Dear sir/mam,

Yesterday i booked an ola cab and it showed 5-7 minutes to reach to pick up point.. I called the driver named (Vicky charnaliya) to tell him the exact pick up point and he said i will be there in 7-8 minutes as navigation showing.. He called me said that he reached the pick up point but he didn't then i called him and asked him to ask someone about the location.. After few minutes i called him back and he gone for another pick up without informing me then i said that you have to tell me atleast and he started abusing me and from yesterday afternoon to last night he is called me constantly and start abusing.. Please do the neadfull against this..

    Last one month i raised the query and complain about the over due amount i already send the transaction slip also i have no due amount of ola money. Bt no one reply only reply the again and again reference no i at least 10 times raised the problem to customer care also but he will check and revert back to me but still not reply
    And send the mgs to me this again and again

      Currently all the drivers at igi airport harras the customers by either asking them to come to departure dates or walk down close to 700 mtrs from arrival to finish of the flyover as they have to come to arrival from departure by taking a long turn. They keep standing at departure to wait for duty and then when it comes they ask us to take luggage to those places where they want in case we deny they cancel the ride. I faced this early thursday morning but i m furious coz my wife faced same situation friday night... This is ridiculous and a serious safety concern, if i can't believe this service being indian assume i m talking about an international airport where foreigners come and want to get a good and reliable service. J
      Hope someone will look into this...
      He has misguide statement share with me & my wife also & he denied the pickup.
      he has no problem for complaints & customer problems.

      Please do not less amount in my account & Lookout for further step for my complaint

        Booked an auto from ola app from zagade park mundhwa road to manjari greens, the estimate amt was rs.136, was in a hurry so didn't check the bill after getting down from the auto, later i found rs.279 was deducted from olamoney as the driver did not end my trip after i got down at manjari greens. Auto no. 5976 driver name suraj suryavanshi (Pickup at 9:29 am n drop at 10:10 am)

          Hie,
          Today i rode in ola cab. The driver was polite in the starting. When the ride ended he showed us a bill of 98 rs and to us it was showing 48 rs. Though he took 100 rs from us. Wr told him that we will put a complaint against him. Still even after taking money he said "aap kya kar lete agar raste mein utaar deta toh"
          Dn when we come out he followed us in the market and abused us for no reason.
          Dear ola chandigarh, please hire some genuine persons as ur drivers.. Not any gali ka gunda...

            About two months back i booked an ola ride at mumbai airport by sms as the net connection was not working. Due to some strange reason i received a call from a driver saying that he was waiting in kailash colony new delhi to pick me up. This was a technical error and not my fault. After this date i have been levied a cancellation charge of rs150/- in my account resulting in my not using the ola services and going to other competitors. I request you to cancel the said charges immediately so that i am able to avalon’s ola services again.

              About two months back i booked an ola cab by an sms at mumbai airport as the network was not working. Due to some strange reason i got a call from a driver that he was wanting to know my location in kailash colony new delhi. I told the driver that my location is mumbai airport and not new delhi. Due to some technical problem this error took place and it was not my fault. After this incident i have been charged rs 150/- as cancellation charge for cancelling the ride. Each time that i want to book a ride the cancellation charge of rs150/- comes up and i am forced to take other alternatives for the journey. I request that this change be waived off immediately so that i am able to use the ola services once again.

Sir, im a patient of kidney deseas nd i booked a ola cab from d hospital aastha kidney and superspecility hospital. Your drive mr. Hapreet singh says that he reache at particular hospital with in a 15-20 mints, could you please wait, i said "sure im waiting o[censored]rs but after 20 mints when i call mr. Harpreet singh then he behave very roodly nd said i can't come on ur location & nd then cut d phone. Sir im asking you a question that how you gave a ride license to these type o[censored]neducated, nonesence & careless people.??

                  I booked ola from igia-t/2 to gurgaon yesterday.
                  Due to less amount in ola money, i recharged it with rs.599/- while sitting in ola cab.
                  But since there was less month in my wallat i recharged the same with rs.599/- while travelling in ola cab but my app was still showing cash to be paid to driver rs.518/- or something like rs.513/-.
                  Accordingly i paid him rs.530/-.
                  On checking my ola money it was also debited with rs.529/-
                  Kindly immediate replenish my ola money wallat with rs.529/-

                    I booked a ola cab and that driver asked me whether the payment would be by cash or ola money. I said I already made d payment thru ola money and he said cancel the ride. When I called customer care they said they will arrange a different cab and charge would be 114rs to 119rs and I was charged 155rs. I called customer care again they said that's upto km travelled . I asked them why was i denied for ola money they said they will take action against that driver . In all this scenario what about my time that was wasted ?

                      Even after payment was made, while making another booking app shows payment outstanding.
                      Raised multiple requests to rectify this but still issue exists.

                      Worst part - there is no way to reach these people on phone.
                      Now receiving daily call to remind for outstanding payment.
                      Please rectify this account and if this required ask your folks to call and talk to understand the fault that lies in your application.

