Hello to whomesoever it may concern,

I just had a very bad experience with ola.
Estimated cost was shown as 304 for around 23 kilometers of the distance, when i booked ola auto.
But, the driver took a very long route (33 kilometers) and i was charged 444 rs instead of 304.
Also, during the ride he took some breaks to pee on the streets and to hung out with some friends and to buy gutakha from the pan shop.

    I (Ms. Anuja banik majumdar, age: 28+) regret to inform you that yesterday (16.09.2018) i had a worst experience with ola cab at salap high road, howrah. Very often i take ola cabs but never experienced this kind of problem. Last night i was not feeling well when i was returning from my friend's house. So my friend decided to book the ola cab so that i could reach my home safely & smoothly. According he booked the ola cab from salop high road, howrah to chaital para, bally, howrah and called the driver immediately to let him know the exact location. But the driver disconnected the phone and cancelled the ola cab booking. Again my friend booked another ola cab and unfortunately same thing happened by that driver also. At that point of time i was facing serious health issues and couldn't manage ola cab to reach home safely. It was very risky for me to catch shuttle at 8:45 p. M. From the area like salop high road as i am a lady. Me and my friend became helpless. At last i had to board in a crowded bus and somehow reached home.
    I hope you would realize my pain and you would take necessary action for those two ola cab drivers asap.

      There was just a trade paint incident with my bike and this guy’s car. He took my key and twisted my hand. I acted in self defence and pushed him. These scrubs have ruined my bangalore. I am going to file a fir against him. This happened on 17th of september 2018 around 10.30 am car number is ka 41 c 1275.

        Bangalore. Nagwara side. My sister booked an ola auto to go back to her hostel, and i waited with her till the auto came.
        # firstly, that guy was speaking only kannada and couldn't even understand hindi. Still after 15 mins of talking and me struggling with my basic kannada, i managed to locate the driver.
        # 2nd fishy part: i was trying to locate him by the number plate on my ola app, but he told me that the number plate was different. Bhosdike! And it is not the first time ola auto drivers number plates dont correspond on the plate provided on the app!
        # 3rd: when i dropped my sister in the auto, he started talking fluent hindi on his phone call! All of a sudden! And all that time, that # was making me struggle in kannada.
        #4th: he was supposed to go north, but that # went to freaking east! Totally different place, and he took my sister to some slum places in nagwara. He was asking her to get out of the cab, and that the location entered was incorrect! That dumb #! I personally ensured that the drop location was correct, and he dares leave my sister in some slum shady places, where you # know what can happen! After all, india is famous for rape, nah? Because of such #s mostly!
        #5th: my sister was going thru an emotionally traumatizing moment. However she called her my other brother who was nearby (For at that time i was completely south of bangalore). M y sister knew that they were just going round and round, and that guy was speaking only in kannada when she spoke to him in hindi. (Remember he was speaking decent hindi back when i dropped her with the driver?!!!) she shouted and screamed for that # to drop her to the main road at least, which he did. He didnt even ask for the money and fled. Shortly after my brother came and picked her up on his bike.

        Ola you better # know your drivers, and do some kyc and #! I always supported ola vs uber, because i support made in india rather than some foreign #. Now if you guys are not going to provide safety to your passengers, well i # pray karma hits you soon and thousandfold!!! If something happened to my sister tonight, i would have # killed that ola auto driver, chopped his # # and would have thrown his # and # on bhavish aggarwal and ankit bhati faces! This is my warning to you, and you better take it seriously!!!

          I have booked a ola cab (Mini) this morning. Waited at the pick up location for more than 15mins. But the cab driver didn't respond. I have not cancelled the booking. Ride was cancelled by cab driver afyer sometime. But charged cancellation fees (Rs.50) and also not given proper details of cancellation.
          Please revert back the cancellation charges.

