This complaint is regarding my ola money recharge for rs. 1071/- done on 8 august with transaction id dqj3-832a-evmb, date and time 08 aug18, 10:05 am to clear my ola money postpaid dues but till date it has not been credited in my ola money wallet, the amount has been deducted from my bank account and ola history also shows as recharge successfull, daily i recieve calls and sms from ola to clear my dues otherwise it will affect my credit score i have raised this issue several times to them but till now no action has been taken, it is mentally exhausting and depressing please take necessary action

After booking got call from driver to cancel the ride, he told his target over for day, so cancel the ride, it was midnight and alone lady at airport.
After requesting also he didn't turned up.
Again i put concall with my friend who was fluent in tamil and then driver started abusing.
Want to file a fir against ola and his driver.

I want to ask what type of services is ola cabs providing does rhey do some background check of driver or not... On 2nd october 1018 around 4:30 pm i left my phone in the cab... After leaving the taxi i realised that phpne is left jn cab after 3 times ring he cutted my phone call and third time phone switch off... This is a very shamefull experience for me... Kindly resolve this matter urgently.. Otherwise i had to take some legal action...

I booked a share can from my location but driver didn't came to the location instead he went to opposite direction and then started his arrival time . When asked to come on the location, he said that he is on his location and didn't mean to accept his mistake and instead he misbehaved that he will not cancel the ride and won't come at the location.

I booked ola rentals on 30th september around 8am in jaipur. After completing my journey the bill was appeared on my mobile they showed an extra charge of rs.125/- for toll/parking charges applicable. But there was no toll charges were collected throughout the journey. When i contacted to ola customer care they said there was a toll so we can't refund it back either its applied or not.
The copy of bill is attached.

Today an ola driver number KA 13C 1083 banged our vehicle badly and ran away.it happed in bellandur at 1 pm, on service road he was hunking and changing path continuously .And all of a sudden with big bang we fell down .I don't know why your drivers are in hurry without seat belt, without obeying any rule regulation.pleasr take action against him, else anyway I have social media to give good feedback .

At the time of booking coupon code "TRAVEL250" was successfully applied. Post trip completion this was not applied in fare calculation.
The distance from "Chavan Nagar, Chandan Nagar, Pune" to "Tamhini Ghat" is around 70kms. Round trip should be around 140-150kms.
However, when our trip ended it showed distance as 230kms.
Estimated cost post Coupon code application - INR 1861
Actual cost post trip completion- INR 2966
OLA- I have using OLA since ages now and did not expect this.
Want a refund for additional cost charged.

It is intimated that on 28 september 2018 afternoon (Approximately 15 30 hours) i had booked ola near dumdum metro station.
I spoke to mr. Nausad he said he is arriving soon. I waited for one hour till 16 30 hours but car didn't arrive. Due to this i lost urgent appointment.

You are requested to do needful.
Same report is being sent to higher authorities for information.

To attend an event at Fort Grand from my home, I took the 8hr 80Kms package of OLA rental service with price showing 1399.
The total distance from the starting point to Fort Grand and Return would not be more than 70-75Km and ~67 as per google maps.
Suprisingly at the end of the Trip, i am charged for 100.4km translating that it into an additional Rs.204/- for the additional distance and Rs.200/- for Toll/Parking which was never paid by anyone along with some 98/- stating some taxes.
Driver was helpless stating he does not understand the billing process and noboby picks up the phone provided on "call us" option in the app support.

Appreciate if you can share the travel itenary showing the 100km travel and refund the excessed billed amount with respect to parking and distance covered.

Gentleman, i booked cab 9.38 am 29 th sept 18. Received otp from company 2913 contacted driver shiv shankar tel no [protected]. Gave directions. After long waiting find driver has cancelled it on his own. Once otp is issued it is commitment with legality. No message or alternative arrangement from company.. Very unprofessional and deceitful. A senior doctor - had to miss importaint appointment. No customer friendly system. Runs on whims of driver. Would you compensate for my time and inconvenience. Will you act. Yesterday i booked an ola cab and it showed 5-7 minutes to reach to pick up point.. I called the driver named (Vicky charnaliya) to tell him the exact pick up point and he said i will be there in 7-8 minutes as navigation showing.. He called me said that he reached the pick up point but he didn't then i called him and asked him to ask someone about the location.. After few minutes i called him back and he gone for another pick up without informing me then i said that you have to tell me atleast and he started abusing me and from yesterday afternoon to last night he is called me constantly and start abusing.. Please do the neadfull against this..

