We had called him for pickup location but he did not attend our call properly and unable to trace our location, his way of talking totally different and he used to 3rd class language and abused to us.

    I want to draw your kind attention as my sister is one of a victim who is looted by your Cab driver.
    The day before yesterday she booked a cab from Civil lines Allahabad to a children clinic for her 2-month-old son's vaccination as she is new in the town she called her husband to navigate the driver where is the clinic as her baby started crying she forgot to take back her mobile from the cab driver. As she reached at her destination. Hence, she moved out from the cab an pay the ride amount to your driver. Within 10 seconds she reminds that she has forgotten to take her mobile back from the cab. she tried to stop the cab but could make it after half an hour my sister and her husband reached to Ola office located in Allahabad and conveyed the whole incident to the representative they called the driver and ask him to come office the driver came back and said he doesn't know about the mobile as my sister and her husband is new in town they didn't crossword with him the driver threatened them said he is an localite of the city. I tried to connect with you and your team through Twitter for help but couldn't make it. Your Support asked me to take legal help and file an FIR.
    But my question is we booked a cab from your portal so this is your responsibility to provide our belonging back to us by your own way. If I want to get in this trouble intentionally so why should chose OLA there are many local vendors who are providing the same service cheaper than your prices. We only book ola because it is safe and we have your support if something happened to your customer so it's your responsibility to rectify the same.

    Riding in an Ola Auto driven by MANJUNATH A ( [protected] ). OTP: 7646 is needed to start the ride after boarding the cab. I called this auto driver and he told that he is taking a u turn...but he didn't reach...nd finally he cancelled the ride..but my amount is deducted...so refund my amount..

      On 3rd April we (my female friend and I) were travelling on my Bajaj Avenger bike near Arekere Signal, Bannerghatta Road at around 9:30 PM and out of no where an OLA cab driver lost control and slammed my bike from behind. It was proper on the back collision and no was overspeeding. We got saved may be because our speed was less than 40kmph.We feel the driver was drunk as I have never seen a car driver hit some one like this, let alone experienced one. The accident resulted in the multiple wounds of my friend and myself.
      The owner of the car(Anil) came to the spot and promised us everything (including the complete repair of the bike). Now he is not responding my calls.

      The vehicle is registered in the name of OLA Fleet Technologies PVT Ltd. (KA05AG4049). Who is this guy, who was driving like this, when he was on duty ??(Post accident the customer left).The driver did not only jeopardize the life of his customer but also ours (had we not going slow we would have been dead). I want OLA to cancel the DL of the guy and want my vehicle to be repaired completely.I want the action and reply to the email ASAP or else I will be sharing and promoting this post on Facebook like anything.
      I have lodged an official complaint with Mico Layout Traffic Police Station as well and you will get a mail from them too.
      PLS DO THE NEEDFUL.

        I dipti gupta has booked a cab today morning at 8:39 am. When i called driver sachin kumar patel and ask where are you bhaiya instead of replying he asked me apko kaha jana hai.. I again asked ap ho kaha bhaiya tgen again apko kaha jana hai madam (In rude language).. I have recordings also. Then said janak cinema he ask janakpuri i said janak cinema is in janakpuri then he said mujhe time lagega ap cancel kar do and disconnected then i again called him and i ask why should i cancel if you denied the duty... Then again he started speaking in very rude manner. (Tu tadak vali language). After that he stopped picking up my phone neither was cancelling the duty so that i can book another cab.. He wasted my time as i was getting late for office and also mebehaved.. I have recordings also. Kindly look in to the matter.

          Yesterday, i logged in seperate ola accounts of my family members in my device, and the services of ola are unavailable on this device now, as my account has been blocked by the company.
          Kindly do the necessary to make it functional again, as they were seperate accounts of my family members only, which i had logged in search of coupons, if available on any of the accounts. Make my account functional on my device as soon as possible.

            I booked an ola cab on 2nd apr'18 for a place just 700m from my place and booking reflected inr 40 as the amount. However when i boarded the cab and provided otp and driver informed me its a booking for igi airport for inr 302.

            I got down the cab the vere driver moment still inr 245 was deducted from my ola account. When i raise an issue via ola support on the application, it just directs me to change password with no refund.

            2 calls made to ola team, refund has been denied. They are not ready to confirm with the driver if i took the rider.

            Bad experience!!! I need my money back!!! Please help!!!

