confirm with me, otherwise the issue will escalate various levels to resolve.

                                I have lost close to 700 rupees on the whole by paying trip amount via cash and postpaid option. I have booked for my relatives all the 3 times so they didn't know its postpaid option and they paid via cash mode. Such intentions will results only loose in dignity. As last option submitting my complaint here. Show loyalty to regular customers.

                                  I had booked ola bike today at 2:15 pm and had an issue with the driver after i reached my destination the issue which i had after reaching my destination is that he was not having change and also he was arrogant and secondly he was arguing with me.

                                  How u guys send such drivers to the customers who dont have change and dont know how to talk to people properly is this your way u guys send your drivers?
                                  Also he charged me extra money when i booked ola at my pickup point it was 40rs

                                  I have lodged a complaint against u and the driver also i request u to check with the drivers before they start their duties to pickup the riders i request u to take severe action on each driver to ensure that they have exact change

                                    This is shubham anthwal, from delhi, india. I am fed up with ola.
                                    On 22nd june i booked a cab from cannought place to shalimar garden (Ghaziabad) and i paid rs 474 via cash to the driver. Suddenly a few days back, i get a message from ola that i haven't paid my amount and they'll barr my services and will charge me extra.
                                    What kind of behaviour is this? This is so rude and unprofessional. I am mentally harassed because everyday i get a call and mail from them, asking to pay again.
                                    I had a word with them on call and mail both, but they are not ready to understand and now they have added penalty charges and now asking for rs 574.
                                    I want to sue ola for this and i am tired of their calls and mails.

                                      Its very pathatic service by ola driver who driven the car from aband vihar to my place without ac. My wife felt very bad as she was not well and felt very discomfort is very very very pathetic service.. Hindi me bata deta hu

                                      Dimag ki dahi kr di pata nhi in ola driver ko koi track krta bhi hai ya nahi ki ye kasi service de rahe hain koi hai jimmedar person sb k sb kaamchor aur rishwat khor hain har jagah yahi milta hai duniya k samne toh itna achha dikhate hain jaise inke jaisa koi nhi. Public ka paisa khate hain inhe sharam bhi nahi aati service k naam pe sb kamchori dikhate hain

                                      Is driver ne toh hamare luggage ko bhi gadi me nhi rakha khud mujhe utha k cab k uper rakhna pada kya yahi service deti hai ola company apne driver ko yahi sikhati

                                      Hum chahte toh metro me aa jate lekin cab kyun book kiya aisi bekaar service k liye driver ne pure raaste ac nhi chalaya puchne pe petrol kam aur cng khatm bataya
                                      Ola company itna garib hai jo customer se paise leti hai fir inke driver petrol ya cng bharwate hain
                                      Sharam karo kbhi groundlevel pe aake check karo ola company k kaamchor working people

                                      Sharam aani chahiye kbhi on cal feedback nhi mangte ho
                                      Maango customer se direct feedback tb samajh me ayega

                                        I booked a cab today from a cafe. First i thought that i am in the front of the cafe and he came in the back and said that your location is so showing back so i told him to come in the front but then i realised that it is the back side of the cafe so i requested him to come on the back. He denied to come to the back and said that i come to the front or else he is not coming so, i cancel the cab and booked another one it was all fine but then his cars pull up and he comes to me and threatens me that "you give me hundred rupees right now or i am not leaving and i am going to follow you wherever you go" i refused to do so and argued back but he didn't leave and continued to threaten me. I ignored him and started walking inside the cafe. He left eventually but not before saying "you just see, what i do next" he used the word "kanyadaan" also. I was extremely afraid of what could have happened, you need to take action agaist this driver
