Electric car no. 0530 cancelled my order without calling me & after waiting for a long time when i call him, that time he told me that 'he cancelled my order'. It's not fair. If he had any problem then before cancel the trip, first he should tell me. Because of this behaviour i faced a problem. There are mom & sisters with me. You must take some action.
Hi! I am P. S Murthy. I traveled from ayyapanthangal to perambur on 19.04.2018 around 3:00pm.I was shown Rs 340 before booking and after the ride was over I was charged 444 because the driver took a long route to reach the destination. I would request you to resolve this issue and revert me back.

    I had already paid the cancellation charges of rs 15 in my previous ride. But even after the payment it is showing the same message of charging me cancellation charges while booking ola auto. I am unaware as to for which ride i have been charged the cancellation charges. I would like full details of the same with valid justification for cancellation charges being levied. And if not proved it should be waved off.

      Sushant the driver of the ola cab no. 3340 has suddenly canceled the trip after i boarded the cab. I have booked the cab from c. R avenue to sarada pally (Raja rammohan roy road). He suddenly said that he has some other work to do. I am so much surprised at his behaviour that i forgot to take a screenshot of the booking also. And he canceled the tri but ola app is showing me the deduction of rs. 50 from my next trip which he confirmed that no fine would be taken from me as the cancelation was from his side. And this type of the driver has a rating of 4.4. Plz take into action immediately. Thanks.

Given a complaint on 8th april that ola money rs.220 was deducted and driver also got extra money and asked to reverse the deducted money rs.220 from my ola app. Even after raising complaint it has not been reversed.. When i call cust care today she is telling dat not able to reverse now.. Pls reverse the rs.220 into my ola account.

          Hello i was billed by olacabs for $65 last week, i’ve been on the app and requested a response but it’s now been 4 days, the pick of point was also the drop off point and the route on the app just did a big circle, i didn’t take this ride and this was charged fraudulently and they have not replied to me correspondence

            Dear team ola,
            I boarded a cab today morning at 9.47 am, osn[protected]. At around 10.02am, my cab broke down at sector 24 (Because your driver forgot to keep his tank fuelled) and i was left in the middle of the highway to look for another cab.

            After trying hard to find another commute, i booked another ola at 10.18am, osn[protected] and reached my office at 10.32 am.

            My first action after returning to my workplace was to call up ola to register a complaint about my first ride. To which, the reaction was that since the complain was 10 minutes beyond the 30 minutes bracket, there can be nothing done about it (I. E no refund/ no action whatsoever).

            So i want to point out:
            1. The redressal system is not clear in your app; and your support person expected me to know it.
            2. Do you expect a lone traveller to prioritize making a complain to ola and waiting for your redressal or reach their destination safe first? Thankfully it was daytime, what if it was nighttime?
            3. Ola support is pathetic, i discovered. There was nothing absolutely nothing done about it.

            I am a regular ola commuter, but henceforth, after seeing the pathetic service. I shall switch to uber.

            Not allowed by force
            Some patner agree you allowed share booking
            And some patner no need share booking
            Not allowed share booking
            By request pls change ola cab regulations

              Dear sir,

              I have been hiring ola since quite some time, finding it to be very professional and comfortable as well. But the last travel changed our opinion 360 degree. This was from mumbai airport to virar on 15-apr-2018.

              Travel ref : crn[protected]
              Ride fare ₹1297.1
              Airport parking charge ₹100
              Toll/parking fee ₹135
              Taxes ₹110.34
              Total bill (Rounded off) ₹1642

              My serious concern is:
              1. Even after taking drop, the journey status was showing ongoing. Even after calling the call center they confirmed the same status. This leads to some doubt of bill manipulation.
              2. We were asked for extra payment of toll and parking charges, though we got the estimated charges clearly mentioning the toll and parking charges. So far i know, it is never collected over and above the final bill amount. We can clearly relate this issue with the point #1.
              3. If you see the bill mentioned above there are two different charges of parking (₹100) and toll (₹135) which is absolutely wrong.
              4. Most shockingly, when asked to the ola support team, they are not responding with clear-cut answer. They revert back with standard answers and additional basic queries leading to waste of time. This is the most dangerous concern, i feel. This will definitely impact the ola credibility.

                I m using ola from last 3 years. I have never faced any problem but from last 10 days at the time of booking amount is something different and once ride is completed the amount is something different. From vandalism sector 3 to noida sector 63 the fare can not be 200. But i[censored] will check from last 10 days unnecessary amount is getting deducted. When i made a complaint in customer service executive prasang don't have manners to talk i told him i don't have screenshots in reply he said i[censored] don't have screen shot we can't do anything. Is this the way u handle customers such a pathetic customer service and ur services are also getting poor day by day.
                I want my refund for unnecessary deductions otherwise i promise u i will never use ola.
                While booking a share cab, it shows "This is embarrassing.something went wrong.Please try again"

                  While booking through ola app it has shown only 188/- once we completed the trip cab driver is asking me to give 386/- since the app is shown separate amount for fare increase¹ = ₹188.1
                  They are collecting separate amount as 'fare increase' 188/- a part from below mentioned base fare, distance fare, ride time fare, taxes. When i check with the support they are telling the reason as when demand is high at that time they are putting this extra amount and cheating the customer.

