In Pune during 24th Dec-2017 i have booked outstation cab on 24 hour basis, which has exceed around 2 Hours 20 minutes, for which they charged me one day additonal Rs.3500 additional, whereas there is no guidance or rule available in OLA site while we book outstation taxi

For which i have escalated this to OLA chariman, , after i had discussion from OLA CS, no redressal & they told me, while you book outstation taxi, customer can view all our rules and regulations for exceeding the time line, when i re-booked the same round tour outstation for a day, there is no such information is available for customer and the screen shot of the OLA site i have shared for OLA CS reference, in that it clearly shows, that no informations are available for additinal use over and above the 24 hours, hence my conclusion is OLA is not having any clear instructions for customers for over useage and looting customer hard earn money

For which i need quick redressal and get my money back as well need a compensation for mental agony i had

    I am a resident of ayappa nagar, hoodi, bangalore. I have experienced this a lot of times in this area that even if the ola autos are shown as available in the app, they never accepts the ride. I don't understand this scenario. Is it that the app shows wrong information or is it that the ola auto drivers don't accept the rides even if it pops up in their screen.

    When a ride is shown available, it depicts that a customer can book a ride. What is the point of showing 5-6 autos available in the area if they are not there to accept ride from the customers.

    It is to inform you that there were two cancellation charges levied on me on 22.02.2018 having booking no. CRN[protected] & OSN[protected] having amount of Rs.50 & 25 respectively.In both the cases the driver availability is not nearby that's why I cancelled the booking.So it is request you to kindly look into the matter and refund the same asap.

      I booked an ola cab for my maid who was suffering from very high fever on 25th march 2018 from my home vihanga to langer houz in hyderabad. I left for an important meeting. When the cab broke down, she had to travel for 30minutes to reach back to my home vihanga. After my meeting, i had to attend to my maid and my son both of whom were very sick. Now on 27th when both of them are better, i called ola saying that i was charged for no trip and the app still says on going. I asked the customer care person to cancel and refund the money. I get a response that the money cannot be remitted as i didn't cancel it within 30minutes. I cannot give away my hard earned money for such nonsensical rules which don't consider emotions and people while making such rules.
      The driver took extra money of ₹71 while my bill was only of ₹9. He took it in the name of parking. When i asked him to confirm with the ola customer care. He said he don't have a number whereas previously dis has also happened and d previous driver had d number with him.
      They refunded only ₹9 when i asked for a refund.

        Ola confirmed no car 1432 a/c cab with estimated fare 279/-i told cabby to come to tatamemorial parel. Suddenly ola cancelled that car and sent kp 0996 non a/c cab which i never travel. And charged 279. I don’t know how this was to be cancelled further in the past when share taxi was booked driver told me to come to santcruz bus dept in 10 mts from vileparle east impossible feat i was charged rs 25 for cancellation. What is wrong with ola.

          I booked the Ola sharing cab from Terminal 3 IGI airport. During booking it shows the charge as RS 632 . But driver force us to pay rs 150 extra as parking charge which leads me to pay rs 782 .
          After making payment of RS 782 total but in app is show the payment of RS 632 only. My concern is why the driver charges the customer 150 extra. If he charge it must be added in final payment and must show in app that i paid 782 cash.

            I called him to pick up @ mfar holdings, manyatha tech park. He told the location is showing different location. I informed him i clicked the right location may be the app is showing different place which was 100mts away from my loaction. I requested him to pick up as i was not feeling well, he denied any started using bad words asking me select the right location. I have already raised it on ola app. If proper step is not taken ill take him to the police station.

              Baskar - osn[protected] ola share driver

              Had travelled through ola share last evening. Got billed for 40rs. When i gave a 100rs note, got back 60rs in return.

              There was a fake 50rs note given back. I got notified about it from a neighbouring grocery shop. Immediately gave a call back to the ola driver. He did not turn back and gave reasons that he would.

              I am bringing up this complaint so that an action will be taken rather than continuing to circulate the fake note.

