I booked a ola cab and that driver asked me whether the payment would be by cash or ola money. I said I already made d payment thru ola money and he said cancel the ride. When I called customer care they said they will arrange a different cab and charge would be 114rs to 119rs and I was charged 155rs. I called customer care again they said that's upto km travelled . I asked them why was i denied for ola money they said they will take action against that driver . In all this scenario what about my time that was wasted ?

    Even after payment was made, while making another booking app shows payment outstanding.
    Raised multiple requests to rectify this but still issue exists.

    Worst part - there is no way to reach these people on phone.
    Now receiving daily call to remind for outstanding payment.
    Please rectify this account and if this required ask your folks to call and talk to understand the fault that lies in your application.

      I booked an ola cab in bhopal for sharing option on saturday. I called the driver to ask about the time and after knowing my location he denied to do the duty on ola share. This happened twice and finally i had to take uber. I wanted to complain about this to the ola support but even after listening to the complaint no action has been taken against the driver. The ola drivers keep behaving rudely

        I booked a ride from yelahanka to near thirumala dhaba, thirumala nagar. Auto driver was very rash driving and rude in his behaviour. He dropped us in a different place and argued that he has dropped what we booked. But i know the place i booked for!! He even picked up an argument with my wife when she asked us to drop @ proper place!! He refused and threatened.. We had to walk for 1.5 km to destination. I duely complained to ola but ola has failed to take any action against such rowdi driver!!! He still continues to drive and threaten other riders!! Ola is failing to keep passengers safe and cares less about security!! Why ola is charging such high price when they cant provide basic safety?? I want action taken against this auto driver and his license cancelled and strict action taken so that no other rowdi auto drivers dare such actions! Shame on ola for hiring such goons

          I took a cab from my home on bannerghatta road to mysore road satellite stand in blore. While booking a mini i was shown a peak hour price of rs.363. When i reached the destination i was charged rs.692.09. Double the fare! They say i was informed when i was not informed of the price being rs.692.09. This is not the first instance. It has happened in the past as well. I was charged rs.103 for a distance of 1km.

            I hired an ola outstation ride from bengaluru to mysuru today ie 23rd sep 2018 at 12 pm. The car number ka034571 white dzire and driver's name was vishwanatha. On boarding the car the km reading was 108374 but the message which i got from ola showed as 108324. When trip ended he charged extra and fought. He cheated and took more. I was forced to contact ola customer care then and there but they too could help me partially. I landed up paying rs.500 more than what the actual fare for the trip was. If this is your service ola, i must say you guys are worst then the regular local cabs or autos around. The driver started abusing and threatening when me and my dad were not ready to pay the manipulated amount. Kindly help me get back my lost amount. Take the strictest possible action against this driver.in fact see that you build a mechanism of keeping a strict vigil on all your drivers or just close down your company if its not possible. This was my dad's and my first outstation ola ride and it ended in a disaster. Completely dissapointed with ola. The driver details: vishwanatha phone number: [protected]

            The most amazing fact is my dad is a retired ias officer and i am a serving kas officer. We both can take your company to such a task that we can get your license suspended too. We just wanted to try out ola outstation on a sunday since our official vehicles werent available. It gave us an insight into how common people are cheated by so called big companies like u.

              Hello ola india
              This is a really serious issue which happened with us today midnight
              Me n my friend were travelling to brigade bangalore n we reached the destination by 00:02 and he mistakenly left his phone out there we tried calling his phone for several times first it was ringing and within 4-5 min the phone was found switched off as the ola was booked from his phone
              We complained in ashoknagar police station the driver was called there and he denied that he didnot find any phone there and even the police used the statement that he is poor and you guys are rich whereas he was carrying an iphone
              Again in the evening we tried calling the ola driver again he was threatening that come to kengri we will meetup there he even said wait let me take the call on conference with police and he disconnected the call

                I have been charged wrongly cancellation fee for the pick up. I have mentioned on 24th june i was just surfying the route and i haven't received otp nor the invoice. When today i again booked for ride i wrongly charged for the cancellation fee as well. I have reached out to ola support via and they never replied me. An when today i booked another ride i have been charged for previous cancellation charges. Today when i contacted help desk they suggested the team never replies back and customer should know the process it self. Ola team did customer needs to study each document for booking cab. An why i backend team never reached out to me and even though i reached out to them. Kindly remove support tab from ola app if everything needs is to be done by customer manually.

