I scheduled an ola ride well in advance (12th august) as i had a morning flight to catch on 13th august 18. I had scheduled my ride for 13th august at 6:55 am and i got a confirmation for this booking as well mentioning that i will receive the cab details 30 minutes in advance.

To my surprise, on 13th august just 7 minutes before departure i. E at 6:47 am i got a sms from ola saying that there are no cabs available and they will revert back soon.

These people charge us if we caancel our ride but when i opened the app, i was shoocked to find no rides scheduled for me. I immediately called ola support and the support representative (Anjali) told me that my ride was canceled as there were no rides available and told me that this is done by the system!

This has happened for the second time with me and i had been telling ola multiple times that they need to change the logic here. What's the point of scheduling a ride well in advance and still getting in to such type of embarrassment.

Just need to specifically add here, was traveling to Chennai for a customer presentation and I was nearly going to miss my flight because of such a bad service by Ola cabs.

    I have complaint as follows,
    I have booked maruti ertiga vehicle from mumbai intarnational airportfrom ola desk on 23 july for destination pune kothrud karve statu.
    1) charges confirmed as 2900 +100 parking + tole at ola desk.
    2) driver name is shinde & car is booked at1.45am
    3) we have paid tole & parking charges
    4) we reached safely home at 5.35 am.
    5) after reaching driver has asked 3300 insted of 2900.
    6) we paid full amount. Total d1stance coverd is 154 km. He has told us that i have charged extra km from bale wadi.
    7) we paid 3300 +100 parking + tole at actual
    You are reqested to relase exess pyment paid by us rs 400 at the earliest
    We expecting your positive response.

      Car is indigo ecs. Totally unprofessional driver. He is ravi kr yadav. After completing my booking he asked me for reach to his location. Not at my location. After reaching he used slang to me because i told him to wait for a min. My booking was from madhyamgram station field to ganganagar julien day school at 5:19pm. Osn [protected]. I hope next time i will get better response from ola.

        I was travelling from OLA and was abandoned mid by the driver, as he started fighting about toll money.

        He cancelled the ride that moment (without my permission) and asked me to step out of the car immediately.

        I was abandoned just before a toll road where I was unable to catch up with any cabs and it took me 15 mins for next one. This was so irresponsible, unprofessional and unsafe.

        When I tried to call them using their support given in app I was given a wrong number. ( app has a glitch that combine 2 numbers, I have attached it in the screenshot)( if you want I have recorded video on this glitch)

        I just want to render this to ola and consumer complaints that you cannot do this as the saftey of travellers is on you. If your driver abandons a customer somewhere between the trip and on an unsafe location. Who will be responsible for their safety?

        The driver can ever commit crime and kidnap me midway after cancellation of the trip. ( How can a driver cancel a trip midway, anyway? )

        I called the support the next day to tell them about this and told them that my account is showing to pay 77rs left to pay. They told me there is nothing you can do. You should have called on that same time. ( Which I cannot as the provided me with the wrong support number at that moment and the driver was kicking me out of his car)

        In the end the support replied we are sorry but if you don't pay 77rs your account will be blocked.

        Please provide me with information on what to do now? Should I file report or something against the driver or anything?

          Here by I would come forward for the raise of Ola prices.. How come you can charge extra 100rs within a month?? U have increased Ola share pass too and the budgets.. I use to travel for 100rs and now its 181 max.. There is a rule right like term wise only u can increase your rates but ur not following it.. I request people to stop travelling in Ola.. People must come forward and file a compliant against this corporate crocodiles.. Bloody people eating pupil money and drivers money.. This customer care is waste. Those people don't knw English properly..

            Sir, i had booked the olashare cab no. UP13AT 2195 wagonR, for my relative (female). When the cab arived, i found that there were 3 person sitting in the cab, but there was only one booking was seen in my ola app apart from me. i asked the cab driver, he replied that there may be some technical problem in my app. I said ok and sent my relative, but during the journey my relative came to know that 2 person were sitting without booking the cab. Driver has cheated and misguide my relative(female). This might be security concern for my relative.
            I had tried to call customer support but my call was on hold. After some time, i connected to customer support executive, i said i am your regular and loyal client and told about the whole situation, but the executive was well trained to cover up the situation and said "you should call during the journey" I said that i had tried a lot, but you support system was busy, and he said he will raise this issue.
            I am very much disappoined with this kind of cheap act done by ola driver.
            I just want to say that i want my money back from the old driver not from the company. Money hardly matters but i am disappointed with wrong act of ola driver.

