Sir, i had booked the olashare cab no. UP13AT 2195 wagonR, for my relative (female). When the cab arived, i found that there were 3 person sitting in the cab, but there was only one booking was seen in my ola app apart from me. i asked the cab driver, he replied that there may be some technical problem in my app. I said ok and sent my relative, but during the journey my relative came to know that 2 person were sitting without booking the cab. Driver has cheated and misguide my relative(female). This might be security concern for my relative.
I had tried to call customer support but my call was on hold. After some time, i connected to customer support executive, i said i am your regular and loyal client and told about the whole situation, but the executive was well trained to cover up the situation and said "you should call during the journey" I said that i had tried a lot, but you support system was busy, and he said he will raise this issue.
I am very much disappoined with this kind of cheap act done by ola driver.
I just want to say that i want my money back from the old driver not from the company. Money hardly matters but i am disappointed with wrong act of ola driver.
please do the needful.

You are appointing without any interaction with driver, most of the driver are not in a professional, he is a third rate person but he is a driver in Ola, it was creating very bad name of your people using this kind of driver in your organization.
If you are not taking serious action against this kind of people then definitely you will be facing consequence from the customers.
