I booked a cab using ola app providing the details of pickup and drop. The driver picked me and my mom who is an elderly lady and a patient from the pickup location and drove for few minutes before he realised the drop location is not on his way home. He suddenly stopped the car and asked us to get out of the car which was a load of inconvenience for me and my mother as she suffers from the certain medical condition. Even on explaining the situation of my mother his rudeness did not fell a bit instead he started showing gestures with the hand which was intimidating and threatening to me. Left with no option I got out of the car in the middle of the road with my ill mom. I have the recording of the conversation we had in the cab. With due respect, I beg to conduct a strict action against the driver for his unprofessional behaviour, irresponsibility and threatening actions.
I recharged my Ola Money with ₹500 and i still haven’t received the recharge even though the money was deducted from my bank account. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

    I had booked for a ride at 0826 hrs vide. Booking number crn [protected] scheduled at 0955 hrs today i. E on 10th may 2018. As usual, around 15-20 minutes before i was informed about cab/driver details which was on the way. Thereafter there was no contact from the driver. Suddenly at 0955 hrs i had received the information that the driver had cancelled the trip.
    My family had a commitment at the assembly of god church school, mullickbazar kolkata at 1030 hrs which they had missed due to this irresponsible act.

    Such eleventh hour cancellation by ola is not a surprise to me which i had faced it many times before, which can be accessed in my ola account. But enough should be enough because it has grown as a menace. It shows least concern for the forlorn customers by ola.

    I understand that ola would refute that it is within their rights to cancel trips for any reason best known to them. But such cancellation should allow us some window time to arrange for alternative means. Let me assert again that the age of bullying customers is the things of yore.

    As an old ola customer it is my sad saga before other app based car service takes on me. Thanks a lot for the customer concern shown...

      Today morning booked ola cab for trip from ittina souparnika society to hdfc regional office kasturba road.
      When booked the driver was completing a trip near by and showed 18 min to pickup.
      When the driver approached the pickup point he called me to check the exact location for pickup and asked about drop off point, when i informed the driver the details he cancelled the trip before 2minutes to pickup.
      I lost all the time waiting for the pickup and when tried to book another cab in the app it was 20min for the next cab.

        Ride driver didnt call for confirmation and without any call he had cancelled my ride this totally unfair i was already wait for him so he has to confirm location by calling first and then have cancelled but after intimate not firectly

          This msg is to inform you that, yesterday i have booked the ola from the contact number [protected]. I call drive to call and ask at what time he will reached location. He told that he has passenger when he will drop in 15 mins and then he will reached to the pickup location. This is not how to book the ola if there is an passenger almost it will take 30-40 min to pick up. I will not pay the cancellation charge which is charge on my number. So

            Mery time call ola customer care but problems not resolve. Sir please helpme.
            I am not received my benefit 2999 recharge. (Free trail of ola select on recharge 2999+) i am recharged and use promo code and promo code succeeded. But still now not received my benefit.

            27 april i am booking outstanding but wrong charges your derive. I need to refund my money 1500/-
            462km wrong.

            You can verify my journey kilometers.

            So please resolve my problems and refund my money.

              Hi,

              A ola cab booked today was canceled by the driver after reaching at the point, after the passenger sat in the car.

              The driver cursed all the time, using obscene foul language and obscene gestures on my mom, as i booked the cab for her and she was supposed to travel in the cab alone.

              This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable with kind of heavy premium you guys charge. Also i am an ola select member and supposedly i should receive highly trained drivers for the rides booked. I am perplexed now as to why did i subscribe for select service.

              I will be moving with my legal options to charge the driver and ola if no actions are taken.

              I have been a consistent user of ola, but the service quality is certainly degrading day on day. I really hope that you can provide your customers the service quality promised.

                You may find that i am frequently using your loa cab. Since last few days i am very dis satisfy with your drivers.
                I have booked the ride and it has been cancelled by your drivers. I am giving the details below:
                May 2, 9.24am crn [protected] cancelled by driver
                May 3, 11.49am crn [protected] cancelled by driver
                May 3, 12.17pm crn [protected] cancelled by driver
                May 5, 11.20am osn[protected] cancelled by driver
                May 5, 11.35am crn [protected] cancelled by driver

                But i am surprised that for last two rides ie may 5 i have been charged for cancellation.

                Further to say that for ride osn[protected] the driver has charged rs 200 against the bill of rs 93. Since i have come to banglore from another state i could not resist more and had to pay rs 200

                I hope that the matter will be reviewed by your seniors and the cancellation charges will be waved off.
                I also hope that once the cab is booked and driver should not cancel without the consent o[censored]ser.
                I also hope that extra charge which i have been charged to be returned to me.

                I hope i will get positive response in right time and it will be also ensured that the repetition of such cancellation will be discontinued.

                I book the ola cab 8.20 and he informed me i provid can 9:20 but ola is not provide cab and last time cancel my cab booking please share the fed back and complain the ola cab. This us fake service provider.

                  Today I booked OLA from Bannerghata Road to yacha halli metro station and driver did not pick up the call and later he canceled the trip. Same thing happened when I booked OLA Auto, in this whole process i lost one hour and by the time we reached yashwantpur station train had left. Since these were confirmed ticket no refend from indian railway.

                  Due to OLA mistake I lost the train, so I demand refend from OLA

                    I have booked a ride on 6th May 2018 from Triton mall to Guman Jyoti Enclave, Jaipur with Ola cabs. I Got taxi no and OTP too and I was also getting a message that your cab is arriving soon but When I called the driver whose contact no was showing in the booking, he replied that he hasn't got any booking. That affected me badly as I was having shortage of time.