              I book a ola auto for my old parents on 16th aug at 1.30pm. My father is a heart patient . I told the driver to go slowly and he did that. While they got down they paid 50 rs to the driver . My parents thanked the driver too. I got a message in my mobile that the bill was 17 rs . I called my parents whether they reached safely . That time my mom said she paid rs 50. So I called the driver and told him why he took 17rs extra he said he wanted to return . So I told him return now he said he I shall immediately go, but till now he has not return. This is not the first time with me for ola .. ola has to see these things should not happen to anyone. Rs 17 is not a big amount but the trust is important on the company which totally goes with the ride.

                Please stop charging for cancellation of rides.. If the rides are cancelled by the drivers it’s not costumers mistake.. If this happens again we won’t be using ola again. Or please reduce the fare. It’s a too serious thing. And everytime its being added that’s actually not good. If drivers are away and if we need to reach early we have to cancel the ride if you on charging money we can’t pay. Next time if this happens we are not gonna pay

                  What a pathetic and third class or i should say no class service of this company. Firstly driver is calling and asking me to call back again on that number means what a ruthless behaviour and jus cuts the call and then when i called him back he asked me to cancel the ride just because he cannot come back to manipal university as it's 40 km away from city or else he will cancel if i am not doing the same. That's rubbish and not my problem do hell with your issues or don't keep such cabs for rentals then if such issues they have with it why has ola started this facility then if they don't have cab and drivers for serving the same to people??? What a disappointing and irresponsible behaviour from both ola cabs driver. I have booked the rentals twice and they cancelled the same in which first one mr akheram without even informing me of cancelling the ride has cancelled it and i am waiting like fool for the same. Such a big company such a big brand and no service such pathetic behaviour. And second one mr kamal called and asked me to call back again as discussed earlier has just cancelled it as he won't be finding any ride after completion of my ride and will have to go back to jaipur without any booking so that is not my problem. Then company should do or plan something regarding this or i would suggest withdraw this rental facility as company's drivers are so rude and are so much pressurised and irresponsible. Just address the same issue and also return (Cancel) the 10rupees booking charges which has been charged to me for confirming the booking as i am at no point responsible for the same. Infact because of all this nuisances all my time got wasted and i am not able to go to my destination place. Clear this on priority and i will submit the same to consumer court also as you have not served your customer because of your inconvenience.

                    I have booked ola through the app, select micro service for me contrary to crn no.48679566.

                    The educated # people had sent me kaali-peeli taxi instead of a cool cab or micro car, wtf.

                    What is the meaning of micra and cool cab for ola, if you people are don’t have the capacity of handling the service or quality then why are you making fools to the respective customer.

                    I have lots of abusive words for you, you people are defaming the quality and service of a start-up.

                    This is really pathetic and worse service experience for me, did not recommend anyone to go with ola service. Fraud people with swindle commitments.

I got caab booking of ola on 15/08/2018, whose crn number 48267717 was given to a driver named kapil verma, he came to me and started asking me whether i am sitting in the car, i said sonia vihar you refused and got out of the car and started chatting with me.                       Am from Ayyappanthangal, today morning[protected] when I was booked my cab I have clearly mentioned my destination from Voltech Eco Tower to T.Nagar but Driver Sivakumar CRN No.[protected], Micro Silver Indica and his number is [protected] / [protected] is went to Prestige tower and he did not give a call and confirm the place also and when I called him he said he is in 12th tower of Prestige Tower and I said am in main road called Voltech Eco Tower, suddenly he started scolding me and he asked me to cancel the drive and I refuse to cancel and he used abuse words and scolded and cut the call.

                      You are appointing without any interaction with driver, most of the driver are not in a professional, he is a third rate person but he is a driver in Ola, it was creating very bad name of your people using this kind of driver in your organization.

                      If you are not taking serious action against this kind of people then definitely you will be facing consequence from the customers.

                      I am customer, Komalika Giri of ola today i took a ola ride in which the driver wanted to cancel the ride just to make money on his pocket I didn't let him cancel on the middle of the ride or on the beginning of the ride because I trust ola company today the rider not even took extra money from after paying online but also gave a harsh attitude to me he said "agar apka aukad nhi hai ola bhara dene ka toh aap ola mat book kijiye" i frequently use ola and i always clear my ola money by online mode or offline but today i felt so bad by this kind of attitude of the rider it just broke my trust on ola i have complain about the money which he took extra to ola app i have received the refund from ola but this is not a way to speak to a customer he insulted me

                        I am working as an Associate Professor in a Central University named Maulana Azad National Urdu University, Hyderabad. I am very frequent user of Ola Cab since long back and also taking membership of OLA Select.I paid Rs.699 for said benifit on 20.07.2018.Before this many times I took this membership, I was quit satisfied with your services.But problem starts with your booking No, CRN[protected] on 20.07.2018 when I booked cab and completed my journey.Just after this I booked again ola cab and I got the same cab but driver refused to take booking and cancelled the booking saying that he can not take twice same customer immediately.After few hours Ola blocked my account without informing or giving any disclaimer die to this I was about to miss my flight, but any how I got .I have more than 1000 Rs.on my Ola Money Account also.I am tried so many times to contact on Customer Care but nobody bothered to respond me...Due to this I feel ashmed and State of Mental Trauma.It lookes like you people forced me to go on different plateforms of Public Grivance Portal, Consumer Forum, Social Media and Media.

