Website: ola cab technologies

Rs 75/- charged as cancellation fee vide crn [protected] on[protected] by ola cab booking at bangalore is not correct. I have not booked any such cab on that day. Why such unauthorised collection as cancellation fee is being charged from the customers. It requires a thorough enquiries.in fact i am in bangalore neeladri road and confined in the bed. Is it my fault that have saved ola ab booking in my phone?

    One of the worst service provider you people are.
    Drivers don't know how to behave. They can cancel the call whenever they feel like.
    Every damn time i only have to pay the damn freaking extra charge.
    Driver name sanjan thuruchilchitra [protected] was a fool.
    Standing on the other side of the road and shouting and rashly tlked to me. He was just not accepting he is on the other side.
    And like that he canceled the cab.
    I waited for free king 20 mins for him
    N he canceled. Now i only will pay for this in fine. Pls look into the matter.

      I was charged twice for the same bill of 187rs yesterday... I paid by card.. I went from my place to hanuman mandir dumdum kolkata... I was shown that i have to pay rs 187 for my ride... But unfortunately at night i found i was charged twice for the same bill of 187.. The screemshots are attached with this complaint... Please do the needful that i can have my money back

        I, asha krishnaswamy ([protected]@gmail.com) had booked a ola share taxi from wilson manor jogging path, wilson garden, 13th cross, bengaluru 27 to rajaneethi political consultants, 6th main, sadashivnagar, aramane nagar, bengaluru. It was around 3 pm. The driver phone [protected]. The driver, when i called, said he failed to locate the place. I requested him to switch on the gps so that it can be easily located. Howmuchever i tried to help in guding him to reach my destination, he failed. He could not even read the location map. He was asking so many passersby to call me to find my place. After waiting for too long, i had to cancel my official work as a journalist. It was a great mental stress and financial loss for me as he was refusing to cancel the booking and facilitate me to book another taxi. Had he quickly cancelled the booking, i could have managed to go ahead with my own transport arrangement. Why do you have such drivers in a city like bengaluru? Drivers may be nice but if they are not equipped to work, why do you hire and trouble us? I would like to know how do you compensate my time loss and financial loss because of your driver and your company. Please answer.

          I have not got my referral bonus. I have referred to my friend. Initially i checked the ola cab ride price, i was getting the bonus but have not confirmed it. But while i tried again, the bonus is not coming.
          While i called the customer care. They are saying that the referral bonus is not applicable. I could not understand the reason as initially i was able to see the discount but now i am not able to see.

          The driver didnt even show up to the address that waa provided i paid for nothing i called the driver he said he waited for me outside which i was waiting outside i paid for nothing i use ola cab all the time this never happened very bad driver i had to be somewhere i paid for nothing

            Hello concerned,
            My grievance is in relation to the ola select membership service which was activated and then renewed for my account time and time again without my approval, clearly misusing the ola money (Rs3000) i had loaded for my usage.

            On speaking to the executives, they said they do not have any evidence of the fact that i had started the services from my end but they are enforcing the fact on me that i have manually started the services from my end (Which i have not).

            There is no e-mail, notification or text messages sent from ola about the start of the service, which is hard to believe because all transactions are sent by an e-mail.

            Request you to kindly address my issue because i have already lost a lot of money for services i haven't used and the deductions are recursive.

            Please help!!!

              I booked an ola cab on 29/03/2018 at 10:30am and the driver agreed to arrive at my location if i provided with my otp number and i did so and the driver left the location immediately and i was charged with the amount (Rs. 52). I requested for a refund and the customer support was very unprofessional and insensitive to the issue and refused for the refund. This is a black mark to digital payment and an example how companies like this loot common people like me.

                I have a complain against ola driver... He miss behaved with me on phone when i called him to come my location, he told me that i cancelled my ride but i did not... And tell him to check then he talk me rudely. You can also check status of my ride that whenbi cancelled my rride you can also check it on the screen shot which i attached along with my complaint.

                Usually i take ola cabs to and fro for my office at Dlf chennai, yesterday I was booking the cab and suddenly a msg displayed that my device was blocked and not able to book the cabs and tried to login using different mob numbers but in vain. Can u please allow my device to access the ola app and allow me to book the cabs as usual

                  Respected sir, through this mail i would like to draw your attention to the problems which the commuters are facing in ola autos, in bangalore, hardly we get any ola auto in few specific areas, the drivers are reluctant to accept the trip request, as a result the passengers mainly the professionals and students living far from their college suffer, bcoz they spend considerable time in requesting a ride but to no avail, it's a very disappointing things that a company like ola who considers customers as their priority are doing nothing to solve this sensitive matter,

                  So i hope you take some actions immediately, or else stop the facility of ola autos in bangalore
                  I have recharged Ola money on 22nd March and also purchased Ola pass. Now saying that it is blocked. Written multiple mails but not received proper response. Request help. My registered Ola email ID is [protected]@gmail.com
                  Without any details or explanation, my account had been permanently blocked. I tried contacting support team still no details. They behave like goons and activate/deactivate accounts as per their will.

                    I travelled by cab no. Mh02cr8845 from cbd belapur to andheri (E), mumbai of ola cabs. Reference no. Is crn [protected]. At the time of booking the fare was shown as rs. 662/-. But at the end of the trip it became rs. 813/-. This difference is exhorbitant.
                    I asked the driver to contact their management and find out the reason but he refused to do so.
                    As i was in a hurry to go to airport to catch a flight to hyd, i could not proceed with argument and paid the amount to the driver. He was very headstrong and adamant.
                    While travelling from belapur, the driver advised that he will take cng gas on the way and for this purpose he diverted the vehicle towards vashi and took the gas and proceeded towards airoli. I asked him if there is any diversion in route, he said it doesnt matter. It took more than 15 minutes to take gas.
                    It is unfair to charge such an extra amount for no fault of mine. Hence i request you to please arrange for refund of the amount.

