On 27 april at night i booked ola cab from nangal raya to ranaji enclave. I booked cab for my two daughters and the driver's behavior wasn't good. After taking the cab she realized that driver has full drunk because he couldn't drive properly. Please take my complaint as soon as possible because it's a matter about some ones life. I am attaching the details about driver.

    The driver was shouting on us throughout our ride coz we changed our route (He was driving at 95kmph). I have never had such experience before and when we asked him to stop shouting or else i will complain ola support. So he stopped the car first in the middle of road in first lane and threatened us then in middle of nowhere where there was no people when i was with my sister and askes us to get out. We begged the guy to stop at location where there were atleast some people and then after 2 mins only he took us to safe place. It was disgusting experience. Most people would be scared of this guy and would not complain. All i can make of this solution is ola is not safe for girls. Earlier i used to tell my sister to book ola at night 11pm as drivers are trustable but after this no way i am travelling in ola again with a girl. Unprofessional at highest level. Disappointed with the support received

      Dear Sir,
      I am writing this letter to complain you about the Ola services.
      Dated:-24/4/2018, at 15.40pm, I have booked your OLA cabs service (micro car booked through "Tata memorial cancer hospital receptionist" he help me for this booking from my mobile phone number [protected]. OTP number 6509) Driver Adil Sayyad, CRN number -[protected], pick up from Tata memorial cancer hospital to Kandivili (East). For your kind information that, my wife is a cancer Patient. In between 5 minutes, Mr. Adil Sayyad, pick up us from our location (Tata memorial cancer hospital – Dr.Homi Bhava Block – Parel/Mumbai) perfectly and after few minutes running he said, due to CNG problem, he unable to go to Kandivili (My destination), he denied all my request, and forcefully he cancel my order.
      I am sorry to say that, again we call your service & booked your OLA micro service (through mobile phone. OTP number is 1507, Driver- Rahamulla Khan, Vehicle number[protected], CRN number -[protected]) and Mr. Rahamulla Khan pickup us at 16:9 from Jerbai Wadia Road- Parel / Mumbai. After pick up, Mr. Rahamulla Khan too, requesting to us for cancel this booking. (His version, this is his lunch time. Wait minimum 30 minuets’ or he arrange one more vehicles to Kandivilly -East).
      We refused his proposal, due to - summer day ….. Hot climate…. with a cancer patient…..I am too feeling uneasy, due to mentally pressure. I am trying to convince him my level best but he is not ready to understand my position and ignore all my requests….lastly he stops his car near at Tilak road – Parel / Mumbai.
      Again we call your service and Md. Jahid Jasim Khan( MH-6107, CRN number -[protected]) Pick up us at 16:31 from Wadla Church( Parel - Mumbai) and lastly reached Kandivilly at.17:50. (Really Mr. Khan is a Very good and co-operation minded person).
      After one hour, at19:08, we are started again from Kandivily( East, ) to Ulhasnagar-5.
      For fill up CNG, Mr. Kamaluddin(CRN number -[protected]) taking too much excess time and after reaching our destination (at.22:20) Mr. Kamaluddin claim Rs.120.00 more at the place of Rs.1020.00 (when pickup, it showing Rs.1020.00 only) and lastly we have force to paid him Rs. 1140.00.
      I think, it is not fare. Please look into these seriously and revert back as soon as possible with your action planning about our harassment and wastage our times ………

        Does ola management care about the taxis unavailability in city like pune where the taxi drivers are rude, ill mannered. They never want to take the rides to the areas where there is possibilty of traffic. Lets come to the taxis availability/unavailability. If you cant provide services on time then why u r charging commission from taxi owners??? Sometimes it seems like an useless app which consumes 57.84 mb of memory space. # service in city like pune
        At 9.26am, we booked an auto via Ola from Gandhipuram, Coimbatore to Coimbatore Rly Stn.The message from company was that the respective Auto will be there at our starting spot within 2 minutes When we contacted the auto driver, he told that he will come only if we will pay 20 rupees extra .

          On 25th april 2018, my driver took whole day to complete target of 17 trips to earn incentive (Scheme provided by ola). However, on 26th april all the incentive credited by ola in my account reversed by saying trips were fake. While i seek farud details from ola customer care, they told me they don't have details of farud even visiting ola office will not fetch any information on this issue. This is second time we are facing ola cheating, if they don't know the trips were fake or invaid, still they put fine on partners.
          This is very bad thing ola doing with their ola partners. Basically they gives those incentive schems those are unacheivable. But if some one still acheive it then they held that partner for farud case.
          Hi same thing happened to us also. same day april 25th 2018. They deducted 1850 saying fraudulent trips but they are not able to give the details. It is very paining when some one calling you fraud and not giving reasons. something has to be done for this.

