The driver made us roam around the streets putting some other location inspite of saying that we wanted to go to international banglore airport. We also had to pay extra 130 rs cash for the toll even after the toll is been added to our bill, which is not our responsibility to do you. I highly want my money to be cut shorted and refunded. Ill report on the higher sites aswell. Very bad.

    Ola driver of plate br01pj0566 today took a u - turn without going through the roundabout and nearly crashed into my motorcycle. When i wanted to stop him for confrontation he started talking on the phone while driving and drove past me. The incident happened at round about near biscoman bhavan, gandhi maidan. This incident gave rise to rage and fear in me at the same time. Please take action against the driver as incidents like such ignorance of traffic rules may lead to traffic hazards. I am a regular ola user myself but i have never come across such drivers. Drivers at ola always drive carefully inspite of provocations given by passengers. Maybe this driver doesnt deserve to be a member of the fleet. If rash driving is what he wants send him to f1 to represent ola india.

      Hi ola team,

      I am very old customer using ola service and was having a good trust in its service time and duty.
      But with recent situations that i have went through, i have completely lost that trust from ola service. I had booked cab for some urgent travel and got denied by driver with no reason.
      If such drivers are serving your company who dont know to value customet time and their own duty, then please take some action on them.
      I have screenshot where i faced cancellation and deny from driver in within 10 thrice time.

        This is to inform you that now a days i am facing some issues in availing ola cab service which are listed as under:

        1. First of all most of the drivers of ola are not cordial in their behaviour... They have no manners to speak to the customer.

        2. While booking drivers denying duty from there side without informing.. Which is resulting to consumption of time in case of emergency. And believe me it's not acceptable at all.

        3. The codes which have been provided to us are most of the times invalid codes..

          I was driving from bund garden to koregaon park pune, a cab was trying to scratch my bike & the cab driver was loughing at me he repeated this thrice & loughing, i m very angry because of such kind of people i want to file complaint against him, car no. Is mh 12 pq 7792,, you people do something other wise will do something, this happened on 3rd may 2018 between 12 to 12:30pm

            I had booked ola cab on 30/04/2018 from habibganj station bhopal to my residence in gulmohar bhopal at 10.45 pm for rs 75, at that time the ola driver has confirmed my booking after 15-20 mins of waiting in the station, i again called the driver for my ride, he then without picking the phone cancelled my ride. After that i booked another ride at 11.03pm for my destination where i have to pay premium amount rs 225. I don't know whether why this extra amount have been charged when the cancellation was done by driver not me. Moreover i should get cashback for the waiting and mental difficulty i faced at the station due to ola cabs.
            I expect a fast and positive solution for this in order to maintain the trust against the ola cabs which was there in my mind till this journey took pace.
            I share my bad experience with my colleagues also to that they remain cautious for this type of fraud.

              Crn [protected]. Driver pradeep kumar. White accent. I booked a ride on 2nd may from arjan vihar to hauz khas. I forgot my flask in it. Tried calling driver. He said he will return. But the driver is dodging for last three days. Company says it's between the driver and the customer playing has no role to play. It's not yet returned. Kindly intervene the driver to return the flask at home or deposit it at any of the ola centre will have it collected from there.. My mobile no is [protected]. Thank you

I by mistake left my water flask in it. I tried speaking to driver. He said he'll return. He's not yet returned. Call centre said, you collect from playing centre. Kindly assist or in lodge a fir in police station.

                  Hello,

                  This is regarding the Ola wallet recharge done on 20-Apr-2018 for Rs 100 which immediately got deducted for no reason.

                  My last ride was paid via Ola money wallet for Rs 103 on 17-Apr-2018. Then on 20-Apr-2018 I had to book a shared cab and that made me to do recharge of Rs 58 more so total wallet money became Rs100 and that got deducted even before booking the cab.

                  Now again I recharged for Rs 150 and then booked the shared cab for Rs 119.

                  Attached here are the screenshots for all transactions from Ola money wallet.
                  I have already contacted OLA on their customer support emails but no response.

                  I believe Ola will return my money of Rs100 deducted for no reason on 20-Apr-2018.

                    I have been using ola for around 4-5 months without any concerns over their services.

                    In the last week of march, my account was compromised / hacked. According to ola, someone somehow hijacked my ola account, changed the phone number from mine to theirs, and used the ola money to perform a phone recharge.

                    I could see that this all happened in a matter of hours. I used ola's services, paid using ola money, and in the next 2 hours or so, i was asked to relogin to my ola app. My account was wiped clean and logged in successfully as a new user.

                    As a result, i lost considerable amount of money, my previous transactions, and valuable time in following this up.

                    Ola, after multiple follow ups, clearly mentioned that the money cannot be refunded since this is an account hacking / compromise incident. The perpetrator's card and account have been sealed off and that would be the best ola can do to address my concerns.

                    As a person who has for long used your services without issues, i feel let down and deeply saddened by this incident and especially that you cannot give my own money back atleast.

                      I’m from pune. My auto driver nasim was very rude to me and he charged me more than the fare money. I was alone and he was arguing with me for a long time. This is the second time he did this. He even used slangs. He charged more and was shouting while talking. Here are some details about him.

                        Yesterday morning my daughter(From her Mobile No.[protected] ) had booked Ola cab from Andrahalli Vidyamanya nagar 3rd cross to HSR Layout. As against the pickup point the cab driver was waiting in 4th cross. When called him he told we have to come to his place since pickup location is 4th cross. He was answering in arrogant manner. Then we by walk(around 200 meter) went to 3rd cross main road and called him to come there. He came there and before getting inside the car we asked him why he has not come to actual pickup point and we will report to Ola. Suddenly in a rude manner he told us to cancel the booking. Without waiting for our reply he started car and went, he him self cancelled the trip. That cab driver name is Pradeepa Y. I have enclosed screen shot of cancellation bill received from you. Later we booked Uber cab at much lower cost(Rs. 230 as against your charge of Rs.494). I am asking why you people engage cabs of these rude behavior drivers ? Please give me the reply. You immediately remove him from your service.Otherwise I am going to put this in newspaper.

