While pick up from delhi airports it seems 150/- is added to your cost by ola. But most of the time driver asks you to come. Out on the road.
Similarly if i am travelling from gurgaon to airport customer is charged 105, /- in the name of toll. This is charged to each customer. Now all taxi drivers have made a monthly card @ rs. 3000.00 i. E. 100/- per day is actual expenditure. Each driver if we presume is making 10-12 trips per day then ola is earning at least 1000/- per day per driver. Multiply by volume and you will know the extent of this pilferage.
This practice must stop.

    My sister booked a cab from malviya nagar to chhattarpur, new delhi. The driver stopped in midway and asked her to pay and go her own on friday night. She requested several times (Saying bhaiya aap map se destination per chod do, main 50/- extra de dungi) but he tried to abuse her. She got off the cab and then people gathered and they suggested to call the police. The driver ran away without taking any money. She informed about it to the police and ola. She came back home with an auto. The driver later (After 2-3 hours) called and tried to abuse then she handed over the phone to me. The driver abused me as well (Extremely bad words-gaali). I have attached the conversation i recorded.

    Why did ola not take action immediately that he abused us even after 2-3 hours of complain made? Had ola taken care the action right away. The driver would not have abused us all family.

    We need the action to be taken asap.

      This complaint is entirely about the driver named a mr. Karthik m who drove the ola share i had booked today morning (Date 20/4/2018... Booked at 8:19 am... Osn[protected]... I am a doctor by profession and i carry daily with me a school bag and another smaller bag which holds my instruments... Both bags can be easily kept on my lap together... I go daily in ola share and so far never have i experiences the behaviour this man has shown... The moment i got into the car he said he cannot carry out this booking because i have an extra "luggage"... The small black bag which i had with me.. Inspite of no other passengers being in that cab and me keeping both bags easily on my lap this driver karthik m kept insisting it is not possible and called the ola executive... To my dismay this ola executive after listening to my plea just told the driver to cancel the booking
      There are 2 ways to deal with this... Either keep quiet and let this driver continue harassing other customers or atleast lodge a complaint here... Please do not give the petty excuse that you cannot take action against this driver... Nobody deserves to be treated this way... Especially when they have done nothing wrong

        Hi, i am using ola cab services to the same location everyday since 2 months, from day one it is increasing the cost of fare, and i am unhappy with service as it is costing too much day by day nearly adding 100 rs extra than i was paying before, i would definitely not recommend ola as this seems to fool public. And you people should actually provide offers to regular costomer, i surely want to raise complain regard this if this the same to other people as well, way too much costly. No value for money. There is almost 4000 plus complaints please do

          I had booked an outstation ride from ola app for a trip from patna to gaya on april 7, 2018. Instead of following the route shown by gps the driver took a longer route because he had some personal work on that route. Despite requesting repeatedly to switch on ac he kept on giving illogical excuses like natural wind is better than the cooling of ac etc. Because he had to spit out after consumption of paan and gurkha. His behaviour was not very comfortable as he forced me to buy sweets at a shop where he stopped to have snacks. He forced me to pay rs. 1000 at petrol pump for fuel price. When i denied to pay anything in between the trip but he forced me to do so and said this amount will be adjusted against the final fare. The driver stopped at several places for different purposes like meeting someone which failed, buying paan and gurkha, having snacks etc. After completing the trip he showed me the final fare as rs. 2730 which was far more (Almost rs. 500) than the expected normal fare. I paid him full fare since i could not contact the the number given in support section of ola app. Suddenly, after counting the returned money i realised that the driver hadn't adjusted rs. 1000 in the final fare. I tried to stop him but he didn't stop. He ran away. I called him back but he started telling lies. Then i registered a complaint against him in ola app under support section for which only yesterday (On april 18, 2018) i got a call back seeking some more information. The customer care executive told me that he is not able to contact the driver partner and as soon as he talks to him my complaint will be resolved. So what he couldn't do in 10 days after talking to me he completed the investigation in less than 1 hour and sent a mail stating that nothing will be refunded to me. The driver has taken rs. 1000 plus almost rs. 500 from me apart from the actual fare.in total i paid him rs. 3730 in stead of around rs. 2200. Hence i request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible and refund me the extra amount charged. Now, since after taking so much time and energy of mine, the ola company has refused to refund me anything despite my timely follow ups, i request you to help me in getting my money back along with a compensation of rs. 10000 for mental harassment.

