Stop your services at guwahati airport, assam. The drivers are missguiding the passengers and telling lies about their locations. To avoid payment of parking tolls they stay outside the airport area campus and harasse the passenger to walk through a distance to reach them. Its ridiculous. And once you cancel the ride ola charges a fee for next ride. Whats this. Atlest you should check the previous dealings with that customer. Uber is tremendously doing well, if though they are charging a bit high. Uber is more transparent.
I got the cupon code from ola THU75,

I tried to apply, i am got message saying that, invalid, where i took screen shot .

Take necessary action, unnecessarily provide, cupon codes is not a proper way.

Booking was cancelled at last minute by 3ola cab drivers from guwahati airport to reach to Kamakhya junction. If the services are not available plz don’t make services available in the first place

I never seen such a bad auto driver he is using bad abuse and vulgur language to ladies I thought to complaint police.. Immediately take serious action against this dirty man..

      Ola shares me 98/- for 6kms. But when i calculate according to price it's showing 80/- only.
      As per ola rates:
      First 1.5km 18/-
      After 1.5km 12.3/km
      Process fees charged 12/-
      Tax fees charged 1.08/-
      Discount 6/-
      If distance is 6kms then first 1.5km is for 18/- then remaining will be 4.5*12.3= 55.35.
      Total comes (18+55.35+12+1.08-6)=80.43.
      But still ola is charging me 98/- i want explanations

      While booking it was showing Rs.9/ k.m, but after ride they charged 1561.
      and no complaint management.

        We had booked a cab on 30/03/2018, at Chamundi Hills, at around 7 pm. It was a Tata indica or Bolte. I tried to contact the driver as soon as the cab was booked at 7 pm, which he did not pick. The driver's number is [protected]. The car number is KA.. 8578 (not very sure). Again we called him at 7.11, which he did not pick up. Finally, the driver picked up our call at 7.13 and asked us to walk down the road as he was not allowed to climb up the road. But by the time we reached the car, the driver told us that our booking stands cancelled and we had to book again.

          Today i had booked an ola on 10/4/2018.at 12:15 PM From Darya Ganj To East Patel Nagar I have received OTP &etc and then I have call to driver and asked where are you he said I am at 4 No Jama Masjid Gate and he asked me where you will go I say I want to go to east Patel Nagar. And I said I am at Golcha Cinema I am requested him please come here as the route is through this point only Driver refused to come. And at that time I received cancelation Charge @ 50Rs so Why
          Same day I travel from east patel nagar to Darya Ganj I received message @ Rs 191 and pay for previous two cancellation @ 50+50 = Rs.100/ so total I have pay 290 . it is not fare so I want my 100Rs to be adjusted in future bills

            I'm a ola auto partner, today suddenly 174 rs is deducted from my ola partner app mentioned fraud.
            I called the customer care they are telling we can't do anything in this case, because the system itself deduct this charges. Even they r not telling the reason.
            Please resolve this issue soon.
            If this will happen continuously, then what we will earn n what we will eat.
            U idiots say one esteemed pay rupees and
            And take other money after the trip you idiots better repay the money bloodyother wise im going to complain to the police about this
            Driver changed the route to fill diseal and therefore I have to pay 76₹ instead of 31₹(after availing my discount).
            I want Ola cabs to return the difference amount.

Driver was unable to understand our location and after waiting for more than half'n hour he just call me up and started giving slang and behaved very badly, You should not give job to such drivers who can even commute with there customers. All illiterate Maroons! How dare are he that he was giving slang to my family ?!

              Today i booked a ola cab in hyderabad and the driver Mohammad ghouse dropped me 100 mt away from the location given, when questioned he started using foul languages he then got down from the cab and started shouting at me with foul words and pushed me and slapped me. I lodged a complaint to the ola CUSTOMER CARE and they came up woth the solution just to give a warning to that bloody driver. If this is how ola is taking action against such kind of drivers then thre is no safety for anyone using this ### cab service. I want to take strict actions against the driver and the irresponsible ola company.