                  Base fare = ₹30
                  Distance fare for 13.5 km = ₹81
                  Ride time fare for 40 min = ₹60
                  Fare increase¹ = ₹188.1
                  Taxes = ₹27.28
                  Total bill (Rounded off) = ₹386

                    I had booked ola auto from shantinagar and called driver and he had asked me to come little further from my location and when i reached there he started to shout i’m callin you and you are not picking the call.. But fact was he never called me and i walking to the point where he told to come and after i questioned he started to abuse me in very dirty language. Then i cancelled the ride but he again got hyper and abused me and man handled me. This is very impolitie and unprofessional behaviour from ola.

                    Most of the time ola cab drivers deny services if they do not want to go to the destination.
                    Drivers play smartly. they come to the destination but deny to pick customer. So after 5 mins automatically customers are charged for not riding the vehicle. This is the common issue faced by most of the people these days.
                    Yesterday my grandson journeyed in ola auto, the driver was POWNRAJ He paid the rent rs 126/=to the drivet after reaching the destination National public school But I was asked to repay it I contacted the driver He agreed that he was received the money I request you to waive your repeated claim V. Narayanan
                    Ola auto is not booking at correct time. There are so many auto near me but not booking. Please don't keep uneducated or old age drivers.

                      The driver was not ready at all to accept ola money, constantly blaming that he hardly gets his share when customer pays through ola money. Made bad comments about ola organisation
                      Was constantly pressurizing to change payment option, which i did try, however i could not make my payment mode as cash.
                      And when i reached my destination, ola money was deducted and he again started cribbing against me.
                      To top up that he forced me to pay extra rs10 in cash. I argued, but he was not listening. Thus i forced to give him rs10 in cash for the reasons unknown to me.

                      I want to know from you, that dont you train ola drivers about payment modes? And if they are so dissatisfied with the companies policies why do you keep them hired and not fire them as they are not only insulting the customer as well spreading bad word about the company.

                      Ola has refunded me rs10 in my ola credit account, but the written content in report issue section from your side was so disturbing, that "10 rs is refunded only because of goodwill. Kindly maintain proper balance/cash with you".
                      Rather than blaming customer, kindly train/educate your drivers to behave with the customer

                        Thursday 19 march i had booked ola cab booking num-osn[protected]
                        For family in share
                        Driver was already dropping earlier passanger he took 30 minutes to reach to given pick up point. Driver still reched to 500 mtrs away from point.
                        When he reached, 2 passanger boarded cab.
                        Now ola receives next share booking opposite my trip route. How can ola take booking of opposite direction. I thought sharing trips is with passengers that are traveling on same direction.
                        Thinking it will take another hour in traffic i had cancelled trip.
                        Ola debited whole trip money from ola money instead of charging cancellation fees.
                        I asked them to charge rs-50 cancellation fees because i have not traveled with them even a inch. How they can charge for whole trip.

                          My name is Kunal, mob no is [protected], I booked ola cab from Kolkata airport to Howrah station, the usual fair is 240 rs but they charged 560 rs which is triple.they are just looting the public.
                          I want to from ola cab that for 17 km why there is triple. Fair???is they are not looting the public??560 rs in share.
                          From other passenger they took 560, and from other one 170 rs, means total 1290 rs only for airport to Howrah station

                            Today 22nd april i booked an ola at about 05.00 pm for riding from najrultirtha to suhashini ganguli st, bhowanipore kolkata. The driver told that he was far of from location, hatiara, and rejected the ride. Then another one some murmu responded but said he was going for a pick up and cannot attend call. However again he phoned and came to pick up. While starting he told destination shows the pick up point. He phoned to somewhere who guided me to change location to bhowanipur which i initially registered during bookin. Now comes the interesting part, after the journey an exorbitant fare of rs. 508.00 was demanded as shown on mobile. I protested but paid rs 510.00. This is simply a cheating case where the journey may not cost more than 200.00 odd. Whose driver told. This is placed for redress.

                            Driver asked for drop location. After hearing drop location driver immediately canclled mentioning he is not interested to drop in this location.

                              We have paid for ac cab travel from. Pune to mumbai on 22nd mh 12 kn 8y41. It was a very hot sunday. And the driver refused to increase the air conditioning from 2 to 3. He gave a reason that it's a rule of ola company to keep the ac on 2nd level. The cab was booked by my father+-in-law for two senior citizens. The driver's name is ganesh aawate. After telling him 3 -4 times in the first hour he straight away refused to keep the ac on 3 rd level. We started journey at 2 p. M.in hot sun. And heat was unbearable without proper air conditioning on. When book for ac cab and pay for it we expect to get reasonable air conditioning working. Which he blankly refused to do.
                              For 2.6 km they charged 112 rs. Seriously ARE YOU KIDDING ME.
                              According to them for 4 km they charge 29 rs. But today only for 2.6 km they have charged 112 rs.

