This is to inform you that since i did not agree to using ola postpaid, i am definitely not paying for the billed amount.
I am strictly against using credit based system so there's no way that i would agree to such a system of payment. If ola automatically selects it as my payment mode i have nothing to say.
This is happening to me the second time. On june 27th, another driver couldn't generate the bill so he assured me that if i pay the amount in full, it wouldn't be deducted from my wallet since the amount wasnt sufficient. You can check the booking.
My last booking was almost the same. The driver's device didn't work and he told me that i needed to pay in cash because i knew there wasn't any money in my ola wallet. Therefore i paid the driver in cash, an amount of 200/-.
Now i have an ola wallet that threatens to charge interest if i do not clear the dues. I am very disturbed at these constant threats ola has been issuing, whether it is about adding kyc, a decision that is pending with supreme court and hence not required or this ola postpaid business. I repeat i do not and never will use ola postpaid and if forced i will stop using ola altogether. It is growing increasingly stressful for me to detect whether the drivers are being truthful. Clearly, the drivers are taking advantage of the clients because ola is letting them do so.
If you fail to reason with the driver, you can share his contact and i shall make sure that he never tries to scheme like this ever again. Moreover, get a handle on the devices that you issue the drivers.

No step taken by Ola. Not even a response. Have been mailing them since 3rd September
Ola cab services tried to connect but their number is engaged continusesly for 3 two hours count not connect with the help line number. I have been charged for cancellation charges but i didn't cancell the cab driver cancelled it. Kindly see thanks
It is impossible to contact Ola. Customer support is a sham

    On 25th may 2019 around 9.00 p. M, i reached mumbai airport from hyderabad and booked a vehicle from ola app. Vide crn no. [protected] a white maruti ertiga vehicle driven by mr. Mukesh khangedar prasad arrived to drop me at my residence at kalyan west. The total fare of rs. 1700/- was shown while confirming my booking. I was already register for ola postpaid but on arriving at my residence mr. Mukesh the driver asked to pay me in cash, and inform it on support application of ola app. I did the same and from 3rd june 2019 every day ola is sending me sms and e-mail to pay the dues of this fare.in between they adjusted rs. 1000/- from it and now they are threatening me, to avoid legal complications to pay balance rs. 700/- with penalty. Request to help me in this matter.

      Crn [protected], tuesday 20/08/2019 6.26 pm from dombivili to ambarnath.

      My mom 74 an arthritis patient was returning from dombivili after treatment for her condition. The rear seat was in such a bad shape that she experience pain in 1 hour journey she had to endure to ambarnath. We complained to ola who said that they will audit the vehicle white xcent driven by pravin deshmukh. We were charged rs 400 for that uncomfortable ride. After acknowledging our complaint and promising an audit of the vehicle ola has gone silent.

        I have been receiving frequent and multiple messages and calls from OLA demanding payment of alleged dues. I wrote emails, as well as explained to OLA Executives who called, that I have settled outstanding amount in March, have asked my postpaid subscription be immediately cancelled, have not used Ola services since then and do not owe any dues. Nevertheless I am notified that penalty is accruing and am being threatened with legal action. This is nothing but bullying, wanton and Unjustified harassment. Please stop this. I was thinking of reporting the matter to Consumer Forum and Transport authorities, but did not do so because the notifications stopped for a while. But I am again receiving these threats from last weeks. Since OLA CABS continues to harass and threaten me with legal action, I have no other option than lodging a complaint with the authorities.

          I hired a cab to airport to pick my sister coming from US. Driver was excellent, I changed location from airport back to home and was also ok to pay waiting charges. At in gate your man acted like goonda and finished the drive. he was very rowdy. Time around 11.40 pm. 4th sept 2019. Later, I had to pay fine of Rs 500 to get off airport.

          I need my 500 Rs back, else I will file suit under consumer protection act and also claim compensation to harassment I went through at airport.

          I followed your due process, I hired cab, changed location and also paid, but treatment by Ola staff was very humiliating. Let me know your position on same else I will proceed my way, including getting this incident in media.

            I have been charged 1800 bucks for this ride which is incorrect. Please check and let me know why have i been charged such hefty amount and refund my money back.
            Please check the charges for this trip can not be more 500 bucks, it is ridiculous to charge me 1800 bucks.

            The ride was from kolkata airport to behala - 700036, which is about 30 km and it was at night 10 pm ride started. When i sent an email to ola, i have been told there was a surge in fare due to unavailability of cabs, which was not true first of all. I have also been told that it was displayed when i booked the ride, however the when we book can and fare update has time lag due to net connection, it was late night and i did not wait for the fare update and booked it as my old mom was alone at the airport.

