My car had offrouted by the ola coz of -12779rupee. Coz my driver got a fake call by the name of ola care delhi and he was saying for tha navigation update and my driver had that activity which was he saying. He was giving sharing duties to him for 1.5 hours after that duties my ola car balnce was 12779. N that man was want bank account or patym no. N password. But didnt give. N i report to ola office in chandigarh. But they r saying we have to lay this amount in any condition. Other wisethey ll close my acount.. Tell me plz how is it possible. Plz check this in my account. Account name is pardeep kumar. Car reg. No is ch 74 t 3322 n plz solve our problem [protected].

    I had taken ola pass of rs.80/ in which i had been assured rs.149/ flat rate in delhi ncr within 10kms. I took the ride on sep.7, 2018 in the morning and my distance was 10 kms but i was charged rs. 270/ which was way too extra than promised under the ola pass. When ola pass flashed in my account, no where it is mentioned that morning charges would be extra or i would have to pay the toll for up. This is sheer exploitation of consumers by not telling them the real charges. I want extra charges to be refunded. Why do they recommend such passes if charges are not to be taken as per the plan. As a common woman who commutes daily on her own, these cabs simply exploit their situation.

      This is how I experienced the best Ola ride companies.

      I appreciated your policy. But don't let the death employee drive your company names, here is the the particular names. Rameshwar vetalkar, an evil humanity. He kill my time and my money, curse on you such a dirty greed, after booking confirmation I make a twice call had conversations with him saying reaching near my location after some minute he switch off the phone. Can't reach his phone nor the spot. What a trick Ola playing around the people.
      Please take immediate action such kind of drivers. Don't let spoils the Ola Company.

        Booked a ride from bhubaneswar to puri (Around 60-70 km). But was charged an amount of rs.5555 for 373 km instead of the original amount of 1050. Raised a complain with the support team. It's been 13 days now and have not received the money back.
        Please suggest what to do now.

          One of our community member 's daughter faced this extremely disgusting hurl from an Ola driver. Such creeps should be banned from the OLA panel

          We are using Ola from 2-3 years now. But my daughter had an traumatic experience from an Ola driver on 5th September 2018. He accepted the request then called her up and told her to cancel the ride. My daughter refused (if a customer cancels the ride they get charged upto ₹50). He started abusing her and cut the call. We tried calling him back several times but he didn't pick up. My daughter recorded the conversation. I cannot trust such a man to drive me or my family. How can I trust Ola with my daughter being alone in a car with such a driver. There's no way to connect with Ola company to complain. So please share this message and spread awareness. I'm attaching the recorded conversation between the driver and my daughter and screenshot of driver.

            I was using my mobile [[protected]] for ola cab booking. of late, I am not able book a ola cab using the ola app. The message I get is " this mobile is blocked". i not sure why this has happened. In the Month of April 2018, while booking a return cab from Bangalore airport, in cab line there was confusion between two cabs. The one not allotted to my booking wanted the trip since his house was nearby. He swapped the cab allotment. I am not if he use my phone. Any please this issue at the earliest.

              Sir I booked OLA cab once in guwahati.it got cancelled I again book the ride.
              now on 04 sep 18 I booked ride in jaipur.it was cancelled I again booked and after reaching at destination it charged me RS 100 extra cancellation charges.I called for complain to their support cell but no solution.
              Peak pricing not showing before booking confirmation.Due to this actual fare shown before booking was less.Once ride completed bill amount only showing with out split up or description.Only from invoice we received in mail can see bill split up.This is very bad and your cheating us with out mentioning peak pricing before booking confirmation.

I work for zym so i used to take cab or taxi as per daily routine.in morning when i was booking my cab i got sort of fight with driver he was so rough and using abusing or offensive language over the mobile and then he just appread in front of my place and shouting and bang on at my door without any reason i just want to lodge a compliant about him. I just figured out that he was drunk or sort of another drugs stuff

                I went to Amritsar Ola office to inquire about car rental and I was asked to wait by the security guard and then replied by him that person in charge is not present, you could call him and fix the appointment. But he didn't pick my phone. It's not justified by his end. There should be someone to attend the quires

                  Took a cab from airport and rs. 445 for the ride was paid through ola money. However, on reaching destination, driver informed that he had not received any money in his account and forced me to pay rs. 456 saying he was being delayed. He asked me to contact ola to resolve the issue. Ola, when contacted, sends me an email saying that the matter is between me and the driver and the company has nothing to do with it.

                    It is to inform u that, i sahib singh lost my purse in your cab. My purse contain 2000 rs along with all my important documents. The name of driver is sushil kumar. Otp code for ride is 7068. Please ask sushil kumar to return the purse. His mob no is [protected]. My purse was dropped in his cab. And taken by him. Kindly help me out regarding this matter. Iam 100%sure my purse is with him.
                    Today 2 drivers of Ola both cancelled my ride.at 2 am in the night.this is what regularly happens and the customer is later charged for the drivers mistake. horrible services by ola drivers
                    Auto no 8716 at AGRA, OTP-2305 never turned up. He kept me waiting for one hr and later stopped picking my phone.I had booked this Auto and called him also, he confirmed that he is coming and never came. I kept on waiting. Later he stopped picking my calls also.I am shocked with such a behavior from OLA services person.
                    When I booked my ola(micro) I was shown 93 rupees from ghatkopar bhatwadi to jb nagar...And after applying coupon it reduced to 33...So we booked cab...But as we reached our destination the payment shown was 51...How can there be sudden increase from 33 to 51?