              I have hired a Ola Cab bearing registration number KA03AE1743 from Bridge Road to Garden City university on 19th March, 2018 around 1am but I forgot my bag inside the cab which contains iPhone charger, gift and some girls personal things.
              I contact him as soon as he left and I also promised to pay him for the expenses caused but he denied coming back..I tried to contact him several times after that but he keep on saying tomorrow, tomorrow and that tomorrow never ends.

                Ola has blocked my both accounts without any reason. They're not even offering any resolution to the same. Kyc has been completed for both accounts. All they are saying that "a ola policy was violated". Even if they feel some misuse of the account they should have suspended my account temporarily.
                Now i can't use ola at all since it allows a particular device to register with two numbers. I am a regular user of ola and this is just undue harassment on their part. All they are saying its all automated but they have designed the app. They know how to undo something wrong which is done by the app's coding.
                Looking forward to some mature reply and solution from their end.
                Driver not qualified.Because he is not having set belt, using headphones and no proper light indicator.and argument with slang speech.This type of person spoiling to Our good name.please avoid such a thing. Thanks. Ref no Tata indica TN-11 p 5259 santhome at 5.15 pm
                Sir, we are from vijayawada pls mention the local limits of the city and the fares are very low compare to others and your commission/brokerage is very higher than other providers pls consider these .otherwise it will very sevior issue in the future for company on behalf the partners .

                  This is regarding my Monday ride CRN[protected]. I booked OLA Auto from Sarjapur to Raja Rajeshwari Nagar. The estimated bill amount was showing very high at 477. Even during peak hours the bill charged is around 290. When i clicked the Estimate button it was showing as 13 / Km. I could see that it was taking a long route of 35 kms instead of the usual 21km route. Even earlier i faced similar cases but the final bill was based on the actual distance travelled which will be less than the estimated bill.
                  So i took the OLA auto and the driver promptly dropped me at my destination taking the 21km route. But i was still charged for 35km route at 477!
                  When i called the customer care the agent there was simply not able to undertsand the issue and kept saying rudely that i should not booked the cab itself if it was showing 477.

                  As a mark of protest i withdrew my money from OLA money, uninstalled the OLA app and using UBER since past 3 days and the service and bills there are very transparent.

                    My cousin mr arvind jain hired a ola cab ka05 af 0935 from banglore air to hotel sheetal residency in banglore. He put his cell phone no. [protected] on charging. My cousin forgot to take his mobile back. Immediately after taxi left he remembered mobile is left in taxi. He called on his no. And driver mr. Nangeeshaji no. [protected] several times but he is not lifting phone.

                    Incident happened today 04.04.18 morning. They are in great trouble right now. Please help them immediately.
                    I have traveled from Chennai airport to Madipakkam for which I booked a cab from ola in airport for which I should be charged Rs.213/- as per the before notification. But on the completion of the ride, I have been charged Rs.345/-. My booking id CRN[protected]. Please do the needful.
                    Taxi no HR55AA3460 Done the accident with my bike on Mathura road highway near old Faridabad metro station. I am going on my side he came from right and wants overtake and hit me. I have injury on my right hand.

                      Ola has blocked my account as i have logged in with more than two accounts in one device. After account block, there is no help from customer care service nor i am getting any revert on mails.

                      Due to this issue i cant use my ola money also i have paid for passes.
                      This is fraud as my ola money is with ola and no customer care service.

                      Only tickets are logged for mail sent but there is no resolution and tracking of tickets.

                        This is a complaint against ola cabs. Ola micro crn [protected] i had booked a cab in the morning before to pick my uncle from jubilee at 6.30 on 1st april 2018. The cab was booked and confirmation was given and scheduled. I spoke to the driver 10 minutes before the time and asked my uncle to wait where driver told me to wait and at last minute the driver cancelled the cab. They shamelessly did it.

                        My uncle is patient of diabetes, bloodpressure and just released from hospital.
                        Because of this i had to run to pick him up at jbs which is 50 kms from my house and get him from there

                        Ola cabs is most inefficient useless unreliable service. How can they schedule a ride and cancel without an alternate. And most times they cancel and force the users to book a cab at very high prices later...

