My name is narendra. I got caab booking of ola on 15/08/2018, whose crn number 48267717 was given to a driver named kapil verma, he came to me and started asking me whether i am sitting in the car, i said sonia vihar you refused and got out of the car and started chatting with me. I have his video.

Am from Ayyappanthangal, today morning[protected] when I was booked my cab I have clearly mentioned my destination from Voltech Eco Tower to T.Nagar but Driver Sivakumar CRN No.[protected], Micro Silver Indica and his number is [protected] / [protected] is went to Prestige tower and he did not give a call and confirm the place also and when I called him he said he is in 12th tower of Prestige Tower and I said am in main road called Voltech Eco Tower, suddenly he started scolding me and he asked me to cancel the drive and I refuse to cancel and he used abuse words and scolded and cut the call.

You are appointing without any interaction with driver, most of the driver are not in a professional, he is a third rate person but he is a driver in Ola, it was creating very bad name of your people using this kind of driver in your organization.

If you are not taking serious action against this kind of people then definitely you will be facing consequence from the customers.

I am customer, Komalika Giri of ola today i took a ola ride in which the driver wanted to cancel the ride just to make money on his pocket I didn't let him cancel on the middle of the ride or on the beginning of the ride because I trust ola company today the rider not even took extra money from after paying online but also gave a harsh attitude to me he said "agar apka aukad nhi hai ola bhara dene ka toh aap ola mat book kijiye" i frequently use ola and i always clear my ola money by online mode or offline but today i felt so bad by this kind of attitude of the rider it just broke my trust on ola i have complain about the money which he took extra to ola app i have received the refund from ola but this is not a way to speak to a customer he insulted me

    Dear Sir,
    I am working as an Associate Professor in a Central University named Maulana Azad National Urdu University, Hyderabad. I am very frequent user of Ola Cab since long back and also taking membership of OLA Select.I paid Rs.699 for said benifit on 20.07.2018.Before this many times I took this membership, I was quit satisfied with your services.But problem starts with your booking No, CRN[protected] on 20.07.2018 when I booked cab and completed my journey.Just after this I booked again ola cab and I got the same cab but driver refused to take booking and cancelled the booking saying that he can not take twice same customer immediately.After few hours Ola blocked my account without informing or giving any disclaimer die to this I was about to miss my flight, but any how I got .I have more than 1000 Rs.on my Ola Money Account also.I am tried so many times to contact on Customer Care but nobody bothered to respond me...Due to this I feel ashmed and State of Mental Trauma.It lookes like you people forced me to go on different plateforms of Public Grivance Portal, Consumer Forum, Social Media and Media.

      On 08 july 2018, i booked a sedan cab in bangalore. Chose sedan because luggage can be loaded onto the car rear luggage space. But a big hatch back cab arrived. Driver refused to take the luggage into car. This is understandable because rear luggage space was not there.

      But only a sedan cab should have picked my request, not a hatch back car. This cancellation is being charged on me.

      Request you to resolve this please.

        I recently planned a tour to ooty from Chennai. I had booked ola outstation cab for saturday morning 4.30am, 11.08.2018. I was told that cab driver details will be shared one hour before the trip. I called the ola customer care regarding the reliability of the service and I was doubtful about the cab. But the customer support people assured that I will definitely get the cab. As promised I recieved the cab driver details before one hour and within few minutes, the cab driver cancelled the trip. And later I tried to book ola outstation for several times and finally booked a cab and the cab driver asked higher rates than the tariffs mentioned in app and he rudely cancelled the trip. I was with my old parents and in laws with my 1.5year baby and suffered in the station because of the commitment assured by ola. This is one of the worst service provided by ola. I am in plans to file case against these ppl for cheating people by quoting less prices and make people suffer.

