Im from mumbai. On august month i booked a ride from my house. After a minutes the cabbie cancelled the trip without call or without message. Check my booked date and all in details. Now i cant book the cab because it is showing pending cancellation rs 50/. I will never going to pay because its not my fault, cabbie only cancelled it and i was late by him only that day for some function. So
Kindly refund my 50/. Else i will wait for some days and take my final decision. Im sending my copy of cancellation also, check it and atleast do reply me.

I want these refund .. i posted my message just before please help me out and refund my money back. Requesting u because i cant book the ride because by this problem only pending cancellation rs 50 show on app.

I have lost my wallet inside the cab. It consist of cash, cards and all my id proofs. I called the driver after 2 mins he disconnected my call many times and only when i called the ola customer care, he accepted my call and said there is no wallet left in cab. Really disappointed.
[protected] jagdish never came to pick up, i kept waiting and he didn't pick phone. And ole says it will cut money from customer... LOOT

    I am extremely disappointed with the response provided by ola.

    The stated base fare of rs. 349 for 20 km is not understandable at all when i had taken only 5 km ride.
    The response from ola support persons (Hema s and bharath kumar lakshmanan j) says that i have taken ride on[protected] and ended on[protected]. This is not true when i have taken ride in october 2nd week.

    What kind of cab service it is which charges me 20 km fare when i have taken only 5 km ride.

    The back to back responses and utter callousness shown in providing response to my request makes me not to think of taking ola ride again in my life. And also i feel as cheated for taking this ride.

      My telephone no [protected] is registered mobile for ola rental service. Recently ola has been asking me to pay outstanding payment of rs. 1, 500/- where as there is none such pending at my end.in fact i have booked ola taxi on pre payment basis.

      However the bigger and larger problem is that i do not know any call center / help line no of ola or even mail id to correspond and discuss with ola and understand why there is unjustified demand from ola.

      I would like to know under such situation how to complain in ola and raise issue in case not resolved.

      I strongly feel that there is a requirement of a regulator to prevent harassment of consumers.

      Pi would like to take up my complaint with ola.

          Had booked an ola cab to the railway station at 5:30 pm today and on arriving at the destination at 7:45pm i was asked to pay rs1887 which took me by surprise as i usually charged rs650-700. Since i needed to board the train i had to simply pay and leave. When callling the customer care they simply state there was a demand hence the charges. Inturn the customer care personal stayed he is sorry but i need to take care of it next time. Please note i was never notified of the charges to be tripled. This will be the first and my last time i am ever going to book or suggest olacabs to anyone. Olacabs has taken advantage of the fact the customer cannot do anything but pay and leave.

            Ref:crn[protected]. I took ola cab on 13thoct18 in bangalore. When booked the estimated fare was 179. On the way, the driver did some golmal. I could not track my way. When destination reached, i did not get how much amount to be paid to driver in my smart phone. Driver demanded for 300. I had a fight with him for some time. But, not successful, paid 300 finally.

              I booked a cab from new delhi railway station to shaheen bagh for my father on 8 october 2018.
              After reaching shaheen bagh via mcd toll of kalindi kunj, total bill was rs.462 including rs.200 state tax / mcd tax whereas the driver asked him to pay a sum of rs.462+ 100 which he had payed at the mcd toll and subsequently my father payed him rs.560.

                On calling the driver he asked me where my drop is? So i mentioned that my drop is in b cabin road ambernath, after which he confirmed that he is coming to take me.

                On coming he didn’t mention that he was going to cancel the ride and after asking for an otp, he is saying that i have cancelled the ride. This is sheer cheating causing a monetary loss to me. Ola services are really going bad.

                Please take necessary action. Cab no. Mh03-bc-9922. Name mohamed.

                  Hello shaik nadeem/team,

                  I am a frequent user of ola. I really like the services provided by ola and going very well. But below issue made me unsatisfied with ola service and i believe ola will solve my query in well matured way.

                  I have booked ola micro from “satellite bus stand” to “icici bank kormangala”. After starting this ride, almost half of the ride i have changed my destination to “icici bank bommanahalli” which is on the same route on the line.

                  Now considering the cases:
                  Actual distance traveled to complete the ride is ~17 km but in the bill showing as 31.6 km which is not acceptable.