          The address of new AG colony is near Kalinga stadium but GPRS oF OLA IS SHOWING near optcl colony unit IX boys highschool

          I don't know what you see. But my pickup location was not New A G Colony rather it was A G Colony Park. So there is no need of rectification and this rectification will not make any difference. The driver has cheated Rs. 1000 and this is a more important issue. I had travelled from the same pickup location to the same drop location and the fare was around Rs. 2200 only. Kindly check the route from Patna to Gaya whether it was the correct route that was shown by GPS.

            My concern is ola charged me 40% surcharge for booking ola mini cab. I wrote to them, they told me that price show me before booking.

            Generally it will take inr 385 to 417 for one side travel from century bazaar worli to westinn hotel goregoan (E) (22 kms), for which they had charged me inr 586, which comes to around 24/-per km for ola mini cab. And they are not bother to response in proper way and send just typical response.
            I book a ola today 19.04.18 from mankameshwar mandir to arjunganj, sultanpur road lucknow. Distance between this place are around 9 km. And I paid Rs. 221. It is enough mony. Now I never book your ola... Now I m going to book UBER in future. Thanks

            While I had an Ola which shows me the bill of 465 but after the the bill was turned into 565 rupees without any additional route
            I waited for 20 minutes for the cab to arrive . i tried calling the driver multiple times .He name nikhil. He was driving white WagonR no.9990 . He kept saying he will reach the destination within minutes. Finally he called and confirmed . But he never came, and switched off his mobile phone .

              Final bill deducted: 1207/-
              Normal time estimate: 367/-
              Ola support team claims that estimates and actuals vary. By three times??
              I understand the deviance due to change in route or destination, neither of which happened. Still have been charged more than 700/- in dynamic pricing.
              In return ola folks are asking me if i have taken any snapshots of the booking estimate. Why would we even doubt that they’d end up charging 3 times the estimate.
              When i raised this issue on twitter, they’ve refunded 186/-. No idea on what calculation.
              This is ridiculous service from ola. Blood suckers!!
              My ola account has been permanently blocked because of cancelling rides. Plz restart my account as i was cancelling genuinely because of traffic. I would love to have my ola account back as its very useful and i need it

                On 16 april i took a ride at hyderabad from matrix majestic taral ti vfd office at road nr 12 banjara hills. I paid ₹260/-, but after the auto left i got a message to pay only ₹29/-. Pl explain and credit the balance amount to my ola account

                I talked to the auto driver. His nr is [protected]. You have given a benefit but it has come after the auto has left, so kindly resolve with the driver or add the amount to my account. If you give email id i can send screen shots. Thank you.

                  Hii this is apurva kale i want to lodge a complaint against one driver i am from pune recently i booked an ola and after we got down we forgot our mobile in the cab and after 5 minutes we realized that we forgot it in the cab and we called the driver but he denied to give the phone and said he is not having the phone but we are prertty sure that the phone is in the cab driver name is vishwas manjulkar cab no. Mh14fc1530 our mobile phn is of oppo company plz cooperate otherwise we will take a legal action.

                    I had arrived at hebbal on 2nd april morning at around 2.20 am.
                    I booked an ola cab for my house at horamavu and when the cab came i got in and told him to wake me when the drop point came.
                    When i got up i realised that he had come to near the bial airport. When i asked him he told me to get down and cancelled the ride from his end.

                    Thereafter i booked another ola which dropped me home at horamavu. It charged me rs 485.

                    As far as i am concerned, the amount from hebbal to horamavu is approx rs 165-rs 180.
                    Therefore i need a refund of approx rs 300 from your end as your cab driver took me wrongly to the airport side which is not my fault.

                    I am giving below the details of my rides for your reference.
                    -the ola which should take me to my house details is osn[protected] time 2/apr/2:28am
                    -the ola which took me from airport to my house details is osn[protected] time 2/apr/3:30am

                      Yesterday i hired an ola auto for a journey from anna main road, d114 ramaniyam up to gopalapuram, national public school the rent charged was rs 126/= i paid the rent usually by cash only yesterday for the journey performed i paid the rent to the auto driver he accepted that he had received the payment. The company issued a claim sheet for rs 126 /= i ask the company to reveiw it and cancel this double claim the driver's name is pounrajtime of journey morning7.30 am v. Narayanan

                          Ola service is one of the worst i have seen in india. I had book ola cab from manesar to sector 7 gurugram at 00:10hrs i left my headset in ola cab and after 10 min call to my cell no & found switch off then driver detail taken from ola customer care and call to driver he directly refuse and said not taken my phone while he picked up next ride after 30-40min but mobile got switched off after 10 min.

