This is very surprise to us, without resolve the issue, you have closed the complaint.
Ola did not take any steps / send any email regarding blocking the number / account, but while tried to call customer care, it is stated as your mobile number is blocked and speak with support team.
Here one more surprise, we are not able to reach customer care, then how can we reach the support team?
the blocked mobile number is: 9908830545
One last point, we are using Ola & UBER services parallel, never seen any issue with UBER services / support team, but with Ola practically faced issues.
Please resolve the issue and do let us know, if required any more information.

You are appointing without any interaction with driver, most of the driver are not in a professional, he is a third rate person but he is a driver in Ola, it was creating very bad name of your people using this kind of driver in your organization.
If you are not taking serious action against this kind of people then definitely you will be facing consequence from the customers.
