With deep regret, i need to inform you that never did i have such a bad experience with ola. My sister boarded a cab that i booked to head for airport (11 km away-approx 20 min) from my place. The driver took longer routes and was repeatedly driving to and fro on same route and drove 39 km and took 1 hour to reach the airport leading my sister to miss the flight. Unfortunately the boarding gate closed by the time she reached. Moreover, the app showed 300 rs to be charged, which i told my sister to pau before she boarded. Since the drive took so long the charges were rs. 611 in total, although ola refunded some of the amount. But my sister who was not aware of the extra charges refused to pay, the driver shouted loudly on her at the road and since she was paid the whole charged amount, she felt that it was a misbehaviour. More than the amount it was the energy, time and a missed flight that costed us because of an unprofessional and untrained driver. Request you to take strict actions for such behaviour against the driver, i have attached the screenshot of driver and other details. This has costed us mentally and financially both.
