Sir, recently i faced such a critical situation due to ola blocking policy that it may be great loophole in safety standards which they provide.
In case, if a lady at night gets stuck in place where no locals are offering ride so only option left with her is to go for ola, now in such case if ola blocks her account then what will she do now!
I must tell you what happens when ola blocks your account, f first off all they do it without prior info and when account get blocked, neither the customer can book ride nor he can get in touch with ola customer service he is totally blocked from all side. They left no option for him.
When i complained this to them they said in such case you can either email us or can use different account for booking, now sir how much people use two sim, and how much time they will take to reply email.
In such terrible condition ola money also gets block and now customer has to beg to reach home. It could be dangerous in case of women's or children's especially children.
Sir it's a request that please see into this matter and take action accordingly,.
So that ola may choose other alternatives other than blocking. As by blocking their customer they are breaking the hope of customer which only rely on their service.

    We took an ola auto no. Crn [protected] at 4:52 from mayur kilbil, pune to phoenix market city pune.
    The driver named adam sayyed, contact details [protected] jumped the auto at one of the speed breaker and switched off his phone saying it fell down and not working. And put on the auto meter.

    At destination we showed him the ola msg for payment of 107 rs but he refused and asked us to pay 150 including the auto meter charges of 48 rs.
    Also he was behaving badly and fighting so we paid him the extra amount and left.

    Ola has given us the amount voucher, but the behaviour of the driver was very bad and unsafe.
    Please do something.

      I had booked a ola cab crn [protected] a silver etios driven by lokesh ks, i booked it from 110, 9th cross road, bhavani nagar, sg palya, bangalore karnataka to city railwaystation kempegowda majestic bangalore.. The bill was of 180 rupees so, i gave him a 500 rupee note and started to unload my luggage and suddenly he just accelerated the car and run's away without giving my 320 rupees change back... What kind of service is this?? Ola looted me... It's not about the money it's all about looting general public... That's all!!

        Dear team,

        I got the pop up saying that i m being blocked for 24 hours and can not use the services.

        I would like to draw your attention towards the misbehavior, irresponsibility, careless ness of the drivers. Most of the time drivers accept the ride upon calling them they say "madam galti se accept hogi ride cancel kardo ap" n then v have to cuz there is no other way. And we are penalized.

        Secondly, they don't receive the call
        In case they receive the call what we get to hear is "phone kyu kea ride maine cancel kardi" but they don't cancel atlast we have to cancel the ride an again without any mistake i am penalized with amount of by being blocked.

        Kindly look into this and unblock my id as this is really not acceptable from a company like ola.

          Today i have been ola booked at 08.00am on 30.06.2018, unfortunately the driver got canceled the trip unknowingly at the time of the 08.00am and also not informed to me. Because of that, i have been missed the sriadi super fast train far from chennai central station. Hence i got lost trip as well as the booked ticket money around₹. 8000/- and also subsequently returned ticket also got canceled by me therefore i will file a complaint against ola cabs owners in the suitable court. I will be confirmed with the penalty for the ignorance of the update.

          My Ola driver overcharged me when the price showing before booking it was 358 and he asked me 449 and he didn’t even switch on the Ac and was telling me to get down mid way. I am an old women, this is wrong I need my money back.This is unacceptable. Ola is unsafe.
          Sir i have booked cab but refused to come and cancelled the booking but why i have been charged please do the needful and resolve my problem

            Since last night someone is travelling from my account. He travelled first from sahibabad to old delhi railway station and than somewhere in ahmadabad to airport.

            I am in delhi, than how can someone use my account.
            When i open app to confirm i saw number of cancellations also.
            And than in few seconds app hangs and than blocked.

            On 25 /5/18 I took two rides, in spite o[censored]se of my two cab passes, I was charged the regular charges. Invoices sent to me are clearly shows that I was charged as regular rides. Also called ola support no but no help. Please provide me invoice with proper break up.

              I was looking for an auto for a short distance, thats wat auto are mainly meant for. First of all they do not accept the booking from electronic city to green house layout since it is short distance though i can see in the app lot of autos available close by, and it take 31rs only. Auto drivers seem to have no value for 31rs now a days. One driver cancelled the booking the moment i arrived at the venue, i can see the auto standing infront of the gate but the driver is not there, i am calling and he is not receiving the call. Another day a driver drops me mid way, just because i told him to stop infront of a school gate on the way so that i can pick my daughter and then go. It was heavily raining that day and the driver refused to stop and he said he will stop only at the destination point and cannot change the route and he asked me to get out of the auto. Such a rude driver he was. Off late i have started using uber, they seem to have improved their service... Wonder until when...
              These cab service used to be a life saver earlier and now a days its a night mare... I had to put his blog in my company announcement board, so that all our emps are aware of this instance and avoid ola.