            I had made a drive on 11th sep from madhu vihar dwarka to noida sector-60 and made payment of rs. 938/- using paytm. By mistake twice same amount was transferred to driver. When i asked him to refund amount he is denying. Even ola official is saying that only one payment was done. While i have sent him the proof of transferred amount with all detail. However, no action is taken by ola official so far. Very frustrating service and lack of discipline of a large company. Just a cheating & dishonest policy with customer.

              I am nri customer and presently staying in sharjah, uae. From august 3rd to august 27th, i along with my family were in india for our annual vacation. I had earlier booked my return flight from mumbai on 26th august and i had to travel from pune to mumbai airport to catch the flight. Since, ola have introduced outstation cab booking service where we can book the cab in advance for outstation rides, i booked the cab on their mobile application. As per their application, before 1 hour of departure, i received driver details on my mobile number. My flight from mumbai airport to dubai airport was at 10.20 pm and since i had already made online check-in for the flight, i had to reach the airport 1 hour before scheduled departure. Travel time from pune to mumbai international airport is approximately 3-4 hours. Hence, i have scheduled the cab pickup at 4.30 pm. However, after receipt of driver confirmation before 1 hour of departure, the ola cab driver has cancelled the trip from his side. After the cancellation from driver, ola could not make alternate arrangements for another car due to which i had to cancel international flight ticket (For my family of 2 adults+1 child+1 infant) and book a new ticket on 27th august with another airline at higher price. Also, since, i was not having accommodation arrangements in pune, i had to stay in a hotel in pune on 26th august. The deficient service from ola resulted in personal agony to my complete family. I need compensation from ola to cover the financial loss happened due to their deficient service.

                I m complaining from last 20 days that i m unable to ride with share pass with 0 fare as i have bought rental of 999 to avail this 0 fare facility. I m travelling from 2 yrs never faced such issue. I need my refund of 999 in my ola wallet as last day of this facility is 27 sep. I cannot loose my 1000 rs for yr fault. Plz resolve this issue or refund money as soon as pos.

                  I took a cab on 26 aug 2:29 am frm miraroad station to naigaon east the bill was 310 i gav 500 to the driver he had only 80 rps change so he tld me he will payment me the rest amount and he gav me his no and today the date is 15 sep the cab driver is not responding to my phn calls and he never returned the money.                     We took a ride from old delhi railway station to rohtak haryana. The fair was 1323 rs but the driver riyaz ahmad [protected] asked us to pay extra toll 90 rs and state tax 125 rs. So i paid him extra for toll. Later i saw in my invoice that toll has already been charged in my bill. I felt cheated and disgusted plz take appropriate action against the driver.

                      On 4th september i booked aola cab from saheednagar to airport. When i contacted the driver he responded negatively. Also told that i am on the location you may come to me in aharsh manner and did not come to me. Any way i rebooked and the vehicle came with a very well manned driver who dropped me at the airport. It is surprising you are charging rs.50.00 as cancellation charge. This is not sesirable.
                      Amount highly charged my amount shown is Rs. 270, still driver charged me Rs. 360 by him for unnecessarily wait in petrol bunk.

                      The car is also not worth for that amount.

                      No wifi tab is working

                      My relatives told regd OLA overcharging, I faced it today.

                        With regards to one of my rides outstation, using OLA cabs - i.e. from Coimbatore airport to Ooty, the driver said he will only accept cash payment and not from OLA money wallet. Hence, I changed the payment mode to cash instead of Ola money (although I had funds in the account).

                        I paid 2000 cash to the driver upon reaching my destination at Ooty from Coimbatore airport on June 8th, 2018. I wasn't given a receipt for the same and I was ok as I didn't know or realize that OLA will also charge my Ola money wallet for the same amount and also activate some post paid service (for which I never opted for).

                        OLA has been harassing me to pay them the 500 bucks back that was charged to my account during the trip ever since i returned from my trip (June 14th, 2018). When i complained, they are saying that they cannot validate my claim as its been more than 48 hours now.

                        Why was the postpaid service activated in my account without my approval?; Why didn't OLA try to contact me within the 48 hours time duration about this?