                          On 08 july 2018, i booked a sedan cab in bangalore. Chose sedan because luggage can be loaded onto the car rear luggage space. But a big hatch back cab arrived. Driver refused to take the luggage into car. This is understandable because rear luggage space was not there.

                          But only a sedan cab should have picked my request, not a hatch back car. This cancellation is being charged on me.

                          Request you to resolve this please.

                            I recently planned a tour to ooty from Chennai. I had booked ola outstation cab for saturday morning 4.30am, 11.08.2018. I was told that cab driver details will be shared one hour before the trip. I called the ola customer care regarding the reliability of the service and I was doubtful about the cab. But the customer support people assured that I will definitely get the cab. As promised I recieved the cab driver details before one hour and within few minutes, the cab driver cancelled the trip. And later I tried to book ola outstation for several times and finally booked a cab and the cab driver asked higher rates than the tariffs mentioned in app and he rudely cancelled the trip. I was with my old parents and in laws with my 1.5year baby and suffered in the station because of the commitment assured by ola. This is one of the worst service provided by ola. I am in plans to file case against these ppl for cheating people by quoting less prices and make people suffer.

                              Kindly note that. I have been booked ola cab pick from jayanagar east end to majestic around 4.00pm. I received confirmation with driver name manjunath kh, ca 39933663 his mobile no. [protected] shown me reach time 6 minutes. After 10 minutes. My self called that driver and spoken to him. Where he is? What vehicles he has? What time he will pick us? That guy told me i am coming don't wary i will reach with in 3 minutes. However 10 minutes passed never called me also never informed. We are in hurry to reach bus station at the earliest. We went to rebook it's showing rs 150/- extra to pay for cancelation. Coz of this i am not able to reach correct time i lost my bus. I need justice. Eithe u have to take action about to driver or ola services. Other wise i will lodged complaint against ola of his bad quality of services & also against driver. I need compainsaision claims. I also will go to media level campaign against ola and driver.

                                  Hello sir,

                                  Since i have documented the entire sequence of events with proofs like screenshots of charges in evernote attaching the evernote which has the complete history of events.
                                  Even after reporting the issue umpteen number of times they are not responding positively except for 1 senior representative who sympathised with me but couldn't help wit refund.

                                    On april 16, 2018 i booked the ola cabs from airport, clearly mentioning that pick is airport terminal 1-a. While booking the cab, i was shown that i have to pay rs. 256 as total amount. But once i reached home, the driver asked me to pay rs. 100 extra as airport charges. On calling the customer care, they said that these charges are levied if you book the cab from airport.
                                    I want to know that who will inform me that these charges are extra. It was nowhere written that these will be levied. I don’t work for airport or ola that it is so obvious. I am so disappointed with ola

                                      I booked a cab for a 3.30 am ride was assigned a cab 5772 and driver ranjit. He arrived on time and i gave him the otp no. 5884. I got dropped at airport at 4.30 and paid 864 as shown in his app. After alighting i noticed an sms of cancellation of a different driver (Farhan) and car. The original driver details disappeared from the app. I immediately called ola cuatomer care ola and rhey simply refused to take any responsibility saying it was drivers fault and also refused to provide invoice sighting that the driver has transferred the ride to another driver which i was not aware as technically i should have received an sms or a call. Ola is telling i should have tracked in ola app. Why should i bother to track in app if i have already started the journey.
                                      I am residing in Karpagambal Nagar, 2nd St, Ramapuram. Your app/ booking does not show this location, hence if we hv baggage or elders to transport, the vehicle is not reaching. Therefore, we are forced to walk to the location next to coffee day shop at the entrance of our St. Same applies to drop also. Hence need solution.

                                        Today morning i booked a ride from bhola khera lucknow to aminabad lucknow. I contacted driver and tell the exact location but he not come there and not picked my phone. And auto cancelled the ride and charged me 50 rs. I call him regular but he had not picked the phone. If strict action not taken by you then i logged fir against ola company and driver as well.
