I was waiting outside suitcase in hand with 4 mins to go. No driver turned up yet i was still charged $10 for them not doing the job! I'm a frequent uber user so i am well aware of tracking the ride hence why i was waiting outside. I will be returning to uber because of this. I shouldn't have been charged for a driver of yours not completing the job. I did not cancel the ride. Yeru venkatesh driving a white camry drove past me. I was out front the whole time there's video footage at the venue

    Sir,
    I booked a trip on 5 aug, 18 at 11.57 hrs from navyasree enclave, sainathpuram sec'bad to thotapenta reddy garden, machabolarum sec'bad through mb. No.[protected]. The service was provided by vehicle tso7uf 1486. While making the payment, a fine for rs. 125 (Rs. 75 +50) have been charged unfairly for cancelling the last 02 booking against crn [protected] on 13 jun, 18 at 06.24 pm from muneer road bharat nagar sc to rly stn sc and crn [protected] on 23 aug, 18 at 06.08am from navyasree enckave to rly stn sc respectively.
    In this regard i want to say that on 13 jun the cab did not reach to desired place within specified time, so i was compelled to cancel the booking as we had to board the train on sheduled time.in other case on 23 aug the driver did not attend the call after calling him several times and we had to reach to stn for boarding the train. (He might be sleeping since it was early morning). So i cancelled the bookin. I was delyed due to unresponsiveness for the drivers. You might have asked appology for our inconvenience.in place, u are charging unfairly.
    In view of the above it is requested to refund the excess charges levied by u.

      Left mobile in cab. CRN[protected]

      Driver not picking my mobile which is continuously ringing. Took driver number from customer care. After answering phone, he switched off mobile. There are no landline numbers to contact in such a emergency? I cant log in to my ola account as registered mobile number itself is the one left in cab. very frustrating. My other mobile is not an android so i dont have any app. How does a customer contact Ola in that case? Such a basic flaw is surprising.

        My wife hired ola cab on5th sep 2018. After waiting a long she tried to contact dtiver but his phone was getting engaged. Finally she could get him nd asked where r you. He replied that his car's tyre got puchutured and he has csncelled the car.
        She told him she has not received any cancellation and told him that she will take other alternative to reachbher destination as she was getting late.

        Then when reached at goregaon, ola driver telephoned and stated that as ride was not cancelled he has reached to pick up point.
        To this she replied since you are very late, and also you told that since you have csncelled the car she id riding a riksha to reach.

        He told ok.

        Now question is driver cancelled the ride and ola has charged me rs. 50 in my ola app.

        This is cheating my driver and ola cannot charged me.

        Hence please reverse the charged.

        She is regular traveller through your ola cab and this has happened first time.

          This complaints made by taking to customer care and complaint made by addressing email and lodged complaint with login in to ola app.. All incidents with in 72 hrs from the date of ola taxi hired on02/09/2018 evening around 19.00+ hrs + approx and time period getting expires onlytomorrow night on 05/09/2018 the time of ola drop at the distination and the ola driver partner cheated the customer old aged people..

          Its regarding excess payments collected by ola driver partner and in the first instance demand the payment and mysel[censored]nknowingly knowing about ola money balance just paid the cash. At that point of time ola app and internet problem there due to airtel networking problems in second level basement parking dropping point in my apartment in prestige ivy teraces kadubisannali bangalore.

          After few minutes i got two sms messages saying rs. 731/-& rs. 824 /- against crn [protected] & i have paid cash rs. 830/- (1-500., 3-100., 3-10- due change problems) snd at the same crn [protected] igot wallet money debit also drained my olabwallet money and my on hand cash wallet. Sometimes aged people making mistakes but that doesn't mean that ola driver partner also reciprocating his meanmind of cheating and be beneficiary of wrong earnings.

          This cab was bangalore airport pickup point logged in by ola executive posted in bangalore international airport.

          I didn't received driver mobile call since in bangalore international airport pickup system ola cab first in first out line system.

          With out understanding this matter ib in practice denial of taking action against the errorered ola driver partner is unfair.

          Ola is going to loose the genuine customer being myself and ola encourage the errored cheating ola driver partner in link.

          This is partiality and not correct. I have decided to discontinue using ola cab anymore..

          As mentioned underneath in 4 please note below that
          If due to network issue, you don’t receive the sms, we request to you pay the driver in cash. Your ola money will not be debited.