          Kindly note that. I have been booked ola cab pick from jayanagar east end to majestic around 4.00pm. I received confirmation with driver name manjunath kh, ca 39933663 his mobile no. [protected] shown me reach time 6 minutes. After 10 minutes. My self called that driver and spoken to him. Where he is? What vehicles he has? What time he will pick us? That guy told me i am coming don't wary i will reach with in 3 minutes. However 10 minutes passed never called me also never informed. We are in hurry to reach bus station at the earliest. We went to rebook it's showing rs 150/- extra to pay for cancelation. Coz of this i am not able to reach correct time i lost my bus. I need justice. Eithe u have to take action about to driver or ola services. Other wise i will lodged complaint against ola of his bad quality of services & also against driver. I need compainsaision claims. I also will go to media level campaign against ola and driver.

          Dear Sir.

              Hello sir,

              Since i have documented the entire sequence of events with proofs like screenshots of charges in evernote attaching the evernote which has the complete history of events.
              Even after reporting the issue umpteen number of times they are not responding positively except for 1 senior representative who sympathised with me but couldn't help wit refund.

                On april 16, 2018 i booked the ola cabs from airport, clearly mentioning that pick is airport terminal 1-a. While booking the cab, i was shown that i have to pay rs. 256 as total amount. But once i reached home, the driver asked me to pay rs. 100 extra as airport charges. On calling the customer care, they said that these charges are levied if you book the cab from airport.
                I want to know that who will inform me that these charges are extra. It was nowhere written that these will be levied. I don’t work for airport or ola that it is so obvious. I am so disappointed with ola

                  I booked a cab for a 3.30 am ride was assigned a cab 5772 and driver ranjit. He arrived on time and i gave him the otp no. 5884. I got dropped at airport at 4.30 and paid 864 as shown in his app. After alighting i noticed an sms of cancellation of a different driver (Farhan) and car. The original driver details disappeared from the app. I immediately called ola cuatomer care ola and rhey simply refused to take any responsibility saying it was drivers fault and also refused to provide invoice sighting that the driver has transferred the ride to another driver which i was not aware as technically i should have received an sms or a call. Ola is telling i should have tracked in ola app. Why should i bother to track in app if i have already started the journey.
                  I am residing in Karpagambal Nagar, 2nd St, Ramapuram. Your app/ booking does not show this location, hence if we hv baggage or elders to transport, the vehicle is not reaching. Therefore, we are forced to walk to the location next to coffee day shop at the entrance of our St. Same applies to drop also. Hence need solution.

                    Today morning i booked a ride from bhola khera lucknow to aminabad lucknow. I contacted driver and tell the exact location but he not come there and not picked my phone. And auto cancelled the ride and charged me 50 rs. I call him regular but he had not picked the phone. If strict action not taken by you then i logged fir against ola company and driver as well.

                      Booking never happens in first go...
                      Sometime after trying even for half an hour, it down not book ride, when caeeld customer care, they gave unconvincing reasons.. Jus to wrap conversation

                      So unreliable app that it shows cabs it autos available and yet booking doesn't happen!!

                      Why it shows available cand if they are not ready to take bookingalso issues wet payments happens what ch are looting customers.

                      Back pick-up ordering usually happens and customer have to spend an hour where average time is 15 min

                        This is a trip that my husband took from electronic city bangalore to koramangala 1st block on 12th june 2018.in the app it was showing rs.354. Eventually bill came up to a whopping rs 595 of which my husband paid rs 155 in cash and the rest got deducted from my ola credit. When complained, i received such bad response from their customer care saying they can’t help. Somehow they credited back rs 242 back to my ola money.

                        Now comes their integrity and transparency. They want me to pay back whole of rs 1000/ in which the money they credited would be included. Then what’s the point of putting the money we paid extra during that trip. While i try to clear the dues that money is again going back to them which has a small tick below the amount. It says use the ola money which these fellows have credited back which i lost due to their overcharging trip. Then the amount i have to pay shows up as rs 759. If i am not using the ola money, i still have to pay rs 1000/ -.