                I am writing with great regret that i am soo annoyed with the service provided by you guys in the last few weeks. Though i had booked in advance today (09/04/18) the driver called me and said he is on the way but after 30 min he said he was allocated a different pick up and i could not find any cabs so took and uber paid 2 times more and reached to work andd 30 min late loosing my half day salary. On friday (06/04/18) the same issue booked advance only to have this cancelled and had to wait for another 1 hr to get the next cab.

                If your company does not have the talent or capability to serve customers with advance booking please don't take it. It not only the last 2 times but this is happened numerous times, i just had to write this time as i am spitting blood while writing this email.

                Additionally many times though there is cabs next to me i still get allocated to cabs which has waiting of 20 mins, if this is a plan by you guys so customers will take ola select you guys are wrong. If you don't come back to me with a resolution i will stop riding with you guys and will also recommend my colleagues and office guys not to use your service.

                They spoke very nicely, got a call in 2 hrs within the complaint, They said they will try their best not to repeat this issue. But as a regular and irate customer I expected them to handle this better, i.e. free rides or vouchers for free travel, complimentary upgrades, but they choose sorry. Grrrrr
                Resovled but expected them to take care of me like a star customer, few free rides or complimentary upgrades but they just told they will try and not repeat this Grrrr

                I was given three free rides to use in Sydney, as a sign up bonus, starting from Saturday 31 March 2018. I have only used one of those rides and now I no longer have the coupon code automatically applied at booking. Please help resolve this.

                  Ola is letrally a fraud company. My driver got a booking yesterday from ola cabs after that he got the call from the same and then that ola representative told my driver that there is some issue with ola servers so do all the task which i am stating you. After that guide my driver with some istructions and then he asks for otp then he told my driver that you will get another booking tell me that otp and then continuously my driver got approx 10 bookings and ola balance is deducted and he ola account balance is -4200 approx. My driver received the call from [protected] number. And now ola is saying that the server was hacked and now they will not refund our money..

                  Such a fraud indian company. Ashame of that.

                    The ola autos are not at all picking up the ride requests for within 3 kms range. I'm facing this from past month. I usually travel from beml 7th stage rr nagar to kengeri railway station.. On both the sides your auto people won't take up rides even they are besides us without any job. Then what the hell services are you people providing.. And everytime the access fees will be high.. Even for a 2.5 km ride you charge more than 40rs. Then why the slogan "ola auto for 29rs for 4 kms".. Your service quality is becoming very worst day by day..

                      Ola cabs has no answer if the cab driver end the trip in the middle of trip, cab driver accidentally end the trip before reaching the destination. I contacted the customer care they only informed the driver to drop me to destination but the mean while driver received other bookings which he had to cancel and rating fell down. Ola need to solve this by only enabling to end trip with in 500/100 meters of the destination.

                        I have booked a taxi to airport and the driver first asked me to cancel the booking and re-book the cab, as i was getting late and i rebooked the cab due to which he wasted 10-15 mins of mine.
                        I asked the driver that i don’t have time to go to atm and that i will make payment through ola money he refused that, saying that he wants cash and won’t accept money through ola.
                        He again make me wait after entering airport looking for change of 2000 and didn’t drop me at the dropping point. Ultimately when i got inside the airport the counter was closed and i missed my flight by a mere 5 min.
                        I demand a strict action against the driver as it was a very important flight for me and i want a compensation for my booking.

                          Worst experience with ola customer care.

                          Drivers are not trusting ola money? Why? Are they not paying the full cash?
                          Not sure.. Driver demanded cash instead of ola money.

                          Driver took the whole cash and he told us to contact customer care and get the money reverted from ola money?

                          When i called customer care, and they say it is not possible.. So i am beginning to think ola doesnt care about anything.. I have a doubts on sos option too..

                          I want my money 289 back to ola money. You can call and check with the auto driver too..