                        I claim 5000 for the double expense i had to bear and the anxiety of travel i had to put up with because of ola

                        there were no alternate cabs for next 2 hours in OLA on that day near JBS. The driver asked us to wait at Indira gandhi statue and we waited still driver did this to us
                        Last time it was not our fault we had not cancelled the ride so y should i pay fr it
                        u ask to that bastard what he done last time your driver had told that he cannot able to come because he had some urgent work so he made us stand for 1 hour near ulsoor police station
                        I booked ola on 24th, and got booking confirmed, but driver didn't came to me, but driver had other customer with valid otp ( as he said),
                        I talked to him, (I've recording), and he said that he has other customer
                        then I booked other cab,
                        Where is my fault, why should I pay, while I'm using ola regularly.

                          I, niroda kumar dehury, mob no [protected], had booked an ola cabs from mmallick complex, lane 2c, jagamara, bhubaneswar to railway station bhubaneswar on 01/04/2018 between 09.45pm to 10.15 pm. The rate at the time of booking was rs 131.00. But after reaching at destination, final billing amount was shown rs 222.00 which was paid by me. This is not fair. Please clarify how rs 222.00 has been changed from me where as it was rs 131.00 at the time of booking.

                            I have booked ola cab from janapriya bharat enclave, sunkudakatte, bangalore - 560 091 behind adishwara electro world to st. Jhones medical college, jhon nagar, cormongla, bangalore. The cab no. Ka-02-af-3484, no 7849
                            After an hour the cab driver informed me that the due some problem in the cab he does not want to go to the destination. Moreover, he does not want to cancel from his side but to ask me to cancel from my side. Why???
                            I have booked another cab from uber cab service and on the way i'm lodging this complaint.

                            My ride was an emergency to see my nephew at st. Jhones medical college if such type of services you provide to your customer then what will be the future of ola cab???

                            Kindly do the needful to rectify this kind of service.

                              I booked a cab at 8.45am today[protected] around to my office. The driver asked my otp and started talking to me rudely. He suddenly stopped the trip and asked me to get down. When i tried to call ola support, he ran with his auto. At support, they wanted to talk to driver for real time feedback but i could not make him talk as he had already ran away. They said they will take the necessary steps to resolove it but how would i get to know it.in between all this, my money got deducted and asked the support for a refund. They simply raise their hand and told they cant help it as the ride was stopped as per client's request. Then i tried to reach ola through its facebook page. There also they did the same thing. I am not complaining here for my loss of money. But i just want to raise a point that how irresponsibily they have taken up the matter. And there is no provision if this kind of issue pops up. Horrible ola!!!

                                We booked ola auto for kandivali west from kandivali east damodar wadi.. The estimation shown in the app was rs 44/- we went all over and when the destination came the meter was showing 82 rs /- due to traffic and the final automated bill on ola app came rs 126/-. This is "din dahade loot". If i travel 5.5km in normal meter auto with dead jam traffic then too my max to max meter turns 100/- rs, and we hardly have travel 4.2km. Ola auto is a loot literally...
                                Give my 80/- rs back... Ola you guys have charged us a boom today...

                                  Crn [protected] driver name prakasha v. I request ola to take serious action against him. I had booked an auto from yeshwanthpur to nandidurga road on 29th march night time. I had no idea of the new place in bangalore, he rudely told me tell me your location or else cancel ride. He told he won't pick me up since he has to take long cut and pick me. I was not aware of the place too. I told use location and pick me up. He didn't pick up my calls. I was stranded for a long time. What if the same person was a girl she would have been so unsafe at night time.

                                    I booked an ola auto for my relatives to their home. Due to an emergency they had to be late by 5 mins. The driver was stopped at the entrance of the street and did not come near the house. Besides he was unprofessional and abused them not considering their age. He also asked them to get out of the auto. So they had to get out of the auto and reached home with great difficulty. Necessary action must be taken against these unprofessional drivers.

                                      The driver cancelled the booking and charged 75 rs as per your rules the driver charges cancellation when we are not at pick up point. But we were there at pickup point for more than 20 mins and the driver didn't came at pickup point and charged 75 rs so please make sure we get our money back. Why i have to pay the cancellation charges when it was the driver faults for not coming at the pickup point.
                                      Kindly make sure we get our money back.

                                        On 1.4.18 at around 2.20. Pm i was coming from ghoramara side towards bhetapara chariali in my scooter along with my wife when suddenly an ola cab bearing reign. No. As25/5754 coming from the opposite direction suddenly swerved the vehicle in full speed for turning back and missed hitting me by inches. Had i not braked my scooter instinctively, i would not have been writing this complaint.

                                        I now request the concerned department to book the above vehicle and cancel the license of the driver.