            Sir,
            Why my ola auto booking was cancelled. The auto was just 600 meters far from my house. I request you to look into the matter. Maybe the auto driver don't understand the language communicated by the audio box. So my suggestion to u is to make sure that the driver can understand properly the language communicated by the wi-fi audio system. My experience is that many ola drivers have trouble understanding the audio route provider box.

              On purpose harassment seeing that women were alone. Asking for more money. Cancelled ride when didn't agree to pay. We carried small carry bags and had 2medium sized bags. He demanded extra money to be paid directly to him and not company. When we argued that this is legitimate size of luggage that can be carried and won't pay anything extra he cancelled our ride. We were charged by the company for the same. Driver name is ahemad ali shaikh. Denied providing licence number. Behaving arrogantly.
              You cannot fine me money for cancelling when you have cancelled on me twice and have gone the wrong direction to pick me up. Your services are a joke and fining me ten dollars when I have waited for over half an hour is laughable. I tried to give you a chance but Uber seems much better!!

                On 22.04.18 hired an ola from najrul tirtha, new town, calcutta travelled to suhashini ganguli street bhowanipore 17.0 km od. Was charged exorbitantly rs.508.00.
                Prior to starting the journey th drivr told that your pick up and destination showing same and again the same registration as per his advice i made. The drivers name was nirmal oraon, cab was - micro - white dzire crn [protected]. An immediate redress of the over charge is solicited. Regards d p ghosh

                  Sir.. I lost my phone in ola cab. I travelling from bikramgar, jadavpur, kolkata to kasba new market.. Unfortunately i left my phone in ola cab.. And. After drop within 10-15min i call the driver number is [protected].. But, the driver is not reciveing the call and still now the number is ringing.. This is done 24-apr-2018

                  Please, help me... Car number did not showing the app..

                    I am dheerendra chaudhary, from noida. I booked a cab from noida city centre metro station to noida extension. The cab was 2 or 3 mins away. When i called the driver he denied on the call directly to pick me up by saying the he would be going home. When i asked him to cancel the ride he once again denied me because it would decrease in his ratings. It was late 12 o’clok so i had to reach home. I called him again to either pick me up or cancel the ride but he denied once again and set his location to my pick up location now i had timer of waiting.
                    I have his number and name. It was for the first time i was handled like this from your side. The driver’s name is jaspal singh and his number is [protected].
                    I believe that you will take needful action in this case

                      Hi,

                      I have been a loyal customer of ola since 8 months or more. I have been taking ola share cabs everyday to work and since a month now your technical services has been worst. I had tried to get a cab for 30mins and even after getting a cab after 30mins the wait time is 15-20mins mostly. And even my friend and fellow passengers are facing such an issue to get a cab.
                      At least have some better services for your loyal customers.
                      I have been using the app frequently but in the last few rides I have not recieved message about booking so i moved to a different app and few hours later I get cancellation message and cancellation charges.
                      See to it that the charges are removed as I'm not getting any confirmation message for the cabs I'm being fined for.

                        Electric car no. 0530 cancelled my order without calling me & after waiting for a long time when i call him, that time he told me that 'he cancelled my order'. It's not fair. If he had any problem then before cancel the trip, first he should tell me. Because of this behaviour i faced a problem. There are mom & sisters with me. You must take some action.
                        Hi! I am P. S Murthy. I traveled from ayyapanthangal to perambur on 19.04.2018 around 3:00pm.I was shown Rs 340 before booking and after the ride was over I was charged 444 because the driver took a long route to reach the destination. I would request you to resolve this issue and revert me back.

                          I had already paid the cancellation charges of rs 15 in my previous ride. But even after the payment it is showing the same message of charging me cancellation charges while booking ola auto. I am unaware as to for which ride i have been charged the cancellation charges. I would like full details of the same with valid justification for cancellation charges being levied. And if not proved it should be waved off.

                            Sushant the driver of the ola cab no. 3340 has suddenly canceled the trip after i boarded the cab. I have booked the cab from c. R avenue to sarada pally (Raja rammohan roy road). He suddenly said that he has some other work to do. I am so much surprised at his behaviour that i forgot to take a screenshot of the booking also. And he canceled the tri but ola app is showing me the deduction of rs. 50 from my next trip which he confirmed that no fine would be taken from me as the cancelation was from his side. And this type of the driver has a rating of 4.4. Plz take into action immediately. Thanks.