          In that case why my ola wallet debited 502/- and post paid 229/- on credit which i never opted at all and
          The ola partner driver got the double payment and dreiver not even disclosed at the time closing of the trip about double payment. Is this act is clear cheating of the people leave a reply
          Here’s how:

          Download the ola app: it all starts here.
          Recharge ola money through credit/debit card or online banking.
          Book an auto with the ola mobile app.
          At the end of the trip, you can choose to pay for the ride either partially or completely with your ola money balance.
          If you choose to pay with ola money, mention the amount to the driver. You will then receive an sms with an authentication code. Here’s the sample sms:
          “your authentication code for krn xxxxxxx is 0000. Your ola money bill amount is rs z. Kindly communicate the 4 digit code to the driver to proceed with the transaction”
          Share the authentication code with the driver.
          Voila! You have now paid for your auto with ola money.
          Please note:

          The final payable amount for every ride includes rs.10 as a convenience charge on top of the metered amount. Autos also levy an extra night charge mandated by the government. Check faqs
          Ola money doesn’t get automatically debited, and the customer has the choice to pay for the ride in cash.
          By sharing the authentication code with the driver, you are agreeing to pay the respective amount to the driver in ola money.
          If due to network issue, you don’t receive the sms, we request to you pay the driver in cash. Your ola money will not be debited.

            I booked a ola outstation cab on 2nd sep'18 from mysore to ooty for which they informed the charge of rupees 3000. Driver dropped me in ooty around 11:30 pm and asked for the payment of rupees 3000 and i paid a cash of rupees 3000.

            I go to my room where my family stays and went to sleep. At 12 am, i got a call from ola customer care stating that overall amount for the ride is 5400 so i need to pay the remaining amount to the driver waiting outside. I was confused and with 3 of my family members i ran back to the driver and explaining the situation, later they agreed that it was a misinterpretation of kms and disconnected the call without any concern.

            Me & my family was totally disturbed and lost our sleep for the day. Its not fair to call the customers in the midnight with the false information. This would be my first and last ride with ola. I am completely dissatisfied with the approach, please do not do this to any other customers.

              Hi,
              Regarding ola, auto fare initially only 29 rupees for 4 kilometers, now even if its less than 4 kilometers, the amount some times double to 60 or some time tripled 80 or 90, which is not fare, if this is the fee means, why we need to download the ola app and why need to book.

              Please fix the same 30 rs for 4 kilometers constant fare, if its more than 4 kilometers means we can pay extra no issues in that.

                This is regarding my parents ride from crossing to vijay nagar crn [protected] white mini celerio. My parents had to go vijay nagar from crossing and the driver took them through noida charmurti which doesnt make sense. My old parents continously kept asking him to stop the drive and told him its not our route. They instructed him to go through nh 24. He didnt followed the instruction and in a very absurd and rude way asked them to be quite. Later when i spoke to him he started shouting on me too. He was using foul communication way. I am a regular ola user. It had happened for first time. Pathetic experience and would like to know action taken against him

                  I have been trying to pay my ola money due since past 5 days. The payment fails. The due date is today and it's not allowing me to pay even though i have funds in my account. Have tried calling ola customer support 1000 times but the call us option on the app does nothing. Now i can't book a ride and neither the balance gets cleared. I am not able to get an option to speak to anyone and i'm afraid they are going to charge me penalty fr not paying the due though it is not my fault at all.

                    I was carrying more that 20 kg stuff from big bazaar in city centre mall and i booked ola auto to go home.. Was expecting pick up from gate of mall.. Mh 15 0794 was the auto. I called up driver and he asked where u want to go. After know short ride which will be charged around 50rupees, that driver delayed a lot and was not answering call. And finally after 15-20 minutes when he reached destination started demanding to me to come on opposite side with luggage and i will not take u turn and come to mall side. He started using slang language and abusing me and denayed cancellation from his side too. Such a horrible experience at night. I ll stop using ola now.. I want some strict action should be taken against this driver and please for god sake stop sending such drivers.. Or else stop your service. Very disappointing with ola service in nashik.. I almost everyday use ola 2-3 times in a day.. But service provided is horrible.

                      Driver is very rude Asking me to cancel the ride and he is vulgar in his language and the company is making fine to me what a bad service my every rides are being cancelled after confirmation and an unprofessional driver named JEBAKUMAR from (Micro silver ritz CRN [protected] ) is Asking me to notify him as my ride is confirmed as of inviting him .. can't he get an notification horrible service cheap employers

                        I was book outstation cab amritsar to ball punjab it will approximate 40 km distance and i was book round, so that they need to take 80 km charge as per company t&c 10rs./km and include all charges like driver allowance and taxes it is going approximate 1274 rs. But you know how they are taking 5636 rs. They are doing these cheap activities with every person so kindly ignore ola cab because they are not doing business they doing fraud in market if anybody want to know more information can contact me [protected] and am just going to attach one document also, so make sure don't use ola cabs. They are not professional regarding the business but now i will not leave them, if today onward am not getting response then i will raise complaint in cyber.