                        This definitely sounds like cyber crime (read fraud) on the OLA app and I am at the receiving end of this.

                        No amount of emails, messages or talks with OLA personnel has helped as they are not willing to help in any way. They have been harassing me by calling me numerous times during my office hours for payments. Now, they are threatening me of legal action for absolutely no fault of mine!!

                        I do not have the contact no. of the driver either who charged me cash, neither is OLA willing to contact the driver about this.

                        Please help me file a case in this matter. Thanks.

                          Myself Ajantha, on 5th of september 2018 i travelled chennai central from sri maha hostel shastrinagar Adyar. when i booked through ola it shows got the estimated fare around 237 to 269 due to cabs not avail. Driver s very young and doesn't know the route . Delay the pick up more than 1 and half hours. and moreover he collected Otp through on cal before our pickup so he voluntarily delays the pick up. but he charged Rs.498/- its unnecessary. so i want excess chargeable amount .

Coz my driver got a fake call by the name of ola care delhi and he was saying for tha navigation update and my driver had that activity which was he saying. He was giving sharing duties to him for 1.5 hours after that duties my ola car balnce was 12779. N that man was want bank account or patym no. N password. But didnt give. N i report to ola office in chandigarh. But they r saying we have to lay this amount in any condition. Other wisethey ll close my acount.. Tell me plz how is it possible.                               I had taken ola pass of rs.80/ in which i had been assured rs.149/ flat rate in delhi ncr within 10kms. I took the ride on sep.7, 2018 in the morning and my distance was 10 kms but i was charged rs. 270/ which was way too extra than promised under the ola pass. When ola pass flashed in my account, no where it is mentioned that morning charges would be extra or i would have to pay the toll for up. This is sheer exploitation of consumers by not telling them the real charges. I want extra charges to be refunded. Why do they recommend such passes if charges are not to be taken as per the plan. As a common woman who commutes daily on her own, these cabs simply exploit their situation.

                                This is how I experienced the best Ola ride companies.

                                I appreciated your policy. But don't let the death employee drive your company names, here is the the particular names. Rameshwar vetalkar, an evil humanity. He kill my time and my money, curse on you such a dirty greed, after booking confirmation I make a twice call had conversations with him saying reaching near my location after some minute he switch off the phone. Can't reach his phone nor the spot. What a trick Ola playing around the people.
                                Please take immediate action such kind of drivers. Don't let spoils the Ola Company.

                                  Booked a ride from bhubaneswar to puri (Around 60-70 km). But was charged an amount of rs.5555 for 373 km instead of the original amount of 1050. Raised a complain with the support team. It's been 13 days now and have not received the money back.

                                    One of our community member 's daughter faced this extremely disgusting hurl from an Ola driver. Such creeps should be banned from the OLA panel

                                    We are using Ola from 2-3 years now. But my daughter had an traumatic experience from an Ola driver on 5th September 2018. He accepted the request then called her up and told her to cancel the ride. My daughter refused (if a customer cancels the ride they get charged upto ₹50). He started abusing her and cut the call. We tried calling him back several times but he didn't pick up. My daughter recorded the conversation. I cannot trust such a man to drive me or my family. How can I trust Ola with my daughter being alone in a car with such a driver. There's no way to connect with Ola company to complain. So please share this message and spread awareness.                                       I was using my mobile [[protected]] for ola cab booking. of late, I am not able book a ola cab using the ola app. The message I get is " this mobile is blocked". i not sure why this has happened. In the Month of April 2018, while booking a return cab from Bangalore airport, in cab line there was confusion between two cabs. The one not allotted to my booking wanted the trip since his house was nearby. He swapped the cab allotment. I am not if he use my phone. Any please this issue at the earliest.

                                        now on 04 sep 18 I booked ride in jaipur.it was cancelled I again booked and after reaching at destination it charged me RS 100 extra cancellation charges.I called for complain to their support cell but no solution.