                      I booked a cab for airport from noida to delhi airport. The driver accepted my request. When i called up to check for his eta, he asked my payment method. After sometime when it was late and i didn't see any vehicle i called up to know about his eta, the driver rejected my call and after sometime switched off his phone. I was getting late to the airport and it was already delayed.
                      I again booked a cab and this time the driver knowing that i am going to pay via ola money asked me to cancel my booking. He deliberately delayed and insisted that i should cancel my ride instead of him.
                      I payed double the amount to book a private ride and nearly missed my flight. It was a really horrible experience and such unprofessional attitude really disgusts.
                      I have been a frequent ola user and i am decided to leave it for sure.
                      I don't expect that the company is going to take any action on this but still thought like sharing.

                        I booked a share ride from coimbatore railway station to karunya institute of technology and sciences as the driver reached he refused to take us there and asked us to cancel the ride, so i booked a micro ride for the same location the driver asked me to pay 700 but the total amount was 530 only.

                        There way of talking is so aggressive.

                        Plz look into it and i want a strict action for this, they are fooling people.

                          Myself kirti gupta, today i have booked a ride from ramesh nagar i. E. My home to isbt kashmere gate around 7.30am. When i booked a ride it clearly shows total amount is rs229 but after the ride is completed driver asks to give rs408 instead of 229,
                          And i refuse to gave him that amount then he misbehave with my parents and told us i will see you.
                          And one more thing he call me that he reached my place but when i went to see him he was not there and when i call him to know where he is standing
                          He continously busy on phone
                          I am totally disapointed from ola services.
                          And in future i am uninstalling ola from my phone.
                          This driver made us wait for over an hour and would not receive calls neither would cancel the ride. Very repulsive and irresponsible. I called him over 20 times. Couldn't book another ride as well. This driver's licence should be cancelled or taken action against soon enough.

                            Traveling in an ola share is full of hassles. There are detours, multiple pick ups and drops happened during my single trip and a trip which would've taken around 45 mins was completed in almost double the time solely because of the issues with the share algorithm. After 15 mins of traveling, the cab returned to exactly the same spot where i was picked from because the driver had to accept a trip for which he was forced to take a detour. The second passenger who got into the cab had to be picked from the airport for which the driver had to go right to the hart of the airport in the parking zone. I've never faced issues like these with an uber pool. Will never book an ola share ride again.

                              Hello!! We are using ola app from just four to five days. On 5 may i recieved msg that i have to pay cancellation fee of ₹75... As far as i'm concerned i didn't cancel any ride and when i wanted to go somewhere out it asked to add 75 more.. I m not ready to pay for what i did not..
                              Pls look after this...

                              I had booked ridefrom jadubabur bazar till goabagan rangana theatre ...the driver said he is near by and will reach the venue within a min...suddenly he cancelled my ride and when.i called himup he asked me to book another ride and thus i was charged 50 as a cancellation charge which is not at all reasonable ...

                                I am traveling on a white xcent 1325 in share in hyderabad
                                I asked the driver to increase the speed of ac as back side was too hot dat i was perspiring. He bluntly denied saying it doesn't goes increases it will remain at this speed. Are we travelling for free or the driver is paying fr us.. Who the hell is he to deny. It wasn't a request it was a demand as a customer.

                                  I booked ola cab yesterday for today's morning, from miraroad to panvel (Mumbai, maharastra). For my daughters entrance exam. Till yesterday it was fine, morning again i checked with driver he is saying coming & than not came after 5 min. I called several times but he didn't respond to that, after some time again booked taxi for the same but that also they had not respond.
                                  I am very much disappointed, it's my daughter's future why company is hiring such irresponsible people/team. How can they simply ignore thing without knowing fact.
                                  We have to take strong action towards such company.
                                  Ola cab please shutdown your operation when you don`t know how to operate!!!

                                    We boarded a cab from iit to badarpur (Molarband) in a ola cab (Up16et0474). Instead of taking the normal route of mathura road, driver took an unknown route which was quite isolated. At a lonely point he told that he needs to cross the haryana border if he has to reach the destination and insisted us to get down there itself. He started giving weired excuses like this was the best route, i don't know further route black blah blah. After calling 100 number and threatening him of police complaint, he reluctantly dropped at the destination. Such behavior of ola driver is very disturbing. I never recommend to travel by taxi no. Up16et0474, when being driven by mr. Adesh kumar.

                                      Ola cabs i am so dissatisfied with your services in bangalore. It's been two weeks that i have shifted here and my main struggle here is ola cabs for travelling.

                                      Your rates fluctuate every minute... You book a cab at a low price the cab driver cancels the ride without even informing. Sometimes ola says high demand on cabs pay between 200-350 and you will get a cab when the ride cost is actually 150 or less, and if you say yes in high demand you do get the cab.. That's so disgusting. Is it just about looting people you don't care about the service at all.

                                      Past one hour i am standing at dmart electronic city with my 3 year old kid, trying to book a ride till meenakshi society bannerghatta... One cab booked at rs.147, he said he's coming and then he cancelled the ride after 25 minutes, booked another ride that too got cancelled after a while, booked an auto he cancelled the ride too... I totally lost my patience... Booked a prime paying and it immediately responded and came. Paid 378 for the ride (Excluding rs.70 toll)

                                      Ola worst service at bangalore.. Don't know about other cities but i am highly dissatisfied..

                                        The driver made us roam around the streets putting some other location inspite of saying that we wanted to go to international banglore airport. We also had to pay extra 130 rs cash for the toll even after the toll is been added to our bill, which is not our responsibility to do you. I highly want my money to be cut shorted and refunded. Ill report on the higher sites aswell. Very bad.
