I had the worst experience with ola cabs. I have book ola cabs on 13\04\18 from badlapur to titwala.

& call to drive prathamesh chavan he called me & say i will reach within 10 min. Ok i am waiting 30 min. But he not pickup phone, then i will book again & call to driver he told me i will come in 15 min. Again i am waiting 20 min, & call to driver he is saying my car not cng so am not coming, fck off ola cabs. Again i book next ride, & call to drive he is say i am not go to titwala & cut phone, finally i gone to auto stand & book auto within 2 min.& safely reach to my destinations. Pls dont go to ola cabs he is provide u worst services. I[censored]rgent call to meru he is ride confirm & timely...
This is a [censored] service provided by Ola... I am fed up with this. Every timw drivers problem and not even pick up on tume on a single day. Please improve the service or else close it.

    In feb 18 i had paid for 1 month select. This month when i topped up ola money with rs. 3000, select coupon code for 1 month free trial was accepted. Inspite of email/phone followups, free trial is not activated and now customer care is telling it is for 1st time user. They want to lure new customers and dont want to retain existing loyal customers. Frustrated with unethical & fraudulent ola. Transferred and made ola money zero. I will never use ola service again. Shall spread this in social media through my friends/colleagues. Sivakumar. [protected]

      Hi team,

      I travelled in ola on 10.04.2018 but unfortunately i missed my key in ola cab. But within 1 min i called the driver but the driver didnt pick the phone and after calling 20 times he picked and told he already left.

      Daily he is saying when he will come to my area he will give key and after chasing 4 days he stops picking the phone.

      When i called ola customer service they are saying they dont have control on driver and put a police complaint. Or wait for driver when ever driver comes to your are he might give a call and you need to come that time.

      If the ola driver will do this kind of stuff what will happen to normal people.

      I need justice and get my key back

        I booked an ola micro cab for my mother on april 02, 2018 10:32 am crn[protected] from vanasthalipuram to osmania university. After the ride, my mother has paid rs. 281 in cash. Also, the same amount was deducted from my ola wallet, which meant i paid twice for the same ride. Within an hour, i reached out to the driver and asked him why this happened. He told he would talk to his company and see that my money is refunded. But that din't happen for 2 more days, and on 5th april, 2018 i called the customer care. They responded that they will escalate this issue and asked me to contact the driver again. I spoke to the driver who assured again that the company will look into it and refund it. I called the customer care again on 14th april, 2018 who now say that they wont take any action nor refund my money because i called them post 72 hours. As i said i reached out to the driver immediately within less than an hour of end of the journey, how would i be blamed for not calling them within 72 hours?
        Reaching out to the ola customercare or the driver, it is all the same for the customer.

          We had a train journey on 10 april 2018 at 10.15 pm. I sheduled a ride with ola cabs on the previous day to pick me up at 8.20 pm on 10 april. They scheduled a ride and sent me message that i will get driver details at 8.15. But at 8.15 a driver from ola cabs called me saying that he is at 9 km away and difficult to come for the ride. I insisted him to come and told him about my difficulty of arranging another vehicle at the last minute. But he cancelled the ride after my phone call. This was put us in great trouble since it was very difficult to get another vehicle at the night time.
          So i decided not to rely on ola cabs again.

            I made transferred rs 999 from the hdfc card to ola money wallet on 18th feb. But i didn't receive it in my ola wallet so i notified my issue to ola customer care/zip cash. These so called customer case service people responds to mail saying

            "we would like to inform you that, we have sent your request to the concerned team for the transaction amount of rs.999/- and the same will be credited to your ola money account within 1 business day."

            From the past 2 months i am getting this sort of messages. I have also confirmed with hdfc customer care they have successfully transferred rs 999 to ola. I have provided hdfc card statement to ola customer care.

              Ola driver named vijaykumar accepted my ride and failed to pick me up as a lathargic driver he was going the other way from my location and when i called him and tried to guide him through my location he was ill mannered and abusive and threatened me to cancel the ride. I feel these drivers are to dismissed as it's a matter of safety and protection

                This is regarding ola crn [protected] where the driver has claimed rs 342 for payment towards the ride fare.

                Origin-hoodi
                Destination:shanthi nagar bus stop.
                Date 7 april 2018

                Suggested optimal route was through whitefield road, krpuram, indira nagar.

                The driver drove way all the way up to bnarayanapura, made a left turn at hp and took the isro-old airport road.

                This detour resulted in significantly additional kilometres and waste of time.

                On reaching shanthi nagar, he argued with us to pay for the additional kilometres travelled due to his erroneous detour.

                We also showed him that a ride from shanthi nagar back to the origin costs way less than what he claims (Excluding the surcharge for early morning ride).

                Though we paid rs 251 cash (Estimated tariff from ola), ola believes that we did not make any payment to the driver and insists on duplicate payment for the incorrect fare.

                Customer support team has been sending repeated email to harass us for payment.

                  The car no is 4794. Mobile no is -[protected]. The customers are all senior citizen. All are about 80years old. We requested the driver to go to the location. We even given him the guide for 15mins over phone. Till he could not understand and cancel the ride. Then he told us that he is not ready to enter into the lane. What kind of behavior is this. Is this the way to behave with the customer? You are not doing any free service. We are paying you for that. I want an answer for this type of inhumanity.

