I had booked ola auto on 03 feb 18 at 09:18 pm by auto crn [protected] from wanowrie police chowki to shredded lodge in pune which is around seven kilometers, fare shown at the time of booking was rs 59 but after the ride fare came out to be rs 72. I told same to the driver and he said that the fare was system generated, and it is correct. Please check and refund the amount charged extra.

    The ola driver came and when I was about to board cab he asked me ola money or cash I said ola money he said cancel it i will not go and when I asked what's ur name he said do whatever u want too n came to beat me n said me slangs I too slanged him n before I could beat that ### he left off and ran away. I want this ### driver to get fired from ola services otherwise I am taking severe actions against him I want him to get fired from ola services he don't have way to talk and such a cab driver u guyz are giving to drive just make her fire otherwise am filing a case against ola driver. Just fire him he should get to know whom he had met with. Below is this cab details and driver name kindly make this ### ### ### to get cancelled his driving licence and get off from ola company.

      I booked an auto from pai layut to brigade metropolis garudacharpalya. Driver said ola company is not paying money & charged me more amount.

      I had a balance of 33 rs in my ola money account they deducted & driver charged me more.

      Ola people are playing.. Driver took money as well as ola money deducted.

      If we request ola you people are not ready for the refund!!!

        Ur driver is worst with his behavior, he charged extra money and received rs 471 + ₹300 as parking charges. As v asked why he gave less change when we have him two boys off ₹500, he answered its parking charges. He misbehaved and created scene at the drop. He even used vulgar abusive words. I wanna complain you to please take an action against this.

          On dated 12th march 2018 at about 4.10 pm a call received from mobile no [protected] you booked ola, i reply no i am not booked ola i taking rest in my friends house at asansol. After some time latter i got a message rd 75/ deducted from my ola account. I request you please refund that cancellation charge which you deducted as because i am not booked the cab on dated 10th march 2018 i am not saying anything as i cancelled on that day.

            On 11 march 2018 in indore nehru park station to bhawani pur colony annapurna i booked ola auto. Estimated price was showing 65 to 80 rupees. After reaching at the point or drop location. It was 102 rs. After that on 12 march 2018 i booked another ride from bhawani pur colony to emrald heights. Estimated price was showing 55 to 75. On drop location it was again billed 102 rs. Why the price was not under in the estimated price 65 to 80. Or 55 to 75, why you had charged over price. Ola is cheating with the genuine customer. Refund my money that you extra charged. Otherwise i will not use ola again. Bc haq ka pesa khao haram nahi., haramiyon

              Myself parameshwaran m, had become a victim of fraud call from bank and by asking debit card details and otp, someone had used my debit card of canara bank and has tranfser money. I had register a complaint in frazertown police station, bangalore and at consulting the bank, i came to know that the fraud person had transfer 27500 rupees in ola cab. The transaction no. Is [protected] dated 13th march, 2018 around5:20pm. Here i am attaching photo of police complaint and bank statement which shows the transaction no of the transfer and bank account details. Kindly do needful and guide me further to take necessary steps to get my money back, thanking you.

                Ola Cab Drivers are Pathetic. They don’t know how to talk to women. My family member was trying book a old cab today evening. It was not even 10mins last the booking time and driver called in and said how long should I wait for you it’s been more than 10mins waiting for now. While on the app it was showing it’ll take more 4 mins for driver to reach the destination. While the location was rightly marked, driver was not at the destination, he was somewhere about 1.5kms away from the destination marked and demanded to come to where he is. Further he said go ahead and complain to Ola Customer Service, they can’t do anything. I’m cancelling the cab do what you want and he left.
                Situation: we need can to reach the railways station in time. Who will answer if we miss the train because of services like this?
                On the other hand: Ola doesn’t give any support no in particular to this issues. They only have one no which doesn’t even connect and that is there for “safety” related issues. Dear Ola, you’re not god or parents or police so we go to you when there is a safety issue. We will directly approach Police so stop being over protective towards customers and work on setting right the drivers behaviour. I’m gonna lodge a police complain if I don’t see a formal apology as I’ve written a compliant to Ola via so called “notify” option. God knows how helpful it is in cases like this.

                  I was trying to book ola share for my mother from 2.00PM on 13th March 2018, Finally after 2 drivers cancelled trip, I managed to book a share at around 3.00PM.
                  After so much trouble for booking cab, the driver got drop location different from actual drop location and he had dropped my mother at an unknown location. I contacted ola customer care but I got straight forward answer that they will reimburse the trip cost but they cannot help anything more.
                  My mother was stranded in some random location. I had ask some landmarks from her and searched that location in maps and had to book another uber for her.
                  The inconvenience caused was not explainable.
                  I asked the ola support executive to book another trip and complete the trip for the cost I booked the trip, but he insisted I will be charged extra for no fault of mine.(on top of so much inconvenience caused). This was totally wrong way to deal with this issue.
                  I did not expect such crap service from Ola.