                              I have booked ola auto 2 times and both are unable to reach at our desired location and also cancelled our ride because of this there is much loss of time .Your ola auto services is cheap but worst.

                                I cancelled tha ola auto for personal reason. I thought to inform him to avoid unnecessary to come the point while he reached the point. But he used unnecessary words against me when i called him. This is the way to treat the passenger and his name is balamurugank i can't able to track his auto number the cnr number is [protected]. Hereafter after i'm not using tha ola any more. This is very bad service provided to the customer..

                                  Booked a shared ride on 20th april @ 3:30 pm, cab arrives at 3:50 pm - cab driver is unaware of the pickup point of co - passenger 1 & co-passenger 2, after 10 minutes, he get to know the location of pickup of co-traveller 1, after 8 minutes of boarding, cab now starts, now - his gps stops working due to which he is unable to locate the pickup point of co-passenger 2 and takes wrong route & wastes time, at around 4:15, he gets to know the pickup point of co-traveller 2 who boards cab at ~4:20, now gps again malfunctions and shows the wrong drop-off point on the opposite side of actual drop-off point of co-passenger 1 who says to take alternate route and drop him which would take another 20 minutes, upon which i asked driver to drop me first as else i could miss the train, driver misbehaves and almost tried to mishandle & drops me around 2 kms away from pickup point, i have been charged 133 rupees for that and i lost my train which was planned for 5:15 pm from delhi railway station, had he been known to the route & mapped correctly by ola, this couldn't have happened.

                                  Also, the trip continued 30 minutes even after i was dropped off and driver shows the trip completed which is a clear case of fraud.

                                  Request ola to reimburse rs.133+600 for the loss.

                                    I booked the car through ola. After the booking was confirmed by 'ola', i called the driver to know how much time it would take for him to come. Instead he wanted to know my destination. When i refused to give my destination, as per rules of 'ola cabs', he cancelled the trip.

                                    Immediately after the 1st booking, 'ola' alloted this vehicle no. 6187. I immediately contacted the driver who told me that he cannot come as he was caught in a traffic jam. He asked me to cancel the booking. I told him that i can wait for a few minutes and i need not cancel. Thereafter he neither picked up my phone nor cancelled the booking. I noticed that he was not moving his vehicle although apparently there was no traffic jam. Thereafter, i saw the vehicle moving away. I waited for the vehicle for more than half an hour and made umpteen calls. He neither picked up my phone nor cancelled the trip.
                                    Both the above instnces prove beyond doubt about the harassment meted out to me. I am an ailing senior citizen and was requiring the vehicle desparately. I suffered tremendous mental agony and physical stress.
                                    I would reqest you to take appropriate action under intimation to me.in case just and appropriate action is not taken immediately, i will have no option but to seek other options for redressal of my grievances.

                                      I have called ola and spoke with rakesh on this. He is the front line supervisor based in bangalore. He was not able to check rides i have taken so far. He could only check one ride in feb 2018.

                                      Issue: share pass was active on my account for more than 8 months. Money was debited from my account regularly without fail. I tried to disable the auto renew but that option was not available for me. I complained on this didn't get a response. I tried to cancel the pass but the pass didn't allow me to do so. Policy is you can cancel your share pass within 7 days from the date of purchase only if no ride has been taken using the pass. I was not as punctual as ola is in terms of debiting the money from the account.

                                      So, the pass was active and i was taking share rides however i never received the benefit of it. I want teams to perform audits for all such rides and accounts to investigate if ola is doing any fraud with india or not.

                                      Front line manager rakesh said, he is the last level of support on call. I asked him to log a complaint, he said i will log a complaint if we could provide you the resolution. As resolution cannot be provided hence logging a complaint is not feasible. If someone listen to the call i made today at 21 apr 9 pm ola team will be shocked by the customer handling done by the manager rakesh

                                        This is regarding my ola ride on 18th april 2018, crn no. [protected].

                                        1. Cab driver mahesh b was smelling very bad which was unbearable by us, i was travelling with my family (2 kids).

                                        2. Cab driver mahesh b took toll amount 130/- from me saying that this is not included in my billing amount.

                                        3. Cab driver un-necessarily delayed the trip, taking fuel on the way and when i opposed he said if you want to complaint do it.

                                        4. I believe he said this because of pathetic customer support ola has, they also somehow treat the customer as ola driver mahesh b did, in spite of logging complaint about both behaviour and extra cash collected by driver ola have not taken any action on it.

                                        5. I called so many times to customer care but no resolution.

                                        6. Customer care agent chandrashekar u (Ola cabs) resolved my complaint without any solution.