                I bookred a car rental one day in advance for today 9-20 am which was needed for board exam of my family member. Ola takes rs.100/- extra for advance booking. Today they gave me driver details at 9.10 am. But at 9.20 am, when we are ready to start, i found that the ride is cancelled. I have paid excess rs.100/-earlier for advance booking and we are ready to pay it as we know that we may not get it last moment. But ola neither informed me, nor made an alternative arrangement. I had no option to book it again on ride now option. It gave a car which was 20 minutes or more distant from my home. After calling twice to the driver, i realized that we cannot wait any further for board exam and i cancelled the trip. Now ola charged rs.50/- for that cancellation. Now if we book in advance and ola claims rs.100/- for that, why it will not make any alternative arrangement or compensation for that. Instead, they are compelled us to rebook as we do not have any option. Then gives a car which will come after 15-20 minutes late and then it will charge from us?

                  Ola is stealing money on name of tds & taxes:
                  Date: march 24, 2018
                  My operator bill was around 956.01
                  And taxes were around 58.84 so my earnings should be approx 897.

                  When my final payout generated on march 25, 2018: it was
                  Operator bill was 926 and taxes were 29 my earnings were same as before 897.

                  But we can clearly see on name of taxes ola kept 30 in its pocket on name of taxes, disappointed with ola.

                    I need a serious complain regarding one of the ola share driver kanhu charan giri car-"white bolt osn[protected]" with the disgusting behaviour to the customes.
                    Firstly he insisted me to come to his destination rather than to come to mine, secondly when i insisted him to have a turn to the shorted distance which could be better for us but he opted for the gps location and still left us not on our destination and instructed us to have a walk and move. This arrogant behaviour should be taken as soon as possible which is giving the bad remark to such brand.

                    I've booked an ola cab its CRN [protected]. When i booked its show me around Rs. 503 but when I reached my destination its changed me Rs. 808/-.

                    I've asked the same in OLA app but I've not received any satisfied reply. Is there any one who can help me to refund my money back.

                      Bad experience on 18.02.2018 early hours with cab driver name by name mohammad azeem ([protected]) from ola reached my home to pick at 4.10a. M. I have to reach airport at 5.45am to report to catch my flight to vizag to addressed in tech fest of engg college as chief guest. As soon as he reached my home at pragathinager, madhurangar colony. I told him to take me directly to airport as i have to report at 5.45am. I also said, i can pay whatever amount for direct for that he has agreed and immediately collected rs.700/- after driving three kms he said he cant go directly and he has to wait for other two customers to take me to airport via mehadipatnam only and there is no option to drive via orr. When i requested him in an very assertive way that i have to go airport pl do not wait till you get other customers as i may miss flight. He had shouted at me and abused that there is no other way either i have leave the cab or wait with till he get another two customers then i shouted at him that he has cheated to collect the money for direct drop and playing with my emergency situation. As soon as i said this he stopped car near vijay text tiles and abused me and assaulted left on the road. As there is no other option left to me other than reaching airport by booking a cab at that moment. I have booked one more direct taxi via uber the driver by name azam ([protected]) helped me to reach airport on time by driving at 130 to 140kmph. The whole day of my mental trauma and agony is immeasurable. I already lodged a on line with ola

                      No response to mails and complaints it the way to treat their passengers by their driver partners... I am extremely hurt with the behaviour of the driver and i need written explanation from the CEO of the OLD Bhavish Agrawall. Bhavish I am trying to reach you on this you must know what kind of brand image your cab drivers are creating for your organization.

                          I booked ola auto in coimbatore to travel locally. When i completed booking, contact details of a driver popped up. When i called this driver, he spoke with extreme arrogance and told me he'll come only if i pay extra money. I said i won't. On hearing this he just disconnected the call even as i the customer was speaking!! The registration no of this auto was tn66 x 2629
                          After this i booked another auto and called him. This guy flatly refused to pick up saying that it will be difficult for him to get passengers from my drop off location!! The registration no of this auto was tn37 cm 6808. Request you to kindly look into the matter
                          What is the difference between a normal auto and ola service i don't understand!

