My name david dhansingh i am 77 years old twice i book ola cabs they left me in midway. I did not know what to do as i have back problem and eyesight issues. I thought ola gives priority to senior citizens. I had to go to bombay hospital to admit my wife while going back home this happened it was an harrowing experience. I hope you'd resolve this.

    I booked an appointment to passport office and got appointment of 11th oct 2018 9:30 am (20 days from the date of booking)
    I booked the ola cab at 8am which was cancelled by driver after some time. I returned from main gate and booked the other cab again same thing happened. I called driver many times but driver have not picked up phone and have not given me a call back. I wasted the time margin which i had due to traffic. I reached passport office late and have request security guard many times to get inside the office. If he would not have allowed me, i could have lost another 20-30 days.
    Also ola have no rights to charge cancellation charges from customers. Ola is charging hefty profit margins for pathetic services.
    Kindly pay panulty of one thousand rupees (1000 rs) for wastage of my crucial and precious time, your unprofessional behaviour and harassment in next 3 days. I would be forced to take legal action against unethical ways of ola cab at consumer court. I will also ensure awareness among my friends and coworkers using all social media.
    I will also highlight all the past bad experiences where ola miserable failed to take any action.

      On 24th july i ordered a ola cab at new delhi railway station going to vasant kunj. Crn [protected] driver saurabh kumar. I waited with my handicapped mother (Aged 89 years) for over 10 minutes. The driver stopped taking my calls and i could see on the "locate my cab" that he is going away. He later cancelled the booking at 10;41pm. I contacted your office and again booked another cab crn [protected] surendra kumar. I travelled in this cab at 10;32pm.

      So on my next booking on 5th october, i was forced to pay cancellation fee.

      Is this fair to charge me cancellation fee???

      On the ola cabs website there is no email id where we can send our emails.

        I have booked an Ola cab Prime Sedan-White Dezire on evening of 9th October from Airport Patna to P.C. Colony Kankarbagh Patna. The total fare shown was 411₹ after booking. The driver told us to pay for the parking charge which is ₹50. My father have paid ₹50 cash for the parking. After reaching our destination ₹412 was the total amount which I have to pay. Driver told us earlier that ₹50 will be reduced from the respective amount of ₹411 because we've paid for the parking but it didn't. And then he insists to pay for ₹412. But when I looked at the bill details on my email from Ola I get shocked to see that the parking charge of ₹50 was already included in the total bill amount which was ₹412 and still driver has made us to pay ₹50 for parking. That means he has cheated us. I never expected this from Ola as I am a regular customer. I want you to take strict action on this.

          My name is c. R. Krishnen (Home address : # 48, 6th cross road, malleswaram, opp: s. S. L. C. Board, next to punjab natl bank), bangalore and my mobile number is [protected]

          From the past consecutive three or four trips, whenever i have booked the ola, showing my home address as above mentioned, the ola cab has been going to a wrong address to vyalikkaval etc for picking me up.

          The drivers have been saying that the system is showing some other address.

          Therefore, please arrange to check what is wrong in your system and map and rectify this problem since my next ride is tomorrow.

            I was walking by the extreme left side of the service road at bellandur, bangalore.
            The above mentioned cab came from the back and dashed me on the road.
            It is requested to be kind enough to punish the driver of the cab as you deem fit.
            This has happened at about 11-40 am on 08/10/2018. I fall down on the road. I got injury on the right hand and right leg.
            The left side front wheel of the said cab partially ran over my right toe. And the left side mirror of the cab hit my right hand elbow.

            Ola drivers are very rude and ill mannered, and does not know how to talk with customers, I dont have time or patience to start argument with these gawar drivers thats why stopped using ola.

            and also there is no customer support where you can talk with someone regarding any complaint.
            Why are you blocked my account... Please let me know... If it blocked mistakenly then unblock my account... If I have took mistake then tale me what is the mistake...

              On oct 8th, at 12.47 am, i book an ola ride from hyderabad airport to my home. The otp is 3676 and the crn is [protected]. The ola was boarded from pick up point c outside the rajiv gandhi international airport. At the time of boarding i gave my otp to the driver, but apparently, he did not make use of it. He asked for cash, which i agreed to pay. At the time the booking showed me that i have to pay him inr 904 in cash.

              At the time of drop, while i am paying inr 904 by cash, and trying to unload my luggage, the driver makes a hurry. I am asked him whether he ended the ride, and he say 'haan ho gaya, aapko baad me message aa jaega' and he makes a dash for the driving seats and just drives away. I am shouting and screaming at him to stop the car because some of my luggage is still in the car. He just runs away. Now this is middle of the night and i am shouting and running behind the car. Then when i try to make a complaint against the booking, somehow the booking shows cancelled. I realize now that the driver used some trick to bypass the actual booking, and he robbed me.

              I have made several calls to the customer care, and they say they cannot help. This cannot be true because with the crn and otp i know that definitely ola will have the driver details. And when a booking is cancelled, ola's system would track which driver cancelled it. Ola's support page says every cancellation is investigated. By refusing to help me, ola is actually abetting and participating in the crime.

              I request you to kindly consider this. I am sure the software will have all details. I can tell that it was a white ritz. It had horizontal scratch marks on the right side of the car. I should be making a police complaint. I have already registered a complaint in consumer forum. Will share the complaint number soon.