                I booked ola cab in share catagory for 1 passenger. And today bandh is declared in city. But ola service was running so booked accordingly. I booked and had contact with driver but he said me to cancel the ride but to re book the other booking mode like mini or micro which were on date were charging more expensive. I request the administration to give such strict advice to the providers not to play with the customers. I want my money back.

                I booked a cab from marathahalli to ramurthynagar.. From marathalli Bridge auto took two times turn at rhe same place. After arguing with the auto driver they said we have to follow the map what ola provided.. What is this.. They are making fool us to making money.. Ola don't deserve to be on road.

                  Refused to pick, he said i will not come your side u have to come this side bcoz it will take 2-3 mins and diesel waist also. I am your opposite side you have to cross the road and came here. I will not come. Other wise cancel your ride. Do whatever you want to do. This type of driver you have in your company. Please tell me who is the person in your company who recruit these type of man.

                  And i will not pay cancellation charges bcoz its your driver your company fault not mine.
                  Take a action against this complaint as soon as possible.
                  I have call recording of your driver also.
                  Drivers constantly denied duty and asked me to cancel ride because they had to pay parking charges for getting out of parking area. I asked several drivers and each of them denied duty for a distance of approx. 5 km. Because of this by repeatedly cancellation from my side my account is blocked.

                    With deep regret, i need to inform you that never did i have such a bad experience with ola. My sister boarded a cab that i booked to head for airport (11 km away-approx 20 min) from my place. The driver took longer routes and was repeatedly driving to and fro on same route and drove 39 km and took 1 hour to reach the airport leading my sister to miss the flight. Unfortunately the boarding gate closed by the time she reached. Moreover, the app showed 300 rs to be charged, which i told my sister to pau before she boarded. Since the drive took so long the charges were rs. 611 in total, although ola refunded some of the amount. But my sister who was not aware of the extra charges refused to pay, the driver shouted loudly on her at the road and since she was paid the whole charged amount, she felt that it was a misbehaviour. More than the amount it was the energy, time and a missed flight that costed us because of an unprofessional and untrained driver. Request you to take strict actions for such behaviour against the driver, i have attached the screenshot of driver and other details. This has costed us mentally and financially both.

                    Most of the auto drivers I call are asking for the OTP number before even arriving to the destination, so that they'll make more money . Some people like me may have only sufficient money for the ride . But if they try to make more money like this, we can't afford to pay . Please take necessary actions for this .

                      I had booked ola prime sedan for my family travel and airport drop. The information provided on the app is incorrect about capacity of the cabs to carry 4 persons with their luggage since all cabs in pune operate on cng and boot space is unavailable. This is tantamount to deficient service and cheating. I had to cancel 3 rides this morning because of above reason. Ola must compensate me for the inconvenience caused and delay in catching my flight and correct the information provided on the app
                      Today morning one of ola driver are driving very badly . I was scared . I got seved from accident. Kindly do something about this type of drivers . I already submit photo of that car .

                        I am being charged higher fares than estimated. On 26th may 2017, this happened like twice. While going to c. P tank, i was charged almost twice the fare and also while returning i was charged higher then estimation. When i went to your support section and complained about it nothing happened. Are you going to reatin your like this? By charging alot more than what you show them, cheat them and do nothing about it you will only lose them.
                        Dear sir, tam prabhu Kumar, ola driver charges extra toll money as well as extra parking charges INR 300 which is no acceptable plz kindly refund my amount otherwise I will do an further complain regarding this .

                          Ola cab service providers have charged me 7000 rupees for traveling from pune to kolhapur. After correcting the drop location it still showed wrong location and charged for two way services. One way service is only available for pune to mumbai. It's a horrible experience and even ola driver didn't said a word about it. After correcting the drop location software showed kolhapur bus station antop hill mumbai. Driver noticed it and said drop location is of mumbai. Please change it to kolhapur. When i did it ola app didn't showed me charged that will occur after changing the location. It was drivers duty to inform me that you will be charged two way fares if drop location is not pune or mumbai and vice versa.
                          I want my one way fare back for ignorance of company and driver who deliberately didn't told me about fare charges.
                          My question is about the charges where the distance is same.