                  On[protected] I booked an OLA ride through phone pe app with booking Id-CRN[protected] then I payed cash to the driver since then the payment alert was coming on phone pe so an executive called me form phone pe to pay the amount online because then only the reminder will disappear and she assured me that ask refund from OLA they will refund amount.I did the same and now OLA is refusing to return back my money and saying since the ride was completed on 23-08-18 so the issue should have been reported within 72hrs of completion of ride.Ola has received the payment twice now I m only at loss

                    I was taking OLA ride on daily basis for 2 times in a day, i had purchased OLA Share Pass, which will allow ride for 15 Kms for 119 rs flat ride cost, but after finishing the ride i was getting bill as 170, 160 etc, i called customer care & asked regarding the same that time they said me its not in our hand it is decided by system, we can't do anything, that time i said ok fine but i will not pay the ola credit if this happens then they said ok as your wish, but now they are calling me & asking to clear the dues, im also asking them to make the correct in invoice where i get over charges reduce it then I will pay the same. But they are not responding it to query im not ready to pay overcharges, as i need to pay double 1st for OLA share pass & over charges too. Even in call i'm not saying i will not pay i will pay the dues but i don't want to overcharges as it misleading the share pass from OLA. below details

As daily i was travelling for 14.5 Kms one side, i said customer care to raise the ticket but they didn't raise any tickets, instead of ticket they saying its system decides, i asked ok let me speak with your developer of the system, but also no answer from them everything they put simply on system we do not have anything on our hands.

                      It's about crn [protected] dt.20/09/2018, I booked a ola cab when I booked it show 305 fare and I got a coupon for 50 rs discount so total fare should be around 255 but driver mobile show 392 and he charged the same. So its my humble request don't make fool the costmer because it's very hard to earn money in right way and it's very simple to earn in your way I think you understand..

                        Navigation is poor. Money and distance it shows is not correct. Operator app not working even after updating. Partner app not working after vistinh offuce 4-5 times. Condition becoming worst. Watch 20/9/18 bookings. Not going to ON duty, Go To. What should i do? Should i go to consuram forum? Not even a complaint no is working. Please be convenient

                          Yesterday i had booked ola two times in kolkata. During my first ride crn[protected] driver has taken rs78/- excess for extra 16 minutes. The fact is that traffic police was detained the car in the route with an allegation of violation of traffic rules, but ola has taken money from me for that detained, why?
                          Today when i was trying to inform this matter over contact number [protected] it told me that my account has been blocked? What is this? Why my account has been blocked?

                            My driving licence has not accepted by the ola. But 130was exactly taken by ola. I said why? Then that guard was told me he was not responsible for the money that i paid to ola.. He told me that you should check the documents which you are gonna submitted to ola office.. Then i said him that it is your duty to check and confirm exactly and correctly the documents.. He refused me and said me to leave the office.. This incident was happened in sanpada ola office.. So i am asking to ola that.. Is it a good behavior with the driver and other person which is outside of the ola..??

                              I had booked my ola auto ride with cash payment. I paid fare charges by cash to driver and thereafter it is deducted from my ola money too. I want refund of money deducted from Ola Money which is Rs. 141. Driver refuses to give me cash back. He asked me to contact customer support. I am trying to connect with support but I did not get any response.

                                I had booked a cab from Ecospace Bellandur to Loyola School Bannerghatta Road. Cab reached the pickup point which is about a distance of 1/2 kilometer from my office building. Which I reached, by then the cab was shifted to some other driver who reached my building and started calling me. I requested the driver to wait and started walking back. I was about to reach and could see the cab going away. Now I receive a cancellation message and when I started calling the driver. The driver wont listen while I am trying to explain that I have not cancelled.
                                NOw I am sitting in middle of the drive way and booking for another cab. This booking also starts confusing. I called the driver and he mentioned that he will come though the booking is cancelled. I did not wanted to take the risk and I chose to go back to my office. I tried reaching the ola customer care, but I think they have stopped taking calls on[protected],
                                I was charged 50 INR while driver cancelled my ride. Ola is very disappointing