                          Despite of my repetitive complaints, I am fed up with your pathetic services. From past 1 month, I have been complaining that I am unable to book micro, mini and sedan rides. Every time I receive one mail stating-"please update your app".
                          I have told yuo guys that I am on the latest version of the app but still my issue remains unresolved.
                          I am fed up with your services. If you cant solve my issue I will move my complaint to the consumer forum.
                          I need it resolved asap.

                              Today i booked an auto and at that time the price for that was given as 45. It was from indraprasth towers bedise himalaya mall amd till sm patel college. I was charged 79 later without any reason. There was no traffic neither did i make the driver wait for long. Instead he was late. Therefore i except a refund of 25rs. As this was not expected. The refund must be immediate as well. The auto driver didn't give me a valid reason and as i was running late i had no arguements and i paid him 80. This is not the first time that ola has charged extra for the ride for which the price was low and also i would like to mention this is the route that i take every day in the morning on which i am charged only 45rs. As a consumer this is exploitation where i could not argue with the drivee about charging me extra and that he was unaware of the reason being asked 80 on my daily trip from indraprasth towers to cg road
                              I am thoroughly disappointed that Ola cab has not got a proper location for my pick up at 78 Margosa Road, near 17th cross junction Malleswaram, Bangalore 55. Till today I have not got a single cab get the pick up location right.
                              I booked ola Auto today.
                              The online Charge while booking the Auto was Rs.41.
                              After travelling the the was Rs.60 for a distance less than 4km.
                              The ola Auto is taking too much Charge now-a-days.
                              Inspite of the increased Charge the ola is asking more Money.
                              Kindly.take this complaint seriously.
                              Your ola cab HR 55 AA 3278. Driver has doing very rash and fast driving ...total misbehave ...plz take some action ..and how can u tolerate this type of rash driving ...please do aome action against it

                                Sir main jagmohan meena sir mere pas 11:30 bje rental booking aayi thi maine accept kr li or customer ko usne jaha chlne ke liye kha tha m wah gya tha lekin customer ne mere ko paise nhi diya tha rental booking 4 hours ki thi maine ola customer ko call kiya lekin unhone mere ko payment nhi dala bol tha ki 48 hours wait time diya tha maine 48 hours ke bad call kiya tha lekin fir b paise nhi dale sir aapse request hai ki meri help kro

                                  On 29/08/2018, driver namely Umesh driving vehicle registration number: PB 01 B 4402, model swift dezire, colour white, restrained my car and blocked my way at 23-24 lights, Chandigarh at around 11:25am. Also stepped out of his car banged the bonnet and side mirror of my car and abused me and threatened. Also a girl was there in his car who got late for her bus.
                                  We have booked a trip today. The fare shown before booking was 178rs. While reached to destination driver shown fare was 252rs. We doesn't changed route or destination still there is so much difference in fare after completion of ride. can u explain the reason why this happened?

                                    I booked three rides consequently, for first ride I traveled for 4.1 km and paid 58₹, for second ride I traveled for 3.6 km and paid ₹ 114, for third ride I traveled for 0.9 km and paid ₹ 73. Now I'm very surprised because for my first ride I traveled more and paid less, for my second ride I traveled less distance than my first ride and paid high fare to ola than my first ride and in my third ride I traveled very less and paid very high fare. Now I feel like Ola is cheating on me, I am attaching invoice screenshots with my complain and expecting a proper explanation for this fare variation.
                                    And if it is not explained satisfying I'll take my complain to consumer forum.
                                    I want my extra money paid to you returned back in my Ola Money account.

                                      I m completely upset with ur services... When i need cab it take a lot of time as well as unavailable... M today i was sick n booked the cab... After waiting a long can cancel his duty at least he must inform me before... I m going to uninstall it n will not use anymore... Very much disappointing... Plz resolve it otherwise i will take action against it.

                                        Whenever I want to hire a auto or cab it always shows no cabs, no autos. If I got a vehicle within seconds it will show no vehicles . This is going on repeatedly. If I open the ola app and close for many times and then it is showing that vehicles are available . Its really horrible if we trust your ola. But if the cab is hired, its pretty good and satisfactory.
                                        It has been quite frequent that the Ola cab and auto drivers accept a request, reach the destination and then cancel the booking. It causes a lot of inconvenience, especially in case o[censored]rgent situations.
                                        Kindly take a necessary action regarding the same.