                      I took an OLA cab on Sat, Apr 28, 06:53 PM with CRN [protected]. I was travelling to Bangalore Airport from my home that evening. The app was showing a short route and all vehicles usually take the same route. While booking, the amount shown to me was roughly Rs 1300. But actually, the driver changed he route and took a longer route just to earn extra money from me. I asked him not to take that route, but he threatened me saying that he would end the trip. I couldn't argue as I had to catch my flight. So, I was helpless and had to agree. Later on, when the trip ended, I saw that the bill was Rs. 1936. Since, I opted for online payment, so the balance amount of 600 was pending. I also raised a complaint against the driver to OLA stating all the details. But sadly, no action was taken. Instead, OLA kept on sending me reminders to pay the balance amount. They also gave me repeated threats saying that they would initiate legal action against me. I can pay Rs 600, that is not a problem. But why should I? This is a clear example of injustice and robbery from OLA. They don't care about the customers but only about money. Please take action against this. Even now, they are sending me threats in email. I need a proper justification why I should pay the bill. This was the driver's fault and not mine. Kindly take necessary action against this.

                      It is almost 1 month since I posted this complaint, but I am still receiving messages from OLA
                      Ola auto is well settled in Chennai now and hence is in a cheating spree. As against much publicized and advertised fare of rs.29 for 4 kilometers everyday ola auto charges rs.55. stop their advt if not bringing down fare to rs.29

                        I have cancelled ola auto 2 to 3 bookings in a day since driver denied duty at first later another driver asked for extra charge and at my third booking driver was already in a ride so he said it would take around 15 min since i had too reach soon i cancelled my third booking too later my account has been blocked even after 24hrs its not unblocked. Even if i tried to contact customer care i didn't get any proper reply for my issue.

                          I have booked Ola cab for pick up to railway station jalandhar from New GTB nagar for morning Shatabdi to pick me up in the morning at 5:15am and i got details of the driver at 5am and nobody turned up to pick me up. At 5:20am i called the driver and he said he is not having my details for pick up and i need to book other Ola cab nearby which was shock for me. I was having my train at 6:00am and it was already 5:25am and i missed my train because of this careless attitude and service and it was really big harassment for me. The message i got the details are as under:

                          I need the clarification on this matter.

                              The reference message is as under.
                              Thank you for using state bank internet banking. Reference no. For ani technologies private transaction of rs. 300.0 from a/c ending 1496 on 08-sep-18 at 08:10 is igaehufvr0.
                              Now, i want to ask you what happened to this money. Why is not reflecting in my account. Please resolve the issue immediately. Otherwise i will move this matter to next level.

                                Now a days ola auto drivers have become very much rude and unprofessional. Today within 10minutes i have cancelled 3 ola auto rides, because they are not ready to take a ride to distant place. They are turning on their ola rides but after booking they are denying to take us. They are so rude that they don't even know to do polite talks with the customers. Two of the auto drivers have denied duty from sailashree vihar to go sum hospital, bbsr and have threatened me to complain about them in the company. I am now fed up with the ola service. I want the two auto drivers should be made out of the ola service or else again i shall complain this in consumer forum.

                                  On 30th august i booked ola cab from my home to airport - crn [protected], i took the cab. While i was on my way the cab driver pravin asked me how much will be the fare, i responded once you stop the ride you will know. Just then i get a call from another driver saying he is from ola, i stated i am sitting in the cab. Both the cab drivers said it is a app glitch cancle it so i did without knowing i am being cheated. On reaching the airport the driver asked me to pay 1500 cash i asked him how much is it showing he said its not showing so you have to pay 1500. Since i was in hurry to catch a flight i did so. I called ola escalation desk which was no help. They confirmed that 2 cabs had got alloted to me by mistake but since you cancelled we do not have record of the trip and no invoice can be given. I insisted stating that this is an error at your end and you must share the invoice but they refused to help. Ola by alloting double cabs and when the customer has boarded they call and ask to cancl and then charge the customers amount of their choice. This is a big fraud and i want this to be addressed. I have recorded the call with escalation desk where they refuse to act on my complaint.

                                    I was waiting outside suitcase in hand with 4 mins to go. No driver turned up yet i was still charged $10 for them not doing the job! I'm a frequent uber user so i am well aware of tracking the ride hence why i was waiting outside. I will be returning to uber because of this. I shouldn't have been charged for a driver of yours not completing the job. I did not cancel the ride. Yeru venkatesh driving a white camry drove past me. I was out front the whole time there's video footage at the venue

                                      I booked a trip on 5 aug, 18 at 11.57 hrs from navyasree enclave, sainathpuram sec'bad to thotapenta reddy garden, machabolarum sec'bad through mb. No.[protected]. The service was provided by vehicle tso7uf 1486. While making the payment, a fine for rs. 125 (Rs. 75 +50) have been charged unfairly for cancelling the last 02 booking against crn [protected] on 13 jun, 18 at 06.24 pm from muneer road bharat nagar sc to rly stn sc and crn [protected] on 23 aug, 18 at 06.08am from navyasree enckave to rly stn sc respectively.
                                      In this regard i want to say that on 13 jun the cab did not reach to desired place within specified time, so i was compelled to cancel the booking as we had to board the train on sheduled time.in other case on 23 aug the driver did not attend the call after calling him several times and we had to reach to stn for boarding the train. (He might be sleeping since it was early morning). So i cancelled the bookin. I was delyed due to unresponsiveness for the drivers. You might have asked appology for our inconvenience.in place, u are charging unfairly.
                                      In view of the above it is requested to refund the excess charges levied by u.

                                        Driver not picking my mobile which is continuously ringing. Took driver number from customer care. After answering phone, he switched off mobile. There are no landline numbers to contact in such a emergency? I cant log in to my ola account as registered mobile number itself is the one left in cab. very frustrating. My other mobile is not an android so i dont have any app. How does a customer contact Ola in that case? Such a basic flaw is surprising.
