I booked an ola cab on 30.06.2018 from safdar hashmi marg, mandi house, new delhi to sector 10, dwarka, new delhi. It was 1.05 p m. The cab came shortly. Crn no [protected]. Prime sedan. After boarding the cab, he opened the meter and asked whether i would pay the travel expenses by cash or online (Ole money). He did not move the vehicle. I informed him of my paying on line (Ola money). He informed that he needed cash so i would have to pay by cash only. On my refusing to do so, he offered me to take me privately.in that case, he had to cancel my trip with ola and i have to bear that loss due to cancellation. He told that i could pay him the money on reaching my destination by deducting the amount of my loss (Rs 71 in this case) due to cancellation. I refused to accept this fraud and got down with my wife. So rs 71 has been deducted from my ola money. What is my fault? The travel details show that i travelled from safdar hashmi matrg, mandi house to nabha house, mandi house.in fact it is the same place. The vehicle did not move. What action against the driver?

I booked Ola Auto from Sonarpada Dombivli East to destination Kharbav Bhiwandi. Driver dropped my Mother in law to the destination but he took 400 ₹ whereas the bill amount was 344 ₹.
So I am requesting that it should get investigate to avoid such incidents in the future to happen with anyone else

    Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — unnecessarily fraud penalty applied

    I'm a ola partner. My registered mobile number is [[protected]]. Ola has applied a fraud panelty on me on dated 08 August2018
    Many times i've complained in ola office but nobody replied properly. Why i'm panelized. I want the reason. Ola has to settle my account properly. There are lot of issues with their system, i can understand so many partners does not work genuinely but it doesn't mean every ola partner work make fraud with ola... After complaint in registered office of ola in pune at ramwadi. Ola representative told me that ola has 400 reasons in the system that such a issues may happen and they don't share the reason because partners may repeat the process and increase the number of fraud. Personally i do not follow such type of process. I work genuinely, so i should get my earnings properly. Because of this... I stopped working with ola for a month, so many times ola rep's called me to login the car and insisted to make business and help them to satisfy the demand, same time everybody i've told the same story. But nobody replied properly. What to do?

      Dear ola,

      I had booked ola. On my last booking u cancelled my trip and waste my valuable time. You and your drivers did the same activity lots of time. But on my last cancellation you deducted cancellation charges. But the cancellation was not done by my side. That day i was waiting for ola and after wait of more than 20 minutes. I got a msg from your application your drive had been cancelled. Than i tried again to book the cab for same destination but your app add the cancellation fees to my account. From that day to till i never used ola and happy to travel with your best competitor uber.

        I opted for ola postpaid a few days back. For all the rides i took - it was paid by ola wallet.
        Now suddenly they have sent an alert that you need to pay rs 915 to continue for ola booking as your limit of ola postpaid is exhausting.
        This is really frustrating that they have already debited money from my ola wallet and again asking for the same rides which were already paid.

        I received the message yesterday (7 August 2018) about the discount rides. Keeping in view of this, today (8 August 2018) i took a ride in the morning but i was charged estimated amount which didn’t include the discount.
        Kindly resolve this matter ASAP

          On 4th of august i booked an ola cab where payment option selected by default was ola money or card which i was not aware of. Upon reaching the destination i got a notification of amount payable on my ola app and i paid it in cash to the driver which he promptly accepted and left. Afterwards when i checked my app it was still asking for payment to which i called up to ola customer care and registered my complaint ticket[protected]. Next day i received an email response to my complaint from [protected]@olacabs.com stating that "we are sorry to know that partner collected cash when you had selected card as the payment mode for the ride osn [protected]. We see that there is an outstanding amount of rs 35 is showing in your account. Hence we request you to clear the payment and reply to the same email so that we can process the refund of rs 35 to your ola money" along with all the instructions.
          I made the payment on very same day as instructed and received an email for confirmation of receipt for credit having transaction id dqit-0plo-m5mb on same day i. E 5th of august. After this i replied to ola email about recharging the ola money account with the said amount but not able to make payment as instructed to which i got confirmation from ola support on 6th aug that "please be informed that we have forwarded your request to the relevant department. Request you to give us sometime so that we can resolve the issue and get back to you"
          Finally i received an email on 8th aug "thanks for contacting ola. Your ola account has been permanently blocked as we noticed a few ola policyviolations. Therefore, we regret to inform that we will be unable to unblock your ola account. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you".
          They had blocked my account immediately after the receipt of rs 35/- thus charging me twice for the ride by collecting cash and via card and blocking my account without stating any reason for mere rs 35/- which i had promptly paid both the times. This is how ola values its customer.
          Flat fare pass is just for making fool to people. I bought for 12Km ride pass and ride was much more 12Km and benefit of pass which should be 50 rs in case of 12km was only 10 rs???

