I have booked ola cab today at 1.02... Booking was confirmed and driver s yadgiri cab no ts07ub 0903 is on way to pickup point. The driver s yadagiri called me just before reaching the pickup point and asked me the destination. After my disclosure of destination ie kompally the driver transferred the service to another ola cab..
This type of nusance is regularly being met these days..
In this regard i request the concerned not to engage such unprofessional drivers who are damaging the good services we used to enjoy...

    We booked the cab for going to mori gate, kashmere gate for leaving my grandmother to the railway station. She had luggage with her and it was difficult for her to pick it up. I called the driver and asked him were he was and he said" i am on my destinations. But he was not there. Iasked him to bring the car near the house but he said come where he was there. My grandmother cannot walk much. So i said him polietly to come near my house. Then he said how are you talking and cancelled the cab. It was done on17 of march, 2018.

      On 16/03/2018 i booked a ola auto from alwarpet anjaneyar temple to chola hotel bus stop, the ride was assigned to sundarrajan and his contact number is [protected]. Actually the bill amount is rs31. I paid rs29 from ola money and rs2 through cash in hand but the driver asked me to pay extra money and i have paid to him and raised a complaint through ola app the amount was refunded.

      But the same problem continues today (17/03/2018) also i booked a ola auto from my home to villivakkam bus stand. The ride was assigned to saravanan b and his contact number is [protected] actually the bill amount is rs 33. I paid rs 29 through ola money and rs.4 in cash and the driver asked me to pay extra money. They are not accepting the ola money because ola will pay him after 2week so that he ask me to pay extra money. This not our problem. He was the local driver & talking rubbish in local language. We were scared and paid extra rs20 to him. But the money was also deducted from ola money.

      These local driver are not accepting the ola money then why you using that option and making the customer to inconvenience. Whether ola and driver may a play to pluck the money from the customer by using this stupid ola money pay system. Kindly refund the extra amount which was paid by me to that driver otherwise i go to consumer court regarding this issue and you need to face the consequences.

      I have been a consistent user who has no pending dues nor cancellations. Suddenly my ola app stopped working and its been a week now.

      They have blocked my number and i cant even call customer care. they only respond on email giving a standard reply that i have violated Ola policy. no transparency. i haven't misused any service.

        I paid rs.500 to ola credit 2 time on 7th of march but i did not get refund of the money till now. I called customer care many times but they don't have any decency to talk. They directly told me that i have to contact bank. I don't know why they are doing like. This is worst service. I want my 1000 rs back.

          I had took a ola auto ride in the morning which was within 5kms. During booking the fare showed was 29rs but after taking a ride the bill was 118rs. Dear ola customer support see through this issue and i need a refund amount to my account.
          I have even raised a issue about this also i had made a complaint from morning regarding this but still there's no refund yet. Resolve it asap

            Sir the vehicle 🚗 no. Rj02ta2887 against otp 4742 was provided to me to drop me from essel tower, gurgaon to gaur cascades, rajnagar extension, ghaziabad. The driver told me that cng filling stations in delhi are on strike and he doesn't have sufficient gas to drop me destination and dropped me at new delhi railway station and went ahead.
            I have to take another ola cab to reach the destination.
            You are requested to verify the credibility of the driver to avoid such or unlawful activities and inform me accordingly.

              On 15th march 2018 evening i booked ola auto. My network showed that auto coming in 8 min. But not so i called driver he answered that he is not said ok & he told that he is not coming n told me to cancel so i cancelled by giving the reason that driver is not coming towards me. Again i book another auto n received otp. Waited for 10 min suddendly ola cancelled without any intimation to me. Then i booked ola cab. I got messge that cab is coming but cancelled without my fault. Today when i booked auto. I need to give 75 extra because of yesterday fault. Why u fine the customer when there is fault of drivet n ur network. I really lost hope on ur network n this un necessary charge. If this continues people cant trust

                This is a fraudulent transaction on my mother's sbi debit card.

                Date & time: 16th march 2018, around 5.10 pm ist

                From card : 519619xxxxxx9359 - sbi account

                Amount : rs. 9999.00

                Attaching mail screenshot sent by bank for this transaction below.

                "thank you for using your sbi debit card 519xx9359 for a purchase worth rs9999.0 on pos olacabs62398 at pay*www olacabs com txn# 070406."

                Yet to lodge fir with local police statio and will attach the scan copy as soon as we receive the same.

                Spoke with customer care[protected] executive and would drop a mail as well. Please arrange a call back if you need further details. Have shared my number below.

                Please block the money movement for the transaction immediately and would wait for your call or mail for refund of the money.

                  Myself parameshwaran m, had become a victim of fraud call from bank and by asking debit card details and otp, someone had used my debit card of canara bank and tranfser money. I had register a complaint in comissioner office cyber crime, bangalore and at consulting the bank, i came to know that the fraud person had transfer 37, 500 rupees in ola cab. The transaction no is [protected] dated 13th march, 2018 around 5:20 pm. Here i am attaching photo of police complaint and bank statement which shows the transaction no of the transfer and bank account details. Kindly do needful and guide me further to take necessary steps to get my money back, thanking you.

