But, I lived at Chennai before, any time I prefer to use ola service compare with any other services, I never faced any problem in Chennai.. But I moved to Hyderabad, here it's very big problem with ola Auto.. there are so many autos are available...

Old auto driver cancelled ride after successful booking. I had waited for auto around 20 mins, later he cancelled ride.
Other auto driver he accepted and cancelled again with tin 5 mins.

I didn't opt for auto renewal of share pass. Money has been getting deducted since four months now. Auto renewal as default option is fraudulent way to deal with. I was not using ola that frequently so did not realise that money got deducted. I want to login in my ola account through email as i have forgotten my password but i am not able to see any forgot password screen. If i get to reset my password i will be able to change my number. I booked cab for bangalore airport.. I called the cab driver.. He asked me to wait.. I waited for 20 mins.. And the trip got cancelled.. I have been charged cancellation charges.. I want to say this from the bottom of my heart that most of your drivers don't act nicely with the customers. Today i booked a cab with you the respected ola authority but your driver didn't act nicely to me he talked very roughly and even cancelled the booking, now also the same thing happened with me in evening although he didn't cancelled the cab but i as a customer of your prestigious ola services i want to ask...

On 27-apr-18 i have booked a car for my family. Later after completion of trip driver asked money for the trip. It was 204/- means the exact amount. And the same amount debited from ola credit also, and driver not informed this to customer. Immediately i have raised complaint through app. But they are believing drivers words and can not prove the issue.

Oftenly, for official purpose i have to travel & i prefer ola but now i want to highlight the experience of ola ride happened on 25th april 2018.

On 25th april 2018, i have to reach early to my destination so i scheduled the ride on the morning time around 7:45am to avoid the traiifc & unavailability.

As scheduled, i received the notification with driver details....

On 27 april at night i booked ola cab from nangal raya to ranaji enclave. I booked cab for my two daughters and the driver's behavior wasn't good. After taking the cab she realized that driver has full drunk because he couldn't drive properly. Please take my complaint as soon as possible because it's a matter about some ones life. Does ola management care about the taxis unavailability in city like pune where the taxi drivers are rude, ill mannered. They never want to take the rides to the areas where there is possibilty of traffic. Lets come to the taxis availability/unavailability. Why my ola auto booking was cancelled. The auto was just 600 meters far from my house. I request you to look into the matter. Maybe the auto driver don't understand the language communicated by the audio box. So my suggestion to u is to make sure that the driver can understand properly the language communicated by the wi-fi audio system. My experience is that many ola drivers have trouble understanding the audio route provider...

On purpose harassment seeing that women were alone. Asking for more money. Cancelled ride when didn't agree to pay. We carried small carry bags and had 2medium sized bags. He demanded extra money to be paid directly to him and not company. When we argued that this is legitimate size of luggage that can be carried and won't pay anything extra he cancelled our ride.
