I hire ola cab from anad parbat to mukerjee park, three tym i book car but ur driver cancel my ride then i call ur customer care center, then ur executive book cab for me, and my come from shastri nagar, after 30 mins cab to my location, but driver behavior is very bad, he said madam aap ye ride cancle kr dete mujhe traffic mai kitna tym lga or mera bhut tym kharaab huaa, whatever he said i listen i didnt reply anything, then driver drop me 100 meters before from my location and said madam bass bhut tym ho gya jaldi se paise do mai jau i give my fare he didnt give my change and go in all this misbehaving and arguing i forgot my belongings in cab, now he refuse to to come, i call him so many tym, i said whenever u come on same location plz call me i take it from u but he said this is not possible, i didnt come there i lived in preet vihar, if[censored] want ur belongings then come here

I call ola customer care center, ur execution said mam plz u cordinate with driver he will give ur belongings at your location, u just pay some rupees he defnetly come after this i call driver he said ok mam "agar apko apka saman chaiye to aap ko mujhe 2000rs dene honge mere aane jane ka rent to mai aa jata hu apko apka saman dene " i was shocked i said its ok aap mujhe btao apka office kha h mai wha aa k le lungi apna samaan ! Suddenly he said ek kaam kro mam aap mere ghar aa jao preet vihar mai h mera ghar mai apko apka samaan de dungi, how dare he said this to me is this is ur policy? Customer ko preshan krna unke saman agar reh jaye to unse paise mangna ki agar apko apka saman chahiye to driver k ghar jao, i said him subbmit my belongings in ur chandni chowk office i collect it from there, he refuse to submit And said mai to saman gurugram wale office mai submit krwaunga ja sakte ho to jao wha tak utna hi kharcha hoga apka jitna mai maang rha hu ya aap mujhe 2000rs de do ya apke liye asaan rahega preet vihar aa jao
I want action against him, his is criminal minded person

I register my complaint against ola driver on 1st august 2018, till the date i didnt got any call or mail from ola service center, it mean they support there drivers behavior and they support them to take belongings that customer forgot on cab, they train them
As soon as possible plz help me for this
i was not able to book any trip.
please check my past history, you can easily under stand about it.
please allow me to book the cabs
