Crn [protected], driver naushad. I am a senior citizen, travelled from my home (Sec 5, vasundhara, ghaziabad, up, pin 201012) to fortis hospital, sec 62 noida (Up) on 9.5.18. Total bill was rs.208.00 (158.00 plus rs.50.00 cancellation charges). I was not aware that i have sufficient balance in my ola money. On competion of journey i asked driver mr. Naushad, how much to pay. He remained silent. I again asked, tell me how much is bill and i have to pay. He told that internet is not working and my system is not working and showing no amount, you pay as per your estimate. The estimate was 208.00 and i paid him. After two hrs while waiting in the hospital for doctor, i saw that rs.208.00 has been deducted from my ola money also. I telephoned him and informed that you have taken double amount and pl pay me back. He realised the mistake and informed me that he lives nearby and come to this route frequently and he will pay me back within 2-3 days. But money has so far not has been refunded by him after seven days. You are requested to please recover the amount from him and credit to my ola money account.
