No response at all crossed more than 2 business days, rather i get only notification from ola team to pay the due amount of 47 to avoid postpaid charges.
And customer care number is not at all working.
There is nothing to do with such email follow ups with your team. Don't loose the dignity of your company for such less amount.
The driver asked for the money and paid in cash mode itself without noticing that it's postpaid mode.
Do take it seriously and request you to take action.