                            Ola drivers manners is a big concern and so their practices using brand name ola.
                            Manners less and arrogant drivers and i am thinking to go to court filing complaint about ola. As customer we book ola for rides however my personal repeated experience is worst about within city drivers. And i am seriously thinking filing fir against ola to force customers to interact such stupid drivers.

                              On 16 th march morning 4.20 am i booked ola for journey to secunderabad station to catch a train, i was shown a fare of 230 rs first. But after some part of my journey my cab was unable to go due to tire puncture. After that the cab charged 96 rs. But after that there were no direct help provided by ola cab or the driver. I tried booking another cab on their app, but prior to the booking the other drivers cancelled the bookings and money got charged from olamoney wallet (50 rs). Disappointing fact is ola is not accepting their fault or returning any money. On the time of need i was not provided with any help and now when i am trying to contact them they are telling its not their fault.

                                Sir, today i booked a cab through ola in hireing basis.
                                At 10.01 am., online at my home place durganagar kolkata 700065,
                                The cab no wb25h0911, driver name :biswajit ([protected])
                                After booking, driver neither call me nor move from its point, then i contact with him, then he threatened me and told to do anything against him, nobody can do anything against him, i remind him and asked him that i can complain to kolkata traffic police, he didnt care anymore and told again. The behaviour was worst ever, and he denied the duty without any reason. For this driver i faild to do a most important domestic work.
                                Pl look after the matter immediately so that this driver would be banned or as per your rules and regulation.

                                  I got this sms this month and this week tuesday at 11:05 and i'm tried to get an ola cabs at that right movement but while adding coupon code i'm get invalid coupon code error information. Then i'm tried to this same coupon code next day i'm get same information. This is irritating and cheating. As a customer i had this same issue last month.. Pls don't try to fool.. So please check this error and solve this problem too because i love this facility..

                                    Dear team,

                                    On saturday, march 17, 2:14 am, i booked a cab, crn[protected]. From ida cherlapally to chilkanagar on rental basis. While booking the cab rental was shown rs.276/-... For 8kms. But driver wantedly travelled in wrong way and insisted extra amount rs. 350/- from me. Hence i requested driver to show the reading. But driver refused saying that his device is not working properly. But the real truth is he is not the right driver which was alloted to me.

                                    And he dragged me to police station. And i spoke with the officials and they said to driver show the bill and demand for the proper amount.. Wantedly he dragged me to police station so that he can make more kilometers.

                                    And also i did not received proper response from customer care team. And they charged rs. 350/- from me, while in invoice it is showing as rs. 276/-.
                                    Kindly intervene in this issue help me out for my money back.

                                      I am deep banerjee. I have ola accounts related with the number [protected], [protected] & [protected]. Frequently i use ola cab (Share, prime, mini, micro etc). Frequently i take share pass & take ola money. I frequenly use this from ola app & parallel space alternatively. I use frquently and i suggest to my friends and my relative to use this cab. Unfortunately now when i am going to log in from my those numbers to book the car, i am getting a massage, "your account is blocked. Visit support section to know more.". I am just totally confused. I am not getting understand. I have ola money on these number ([protected], [protected]. Recently i hv added ola money on these number. I use ola cab very frequently and smoothly but i have confused for this block. Please help me what can i do? In regular basis, i use ola cab. What can i do? What is the reason for block? All time i cooperate with driver for pick up & drop in my location, i use sharepass and ola money? I pay right amount all time. What can i do???

                                        Cabs never get booked

                                        2. It shows 2 minutes and when we book, cab never lands up on time

                                        3. Sharing is horrible in ola. It always takes you in the opposite direction. We are here to reach our destination on time and not have a mumbai tour

                                        4. Fares are always much higher then uber

                                        Due to this issues i always have to go for an alternative
