I was travelling in a share booking to KR Puram and i and my friend were the last passengers to get off the cab. Only we two were sitting on the back seat, and i got off the car from my friend's side, so there is no chamce that i had dropped my phone. My ride was closed at 11:11. I forgot my Oneplus 5T phone on the back seat. After some 2 to 3 minutes after the driver left, I called him saying to check the back seat, he said there's no phone there. I called my no., it rang full. After that i tracked my phone online, it said a location and then i called the driver and asked him if he is there at that location, then he said he is going to pickup the passenger, he can't talk, and after that my phone got turned off at 11:30. I called the customer care and they said to go legally. And then i raised a police complaint, they said they called the driver to station and he refused and then they left him and no further investigation. The Police are just stalling the case. They said they will track through IMEI, but still no answer. My phone lost on 2nd September, 2018. And its more than a month now. I tried talking to ola customer care and ask for help, everytime they said they will help the police and not me. They can easily find out if they check the location of the driver from that day, everything will be clear. I have the last location of my phone. No one is helping.