                    Stop your services at guwahati airport, assam. The drivers are missguiding the passengers and telling lies about their locations. To avoid payment of parking tolls they stay outside the airport area campus and harasse the passenger to walk through a distance to reach them. Its ridiculous. And once you cancel the ride ola charges a fee for next ride. Whats this. Atlest you should check the previous dealings with that customer. Uber is tremendously doing well, if though they are charging a bit high. Uber is more transparent.

                    I tried to apply, i am got message saying that, invalid, where i took screen shot .

                    Take necessary action, unnecessarily provide, cupon codes is not a proper way.

                        Ola shares me 98/- for 6kms. But when i calculate according to price it's showing 80/- only.
                        As per ola rates:
                        First 1.5km 18/-
                        After 1.5km 12.3/km
                        Process fees charged 12/-
                        Tax fees charged 1.08/-
                        Discount 6/-
                        If distance is 6kms then first 1.5km is for 18/- then remaining will be 4.5*12.3= 55.35.
                        Total comes (18+55.35+12+1.08-6)=80.43.
                        But still ola is charging me 98/- i want explanations

                          We had booked a cab on 30/03/2018, at Chamundi Hills, at around 7 pm. It was a Tata indica or Bolte. I tried to contact the driver as soon as the cab was booked at 7 pm, which he did not pick. The driver's number is [protected]. The car number is KA.. 8578 (not very sure). Again we called him at 7.11, which he did not pick up. Finally, the driver picked up our call at 7.13 and asked us to walk down the road as he was not allowed to climb up the road. But by the time we reached the car, the driver told us that our booking stands cancelled and we had to book again.

                            Today i had booked an ola on 10/4/2018.at 12:15 PM From Darya Ganj To East Patel Nagar I have received OTP &etc and then I have call to driver and asked where are you he said I am at 4 No Jama Masjid Gate and he asked me where you will go I say I want to go to east Patel Nagar. And I said I am at Golcha Cinema I am requested him please come here as the route is through this point only Driver refused to come. And at that time I received cancelation Charge @ 50Rs so Why
                            Same day I travel from east patel nagar to Darya Ganj I received message @ Rs 191 and pay for previous two cancellation @ 50+50 = Rs.100/ so total I have pay 290 . it is not fare so I want my 100Rs to be adjusted in future bills

                              I'm a ola auto partner, today suddenly 174 rs is deducted from my ola partner app mentioned fraud.
                              I called the customer care they are telling we can't do anything in this case, because the system itself deduct this charges. Even they r not telling the reason.
                              Please resolve this issue soon.
                              If this will happen continuously, then what we will earn n what we will eat.

                                Today i booked a ola cab in hyderabad and the driver Mohammad ghouse dropped me 100 mt away from the location given, when questioned he started using foul languages he then got down from the cab and started shouting at me with foul words and pushed me and slapped me. I lodged a complaint to the ola CUSTOMER CARE and they came up woth the solution just to give a warning to that bloody driver. If this is how ola is taking action against such kind of drivers then thre is no safety for anyone using this ### cab service. I want to take strict actions against the driver and the irresponsible ola company.

                                  I am writing with great regret that i am soo annoyed with the service provided by you guys in the last few weeks. Though i had booked in advance today (09/04/18) the driver called me and said he is on the way but after 30 min he said he was allocated a different pick up and i could not find any cabs so took and uber paid 2 times more and reached to work andd 30 min late loosing my half day salary. On friday (06/04/18) the same issue booked advance only to have this cancelled and had to wait for another 1 hr to get the next cab.

                                  If your company does not have the talent or capability to serve customers with advance booking please don't take it. It not only the last 2 times but this is happened numerous times, i just had to write this time as i am spitting blood while writing this email.

                                  Additionally many times though there is cabs next to me i still get allocated to cabs which has waiting of 20 mins, if this is a plan by you guys so customers will take ola select you guys are wrong. If you don't come back to me with a resolution i will stop riding with you guys and will also recommend my colleagues and office guys not to use your service.

                                  They spoke very nicely, got a call in 2 hrs within the complaint, They said they will try their best not to repeat this issue. But as a regular and irate customer I expected them to handle this better, i.e. free rides or vouchers for free travel, complimentary upgrades, but they choose sorry. Grrrrr

                                    Ola is letrally a fraud company. My driver got a booking yesterday from ola cabs after that he got the call from the same and then that ola representative told my driver that there is some issue with ola servers so do all the task which i am stating you. After that guide my driver with some istructions and then he asks for otp then he told my driver that you will get another booking tell me that otp and then continuously my driver got approx 10 bookings and ola balance is deducted and he ola account balance is -4200 approx. My driver received the call from [protected] number. And now ola is saying that the server was hacked and now they will not refund our money..

                                    Such a fraud indian company. Ashame of that.

                                      The ola autos are not at all picking up the ride requests for within 3 kms range. I'm facing this from past month. I usually travel from beml 7th stage rr nagar to kengeri railway station.. On both the sides your auto people won't take up rides even they are besides us without any job. Then what the hell services are you people providing.. And everytime the access fees will be high.. Even for a 2.5 km ride you charge more than 40rs. Then why the slogan "ola auto for 29rs for 4 kms".. Your service quality is becoming very worst day by day..

                                        Ola cabs has no answer if the cab driver end the trip in the middle of trip, cab driver accidentally end the trip before reaching the destination. I contacted the customer care they only informed the driver to drop me to destination but the mean while driver received other bookings which he had to cancel and rating fell down. Ola need to solve this by only enabling to end trip with in 500/100 meters of the destination.