                Date 07/10/2018 we opted ola cab from stayzone inn hotel bangaluru to biec bangaluru the estimated cash to be paid was showing rs 210/- and map was showing to go through the service lane but the driver choosen the toll road and we paid the toll rs 20/- after that he did nt stop he went 12 kms ahead of destination and then back to it and increased the rates to rs 488/- which was not our fault. We gave rs 210/- to the driver but he throw the money on the floor and asked for more money and started gathering more driver they tried for a fight but we gave them rs 500/- for not creating a scene on the location. Rest i am sending you his car no. Plate pic please take an strict action against him. Ola should go with the proffessional drivers not these kinds of stupid people. I need an action to be taken or i will lose trust from ola. Thank you.

                    I hired an ola cab on 5.10.2018 through crn [protected] for outstation trip from delhi railway station and back.

                    I got so much terrorise with the behaviour of cab driver anurodh cab no. Up75at/6149 that it was my worst experience of hiring a cab.
                    I will never dare to hire any cab for out station. The driver was very uncivilized, unmannerd, very unprofessional and cruel in behaviour.
                    I never expected such driver in a reputed company like ola.

                    I can write more than 500 words on the bad experience i got in this trip from this driver. I paid all toll taxes during journey and all expenses for his meals and breakfast was provided by me. Also i paid him rs. 8070.00 but he badly misbehave during all journey and after reaching back to destination.

                    There are many more to write but ì finish my words by strongly recommend you to keep this driver out of your reputed company.

                      We travelled from sibm bangalore to nmims bangalore. Estimated price shown was rs. 313. We deviated the route to avoid traffic and that caused extra 7 kms. Earlier it was 15 and now 22. At the end of journey we were charged rs. 933 and we were shown that we travelled 36 kms but we checked on google maps its no more than 22 kms. Talking with ola supervisor didnt give any solution. They said they cant do anything you are charged so you have to pay. We will not refund a single penny. It is so rude from olas side. How can extra 7 kms charge extra 600 bucks. I want my money back.

                        He was talking through phone on his whole driving time, moreover rash driving. We were saying him to take a different road, which was smooth to travel for the patient. But he doesn't care and took a very bad road, which was more uncomfortable. No ac. Totally it was a poor ride given by the driver

                          I was travelling in ola cab ka 51 0760 with otp number 8557. From judicial layout 2nd phase to jayanagar 3rd block between 4.50 to 5.50..
                          While i'm getting down from cab i left my cell phone in cab i immediately contact to my number but the drive switched off my phone. Please register the complaint against the drive to get back my cell phone at the earliest..

                            I was travelling in a share booking to KR Puram and i and my friend were the last passengers to get off the cab. Only we two were sitting on the back seat, and i got off the car from my friend's side, so there is no chamce that i had dropped my phone. My ride was closed at 11:11. I forgot my Oneplus 5T phone on the back seat. After some 2 to 3 minutes after the driver left, I called him saying to check the back seat, he said there's no phone there. I called my no., it rang full. After that i tracked my phone online, it said a location and then i called the driver and asked him if he is there at that location, then he said he is going to pickup the passenger, he can't talk, and after that my phone got turned off at 11:30. I called the customer care and they said to go legally. And then i raised a police complaint, they said they called the driver to station and he refused and then they left him and no further investigation. The Police are just stalling the case. They said they will track through IMEI, but still no answer. My phone lost on 2nd September, 2018. And its more than a month now. I tried talking to ola customer care and ask for help, everytime they said they will help the police and not me. They can easily find out if they check the location of the driver from that day, everything will be clear. I have the last location of my phone. No one is helping.

                                Today i booked my ride from my home to my office and on ola app estimate ride money was showing 55-66rs. On daily basis i was booking the ride and i paid 55 to 59rs on daily basis. Today driver dropped me at my office location at 9:24am and he closed the ride at 9:45am and my extra charges deducted from my ola money account. When i called up to customer care support then executive told me that no estimate shows in app, when i shared complete info and screenshots then he sandesh said that ohh yes it is showing but on estimate company can deduct the 10 to 15% extra charges. After that i asked you mentioned this norm to anywhere in app then he replied no we didn't mention. I asked for further escalation he denied me, i asked for mail id he also denied me after that i asked for complaint registration he denied on this also. He is not able to help any customer and after that disconnected the call... Now ola is making fraud deduction from the customer's account and haven't good hiring or supporting hiring to customer..

                                  This complaint is regarding my ola money recharge for rs. 1071/- done on 8 august with transaction id dqj3-832a-evmb, date and time 08 aug18, 10:05 am to clear my ola money postpaid dues but till date it has not been credited in my ola money wallet, the amount has been deducted from my bank account and ola history also shows as recharge successfull, daily i recieve calls and sms from ola to clear my dues otherwise it will affect my credit score i have raised this issue several times to them but till now no action has been taken, it is mentally exhausting and depressing please take necessary action

                                    After booking got call from driver to cancel the ride, he told his target over for day, so cancel the ride, it was midnight and alone lady at airport.
                                    After requesting also he didn't turned up.
                                    Again i put concall with my friend who was fluent in tamil and then driver started abusing.
                                    Want to file a fir against ola and his driver.

                                      I want to ask what type of services is ola cabs providing does rhey do some background check of driver or not... On 2nd october 1018 around 4:30 pm i left my phone in the cab... After leaving the taxi i realised that phpne is left jn cab after 3 times ring he cutted my phone call and third time phone switch off... This is a very shamefull experience for me... Kindly resolve this matter urgently.. Otherwise i had to take some legal action...

                                        I booked a share can from my location but driver didn't came to the location instead he went to opposite direction and then started his arrival time . When asked to come on the location, he said that he is on his location and didn't mean to accept his mistake and instead he misbehaved that he will not cancel the ride and won't come at the location.