                    Dear ola,
                    I have booked two cabs on saturday and sunday 10th and 11th mar 2018.
                    Saturday charged price : 269 inr
                    Sunday charged price : 322 inr

                    Booked from : [protected]

                    My queries
                    1. Sunday before booking i get the expected price 270 inr but i charged 322 inr.
                    2. Saturday and sunday i travelled same location but still price changed (Distance < 15 km and i tool ola micro services.
                    3. When i asked my detailed invoice and price breakups. Then ola officers denied me to provide price break ups.
                    4. When i raised ticket through email then i got response in 1 hr that every thing is correct and your payment is justified without any explanation.

                    As i know delhi high court has summoned ola for over pricing and not proving invoice break ups. So if i will not get any proper response within 24 hr then i will add police complaint.

                      On march 3rd, i had booked an ola auto.
                      Auto driver said that he will not accept ola money & i have to pay full cash after completing the ride. He said that ola company is taking 65% of the money & giving 35% to the drivers. If this is the case, in future customers will face lots of problems if drivers do not accept ola money. No one will book ola cab or auto.

                      Again on march 9th, my uncle booked an ola cab.
                      Cab driver said that he will not accept ola money.
                      Also, at the time of booking the bill shown was rs.750 but the driver cheated by taking rs.1500 after completing the ride. If he accepts ola money, there will be no chance of cheating. I am very upset with this.

                        I booked an ola outstation cab on march 11, 2018 at 9:30 am from pune to lohagad. It was showing rs. 2990 as expected fare for a 24-hour return trip.

                        I completed my trip at 12:59 pm the next day (March 12). So, from 9:30 am, march 11 to 12:59 pm, march 12, the total number of hours were 27.5. We exceeded 3.5 hours in our 24 hours package.

                        But ola charged us for two days (48hours), instead of charging just for the extra hours.

                        Instead of paying around rs. 2990, we paid rs5480 just for a 140km return trip. This extra money they charged me is just because of their hidden policy.

                        This is a fraud because they didn't mention this policy anywhere before booking or just after the booking the cab. If we were aware of this policy, we would have come back on time or booked it through any other service

                          I am victim of pathetic service by ola cab drivers & frustrating service/replies by their call center agents.

                          Incident one : 24th nov 2017

                          Below mail sent to ola call center

                          This is to bring to your notice for another worst & horrible experience faced by me today while booking ola-shuttle cab.

                          Arriving time of vehicle was 8:17 am as per booking and i reached the pick up place at 8:12 am but the vehicle didn’t arrive. I kept waiting till 8:45 am but didn’t see the vehicle. I call up atleast 5 times to the ola driver ([protected]) to check the status of vehicle but there was no response from the driver.in mean time i call up call center number ([protected]) also to complain about the driver but there was no response.

                          Why the vehicle didn’t reach the pick-up point as per the payment confirmation?

                          Why driver didn’t pick my call?

                          Why driver details are shared in sms confirmation if the driver don’t want to pick calls?

                          Why there was no response from call center number? Is this the way you treat your customers. There was no call back also.

                          Why still any action has not been taken against such pathetic driver?

                          What about the mental harassment given to me by such untrained & unprofessional driver?

                          Why my time was wasted if driver didn’t want to pick me up?

                          Why there is no proper service from ola-shuttle cabs to avoid such situations?

                          Want answer to all my questions else i will be forced to take some legal action.

                          Have attached all the driver details and sms details for your ready reference and action to be taken. Have also attached all my booking confirmations.

                          Arrange for my refund of 85 rs asap without any further reminders.

                          Incident two: 01st sep 2017

                          This is to bring to your notice for the worst & horrible experience faced by me on 01-sep-2017 while booking share ola cab. After my booking, driver took 20 minutes to confirm me the pickup. He kept me waiting as he was picking up someone one else from some other location. Later after 20-25 minutes driver refused to come to the actual location and told me to reach some other nearby location as he was not able to find my pickup location.

                          When i asked for the reason he suddenly confirmed that he has reached the location which he was lying.

                          After few minutes i got sms that my booking has been cancelled as the waiting time for pickup has expired. Refer the below screenshots for your ready reference.

                          When i call the driver to ask for the cancellation he refused to speak to me and was arrogant also. He said i can take any action and compliant to ola cab which he is not bothered at all.

                          Why driver fooled me and wasted my so much time if he don’t want me to pick up?