              Dear sirs,

              I used ola service on the following days.

              24th june'2019 - monday - 11.09 pm - auto crn [protected] -
              Secunderabad - nagole. Paid cash to the auto driver rs.231-00.

              26th june'2019 - wednesday - 1.02 pm - auto crn [protected] -
              New nagole - nagole. Paid cash to the auto driver rs.37-00.

              27th june'2019 - thursday - 9.02 pm - bike crn[protected]
              Ecil cross - tarnaka. Paid cash to the bike driver rs.66-00.

              For all the above trips i have paid amount to the concerned drivers by cash. But i have been getting reminders after reminders from your ola office by way of messages to my phone [protected] that i have to pay the above amounts since this amount was shown under post-paid as outstanding.

              Earlier i had sent e-mail to your customer support stating that i do not need to pay any amount to your ola cabs.

              I also sent the following messages to your customer care number [protected].

              [protected] "getting messages from you. I don't need to pay single paise to you. Cash paid to the drivers. Please don't disturb me."

              Please note i have been taking the services of your ola cabs since 2016 on wards and i have been paying amount in cash to the concerned drivers of your vehicles and how all of a sudden this post-paid outstanding balance. The way i am getting reminders by way of messages to my mobile phone [protected] for no fault of mine is nothing but harassment to your customer.

              I request you to please verify from your end and correct the records and let me continue making use of your services in future.

                On 28th of aug around 11.30 am, my father left is mobile in cab.
                With in 2 mins of his drop he realized the same and started calling the driver.
                But driver is not at all responding our calls. At times his number is switched off.
                Till today we are trying to approach him.
                We had logged online fir regarding the same also.

                And also dropped a mail to ola customer care. But no help from ola team.

                Ola team is this the way you give service to your customers.
                No safe security, no help, no response.

                  I have booked a ride on Monday with the payment option google pay. And then I have paid during the ride through Google pay as asked. But when the ride is completed driver asked me to pay in cash the same amount. As it was showing to pay in cash again and he was not ready to accept the thing that I have already paid. and the most ridiculous thing is I haven't found any option in ola app to get the support regarding the issue or where I can describe the issue. please do needful for the same and refund my money otherwise u will lost a customer and may be more.

                  I haven't found any update regarding My request. Do refund my money or I will post it on social media. It's not an small amount that can be ignored so do refund.

                    Ola Cabs harrassed us at Mumbai Airport by continuously cancelling all my bookings after they called me and took my destination.

                    All of them confirmed to me after taking my destination that they shall be at Ola Zone P7 in 5 minutes.

                    Only one of them showed up and refused to take my luggage on the overhead carrier.

                    Ola Cabs is totally pathetic and I am going to share my experience for people to avoid using this pathetic cheap service.

                    Ola Cabbers think they can do anything they want with no one to monitor them or check on them.

                    Me, my frail father in law, my 3 kids and husband were standing there for over an hour wondering what Ola Cab is upto. Its like they held the monopoly and their chests were wide and intimidating tired travellers.

                    Uber is expensive but more professional cabbers comparatively. Unfortunately they were not there at Mumbai Airport. Is there an Uber Zone ??

                    Ola Cabs ... if you dont take action against these men... you are surely going to have a bad reputation soon ...Pics attached of the cheats who guise as taxi drivers.

                      This situation happened today 4/09/19. I booked a cab through ola. Cab no - rj14te3965. Driver name - dinesh kumar meena... This case happened in jaipur. I was going from rambagh palace to home. I told the driver on the way home to stop for a min, i wanted to buy something.. But he used such a bad words, such a cruel behavior.. The cab is showing still ongoing. I just came out from the cab. This needs to be very serious concern. The driver has picked me up hotel.. It would have been a foreigner too. What situation would have that person faced due to this kind of behavior.. Please look into this matter. If i didn't wanted to stop anywhere i would have booked through sharing.. Not personally., because i needed to buy something. This behavior is not been tolerated by me.. So i took off from there in another cab.. I think this kind of person needs to be taken care off.. Thank you..

                        On Saturday 31st August, I booked a OLA Auto from my place to tambaram railway station. I gave my location correctly while booking the auto. Called up driver and he told me that he will come to the pick-up point. So I came down to the main gate of my apartment complex. But by the time driver has cancelled this trip. I called him and he didn't pick my call. Beauty is they have levied cancellation charge though it was cancelled by driver. While waiting for normal auto I tried for a cab in ola. After sometime a cab got booked. Driver was there about 50 to 100 meters from where I was waiting. He also cancelled the trip and didn't answer my call. Later I got an outside auto and proceeded to the station. While proceeding to railway station, I raised a complaint and they waived off the cancellation charge. Because of all these confusions, I couldn't reach station on time and missed my train. I lost about 3000 rupees because of this and moreover I couldn't attend my cousin's wedding.