                        I booked an ola cab in bhopal for sharing option on saturday. I called the driver to ask about the time and after knowing my location he denied to do the duty on ola share. This happened twice and finally i had to take uber. I wanted to complain about this to the ola support but even after listening to the complaint no action has been taken against the driver. The ola drivers keep behaving rudely

                          I booked a ride from yelahanka to near thirumala dhaba, thirumala nagar. Auto driver was very rash driving and rude in his behaviour. He dropped us in a different place and argued that he has dropped what we booked. But i know the place i booked for!! He even picked up an argument with my wife when she asked us to drop @ proper place!! He refused and threatened.. We had to walk for 1.5 km to destination. I duely complained to ola but ola has failed to take any action against such rowdi driver!!! He still continues to drive and threaten other riders!! Ola is failing to keep passengers safe and cares less about security!! Why ola is charging such high price when they cant provide basic safety?? I want action taken against this auto driver and his license cancelled and strict action taken so that no other rowdi auto drivers dare such actions! Shame on ola for hiring such goons

                            I took a cab from my home on bannerghatta road to mysore road satellite stand in blore. While booking a mini i was shown a peak hour price of rs.363. When i reached the destination i was charged rs.692.09. Double the fare! They say i was informed when i was not informed of the price being rs.692.09. This is not the first instance. It has happened in the past as well. I was charged rs.103 for a distance of 1km.

                              I hired an ola outstation ride from bengaluru to mysuru today ie 23rd sep 2018 at 12 pm. The car number ka034571 white dzire and driver's name was vishwanatha. On boarding the car the km reading was 108374 but the message which i got from ola showed as 108324. When trip ended he charged extra and fought. He cheated and took more. I was forced to contact ola customer care then and there but they too could help me partially. I landed up paying rs.500 more than what the actual fare for the trip was. If this is your service ola, i must say you guys are worst then the regular local cabs or autos around. The driver started abusing and threatening when me and my dad were not ready to pay the manipulated amount. Kindly help me get back my lost amount. Take the strictest possible action against this driver.in fact see that you build a mechanism of keeping a strict vigil on all your drivers or just close down your company if its not possible. This was my dad's and my first outstation ola ride and it ended in a disaster. Completely dissapointed with ola. The driver details: vishwanatha phone number: [protected]

                              The most amazing fact is my dad is a retired ias officer and i am a serving kas officer. We both can take your company to such a task that we can get your license suspended too. We just wanted to try out ola outstation on a sunday since our official vehicles werent available. It gave us an insight into how common people are cheated by so called big companies like u.

                                This is a really serious issue which happened with us today midnight
                                Me n my friend were travelling to brigade bangalore n we reached the destination by 00:02 and he mistakenly left his phone out there we tried calling his phone for several times first it was ringing and within 4-5 min the phone was found switched off as the ola was booked from his phone
                                We complained in ashoknagar police station the driver was called there and he denied that he didnot find any phone there and even the police used the statement that he is poor and you guys are rich whereas he was carrying an iphone
                                Again in the evening we tried calling the ola driver again he was threatening that come to kengri we will meetup there he even said wait let me take the call on conference with police and he disconnected the call

                                  I have been charged wrongly cancellation fee for the pick up. I have mentioned on 24th june i was just surfying the route and i haven't received otp nor the invoice. When today i again booked for ride i wrongly charged for the cancellation fee as well. I have reached out to ola support via and they never replied me. An when today i booked another ride i have been charged for previous cancellation charges. Today when i contacted help desk they suggested the team never replies back and customer should know the process it self. Ola team did customer needs to study each document for booking cab. An why i backend team never reached out to me and even though i reached out to them. Kindly remove support tab from ola app if everything needs is to be done by customer manually.

                                    On[protected] I booked an OLA ride through phone pe app with booking Id-CRN[protected] then I payed cash to the driver since then the payment alert was coming on phone pe so an executive called me form phone pe to pay the amount online because then only the reminder will disappear and she assured me that ask refund from OLA they will refund amount.I did the same and now OLA is refusing to return back my money and saying since the ride was completed on 23-08-18 so the issue should have been reported within 72hrs of completion of ride.Ola has received the payment twice now I m only at loss

                                      I was taking OLA ride on daily basis for 2 times in a day, i had purchased OLA Share Pass, which will allow ride for 15 Kms for 119 rs flat ride cost, but after finishing the ride i was getting bill as 170, 160 etc, i called customer care & asked regarding the same that time they said me its not in our hand it is decided by system, we can't do anything, that time i said ok fine but i will not pay the ola credit if this happens then they said ok as your wish, but now they are calling me & asking to clear the dues, im also asking them to make the correct in invoice where i get over charges reduce it then I will pay the same. But they are not responding it to query im not ready to pay overcharges, as i need to pay double 1st for OLA share pass & over charges too. Even in call i'm not saying i will not pay i will pay the dues but i don't want to overcharges as it misleading the share pass from OLA. below details

As daily i was travelling for 14.5 Kms one side, i said customer care to raise the ticket but they didn't raise any tickets, instead of ticket they saying its system decides, i asked ok let me speak with your developer of the system, but also no answer from them everything they put simply on system we do not have anything on our hands.