          I booked ride with coupon ENJOY50 and application accepted the request... After completing the ride... Customer care inform that you applied for coupon SOTC... Fooling customer...

            Hi,

            Though i regular passenger to ola, very bad experience with ola, few months ago i have booked a cab to sec-bad railway station and got confirmation details, and driver himself cancelled the trip, i spoke with customer care team, no response and charged 50 rupees against cancellation, i sent an email communication continuously but no response from ola support, i think ola drivers and company not have any terms and condition, only for customer applicable.

            And also, recent scenario was happened, booked ola auto, cancelled by driver again charged 50 rupees on cancellation charges, i tried cancel the charges from ola app many times, but no luck, i sent an email to support team no response. Ola completely unfair support and payments as well.

            After few days i booked auto, they collected old cancellation charges along with current auto charge, after they received payment (Along with cancellation fee), they blocked my number.
            I sent many email to ola support team response, tried to send email to grievance team, email id not working.

            At least before block the number, if ola having enough fair, suppose send an intimation and let block the number, or else suppose to wait still justification received and resolved from both the ends.

            Please unblock the number and update the terms and conditions for both the parties (Driver, ola and customer), available only to customer.

            Hi Team, This is very surprise to us, without resolve the issue, you have closed the complaint. Ola did not take any steps / send any email regarding blocking the number / account, but while tried to call customer care, it is stated as your mobile number is blocked and speak with support team. Here one more surprise, we are not able to reach customer care, then how can we reach the support team? the blocked mobile number is: 9908830545 One last point, we are using Ola & UBER services parallel, never seen any issue with UBER services / support team, but with Ola practically faced issues. Please resolve the issue and do let us know, if required any more information. Regards, Krishna Mohan.

              Ola cabs has a no waiting policy...but these ### don't understand that it is not possible to stand on the road with a two month old baby and 3 pieces of luggage...
              The driver was informed that I am just going inside the building and getting the baby and the luggage.
              Yet the inhuman ### left and charged me a Rs 50 cancellation charge.
              Needless to say I am never going to use Ola ever again...and recommend the same to everyone I know.
              I was a prompt and decent customer for you, when i booked a cab in chennai around 3 months back, driver refused to come my location and forced me to cancel the trip.after that my ola app is blocked .
              i was not able to book any trip.
              please check my past history, you can easily under stand about it.
              please allow me to book the cabs
              Dattatray Talekar take more money but our ola price is 92 only but he take 300 Ruppees from us.

                I am aman kumar sheoran. Recently i have faced a lot of problem in booking ola cabs. As i am getting reply that my account is blocked as i violated the rules.
                I dont know how i violated the rules. I am using the same mobile number but i have changed the mobile. My number is same.
                I am regular customer of ola.

                Please resolve the matter as soon as possible.
                Left my products and gift in ola cab and driver can't response calls and massages gift is very costly send driver address details for received my product

                  I stay in electroniccity, i booked a cab to magadi road, app suggested me longer route (Nice road) which is of 38 kms and showed a price of 775/-. However, i have taken a city route which is of the same time and lesser kilometers (Around 24 kms) but i have been charged the same price.

