I am writing with great regret that i am soo annoyed with the service provided by you guys in the last few weeks. Though i had booked in advance today (09/04/18) the driver called me and said he is on the way but after 30 min he said he was allocated a different pick up and i could not find any cabs so took and uber paid 2 times more and reached to work andd 30 min late loosing my half day salary. On friday (06/04/18) the same issue booked advance only to have this cancelled and had to wait for another 1 hr to get the next cab.
If your company does not have the talent or capability to serve customers with advance booking please don't take it. It not only the last 2 times but this is happened numerous times, i just had to write this time as i am spitting blood while writing this email.
Additionally many times though there is cabs next to me i still get allocated to cabs which has waiting of 20 mins, if this is a plan by you guys so customers will take ola select you guys are wrong. If you don't come back to me with a resolution i will stop riding with you guys and will also recommend my colleagues and office guys not to use your service.

Complaint marked as Resolved They spoke very nicely, got a call in 2 hrs within the complaint, They said they will try their best not to repeat this issue. But as a regular and irate customer I expected them to handle this better, i.e. free rides or vouchers for free travel, complimentary upgrades, but they choose sorry. Grrrrr
I tried to apply, i am got message saying that, invalid, where i took screen shot .
Take necessary action, unnecessarily provide, cupon codes is not a proper way.