                  Case 1: assume diver knows address

                  ø traveled distance should be around ~17 km in the bill.

                  ø cost would be around 200 rs + 100 rs (Changing nearby route) = ~300 rs.

                  Case 2: assume driver doesn’t aware route

                  ø he considered it as an opportunity and tried to take a longer route and that is the reason in the bill app has calculated distance as 31.6 km which is double the actual distance.

                  ø app calculated bill amount 676 rs according to distance 31.6 km.

                  Before change of address
                  Satellite bus station -
                  Icici bank koramangala

                  Actual travel
                  Satellite bus station – icici bank, bommanahalli

                  As we could see above for extra 5 km ola calculated extra 476 rs.

                  Give me the clarification on:

                  As in the previous mail “shaik nadeem/team” requested to select the exact drop location while booking the ride to avoid such inconvenience.

                  ø is app doesn’t intelligent enough to calculate change in address properly?

                  ø do you want us to stop using change in address option available in app?

                  ø is using change in address will add double distance and triple ride cost?

                  As we could see it has been charged almost thrice from the actual amount even distance was not having much difference.

                  I would request the team to analysis the issue properly and provide the proper waiver on the difference.

                  I will be waiting for your response.

                    This incident happened today date 11th oct 2018 near kheri pull faridabad, haryana and he did the accident of my maruti ertiga and spoke with me the owner (Kulveer chauhan) over the phone and ran away.

                    He was drunk and this is a very ir-respolsible behaviour for an ola cab driver.

                      In august 2018, 2 of my ola recharges failed, but money was deducted from my account. I raised a complaint about this, and the matter was under investigation.
                      Now around 6-sept-2018, ola blocked my ola money wallet and ola postpaid account.
                      I was assured over the call that they will expedite and close this issue immediately, but it has been 1.5 months and my account is still blocked. Now they are not even acknowledging my emails. They have even confirmed that there is rs 1000 in my wallet currently, but are still not unblocking the account.
                      Please look into this urgently.

                      I am getting multiple reminders/calls /emails from OLA to clear my postpaid dues via 3rd party or internet banking.
                      But when I still have money in my account, why should I clear dues separately. These dues should be cleared from OLA Money wallet itself.
                      I am Booking ola was last night sec-44 gurgaon to a block aya nagar my fare is 277 rs (177 rs fare +100 rs mcd toll tax)
                      But driver has been charged extra 100 rs for toll and missbehave with me he is said chalna hai to chalo vrna bhot kaam hai or utar jao gadi se. Please return my 100 rs and strictly action for missbehave .

I thought ola gives priority to senior citizens. I had to go to bombay hospital to admit my wife while going back home this happened it was an harrowing experience. I hope you'd resolve this.

                          I booked an appointment to passport office and got appointment of 11th oct 2018 9:30 am (20 days from the date of booking)
                          I booked the ola cab at 8am which was cancelled by driver after some time. I returned from main gate and booked the other cab again same thing happened. I called driver many times but driver have not picked up phone and have not given me a call back. I wasted the time margin which i had due to traffic. I reached passport office late and have request security guard many times to get inside the office. If he would not have allowed me, i could have lost another 20-30 days.
                          Also ola have no rights to charge cancellation charges from customers. Ola is charging hefty profit margins for pathetic services.
                          Kindly pay panulty of one thousand rupees (1000 rs) for wastage of my crucial and precious time, your unprofessional behaviour and harassment in next 3 days. I would be forced to take legal action against unethical ways of ola cab at consumer court. I will also ensure awareness among my friends and coworkers using all social media.
                          I will also highlight all the past bad experiences where ola miserable failed to take any action.

                            On 24th july i ordered a ola cab at new delhi railway station going to vasant kunj. Crn [protected] driver saurabh kumar. I waited with my handicapped mother (Aged 89 years) for over 10 minutes. The driver stopped taking my calls and i could see on the "locate my cab" that he is going away. He later cancelled the booking at 10;41pm. I contacted your office and again booked another cab crn [protected] surendra kumar. I travelled in this cab at 10;32pm.

                            So on my next booking on 5th october, i was forced to pay cancellation fee.

                            Is this fair to charge me cancellation fee???