                        What does the ola cabs think that the customers are fools? Ola credit is one of the biggest fraudulent practises in which they can loot u of more money for every trip and later on over charge and make u pay double for the trips u take. Your trick didnt work with me. I don’t care if i don’t have ur fraudulent service and i will not pay back the money u cheated from me.

                          Hello Team,

                          Somebody tried to access my account and performed 3 transactions yesterday night.
                          I have attached screenshots.

                          I spoke to customer care but they were not able to check/resolve this issue.

                          I am suspecting my account has been hacked as after receiving transaction messages i tried to open OLA app on my mobile and it automatically logged out and asked me to register again.

                          I have Lenovo K6 mobile and i am using ola app on this mobile from past two year.

                          Please track on 9 Aug18 at 10.00PM my account is logged in from which device because the transactions are done at that time only.

                          Please check and revert asap.

                            I had booked ola. On my last booking, the driver itself canceled my trip but you deducted cancellation charges from my side. This happened to me a lot of time. The driver itself canceled the booking. I think ola drivers and company do not have any terms and condition, only for customer applications. I had very experience with Ola cab and very disappointed with their facilities.

                              I booked an ola cab on 30.06.2018 from safdar hashmi marg, mandi house, new delhi to sector 10, dwarka, new delhi. It was 1.05 p m. The cab came shortly. Crn no [protected]. Prime sedan. After boarding the cab, he opened the meter and asked whether i would pay the travel expenses by cash or online (Ole money). He did not move the vehicle. I informed him of my paying on line (Ola money). He informed that he needed cash so i would have to pay by cash only. On my refusing to do so, he offered me to take me privately.in that case, he had to cancel my trip with ola and i have to bear that loss due to cancellation. He told that i could pay him the money on reaching my destination by deducting the amount of my loss (Rs 71 in this case) due to cancellation. I refused to accept this fraud and got down with my wife. So rs 71 has been deducted from my ola money. What is my fault? The travel details show that i travelled from safdar hashmi matrg, mandi house to nabha house, mandi house.in fact it is the same place. The vehicle did not move. What action against the driver?

                              I booked Ola Auto from Sonarpada Dombivli East to destination Kharbav Bhiwandi. Driver dropped my Mother in law to the destination but he took 400 ₹ whereas the bill amount was 344 ₹.
                              So I am requesting that it should get investigate to avoid such incidents in the future to happen with anyone else

                                Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — unnecessarily fraud penalty applied

                                I'm a ola partner. My registered mobile number is [[protected]]. Ola has applied a fraud panelty on me on dated 08 August2018
                                Many times i've complained in ola office but nobody replied properly. Why i'm panelized. I want the reason. Ola has to settle my account properly. There are lot of issues with their system, i can understand so many partners does not work genuinely but it doesn't mean every ola partner work make fraud with ola... After complaint in registered office of ola in pune at ramwadi. Ola representative told me that ola has 400 reasons in the system that such a issues may happen and they don't share the reason because partners may repeat the process and increase the number of fraud. Personally i do not follow such type of process. I work genuinely, so i should get my earnings properly. Because of this... I stopped working with ola for a month, so many times ola rep's called me to login the car and insisted to make business and help them to satisfy the demand, same time everybody i've told the same story. But nobody replied properly. What to do?

                                  I had booked ola. On my last booking u cancelled my trip and waste my valuable time. You and your drivers did the same activity lots of time. But on my last cancellation you deducted cancellation charges. But the cancellation was not done by my side. That day i was waiting for ola and after wait of more than 20 minutes. I got a msg from your application your drive had been cancelled. Than i tried again to book the cab for same destination but your app add the cancellation fees to my account. From that day to till i never used ola and happy to travel with your best competitor uber.