                          I called ola support multiple times and they have provided driver details to me but not given any help to got it. I have do driver complaint at nearest police station. Requested to ola team kindly support to return the mobile from from driver.

                            I am a northeast regional citizen of india living in ghaziabad (Crossing republic), i work for an international bpo in noida, sec-60, i dont get any kind of secure transportation from my employer. Reason why i has to take ola cab facility, today at post 2.30am i booked a cab from ola to come home back as i do on a regular basis,, but today the ola cab driver (Nishant koushik) stopped the car in the midle on way to my home and asking to become friends with him and tried to touch me.. I dint understood what he was saying as i dont know hindi that much.. Then i called my supervisor of the company i work for... And i told him... Then suddenly that driver raised the speed and droppped me home.. After reaching home... He started calling me on my phone no. I just switched of my phone.. As m scared too much after this.. I called ola customer service and informed about the same.. They said they will take action

                              Ola service is one of the worst i have seen in india. I left my headset in ola cab and driver is not picking my call since then.

                              I called ola support multiple times and they are neither able to provide any support nor any solution. They do not have any alternate way to contact the driver. The driver is refusing to take their call (If at all they are trying) as well. These guys are very cold in their response and do not know how to handle such unprofessional drivers.

                                  Can number mh 04hy 3353, has misbehaved by hogging parking areas that we're not needed by him as he was sitting in the car throughout. When i asked him nicely, his response was shrewd and his exact words were "your probalem is i've not parked using the whole space right? Fine i'll use the whole place, go now." the parking space that he was trying to use was not even used properly, he was parked out the parking lines, only using half the parking. I asked him nicely and he was extremely rude and budges to move. I have an appointment at global for my sick father and was to to go to this appointment with him. But thanks thanks to the awfully rude drivers you hire, i have to not only send him alone but also waste time and petrol driving around until he is done. Just for your driver's comfort and incompetence to move his car a little ahead. Absolutely dissapointed.

                                    Yesterday tried to book ola afternoon 1 pm... Ola decucted rs 150 of previous ride which i never cancelled am guessing the pune to kalamboli ride... Which ur driver cancelled and when i called him he came back and he picked me and dropped at the same location... I paid him the same money... Why was my money deducted...? Not fair... It was an ertiga... I need refund and pls call back for more clarification... My no sony [protected]

                                      This is really disheartening that such a big firm like OLA fails to provide services in weeks hours for airport transfers. The point is OLA confirms your booking for early morning airport transfers and then cancels the booking few minutes before scheduled travel.Kindly look into the matter. I have snapshots of my booking. The reason I took the snapshot is that this is not the first time it happened. OLA confirms your travel and after cancellation they delete any records of booking.This is seriously against consumer services.

                                        I am very much upset & depressed for what happend today with me after booking an ola cab. I booked a cab & driver was completeing a trip. On my call driver said he is coming afters he drops passenger on board. After dropping them off, he is on way to pick me up, after taking a long time gap driver stopped cab and stayed for what so ever reason on a spot, map showed no traffic no movement, he didnt picked up my calls i tried from another number also, suddenly he picked my call and said he is coming and i (Rider) should know about the traffic of the particular area. I said ok please come. After which i noticed driver taking some other route (Intensions not to come for this ride) was been seeked by me. I called him &said he is going in wrong direction & requested him to come by proper route, he angrily started using slangs first & then said if i needed to go or not, repeated uses of slangs & ill manneredness was at par on his side. I then cut the call and started complaing to ola on another phone for this driver but the driver was far beyond manners, he threatens me by calling me again during my call to ola (Phone records could be checked (Both driver and rider). I complained and stated ola the whole matter. Ola took action on driver, that he had to do the training program again & second complain like this on him could lead to termination of his services. I am so much afraid of this action, this action do not guarantee, that he behaves well with other people, and what happens if he behaves like this with other riders, he looses his job. Satisfaction on riders side is totally evaded. Therefore i request ola to provide me neccessary support for taking serious legal actions on the driver, not the company, because such people (Particular driver), must be given proper treatment for the sake of harrased counter party. (No riders desrerve to be illtreated by slangs, for providing business to a company). I am providing neccessary details of the booking, crn no.[protected] date of incident 15/4/18.