                  When i contact customer care they are saying it will be charged like that only and it will not be charged per km. This is illegal, they should charge me per kilometer that what app say while we are booking (Any deviation from the route shown it will be charged per km).

                  There is no transparency in billing. These people are behaving worst than auto fellows now.

                  Also when i checked it was mentioned. I'll be charged 12rs per kilometer before the ride taken.

                  Attachment clearly shows the route which i have taken.

                    It's now third time in last two months. Unnecessarily about got deducted from my account twice because of their server issue n for i need to mail or need take update every day and need to raise different request ticket daily in one mail they ask screenshot n in another mail pdf of bank statement.in this whole process they took more than 1 month.. N last month i same issue happened and i m still waiting and daily sending mail for update but replies are same. As consumer we want this process should happen from ola side but doesn't bother for customer's money.
                    My Ola account is hacked. I got message telling suspicious login. Later i got mails saying mail and number has been update. Ola money has been deducted also. Now Ola app is not working in my phone.

                    Please take a immediate action.

                      I booked ola cab from kolkata airport to sonarpur station via ola counter. After reaching to the destination he asked fr cash. We had a lot of luggage so couldn't check mobile fr payment. We paid him 780 while the amount was 764rs. He started arguing that he needs more money, we refused to give. After reaching home when i checked my mobile i saw 764 got deducted from ola money. I registered complaint in ola, now they are refusing. I called the driver hr picked up the call, upon knowing that it's me he disconnected the call and now he is not receiving my call. If he is saying the truth then why is he not receiving my calls? 764rs is not a small amount. I want my money back. Why will i pay twice? Clearly driver cheated me, and ola is supporting this kind of act?

                          While booking my ola auto ride from rbi quarters aundh to central mall, pune, tentative bill was shown as 48 rupees. When i completed my journey, ola auto drive stopped the journey and shown zero rupee bill, as bill was paid through ola money. Then driver left and he didn't ask me for cash. After 10 minutes, i received the message of rupees 88 charged for my trip. 65 deducted through ola money and 23 rupee cash to be paid to the driver. But, driver had already left and he didn't ask me for 23 rupees which ola messaged me to pay. It means that there is miscalculation and misunderstanding on the part of ola. Ola may verify the same from my auto trip driver. So, ola has deducted 65 rupees from my ola money instead of 48 rupees shown at the time of booking. There was no change in destination/route/construction/diversion/traffic issue, so the ola shall charge the tentative bill of 48 rupees. Also time taken to reach my destination was 10 minutes only but in invoice it is shown as 18 minutes.in ola app, i already raised the issue but ola has not responded in any manner.

                          On my return journey by ola auto, the bill charged was only 34 rupees.

                          I am using ola services since last 04 years. But, now ola is causing inconvenience to customers by charging wrong bills. Ola shall refund not only 17 rupees in my ola money account but the whole bill of my ride for causing inconvenience and wasting my time to get justice.

                            Hi team, i am really disappointed with the services of ola driver. This is with reference to my ride in the morning on 3rd aug, 2018. I had booked the ride for vega schools, sector 48 and i had informed the driver that from vega, i would go to vipul trade in sector 48. He agreed to it and then mid way he took another ride and dropped me at vega saying that now yu can take an auto and go further as i have accepted another ride. Also when i gave him a note of 500 rs, he said give me the change and take it form somewhere and give it to me. It was a complete torture. Driver name - bhoop singh

                            Also at the same time when i had confirmed the cab for bhoop singh, i got another booking at the same time of mursalim which i had canceled but due to some error the ride was not cancelled and i have been asked to pay 75 rs additional in today's ride. If these instances would happen i would definitely stop the services of ola as i think the services towards customer satisfaction are getting deteriorated at your end.

