ON JULY 13 2018 I BOOKED THE OLA CAB FROM COIMBATORE RAILWAY STATION.
EVENTHOUGH IT HAS SHOWN THE VEHICLE ARRIVED STATUS, THE DRIVER IS NOT READY TO COME, HE TOLD HE IS ON THE WAY, BUT IT WAS CANCELLED ONE BY THE DRIVER AND ANOTHER BY MYSELF

2. MICRO CRN [protected] DRIVER MR SATHEESHKUMAR
In both case Rs. 50 charged as cancel charges
Total Rs. 100
It is understood that the drivers are purposefully doing like that and looting the customer money without travel.

    Yesterday i had booked ola cabs bearing crn no[protected]. From starting of the trip behaviour of the driver was very unprofessional. He had not come to pickup at my location instead directing me to come at his convenient place.

    Secondly, he had delayed in trip by taking fuel in mid journey. On objecting delay, he threatened to conceal the trip. He driving was also very unsafe.

    Lastly he has charged rs 728 against the bill of rs 628. While making complaint through app, it has showed that server is unavailable.

    Pl look into the matter and initiate necessary action the erring driver and inform me also and refund my excess money.

      I booked Ola Outstation from my home Ludhiana to Chandigarh through my account on Ola (registered mobile number [protected]). It was showing Rs. 893 while booking. But I was charged Rs. 1039 at end of trip. I observed that driver smartly changed the number of kilometers I traveled. So he added approx. 20 false kilometers to my ride & that raised my bill by approx. Rs 150. I complained about it to Ola three times but it seems that they are deliberately ignoring my complaint. I have been calling them since 6 days but every time they say that we have registered fresh complaint & will take 48 hrs to resolve.

        Dear tapzo owner /ola

        It showed rs. 45 in the morning then why rs. 70 is being charged without any reasons and further the drivers do not even respond at times and deny duty as well. Booking made was of ola share cab
        It was a silver xcent regn no. Dl1za9513 with code 1444.
        Really embarrassing.
        Further you also ask to contact the service provider ola or uber. However there is no proper complaint box provided by them and whenever it is complained it is informed that this is not the proper site where you have complained so of no avail.

        Kindly book the above complaint and do the needful.

          Received notification on app for 50% (Up to rs 75/-) off, without requirement of any code. As per bill, i didn't waived off as promised. Complained to ola customer care they send a code and said apply this in your next ride. I had received the promotional offer for 3 consecutive days, stating 'no code required' and after this ola team is stating have your code and apply this to next ride seems like cheating. Not tolerated.

            I booked in advanced booking options at 1 day before on 21.8.2018 from tiruvallur to chennai airport but i didn't get the service at that time due this imissed my flight and spent around rs. 17000 formy next flight. For which i am going for comsumer complaint about the ola services.

            You have an ola ride with crn [protected] scheduled in 90 minutes. Driver details will be shared 10 mins before the pickup time. Please board within 5 mins of cab arrival.

              Today i booked a ola cab and booked a swift dzire vehicle from anushaktinagr to goregaon sports club, malad west, mumbai at 0845 am. A vehicle bearing reg. No. Mh01cr7700 picked my kids and dropped at destinatin safely. But my son forgot his costly umbrella in the vehicle. Kindly request driver to call and return as and when he visits anushaktinagr or give us his mobile no so that we can contact him.

                Hi,

                I have travelled from kolathur to villivakkam railway station along with my family members.
                My mobile is less charge 2% to 3% of charge. For otp purpose i given my mobile to driver for charge and we have started travel.
                Unfortunate i have forget my mobile to remove from charging cable so i have missed in this cab.

                After went inside railway station i thought that i missed my mobile in this cab.
                I am upsetted and collected ola driver number from ola cab.
                I called him for my mobile he refused and he told i am took my mobile with me. He theft my mobile not ready to return me.

                I made police complaint to local police station they are help for this. They told buy new mobile. Like this.

                Now i dont know how get my mobile phone from ola driver.
                Pls help me anyone.

                Ola team told send us evidence for take action against driver.

                The ola driver blocking continuely if i called him from different number he blocked my calls.

                  Hello,

                  I used ola service on 15th may 2018 from bangalore to chenna and total bill amount was 6741. I have paid full amount to ola cab driver on the same day after the trip. Now they are telling that i used the credit facility of rs 499. Where as i paid the full amount. I had requested them to recheck and confirm with the driver that the full invoice was settled. They are refusing to do. Everyday i am receiving the call from ola to settle 500 rs. Whereas i have already settled with driver. Every 1 hr they are calling and harassing me, i am completely depressed. Now they are gonna take the legal action against me. When i have already paid, why should i pay again.

                  In case if i would’ve paid less, will the driver left the place after completing the trip

                    Ola diver accepted ride in app but using bad words and stating that the drop lacation is near!
                    How dare can he using bad words worst words! He 1st asked dropped location which was already confirmed in the app, when said the location, he says not possible, i asked why you accepted and now canceling for that he is stating bad words! What kind of rowdies have you guys hired! I can raise a police complaint now itself! Ladies (Sister / mom) are traveling with me and while driving if he uses such words and so something wrong, will it look good! How dare he speak like that and moreover threatening my life when i raised vice after he spoke bad words, i don’t even use a single bad word, im from a educated family.

                      On 16.8.18, sandeep salian has booked a ola cab to travel fron hotel sheetal residency, lakshmi puri gandhi nagar, bangalore to go to electronic city. Your driver sarvana v took double fare from him. He took rs.1226/- whereas the actual fare is rs.673/- his crn no. Is[protected]. He was also getting irritated when the music was played in the car. Such drivers will spoil the name of ola cab, hence please strick action against him so that so one should dare to cheat any customer going forward.