                            On the ola cabs website there is no email id where we can send our emails.

                              I have booked an Ola cab Prime Sedan-White Dezire on evening of 9th October from Airport Patna to P.C. Colony Kankarbagh Patna. The total fare shown was 411₹ after booking. The driver told us to pay for the parking charge which is ₹50. My father have paid ₹50 cash for the parking. After reaching our destination ₹412 was the total amount which I have to pay. Driver told us earlier that ₹50 will be reduced from the respective amount of ₹411 because we've paid for the parking but it didn't. And then he insists to pay for ₹412. But when I looked at the bill details on my email from Ola I get shocked to see that the parking charge of ₹50 was already included in the total bill amount which was ₹412 and still driver has made us to pay ₹50 for parking. That means he has cheated us. I never expected this from Ola as I am a regular customer. I want you to take strict action on this.

                                From the past consecutive three or four trips, whenever i have booked the ola, showing my home address as above mentioned, the ola cab has been going to a wrong address to vyalikkaval etc for picking me up.

                                The drivers have been saying that the system is showing some other address.

                                Therefore, please arrange to check what is wrong in your system and map and rectify this problem since my next ride is tomorrow.

                                  I was walking by the extreme left side of the service road at bellandur, bangalore.
                                  The above mentioned cab came from the back and dashed me on the road.
                                  It is requested to be kind enough to punish the driver of the cab as you deem fit.
                                  This has happened at about 11-40 am on 08/10/2018. I fall down on the road. I got injury on the right hand and right leg.
                                  The left side front wheel of the said cab partially ran over my right toe. And the left side mirror of the cab hit my right hand elbow.

                                  Ola drivers are very rude and ill mannered, and does not know how to talk with customers, I dont have time or patience to start argument with these gawar drivers thats why stopped using ola.

                                  and also there is no customer support where you can talk with someone regarding any complaint.
                                  Why are you blocked my account... Please let me know... If it blocked mistakenly then unblock my account... If I have took mistake then tale me what is the mistake...

                                    On oct 8th, at 12.47 am, i book an ola ride from hyderabad airport to my home. The otp is 3676 and the crn is [protected]. The ola was boarded from pick up point c outside the rajiv gandhi international airport. At the time of boarding i gave my otp to the driver, but apparently, he did not make use of it. He asked for cash, which i agreed to pay. At the time the booking showed me that i have to pay him inr 904 in cash.

                                    At the time of drop, while i am paying inr 904 by cash, and trying to unload my luggage, the driver makes a hurry. I am asked him whether he ended the ride, and he say 'haan ho gaya, aapko baad me message aa jaega' and he makes a dash for the driving seats and just drives away. I am shouting and screaming at him to stop the car because some of my luggage is still in the car. He just runs away. Now this is middle of the night and i am shouting and running behind the car. Then when i try to make a complaint against the booking, somehow the booking shows cancelled. I realize now that the driver used some trick to bypass the actual booking, and he robbed me.

                                    I have made several calls to the customer care, and they say they cannot help. This cannot be true because with the crn and otp i know that definitely ola will have the driver details. And when a booking is cancelled, ola's system would track which driver cancelled it. Ola's support page says every cancellation is investigated. By refusing to help me, ola is actually abetting and participating in the crime.

                                    I request you to kindly consider this. I am sure the software will have all details. I can tell that it was a white ritz. It had horizontal scratch marks on the right side of the car. I should be making a police complaint. I have already registered a complaint in consumer forum. Will share the complaint number soon.

                                      Date 07/10/2018 we opted ola cab from stayzone inn hotel bangaluru to biec bangaluru the estimated cash to be paid was showing rs 210/- and map was showing to go through the service lane but the driver choosen the toll road and we paid the toll rs 20/- after that he did nt stop he went 12 kms ahead of destination and then back to it and increased the rates to rs 488/- which was not our fault. We gave rs 210/- to the driver but he throw the money on the floor and asked for more money and started gathering more driver they tried for a fight but we gave them rs 500/- for not creating a scene on the location. Rest i am sending you his car no. Plate pic please take an strict action against him. Ola should go with the proffessional drivers not these kinds of stupid people. I need an action to be taken or i will lose trust from ola. Thank you.