                          Why still any action has not been taken against such pathetic driver?

                          What about the mental harassment given to me by such untrained & unprofessional driver?

                          Want answer to all my questions else i will be forced to take some legal action.

                          Have attached all the driver details and sms details for your ready reference and action to be taken.

                          We are sorry to know that the driver partner did not come to pick up for the ride osn[protected] and was unprofessional.

                          This is not the level of service that we expect to provide our customers. Please note, we have a different team which works in regard to the partner issue; hence the complaint has been notified to the partner operations team. A necessary action will be taken against the driver partner. We understand that a stringent action and further training are required to improve our service level.in this progress, we would require your co-operation and valuable feedback.

                          It seems the money making and fool making business plan and trapping the people with lots of promises and milking candidate pockets. Ola cab drivers are highly irritating & unprofessional. Even after so many complaints, ola company is not bothered to improve their services and they don’t take any strict action against those pathetic drivers.

                          Request you to please check with ola and arrange for compensation towards mental and physical harassment caused.

                          Also i would require an apology from ola along with compensation for the mental harassment given to me.

                            Driver dropped at wrong location and kept on asking for hard cash even we have ola money in account. It was so unsafe for my wife and baby as he dropped at wrong location. Pathetic service by ola and their call center support.

                            I called the driver also and he said “jo karna h kar le, jahan complaint karni h kar le”

                            Are you guys serious?

                              Yesterday i had a bitter experience with ola cabs i booked a ola from dunlop bridge in kolkata and after several minutes of waiting in roads as i was busy to attend the meeting of my office i hurriedly booked a cab the driver was very rude at the beginning and said if i can cancell the trip later when i onboarded, not a single kms i passed he charged me rs 175 said i booked only this route.. I said i am supposed to go to park circuss to my office meeting.
                              He was so bad tempered that he talked with me said nothing can hamper if i mail. I said i will mail about that he said nothing will happen.
                              I had hardly rode 10 minutes rides i want refund of the amount.
                              Please resolve it as aerly as possible.
                              My Ola account has been blocked without any notice however i didn't violate any terms. Please let me know why my account had been blocked.

                              Also i've around 500 ola Money in my account.

                              In a regular ola customer and using the app for years. Please reach out to me at your earliest convenience.

                                I (Bapi biswas) had booked ola on 9.03.18 from bangur institute of neuroscience, kolkata to sagar dutta hospital, kolkata. The driver did not come to the location which i said him over phone and he cancelled without coming there.

                                I had to give the cancellation fee for the immature driver. I think ola company should take action for the bad driver and refund my money.

                                    On 7th march 2018 i booked a share old cab from 5/23 dover terrace, ballygunge kolkata to 60/2 james long sarani, audi bagan basti kolkata. I awaited for around 30 mints driver asked me to come to the main road as he was not able to find out the lane. So i went to the main road and he was constantly saying that he is reaching in 1 mins. But after waiting for 10-15 mins when i called him he misbehaved with me using many slang words he said he will cancel my ride and will not come. The crn no. Osn[protected]. Driver name: santosh.                                       Driver asked me the otp when he reaches the pickup point, when i tried to enter the cab he asked me not to enter saying that he got some other pickup.

                                      Now i can see that my ola app shows rs.56 charged to me for the ride.

                                      Proof. Please check he trip duration in ola for this trip. It started and ended within 1 sec.

                                      How can trip end in a second?.
                                      I booked my share cab to drop me near sathyabama university Chennai but the driver dropped me in totally opposite direction just by saying that this is my selected location

                                        I anita gandhi am a lecturer and working in haryana govt school.
                                        I am having my salary account in state bank of india ballabgarh (Haryana) branch.
                                        Today somebody-mr rahul sharma called me (On 12/9/17 at 4.05 pm) on my mobile and told that i am an rbi employee and posted in noida.
                                        He used mobile no - [protected] which is now off.
                                        He asked me about my sbi card details very cleverly, unfortunately i believed on him (Due to rbi employee) and told my debit card details with otp (Received on mobile).
                                        Actually he said that he is going to link my debit card with adhar.
                                        He cheated me and with drew total amount of rs 50000/ approx. From my saving account and utilised in different wallets.
                                        Detail is as follows
                                        Airtel money
                                        Amount with drawn= 9998/ date= 12/9/17 time=4.15 pm trans id=[protected]
                                        Ola
                                        Amount with drawn= 9998/ date= 12/9/17 time=4.16 pm trans id=[protected]
                                        Kindly help to get refund of my money and take corrective action as soon as possible so that he can not use this money.
                                        Also teach him a lesson so that he can not cheat some body else in the same fashion.