Last one month i raised the query and complain about the over due amount i already send the transaction slip also i have no due amount of ola money. Bt no one reply only reply the again and again reference no i at least 10 times raised the problem to customer care also but he will check and revert back to me but still not reply
And send the mgs to me this again and again

I use service at least last three year i was happy but now i m very faddaup about the mgs and not responding our team also my mailing and customer talk now done this is last mail to you if this time not short out and again received any mgs about over due i send review about this over due amount fraud and also complaint the consumer dept. I last month only request to you about this query now high time no one reply and short out.

Currently all the drivers at igi airport harras the customers by either asking them to come to departure dates or walk down close to 700 mtrs from arrival to finish of the flyover as they have to come to arrival from departure by taking a long turn. They keep standing at departure to wait for duty and then when it comes they ask us to take luggage to those places where they want in case we deny they cancel the ride. I faced this early thursday morning but i m furious coz my wife faced same situation friday night... This is ridiculous and a serious safety concern, if i can't believe this service being indian assume i m talking about an international airport where foreigners come and want to get a good and reliable service. J
Hope someone will look into this...

Booked an auto from ola app from zagade park mundhwa road to manjari greens, the estimate amt was rs.136, was in a hurry so didn't check the bill after getting down from the auto, later i found rs.279 was deducted from olamoney as the driver did not end my trip after i got down at manjari greens. Auto no. 5976 driver name suraj suryavanshi (Pickup at 9:29 am n drop at 10:10 am)

Today i rode in ola cab. The driver was polite in the starting. When the ride ended he showed us a bill of 98 rs and to us it was showing 48 rs. Though he took 100 rs from us. Wr told him that we will put a complaint against him. Still even after taking money he said "aap kya kar lete agar raste mein utaar deta toh"
Dn when we come out he followed us in the market and abused us for no reason.

About two months back i booked an ola ride at mumbai airport by sms as the net connection was not working. Due to some strange reason i received a call from a driver saying that he was waiting in kailash colony new delhi to pick me up. This was a technical error and not my fault. After this date i have been levied a cancellation charge of rs150/- in my account resulting in my not using the ola services and going to other competitors. I request you to cancel the said charges immediately so that i am able to avalon’s ola services again.

About two months back i booked an ola cab by an sms at mumbai airport as the network was not working. Due to some strange reason i got a call from a driver that he was wanting to know my location in kailash colony new delhi. I told the driver that my location is mumbai airport and not new delhi. Due to some technical problem this error took place and it was not my fault. After this incident i have been charged rs 150/- as cancellation charge for cancelling the ride. Each time that i want to book a ride the cancellation charge of rs150/- comes up and i am forced to take other alternatives for the journey. I request that this change be waived off immediately so that i am able to use the ola services once again.

Dear sir today im faced a lot of problem due to ur nonesence & uneducated ola cab holder mr. Harpreet singh. Sir, im a patient of kidney deseas nd i booked a ola cab from d hospital aastha kidney and superspecility hospital. Your drive mr. Hapreet singh says that he reache at particular hospital with in a 15-20 mints, could you please wait, i said "sure im waiting o[censored]rs but after 20 mints when i call mr. Harpreet singh then he behave very roodly nd said i can't come on ur location & nd then cut d phone. Sir im asking you a question that how you gave a ride license to these type o[censored]neducated, nonesence & careless people.??

I booked ola from igia-t/2 to gurgaon yesterday.
Due to less amount in ola money, i recharged it with rs.599/- while sitting in ola cab.
But since there was less month in my wallat i recharged the same with rs.599/- while travelling in ola cab but my app was still showing cash to be paid to driver rs.518/- or something like rs.513/-.
Accordingly i paid him rs.530/-.
On checking my ola money it was also debited with rs.529/-
Kindly immediate replenish my ola money wallat with rs.529/-

I am unable to get the invoice copy on my mail. Unable to reach on the call centre numbers given. No clue in whom to contact for the resolution which is pathetic.

I am facing issue in registering my mail I'd. I am faching issue in getting invoice copies to my mail I'd.

I want invoice copies on priority...