                                  We were trying to book a cab from baguiati to central avenue. The fare of the route is usually 160 to 170rs and max 180rs when there's a lot of traffc.
                                  Ola is showing a fare of 458rs which is like insanely high. I want to know the reason for such high charge unnecessarily. Not only this, everytime i book ola for a certain destination, it always shows a fare 150 to 200 rs higher than normal cab.
                                  If this is some sort of marketing going on, then what's the use of this cabs?? Cause for a same distance no body will unnecessarily pay an unreasonably extra amount

                                    Hi booked a share cab at 9:30 am from malleshwaram to lavelle road. And the app shower only one drop before me which was like 2 km from my office. And the next trip was supposed to be mine. But the driver decided to drop the third person first at koramangala and then drop me back to lavelle road taking my time of 2:30 hrs. I reached office at 12:00 pm! Ola is totally unreliable and the app shows a different info and actually the things are different!

                                    I have travelled on 14/9/2018 from Haridwar to Rishikesh (Uttranchal ) by ola taxi and only 22.2km run and charges charged Rs.951/-. I could not understand how come this charges, charged.

                                      Hi,

                                      Though i regular passenger to ola, very bad experience with ola, few months ago i have booked a cab to sec-bad railway station and got confirmation details, and driver himself cancelled the trip, i spoke with customer care team, no response and charged 50 rupees against cancellation, i sent an email communication continuously but no response from ola support, i think ola drivers and company not have any terms and condition, only for customer applicable.

                                      And also, recent scenario was happened, booked ola auto, cancelled by driver again charged 50 rupees on cancellation charges, i tried cancel the charges from ola app many times, but no luck, i sent an email to support team no response. Ola completely unfair support and payments as well.

                                      After few days i booked auto, they collected old cancellation charges along with current auto charge, after they received payment (Along with cancellation fee), they blocked my number.
                                      I sent many email to ola support team response, tried to send email to grievance team, email id not working.

                                      At least before block the number, if ola having enough fair, suppose send an intimation and let block the number, or else suppose to wait still justification received and resolved from both the ends.

                                      Please unblock the number and update the terms and conditions for both the parties (Driver, ola and customer), available only to customer.

                                      Hi Team, This is very surprise to us, without resolve the issue, you have closed the complaint. Ola did not take any steps / send any email regarding blocking the number / account, but while tried to call customer care, it is stated as your mobile number is blocked and speak with support team. Here one more surprise, we are not able to reach customer care, then how can we reach the support team? the blocked mobile number is: 9908830545 One last point, we are using Ola & UBER services parallel, never seen any issue with UBER services / support team, but with Ola practically faced issues. Please resolve the issue and do let us know, if required any more information. Regards, Krishna Mohan.

                                      i was surprised, without provide info / justification, changed complaint status as 'Resolved'.
                                      After we have seen this resolved status, seems our assumption wrong. we thought Ola maintain some ethical / process / organised ways to close the issue. but it looks not like that.
                                      Think about customer, don't change / make everything to your favor.

                                        I'm uday kumar g vehicle owner of mahindra xuv (Mobile [protected]) met an accident yesterday 17-sep, one of the ola cab driver did an accident at 9.30 am on the mankar chowk - wakad road. Ola driver sameer shaik with dl number mh[protected] driving vehicle number mh 12 nx 1667 (Ford ikon) was involved in an accident with my vehicle mh 14 gh 9880. Sameer was over speeding (Above 50 kmph) on a high traffic road which normally has vehicles only below 30 kmph. He was driving a passenger (Ranjith [protected]) to mumbai airport. Both sameer (Mobile [protected]) and vehicle owner rizvan khan ([protected]) have fled from the scenario without paying any vehicle damage charges of inr 5000 and thus resulting in no claim bonus loss insurance for inr 6000, totaling 11000 as assessed by the authorized mahindra show room technician.

                                        I request you to lodge complaint against both the owner rizvan & driver sameer shaikh who can caused heavy damage to my vehicle rear portion and fled from the scenario.