                                    I opted for ola postpaid a few days back. For all the rides i took - it was paid by ola wallet.
                                    Now suddenly they have sent an alert that you need to pay rs 915 to continue for ola booking as your limit of ola postpaid is exhausting.
                                    This is really frustrating that they have already debited money from my ola wallet and again asking for the same rides which were already paid.

                                    I received the message yesterday (7 August 2018) about the discount rides. Keeping in view of this, today (8 August 2018) i took a ride in the morning but i was charged estimated amount which didn’t include the discount.
                                    Kindly resolve this matter ASAP

                                      On 4th of august i booked an ola cab where payment option selected by default was ola money or card which i was not aware of. Upon reaching the destination i got a notification of amount payable on my ola app and i paid it in cash to the driver which he promptly accepted and left. Afterwards when i checked my app it was still asking for payment to which i called up to ola customer care and registered my complaint ticket[protected]. Next day i received an email response to my complaint from [protected]@olacabs.com stating that "we are sorry to know that partner collected cash when you had selected card as the payment mode for the ride osn [protected]. We see that there is an outstanding amount of rs 35 is showing in your account. Hence we request you to clear the payment and reply to the same email so that we can process the refund of rs 35 to your ola money" along with all the instructions.
                                      I made the payment on very same day as instructed and received an email for confirmation of receipt for credit having transaction id dqit-0plo-m5mb on same day i. E 5th of august. After this i replied to ola email about recharging the ola money account with the said amount but not able to make payment as instructed to which i got confirmation from ola support on 6th aug that "please be informed that we have forwarded your request to the relevant department. Request you to give us sometime so that we can resolve the issue and get back to you"
                                      Finally i received an email on 8th aug "thanks for contacting ola. Your ola account has been permanently blocked as we noticed a few ola policyviolations. Therefore, we regret to inform that we will be unable to unblock your ola account. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you".
                                      They had blocked my account immediately after the receipt of rs 35/- thus charging me twice for the ride by collecting cash and via card and blocking my account without stating any reason for mere rs 35/- which i had promptly paid both the times. This is how ola values its customer.
                                      Flat fare pass is just for making fool to people. I bought for 12Km ride pass and ride was much more 12Km and benefit of pass which should be 50 rs in case of 12km was only 10 rs???

                                      I booked ride with coupon ENJOY50 and application accepted the request... After completing the ride... Customer care inform that you applied for coupon SOTC... Fooling customer...

                                        Hi,

                                        Though i regular passenger to ola, very bad experience with ola, few months ago i have booked a cab to sec-bad railway station and got confirmation details, and driver himself cancelled the trip, i spoke with customer care team, no response and charged 50 rupees against cancellation, i sent an email communication continuously but no response from ola support, i think ola drivers and company not have any terms and condition, only for customer applicable.

                                        And also, recent scenario was happened, booked ola auto, cancelled by driver again charged 50 rupees on cancellation charges, i tried cancel the charges from ola app many times, but no luck, i sent an email to support team no response. Ola completely unfair support and payments as well.

                                        After few days i booked auto, they collected old cancellation charges along with current auto charge, after they received payment (Along with cancellation fee), they blocked my number.
                                        I sent many email to ola support team response, tried to send email to grievance team, email id not working.

                                        At least before block the number, if ola having enough fair, suppose send an intimation and let block the number, or else suppose to wait still justification received and resolved from both the ends.

                                        Please unblock the number and update the terms and conditions for both the parties (Driver, ola and customer), available only to customer.

                                        Hi Team, This is very surprise to us, without resolve the issue, you have closed the complaint. Ola did not take any steps / send any email regarding blocking the number / account, but while tried to call customer care, it is stated as your mobile number is blocked and speak with support team. Here one more surprise, we are not able to reach customer care, then how can we reach the support team? the blocked mobile number is: 9908830545 One last point, we are using Ola & UBER services parallel, never seen any issue with UBER services / support team, but with Ola practically faced issues. Please resolve the issue and do let us know, if required any more information. Regards, Krishna Mohan.