Given a complaint on 8th april that ola money rs.220 was deducted and driver also got extra money and asked to reverse the deducted money rs.220 from my ola app. Even after raising complaint it has not been reversed.. When i call cust care today she is telling dat not able to reverse now.. Pls reverse the rs.220 into my ola account.

                                Hello i was billed by olacabs for $65 last week, i’ve been on the app and requested a response but it’s now been 4 days, the pick of point was also the drop off point and the route on the app just did a big circle, i didn’t take this ride and this was charged fraudulently and they have not replied to me correspondence

                                  Dear team ola,
                                  I boarded a cab today morning at 9.47 am, osn[protected]. At around 10.02am, my cab broke down at sector 24 (Because your driver forgot to keep his tank fuelled) and i was left in the middle of the highway to look for another cab.

                                  After trying hard to find another commute, i booked another ola at 10.18am, osn[protected] and reached my office at 10.32 am.

                                  My first action after returning to my workplace was to call up ola to register a complaint about my first ride. To which, the reaction was that since the complain was 10 minutes beyond the 30 minutes bracket, there can be nothing done about it (I. E no refund/ no action whatsoever).

                                  So i want to point out:
                                  1. The redressal system is not clear in your app; and your support person expected me to know it.
                                  2. Do you expect a lone traveller to prioritize making a complain to ola and waiting for your redressal or reach their destination safe first? Thankfully it was daytime, what if it was nighttime?
                                  3. Ola support is pathetic, i discovered. There was nothing absolutely nothing done about it.

                                  I am a regular ola commuter, but henceforth, after seeing the pathetic service. I shall switch to uber.

                                  Not allowed by force
                                  Some patner agree you allowed share booking
                                  And some patner no need share booking
                                  Not allowed share booking
                                  By request pls change ola cab regulations

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I have been hiring ola since quite some time, finding it to be very professional and comfortable as well. But the last travel changed our opinion 360 degree. This was from mumbai airport to virar on 15-apr-2018.

                                    Travel ref : crn[protected]
                                    Ride fare ₹1297.1
                                    Airport parking charge ₹100
                                    Toll/parking fee ₹135
                                    Taxes ₹110.34
                                    Total bill (Rounded off) ₹1642

                                    My serious concern is:
                                    1. Even after taking drop, the journey status was showing ongoing. Even after calling the call center they confirmed the same status. This leads to some doubt of bill manipulation.
                                    2. We were asked for extra payment of toll and parking charges, though we got the estimated charges clearly mentioning the toll and parking charges. So far i know, it is never collected over and above the final bill amount. We can clearly relate this issue with the point #1.
                                    3. If you see the bill mentioned above there are two different charges of parking (₹100) and toll (₹135) which is absolutely wrong.
                                    4. Most shockingly, when asked to the ola support team, they are not responding with clear-cut answer. They revert back with standard answers and additional basic queries leading to waste of time. This is the most dangerous concern, i feel. This will definitely impact the ola credibility.

                                    Expecting a quick resolution from you.

                                      I m using ola from last 3 years. I have never faced any problem but from last 10 days at the time of booking amount is something different and once ride is completed the amount is something different. From vandalism sector 3 to noida sector 63 the fare can not be 200. But i[censored] will check from last 10 days unnecessary amount is getting deducted. When i made a complaint in customer service executive prasang don't have manners to talk i told him i don't have screenshots in reply he said i[censored] don't have screen shot we can't do anything. Is this the way u handle customers such a pathetic customer service and ur services are also getting poor day by day.
                                      I want my refund for unnecessary deductions otherwise i promise u i will never use ola.
                                      While booking a share cab, it shows "This is embarrassing.something went wrong.Please try again"

                                        While booking through ola app it has shown only 188/- once we completed the trip cab driver is asking me to give 386/- since the app is shown separate amount for fare increase¹ = ₹188.1
                                        They are collecting separate amount as 'fare increase' 188/- a part from below mentioned base fare, distance fare, ride time fare, taxes. When i check with the support they are telling the reason as when demand is high at that time they are putting this extra amount and cheating the customer.

                                        Base fare = ₹30
                                        Distance fare for 13.5 km = ₹81
                                        Ride time fare for 40 min = ₹60
                                        Fare increase¹ = ₹188.1
                                        Taxes = ₹27.28
                                        Total bill (Rounded off) = ₹386