                            Hello,
                            Yesterday(27/05) I booked a cab from Airport Terminal 2 Delhi. At the of booking the amount which was showing Rs.629, however when I reached my destination, they charged me Rs. 929. After asking from the customer care they said there were Rs.300 charged for Airport parking. I wanted to know if there are some charges then why it was not showing at the time of booking. Now I talked to Mr. Vikram Singh and he said we cannot refund your amount. This is something not acceptable from OLA. As this is a cheating. You cannot charged any amount which is not told at the time of booking. Please tell me how you will take this case or should I go to Consumer court for this ?

                              I have booked cab from soiltech (India) pvt ltd. Plot no 119, subplot no 39, ramtekdi industrial area. Near sangam press. Ramtekdi, hadapsar, pune 411013.
                              My drop point is kharadi just 8.7 km.
                              Cab number - mh 12 pq 1860
                              But cab driver traveled with wrong direction & i am new in pune city, i didn't know about roads, and cab driver moving me at wrong places.
                              When i realized that cab driver moving me wrong places, i left the cab at viman nagar. He took 400 rs from me.
                              Ola driver cancelled d rides he was very rude to us...he was shouted at us n cancelled rides after that it was charged rs. 50 and it was not our fault...and why we will give 50 ???? It was the driver mistake...we loss our time near abt half n hour we are waiting for him bt he cancelled

                                I booked a cab for my guests on may 15, 2018 (Reference no. Crn[protected]). I just realized on may 21, 2018 when we were casually discussing about something else that your driver collected a cash of rs. 300 while the trip charge only rs. 259 and that also was already deducted from my ola money account. I would have been okay if it had happened by mistake. But i don't think that was the case. I find this to be a fraudulent transaction because i was never told by ola that this happened and my money was not reversed. Also the amount he demanded was more than the trip charge. All this with my guests who visited us from a different city! Imagine what my guests would have thought when i booked the cab and let them paid the money. This is an extremely unacceptable level of service from ola. I request you to investigate this and take appropriate action immediately.

                                I reported this to ola on facebook, linkedin, twitter and also through their support email address. I got the same response from all of them. The response is, after 72 hours from the time of transaction, they don’t entertain these complaints. Is it fair? Is it okay to cheat a customer if he doesn’t get to know about it for 72 hours? I would have appreciated if the response said that they would investigate it and let me know. The outright rejection of my complaint doesn’t go well with the reputation that ola enjoys in the market. I would like to complain this to the highest level of ola management as well as any consumer forum that can look into this issue and force them to change an extremely customer unfriendly policy of this kind.

                                  I am sixtynine years old and from bhubaneswar orissa with mobile no [protected].
                                  I had booked ola from my mobile. I do not get the driver's telephone number and generally get calls from drivers to cancel the bookings. As they are from far off place and disconnect. The penalty is being levied over me.
                                  I appeal to exhonerate from the penalty of rs 150 so far on me. Today i got an otp but could not get direction where to feed.
                                  Generally, the pick up points are erroneous though i book from those stations being located there. Hence the cancellation charges may please waived one time.
                                  Make the monile booking more friendly for senior citizens.

                                    Today morning i came from my native place and go down at jalahalli cross, bangalore. As soon as i got down i booked taxi of type micro through ola app wide no. Crn [protected]. I got call from the drive no. +[protected]. Driver asked me where to drop and i informed him that to drop at abbigere. He disconnected the call. Immediately i received ola message stating that cancellation fee applied. I tried to call the driver again it was disconnecting. I booked another ride and got dropped to my home.in the bill rs 50/- was included as cancellation charges. I paid the amount mentioned and thought would complaint and get refund latter. But when i tried customer care number no body responded. As per the ola faq i tried to book it is still showing failure in refunding. What kind of service is this? Driver him self cancels the ride and will be imposed on the customer and making customer to wait unnecessarily. No way to contact company to book the issue. Is it not the essay way of minting money from the customer?

                                      On 26th may 2018, around 8:30 to 8:45pm, we were at western express highway near virvani when an ola cab driver forcefully banged our car several times. The car which the driver was driving was hyundai xcent and the number was : mh 47 y 0721. As there was traffic congestion we were waiting at the side to get it cleared. When the driver drove into the gap and banged our car. When confronted, he started using abusive language and assaulted my mother. He banged our car once again and insulted us.
                                      It is my humble request that strict action should be taken against the driver at the earliest.

                                        On 21.05.2018 i booked ola from my house which is just next to rahmathnagar childrens park. I gave the drop location as sri sarada college for women, ariya kulam. The driver muthukumar v attended my phone call and asked me to cancel the ride because the drop location is sri sarada college. He told that from there he will not get any booking after dropping me and asked me to cancel. I did not want to cancel and he cancelled it himself. This should not happen as it is my working place