                          After i booked ola vide crn[protected] on 03rd sept 2019 through helpdesk located in pune airport for wagholi, i contacted the driver at [protected]. He told me his reluctance and to book another cab and cancelled my trip. This has happened twice with me before also. Your cabs overcharge passengers in airport and dont want online booking to earn extra, atleast this cab. If you cant provide genuine service then please remove kiosk from the airport.

                              I am Rajasree K P, was using ola app and I have two accounts with different phone numbers. Without informing properly they blocked my account. One of the account have more than 500Rs in the ola wallet. Even after sending two three mails they are not even activating the account or returning the money. I don’t know how to proceed with this. More than that they don’t have any customer care contact number. Whatever number they have provided as office number they are not picking up the call. I suspect this as a strategy to take money from customers due to the increased use of this app.

                                The incident occurred today (3 sept 2019) at 10 am.in perumbakkam signal, chennai the ola cab having registration number tn09ch 4954 tried to change lane. I was crossing him and he hit the rear end of my car. He didn't even apologize instead was shouting at me. He's very young with care free attitude and totally irresponsible. He needs to be punished to make him understand his mistake and avoid repeating the same mistakes.

                                  I had booked a taxi from sangam vihar, delhi to mundka, delhi on 01-sept-2019 for my family. A taxi with no. Dl1rta6308 is arranged by ola company.

                                  I had paid the fare in advance by online through phonepe app with booking id crn[protected] (Screenshort attached) but the driver named bhura also charged the same amount in cash from my family.

                                  Please help me by refunding my money.
                                  We have been trying to book a cab since a hour but no one of your ride is accepting my ride and this happens all time Jus you ensure about your operator so it's will be always convenient and missing won't happen to us. And plz ensure your cabs and auto rider are willing to do business with you so we don't have to wait for hours.

                                    I been using ola from 2015 and in recent times i come over undue behaviour of the drivers.. When i book the ola cabs for rentals or outstation, they reach my desitnation and demand for cancellation of the trip and request to pay the amount in cash.

                                    I prefer travelling in ola, since my travel time sheet is updated and i have a travel insurance.. And i submit the same as proof of travel to my clients for reimbursement. If deny to do this, some times even after reaching my destination, they cancel the trip and i end up wasting 30 - 45 min considering that they are on the way.

                                    I would suggest to carry out frequent vigilance with regard to this and take a strict action.

                                      Sir, i booked a ola cab from mangalore airport to hotel madhuvan serai, manipal for 23rd aug 2019 online from nagpur. The booking reference was crn[protected]. On reaching the mangalore airport, i was contacted by driver mr mohammadh ashraf mob no [protected] and was told that it was a ola cab. We proceeded to manipal and stopped enroute where, i offered him lunch. He gave me some cock n bull story during the journey that he will save some 400 odd rupees in commission etc. Since i never understood i did not respond. On reaching the destination, he demanded rs 1350/-. I gave him 1500/- including a tip of rs 150/-. To my horror, in the evening i received a message from your company at 1739h that since i had cancelled the ola, i will be charged a penalty of rs 150/- on my next booking. I never experienced this with uber ever.
                                      I booked OLA cab on 1st Sept 2009.when we asked to driver to drop the destination point he denied and stated misbehave with ladies & start arguments, very bad experience i ever seen with OLA, take action against him.

                                        I made complain on 19 aug regarding excess money charged as toll on my ride from gurgaon to noida. I called support they confirmed that only one toll was there in between but i was charged rs.300. Same happened today on 2nd september it showed rs 200 at the time of booking cab and charged more money at drop that it rs 300, it showed rs 626 and charged rs 708 that is incorrect.

                                        Today i again called the support they kept me on hold for long but no resolution i insisted to talk to supervisor then again i was kept on hold and informed that i will get call back from team in 4 hrs but no call yet.

                                        Very frustrated about this - being long time user of ola but from last two instances i am feeling like quitting the services.

                                        Please check my past rides specially 19 aug and 2nd sep (One the same route you charge rs 100 toll, 200 and 300 whats wrong could you explain please)

                                        My ola account has been permanently blocked it seems.. I can't access my account.. because of this problem I couldn't book my rides fr soo long.. I dont know how to file a complaint.. now my fried gave me instructions to file the complaint so I did it.. I kindly request you to unblock my account as soon as possible..
                                        I have book Ola CAB yesterday and the first driver ask me to where i have to go on call and then he decide either he go or not and then try to be rude on call and after that he said he will not come and i have to cancel my booking and for that i have charge 50Rs.