                            This is a complaint regarding to demand of extra cash by a ola driver I had to pay him 15 rupees extra as I had no choice and was very rude and arrogant . Pathetic service, why keep a meter then when the final price is decided by the driver himself.
                            I would want a refund for the extra money I have paid, please resolve this matter and hire trained and polite drivers

                              Date : 7th april 2018

                              Description of incident : we were charged 68.00 for a 9 min ride with a distance of 2.2 km unlike the fare which was shown only 39.00. We travelled from chennai - srikakulam hwy, currency nagar (09:46 pm), vijayawada to20-303, sri ramachandra nagar, vijayawada (09:55 pm).

                              We had to take another route due to the heavy traffic at that moment of time. As it was already late and we were aware of another route, we directed the auto driver to change the route. I have already attached 2 photos regarding the details for your verification.

                              The desirable solution to my complaint is a request for refund.

                                I decided to take a ola instead of driving bk home beacause i was intoxicated. The ola driver said he was feeling un easy because i was smelling.
                                I asked him to open the windows.
                                He went on inquiring if 7.30 pm is a time when a girl should get intoxicated and travel alone.
                                I said that is none of his concern. And requested him tp drop me to the nearest taxi stand.
                                He refused the ride and left me stranded in middle of the road. The irony is i always thought it is better to take ola and safely return home after a drink instead of driving back.

                                  Ola auto driver behaved so odd . we felt insecure. Please raise a complaint on him. Auto no Ka02ac 3564.
                                  We use Ola auto bcz it's cost 29rs for 4km.
                                  But Ola makes long distance route and charges extra. Today we told driver to go in normal route. He was shouting at us in bad manner. When he tried to connect Ola customer, they didn't response.

                                      I want to draw your kind attention as my sister is one of a victim who is looted by your Cab driver.
                                      The day before yesterday she booked a cab from Civil lines Allahabad to a children clinic for her 2-month-old son's vaccination as she is new in the town she called her husband to navigate the driver where is the clinic as her baby started crying she forgot to take back her mobile from the cab driver. As she reached at her destination. Hence, she moved out from the cab an pay the ride amount to your driver. Within 10 seconds she reminds that she has forgotten to take her mobile back from the cab. she tried to stop the cab but could make it after half an hour my sister and her husband reached to Ola office located in Allahabad and conveyed the whole incident to the representative they called the driver and ask him to come office the driver came back and said he doesn't know about the mobile as my sister and her husband is new in town they didn't crossword with him the driver threatened them said he is an localite of the city. I tried to connect with you and your team through Twitter for help but couldn't make it. Your Support asked me to take legal help and file an FIR.
                                      But my question is we booked a cab from your portal so this is your responsibility to provide our belonging back to us by your own way. If I want to get in this trouble intentionally so why should chose OLA there are many local vendors who are providing the same service cheaper than your prices. We only book ola because it is safe and we have your support if something happened to your customer so it's your responsibility to rectify the same.

I called this auto driver and he told that he is taking a u turn...but he didn't reach...nd finally he cancelled the ride..but my amount is deducted...so refund my amount..

                                        On 3rd April we (my female friend and I) were travelling on my Bajaj Avenger bike near Arekere Signal, Bannerghatta Road at around 9:30 PM and out of no where an OLA cab driver lost control and slammed my bike from behind. It was proper on the back collision and no was overspeeding. We got saved may be because our speed was less than 40kmph.We feel the driver was drunk as I have never seen a car driver hit some one like this, let alone experienced one. The accident resulted in the multiple wounds of my friend and myself.
                                        The owner of the car(Anil) came to the spot and promised us everything (including the complete repair of the bike). Now he is not responding my calls.

                                        The vehicle is registered in the name of OLA Fleet Technologies PVT Ltd. (KA05AG4049). Who is this guy, who was driving like this, when he was on duty ??(Post accident the customer left).The driver did not only jeopardize the life of his customer but also ours (had we not going slow we would have been dead). I want OLA to cancel the DL of the guy and want my vehicle to be repaired completely.I want the action and reply to the email ASAP or else I will be sharing and promoting this post on Facebook like anything.
                                        I have lodged an official complaint with Mico Layout Traffic Police Station as well and you will get a mail from them too.
                                        PLS DO THE NEEDFUL.