                          I am daily using ola cabs for my service.
                          Suddenly today my account is blocked when i was booking for ola, it found blocked.
                          I cannot understand the reason. I feel humilated and insulted when there is nothing happened.
                          Please specify reason today and justify your actions and why i should not escalate this issue to legal authority.

                            Hi,

                            Ola crn [protected] micro. I was given a fare of rs. 378/- on ola app but the final fare charged my rs. 651/-

                            Such a vast difference only shows fraudulent practice by ola to cheat customers into booking. This has happened before many times while a difference in rs. 10-15/- is understandable but rs. 200-300/- more is absolutely unacceptable.

                            Ola should be fined for cheating customers. Please look into this matter as there are many such complaints on this matter from other customers yet no action has been taken.

                              I had booked an ola rental taxi on 27 march, 2018. At the time of pickup only, i came to know that the rentals won't go out of city limits. So i called the customer services. After a conversation of more than an hour, they agreed on generating a bill of ₹150, ie, the waiting charge for the driver, which i paid. Later on, when i tried to book a cab, it's showing ₹1932 due and now i'm unable to book a cab. Again tried to contact the customer care people. Again after long debate, they told that once i pay the amount, they would refund the amount as ola money. Due to some personal reasons, i couldn't make the payment last month and when i tried to contact them on may 3, they told that now they cannot do any help since it's been more than a month since the incident occured.
                              Please provide me details about what i can do now, so that i need not pay for a ride that i didn't even take.

                                When we start booking the ola cabs, it gives some estimated rentals for a particular destination. But, when we reach the destination, the figure comes out to double or even more! We have to shell out the billed figure to the driver. We do not have any means to talk to ola management nor a chance to complain. We are not able to resolve the issue. There is no complaining system. Only they expect is the feed back and after giving our feed back what happens to our grievances, we do not know!
                                We have to search for the answers at their website and many times there is no answer for our questions.
                                There should be phone nos/ email address / a place where we can personally deliver our complaints and a proper redressal system.

                                  It was trip from kodambakkam to ambattur. Rate on booking was 371. Driver suddenly took diversion near paddi stating its short route and dint allow us to think and give confirmation.
                                  It was a bad route and lead to back pain. Rate was hiked by 80rs and we were unaware of it during the ride.
                                  Highly disappointed and indiscipline behaviour.
                                  I want refund as it is not our mistake and driver behaved very rudely and harshly.

                                  We want a call back on clarification.

                                    Hi,
                                    I missed my mobile (Lenovo vibek5, grey) in ola cabs on wednesday, 2nd may 2018. The booking was made around 5:13 pm. From iskcon to venkatapura.
                                    I dropped my phone in the cab and i realised after getting down.
                                    Immediately contacted the driver regarding this. My missing mobile was in ringing state, but the driver denied it. After 10pm my mobile was switched off.

                                      I traveled by ola cab from lajpat nagar -1 to faridabad sector - 28 at 04:39 pm with driver raj kumar singh. I had no problem with the driver but through over sight i left my photo album in the car. I called the driver immediately and he confirmed that he has found the album in the car and informed that since he lives in faridabad he will deliver the album next day morning. I did not receive the album till 30th april and tried to speak with the driver but his no. Was not answering or busy. At this point i spoke with the customer support and mentioned about my problem. It was completely shocking for me when the girl over the phone mentioned that it is not the responsibility of ola cabs to find the belongings or even to contact the driver. She straight away mentioned that i should go to the nearest police station and lodge an fir against the cab driver. I feel that it is the responsibility of ola cabs about the safety and security of the customers and their belongings. It may also happened a driver leaves the customer at a secluded place and takes away all his belongings. It could be more dangerous for the ladies travelling alone in a cab. Therefore it is the full responsibility of ola cabs in this regards because the customer has contracted with them for hiring the cab and not an individual (Driver). Therefore i need a full explanation and a guarantee from ola cabs before i use their services in future.

                                      I have another issue with Ola Cabs. Many times the drivers refuse to continue for the assignment for which the Cab was booked and cancel on their own once they are informed about the destination. Specially this happens when they are informed that we shall be going to Faridabad. Once i was sitting in the car and as soon as i informed the driver that i shall be going to Faridabad, He asked me to Cancel the booking as he dose not have permit for Haryana. Such drivers should be heavily fined.
                                      I made booking of ola cab on 1 May . Booking was successful with cab Reg no. RJ 14 TB 9410 Tavera .
                                      Contacted cab driver and he denied to reach the location . I told to cancel the booking from my side .
                                      Finally I caught the cab and he using very vulgar language and rejected the booking .

                                        My money is getting deducted on regular basis. I'm asked to pay for the ola credit and even when the money is still there in my wallet, i'm asked to pay the entire amount again. I've paid double at least three times now.
                                        Even now, my wallet has money and ola credit has 780 rupees remaining. But still, i'm getting a message to pay 2000 as ola credit.
                                        The money i add to my wallet or credit keeps coming back to zero without any avail. Have tried contacting many times and got no support.
                                        First of all, i want ola credit disabed and second, i need you to check for the issue and refund me atleast some of the money that got deducted unnecessarily from my account over the last couple of months.
                                        Driver has deny piking up & I cancelled booking, for next booking you are charging Rs 50 as cancellation