                    I am using ola cab since last 2years regularly ola suddenly blocked my accounts permanently and they can't say me any reason for that they not informd me before it my account's mo no.[protected]
                    When i contacted to help line centre they only advice me write mail to grievance cell when i. Write him they answered me you break company's rule but they can't say which rules broken by me i want to re active my accounts

                      On 30th jan 2018. Some one did some online transaction from my father's sbi debit card and rs. 3598 transferred to olacabs account, as we got confirmation from sbi bank. However i have immediately blocked the debit card and given a written complain to the concern bank as well. When i requested to olacabs regarding the same, they asked me to send the mail from bank's registered mail id then only they will be able to take action against that account. Sbi bank has also sent the complain to olacabs on 13th feb 2018 and after that i am continuously follow up with ola cabs regarding the status update. But i never received any answer from them they simply raise a new request that they have receive my complain. Would request you to refund the amount which has been credited to ola cabs account and wanted to know the detail of that particular account in which amount has been credited. Waiting for the revert from last more than 30 days and never receive any of the detail.

                        I had booked ola auto on 03 feb 18 at 09:18 pm by auto crn [protected] from wanowrie police chowki to shredded lodge in pune which is around seven kilometers, fare shown at the time of booking was rs 59 but after the ride fare came out to be rs 72. I told same to the driver and he said that the fare was system generated, and it is correct. Please check and refund the amount charged extra.

                          The ola driver came and when I was about to board cab he asked me ola money or cash I said ola money he said cancel it i will not go and when I asked what's ur name he said do whatever u want too n came to beat me n said me slangs I too slanged him n before I could beat that ### he left off and ran away. I want this ### driver to get fired from ola services otherwise I am taking severe actions against him I want him to get fired from ola services he don't have way to talk and such a cab driver u guyz are giving to drive just make her fire otherwise am filing a case against ola driver. Just fire him he should get to know whom he had met with. Below is this cab details and driver name kindly make this ### ### ### to get cancelled his driving licence and get off from ola company.

                            I booked an auto from pai layut to brigade metropolis garudacharpalya. Driver said ola company is not paying money & charged me more amount.

                            I had a balance of 33 rs in my ola money account they deducted & driver charged me more.

                            Ola people are playing.. Driver took money as well as ola money deducted.

                            If we request ola you people are not ready for the refund!!!

                            Waste service..

                              Ur driver is worst with his behavior, he charged extra money and received rs 471 + ₹300 as parking charges. As v asked why he gave less change when we have him two boys off ₹500, he answered its parking charges. He misbehaved and created scene at the drop. He even used vulgar abusive words. I wanna complain you to please take an action against this.

                                On dated 12th march 2018 at about 4.10 pm a call received from mobile no [protected] you booked ola, i reply no i am not booked ola i taking rest in my friends house at asansol. After some time latter i got a message rd 75/ deducted from my ola account. I request you please refund that cancellation charge which you deducted as because i am not booked the cab on dated 10th march 2018 i am not saying anything as i cancelled on that day.

                                  On 11 march 2018 in indore nehru park station to bhawani pur colony annapurna i booked ola auto. Estimated price was showing 65 to 80 rupees. After reaching at the point or drop location. It was 102 rs. After that on 12 march 2018 i booked another ride from bhawani pur colony to emrald heights. Estimated price was showing 55 to 75. On drop location it was again billed 102 rs. Why the price was not under in the estimated price 65 to 80. Or 55 to 75, why you had charged over price. Ola is cheating with the genuine customer. Refund my money that you extra charged. Otherwise i will not use ola again. Bc haq ka pesa khao haram nahi., haramiyon

                                      Ola Cab Drivers are Pathetic. They don’t know how to talk to women. My family member was trying book a old cab today evening. It was not even 10mins last the booking time and driver called in and said how long should I wait for you it’s been more than 10mins waiting for now. While on the app it was showing it’ll take more 4 mins for driver to reach the destination. While the location was rightly marked, driver was not at the destination, he was somewhere about 1.5kms away from the destination marked and demanded to come to where he is. Further he said go ahead and complain to Ola Customer Service, they can’t do anything. I’m cancelling the cab do what you want and he left.
                                      Situation: we need can to reach the railways station in time. Who will answer if we miss the train because of services like this?
                                      On the other hand: Ola doesn’t give any support no in particular to this issues. They only have one no which doesn’t even connect and that is there for “safety” related issues. Dear Ola, you’re not god or parents or police so we go to you when there is a safety issue. We will directly approach Police so stop being over protective towards customers and work on setting right the drivers behaviour. I’m gonna lodge a police complain if I don’t see a formal apology as I’ve written a compliant to Ola via so called “notify” option. God knows how helpful it is in cases like this.

                                        I was trying to book ola share for my mother from 2.00PM on 13th March 2018, Finally after 2 drivers cancelled trip, I managed to book a share at around 3.00PM.
                                        After so much trouble for booking cab, the driver got drop location different from actual drop location and he had dropped my mother at an unknown location. I contacted ola customer care but I got straight forward answer that they will reimburse the trip cost but they cannot help anything more.
                                        My mother was stranded in some random location. I had ask some landmarks from her and searched that location in maps and had to book another uber for her.
                                        The inconvenience caused was not explainable.
                                        I asked the ola support executive to book another trip and complete the trip for the cost I booked the trip, but he insisted I will be charged extra for no fault of mine.(on top of so much inconvenience caused). This was totally wrong way to deal with this issue.
                                        I did not expect such crap service from Ola.
