As i am a regular user of ola cabs and if there is any kind of violation from my side there should have been a pre informed message. Well if my account is permanently blocked i want my refund for ola money which i have paid in advance. Asap
So as i am switching my cab preference to uber i would like this process to be conducted as soon as possible because my money is stuck in ola money....

I have received 12 hrs. Cash rental booking dated 20th august from ola, of rs.2727/-. My car is 4 seats of passenger and customers is request for 5 passenger to seat in my car. I booked micro ola red colour wagon r on friday, 24 august 2018 @ 3.20pm from vile parle to mulund. Crn no is [protected]. While booking it showed rs. 270 and on reaching the destination the driver asked for rs.384/-
As per mobile which i paid immediately.
I complained online but there is no reply from them.
I request ola to refund the difference amount to me earliest....

Cab driver refused for ride as he did not have ola money. So i requested for cancellations as i did not have cash. When he did not cancel for some time then i again tried to connect but his number was switched off. So i had to cancel it from my side. Why ola charged me in this case. For not carrying cash? Then what is the use of ola money...

Yesterday i had booked ola cabs bearing crn no[protected]. From starting of the trip behaviour of the driver was very unprofessional. He had not come to pickup at my location instead directing me to come at his convenient place.

Secondly, he had delayed in trip by taking fuel in mid journey. On objecting delay, he threatened to conceal the trip. He driving was also very unsafe.

It showed rs. 45 in the morning then why rs. 70 is being charged without any reasons and further the drivers do not even respond at times and deny duty as well. Booking made was of ola share cab

Received notification on app for 50% (Up to rs 75/-) off, without requirement of any code. As per bill, i didn't waived off as promised. Complained to ola customer care they send a code and said apply this in your next ride. I had received the promotional offer for 3 consecutive days, stating 'no code required' and after this ola team is stating have your code and apply this to next ride seems like cheating. Not tolerated....

I booked in advanced booking options at 1 day before on 21.8.2018 from tiruvallur to chennai airport but i didn't get the service at that time due this imissed my flight and spent around rs. 17000 formy next flight. For which i am going for comsumer complaint about the ola services.

Today i booked a ola cab and booked a swift dzire vehicle from anushaktinagr to goregaon sports club, malad west, mumbai at 0845 am. A vehicle bearing reg. No. Mh01cr7700 picked my kids and dropped at destinatin safely. But my son forgot his costly umbrella in the vehicle. My mobile is less charge 2% to 3% of charge. For otp purpose i given my mobile to driver for charge and we have started travel.

How dare can he using bad words worst words! He 1st asked dropped location which was already confirmed in the app, when said the location, he says not possible, i asked why you accepted and now canceling for that he is stating bad words!