                        I have booked ola micro on 19th aug from ambernath-east to unr-3. After waiting fr 15 mins i called driver to know the status as on booking it showed 7 minutes waiting.. Driver picked up the class n talked so roughly and in a very bad language saying"udd k aaun kya" (Shuld i fly n come) i just asked him to come fast as i hv to go urgently somewhere.. This is the type of behaviours o[censored]r driver.. This is ur professionalism.. Shame on such service... Driver mob no: [protected].. Give me reply on this or else i will tweet the whole matter..                           Ola auto booked from sambamurthy road dmart to devinagar 7th line vijayawada.
                          While booking anf confirmation, it showed rs.43/- for 3kms ride. But the driver has charged rs.116/- from sambamurthy road dmart to my locationi. E., devinagar 7th line booked for 3kms.

                          My ola ride is from sambamurrhy road dmart vijayawada to devinagar 7th line and the driver has dropped at drop location. But he has completed the ola ride upto rajyuvaraj theatre, gandhinagar vijayawada and charged rs116/- which is absolutely incorrect. Reference ride no. Crn[protected].
                          Actual ride booked from dmart sambamurthy road, vijayawada to devinagar 7th line. But charged upto rajyuvaraj theatre, gandhinagar.

                          So please refund the balance amount rs.73 into my account.

                            Driver was asking to come to road which was far away from my pick up. Then he started abusing and shouting over call. He was threatning so much and saying wrong words to me. Please take immediate actions.                               I dr sagar dave book a ride on 19/8/18 at 8.47 am with riding number crn [protected] with driver name vijaydendra gore. He tick arrival signal before he came and i notify that my ride is hear. Then i got 4 min delay and he juat cancled my ride. So i have to wait for booking another ride
                              . On that there was raining also.
                              So i booked another ride from ur compney. But immediately i notify that i got inr 15 charges for cancelation..
                              Thats why i cancled another ride.
                              And i booked my travel from another travelling agency.
                              I kindly request you to plz put off cancelation charges from my account.

But he didn't reach my location, so i called him to ask where he is, instead of replying, he started questioning me so rudely that how long u will call me, his conversation was so rude.                                   I scheduled an ola ride well in advance (12th august) as i had a morning flight to catch on 13th august 18. I had scheduled my ride for 13th august at 6:55 am and i got a confirmation for this booking as well mentioning that i will receive the cab details 30 minutes in advance.

                                  To my surprise, on 13th august just 7 minutes before departure i. E at 6:47 am i got a sms from ola saying that there are no cabs available and they will revert back soon.

                                  These people charge us if we caancel our ride but when i opened the app, i was shoocked to find no rides scheduled for me. I immediately called ola support and the support representative (Anjali) told me that my ride was canceled as there were no rides available and told me that this is done by the system!

                                  This has happened for the second time with me and i had been telling ola multiple times that they need to change the logic here. What's the point of scheduling a ride well in advance and still getting in to such type of embarrassment.

                                  Just need to specifically add here, was traveling to Chennai for a customer presentation and I was nearly going to miss my flight because of such a bad service by Ola cabs.

                                    I have complaint as follows,
                                    I have booked maruti ertiga vehicle from mumbai intarnational airportfrom ola desk on 23 july for destination pune kothrud karve statu.
                                    1) charges confirmed as 2900 +100 parking + tole at ola desk.
                                    2) driver name is shinde & car is booked at1.45am
                                    3) we have paid tole & parking charges
                                    4) we reached safely home at 5.35 am.
                                    5) after reaching driver has asked 3300 insted of 2900.
                                    6) we paid full amount. Total d1stance coverd is 154 km. He has told us that i have charged extra km from bale wadi.
                                    7) we paid 3300 +100 parking + tole at actual
                                    You are reqested to relase exess pyment paid by us rs 400 at the earliest
                                    We expecting your positive response.

                                      Car is indigo ecs. Totally unprofessional driver. He is ravi kr yadav. After completing my booking he asked me for reach to his location. Not at my location. After reaching he used slang to me because i told him to wait for a min. My booking was from madhyamgram station field to ganganagar julien day school at 5:19pm. Osn [protected]. I hope next time i will get better response from ola.

                                        I was travelling from OLA and was abandoned mid by the driver, as he started fighting about toll money.

                                        He cancelled the ride that moment (without my permission) and asked me to step out of the car immediately.

                                        I was abandoned just before a toll road where I was unable to catch up with any cabs and it took me 15 mins for next one. This was so irresponsible, unprofessional and unsafe.

                                        When I tried to call them using their support given in app I was given a wrong number. ( app has a glitch that combine 2 numbers, I have attached it in the screenshot)( if you want I have recorded video on this glitch)

                                        I just want to render this to ola and consumer complaints that you cannot do this as the saftey of travellers is on you. If your driver abandons a customer somewhere between the trip and on an unsafe location. Who will be responsible for their safety?

                                        The driver can ever commit crime and kidnap me midway after cancellation of the trip. ( How can a driver cancel a trip midway, anyway? )

                                        I called the support the next day to tell them about this and told them that my account is showing to pay 77rs left to pay. They told me there is nothing you can do. You should have called on that same time. ( Which I cannot as the provided me with the wrong support number at that moment and the driver was kicking me out of his car)

                                        In the end the support replied we are sorry but if you don't pay 77rs your account will be blocked.

                                        Please provide me with information on what to do now? Should I file report or something against the driver or anything?