                      I booked a ride from vaishali to janakpuri and total fare was rs. 550, and on same day i booked a ride from janakpuri to vaishali and total fare at the time of booking was rs.863. Cab driver changed the route without any information and as per my knowledge i can't change the route after submiting otp. Driver changed route and ola charged me rs.1023 for that ride. I asked for an explaination so they revert me saying that i asked driver to change route. Ola already charged extra at the time of booking and after that they charged more money for the mistake i didn't do. I want my refund as soon as possible but they are not answering my calls

                        I was booked ola cab from keshav nagar Pune to Pune railway station, but after driver "jitendra chavhan" came at pickup point he basking over my luggage. I had only 1 backpack & 1 handbag having 3 pillow. He is so mannerless animal. Kind of ### should be terminated on time. I[censored] want to Know what happened u can call that lady who travelling same cab. I swear I will not use ola after I will reach Hyderabad. So harsh service this is. After happened this ola charged me 25 RS. ### u ola. Take that 25 rs.. make 1 roll & put that into that ### driver.

                          We booked a cab to airport, after coming to the pickup location the driver cancelled the ride saying that he can not come to airport because of the distance.
                          At the time of booking itself the drop point is given, after coming to the pickup point and then saying no doesn't sense, what if the passenger get's delayed.,
                          Pls give strict instructions to the driver as it causes so much inconvinience.
                          If the driver is not willing for long distances, pls don't confirm the ride

                            I booked a ola bike ride number 27192 and the driver was very mannerd less he dosent had the manners to talk to customers and talked to me very rudely he was very uneducated and did not had the basic curtesy to talk to customers and he continously called me again and again even when i cancelled the ride... So kindly look into the matter and cancel her license as soon as possible

                              In Pune during 24th Dec-2017 i have booked outstation cab on 24 hour basis, which has exceed around 2 Hours 20 minutes, for which they charged me one day additonal Rs.3500 additional, whereas there is no guidance or rule available in OLA site while we book outstation taxi

                              For which i have escalated this to OLA chariman, , after i had discussion from OLA CS, no redressal & they told me, while you book outstation taxi, customer can view all our rules and regulations for exceeding the time line, when i re-booked the same round tour outstation for a day, there is no such information is available for customer and the screen shot of the OLA site i have shared for OLA CS reference, in that it clearly shows, that no informations are available for additinal use over and above the 24 hours, hence my conclusion is OLA is not having any clear instructions for customers for over useage and looting customer hard earn money

                              For which i need quick redressal and get my money back as well need a compensation for mental agony i had

                                I am a resident of ayappa nagar, hoodi, bangalore. I have experienced this a lot of times in this area that even if the ola autos are shown as available in the app, they never accepts the ride. I don't understand this scenario. Is it that the app shows wrong information or is it that the ola auto drivers don't accept the rides even if it pops up in their screen.

                                When a ride is shown available, it depicts that a customer can book a ride. What is the point of showing 5-6 autos available in the area if they are not there to accept ride from the customers.

                                It is to inform you that there were two cancellation charges levied on me on 22.02.2018 having booking no. CRN[protected] & OSN[protected] having amount of Rs.50 & 25 respectively.In both the cases the driver availability is not nearby that's why I cancelled the booking.So it is request you to kindly look into the matter and refund the same asap.

                                  I booked an ola cab for my maid who was suffering from very high fever on 25th march 2018 from my home vihanga to langer houz in hyderabad. I left for an important meeting. When the cab broke down, she had to travel for 30minutes to reach back to my home vihanga. After my meeting, i had to attend to my maid and my son both of whom were very sick. Now on 27th when both of them are better, i called ola saying that i was charged for no trip and the app still says on going. I asked the customer care person to cancel and refund the money. I get a response that the money cannot be remitted as i didn't cancel it within 30minutes. I cannot give away my hard earned money for such nonsensical rules which don't consider emotions and people while making such rules.
                                  The driver took extra money of ₹71 while my bill was only of ₹9. He took it in the name of parking. When i asked him to confirm with the ola customer care. He said he don't have a number whereas previously dis has also happened and d previous driver had d number with him.
                                  They refunded only ₹9 when i asked for a refund.

                                    Ola confirmed no car 1432 a/c cab with estimated fare 279/-i told cabby to come to tatamemorial parel. Suddenly ola cancelled that car and sent kp 0996 non a/c cab which i never travel. And charged 279. I don’t know how this was to be cancelled further in the past when share taxi was booked driver told me to come to santcruz bus dept in 10 mts from vileparle east impossible feat i was charged rs 25 for cancellation. What is wrong with ola.

                                      I booked the Ola sharing cab from Terminal 3 IGI airport. During booking it shows the charge as RS 632 . But driver force us to pay rs 150 extra as parking charge which leads me to pay rs 782 .
                                      After making payment of RS 782 total but in app is show the payment of RS 632 only. My concern is why the driver charges the customer 150 extra. If he charge it must be added in final payment and must show in app that i paid 782 cash.

                                        I called him to pick up @ mfar holdings, manyatha tech park. He told the location is showing different location. I informed him i clicked the right location may be the app is showing different place which was 100mts away from my loaction. I requested him to pick up as i was not feeling well, he denied any started using bad words asking me select the right location. I have already raised it on ola app. If proper step is not taken ill take him to the police station.