                              Today morning at about 5am i booked an ola rickshaw from viman nagar. The guy came to pick me up and asked if i had to pay via cash or ola money. When i told i will pay via ola money he asked me to pay cash as via ola money he gets charged 30-40 bucks. I told him i had no cash, he forced me to make a payment via another mode. He did not enter the otp on his device so that my ola money doesn't get deducted. He forced me to pay via paytm and i was forced to may double the amount. I was charged rs. 250 when the ola was showing rs. 106. I don't have the rickshaw details as the driver did not enter the otp. I have the number i paid via ptm - [protected] and his name was shahid on paytm. Please return my 144 back.

                                My brother booked a cab while returning from the airport along with his cousin. While traveling when connected to wifi the driver asked to turn it off n not use. After they reached the destination without ending the ride asking him to pay money, when my brother asked him to end ride he started abusing. After paying the bill amount the driver abuses again n so angrily he got out n shut the door little hard. To this the driver comes out n punches him hard on his face close to his eye with his ring, to defend himself when my brother hit him back he punched again and held other brothers neck. These two boys are small boys n is this the way a driver is suppose to behave. First of all how can ola hire such kind of gundas who beat up the customers n threathen of coming home n killing him for not giving extra money. What kind of service r u people providing, it's a big shame n how do we trust n ride again. We were ur regular customers but now we will have to stay away

                                  Myself prashant madkaiker cell [protected], resident of pune. Today have pre-booked ola cab for airport. Ride was cancelled by driver. Driver failed to report at schedule time. Mh12qg4831, driver rajendra bhakare. [protected]. I may miss my flight due to deficiency in services caused by ola ride. This incident have caused mental harassment to me and my family who r travelling with me. Time is precious when is airport drop. Driver is rude, and failed to inform causing additional delay.

                                      I just booked a share ride and waited for the cab to arrive! But he didn't reach me at my pickup location, but it said the cab has arrived! I was calling him ([protected]) many times, but he didn't pickup. And i couldn't find the cab as i was stuck in crowd. I was searching and moving around all the way around the location of the cab. It was disgusting that you charged me a cancellation fee. Please provide a valid support to continue ola! Thank you!

                                        I hire ola cab from anad parbat to mukerjee park, three tym i book car but ur driver cancel my ride then i call ur customer care center, then ur executive book cab for me, and my come from shastri nagar, after 30 mins cab to my location, but driver behavior is very bad, he said madam aap ye ride cancle kr dete mujhe traffic mai kitna tym lga or mera bhut tym kharaab huaa, whatever he said i listen i didnt reply anything, then driver drop me 100 meters before from my location and said madam bass bhut tym ho gya jaldi se paise do mai jau i give my fare he didnt give my change and go in all this misbehaving and arguing i forgot my belongings in cab, now he refuse to to come, i call him so many tym, i said whenever u come on same location plz call me i take it from u but he said this is not possible, i didnt come there i lived in preet vihar, if[censored] want ur belongings then come here

                                        I call ola customer care center, ur execution said mam plz u cordinate with driver he will give ur belongings at your location, u just pay some rupees he defnetly come after this i call driver he said ok mam "agar apko apka saman chaiye to aap ko mujhe 2000rs dene honge mere aane jane ka rent to mai aa jata hu apko apka saman dene " i was shocked i said its ok aap mujhe btao apka office kha h mai wha aa k le lungi apna samaan ! Suddenly he said ek kaam kro mam aap mere ghar aa jao preet vihar mai h mera ghar mai apko apka samaan de dungi, how dare he said this to me is this is ur policy? Customer ko preshan krna unke saman agar reh jaye to unse paise mangna ki agar apko apka saman chahiye to driver k ghar jao, i said him subbmit my belongings in ur chandni chowk office i collect it from there, he refuse to submit And said mai to saman gurugram wale office mai submit krwaunga ja sakte ho to jao wha tak utna hi kharcha hoga apka jitna mai maang rha hu ya aap mujhe 2000rs de do ya apke liye asaan rahega preet vihar aa jao

                                        I register my complaint against ola driver on 1st august 2018, till the date i didnt got any call or mail from ola service center, it mean they support there drivers behavior and they support them to take belongings that customer forgot on cab, they train them
                                        As soon as possible plz help me for this
