My cousin mr arvind jain hired a ola cab ka05 af 0935 from banglore air to hotel sheetal residency in banglore. He put his cell phone no. [protected] on charging. My cousin forgot to take his mobile back. Immediately after taxi left he remembered mobile is left in taxi. He called on his no. And driver mr. Nangeeshaji no. [protected] several times but he is not lifting phone.

Ola has blocked my account as i have logged in with more than two accounts in one device. After account block, there is no help from customer care service nor i am getting any revert on mails.

Due to this issue i cant use my ola money also i have paid for passes.
This is fraud as my ola money is with ola and no customer care service.

Only tickets are logged for mail sent but there is no resolution and...

This is a complaint against ola cabs. Ola micro crn [protected] i had booked a cab in the morning before to pick my uncle from jubilee at 6.30 on 1st april 2018. The cab was booked and confirmation was given and scheduled. I booked a cab at 8.45am today[protected] around to my office. The driver asked my otp and started talking to me rudely. He suddenly stopped the trip and asked me to get down. We booked ola auto for kandivali west from kandivali east damodar wadi.. The estimation shown in the app was rs 44/- we went all over and when the destination came the meter was showing 82 rs /- due to traffic and the final automated bill on ola app came rs 126/-. Crn [protected] driver name prakasha v. I request ola to take serious action against him. I had booked an auto from yeshwanthpur to nandidurga road on 29th march night time. I had no idea of the new place in bangalore, he rudely told me tell me your location or else cancel ride. He told he won't pick me up since he has to take long cut and pick me. I booked an ola auto for my relatives to their home. Due to an emergency they had to be late by 5 mins. The driver was stopped at the entrance of the street and did not come near the house. Besides he was unprofessional and abused them not considering their age. He also asked them to get out of the auto. So they had to get out of the auto and reached home with great difficulty. Necessary action must be taken against these unprofessional drivers....

The driver cancelled the booking and charged 75 rs as per your rules the driver charges cancellation when we are not at pick up point. But we were there at pickup point for more than 20 mins and the driver didn't came at pickup point and charged 75 rs so please make sure we get our money back. Why i have to pay the cancellation charges when it was the driver faults for not coming at the pickup point.

On 1.4.18 at around 2.20. Pm i was coming from ghoramara side towards bhetapara chariali in my scooter along with my wife when suddenly an ola cab bearing reign. No. As25/5754 coming from the opposite direction suddenly swerved the vehicle in full speed for turning back and missed hitting me by inches. Had i not braked my scooter instinctively, i would not have been writing this complaint.

Rs 75/- charged as cancellation fee vide crn [protected] on[protected] by ola cab booking at bangalore is not correct. I have not booked any such cab on that day. Why such unauthorised collection as cancellation fee is being charged from the customers. It requires a thorough enquiries.in fact i am in bangalore neeladri road and confined in the bed. One of the worst service provider you people are.
Drivers don't know how to behave. They can cancel the call whenever they feel like.
Every damn time i only have to pay the damn freaking extra charge.

Standing on the other side of the road and shouting and rashly tlked to me. He was just not accepting he is on the other side.

I was charged twice for the same bill of 187rs yesterday... I paid by card.. I went from my place to hanuman mandir dumdum kolkata... I was shown that i have to pay rs 187 for my ride... But unfortunately at night i found i was charged twice for the same bill of 187.. The screemshots are attached with this complaint... Please do the needful that i can have my money back...

I have not got my referral bonus. I have referred to my friend. Initially i checked the ola cab ride price, i was getting the bonus but have not confirmed it. But while i tried again, the bonus is not coming.
While i called the customer care. They are saying that the referral bonus is not applicable. I could not understand the reason as initially i was able to see the discount but now i am not able to see....

My grievance is in relation to the ola select membership service which was activated and then renewed for my account time and time again without my approval, clearly misusing the ola money (Rs3000) i had loaded for my usage.

On speaking to the executives, they said they do not have any evidence of the fact that i had started the services from my end but they are enforcing the fact on me that i have...

I booked an ola cab on 29/03/2018 at 10:30am and the driver agreed to arrive at my location if i provided with my otp number and i did so and the driver left the location immediately and i was charged with the amount (Rs. 52). I requested for a refund and the customer support was very unprofessional and insensitive to the issue and refused for the refund. This is a black mark to digital payment and an example how companies like this loot...

I have a complain against ola driver... He miss behaved with me on phone when i called him to come my location, he told me that i cancelled my ride but i did not... And tell him to check then he talk me rudely. You can also check status of my ride that whenbi cancelled my rride you can also check it on the screen shot which i attached along with my complaint....

Respected sir, through this mail i would like to draw your attention to the problems which the commuters are facing in ola autos, in bangalore, hardly we get any ola auto in few specific areas, the drivers are reluctant to accept the trip request, as a result the passengers mainly the professionals and students living far from their college suffer, bcoz they spend considerable time in requesting a ride but to no avail, it's a very disappointing...
