I was in a hurry and i paid for one of the past trips 5 times via upi id, created on ola app.
Only the sixth payment succeeded.
It's been 40 days since the payment, but the first 5 payments are yet to be refunded.
I have raised this multiple times on email to ola customer care, with proof but they have not reverted yet.

Does anyone what and where i should raise this?

Dear team, i have booked ola suv services yesterday at 1700 hrs in advance for cab at 2045 hrs from new bowenpally, secunderabad to rajiv gandhi intl. Airport as my daughter along with her luggage (3 large suitcases & cabin baggage) and my grand son aged 4 years. Yesterday i had booked ola cab 3 times but all the time unfortunately same cab had been booked and all booking had been cancelled by driver named niraj choubey.
At last 3rd booking i called driver to come and pick me but he refused to come and talking very rudely.

I booked a cab in ola and while i was waiting for the cab i get a message that you will be charged rs50 for cancelling the cab when i didn't even cancel the ride. This is no way if your driver is cancelling the booking yhen they should at least have the audacity to inform me and i should not be charged if the driver is cancelling the booking. I booked OLA cab from Hyderabad House, Shamshabad (Telangana) to Hyderabad International Airport (RGIA) on 22nd Feb, 2018. The distance between the two locations is 7.9 Kms (9 mins journey). I have pre book an Ola mini cab by selecting option “Ride Later” on 25th Feb, 2018 at 17:55 IST and schedule for 25th Feb, 2018 at 22:30 IST.

This is a kind request to the company for you’ll to make sure the ola auto’s accept requests for pick ups! Sometimes due to heavy traffic they deny their duty and ask us to get down before the drop location.
Sometimes they just do not accept it even though on the ola map there are many auto’s available in that particular area.
It is so difficult for students to book one auto. Especially in the koramangala, bengaluru...

My Parent's Ola account was suspended last month, when I inquired about it I got to know it was system related issue of some unknown violation and they can't re-activate. My parents are Senior Citizens and need OLA service. I requested OLA multiple times but no response. I kindly request you to please escalate it and email me for any other specific details.

I have benn using ola for a long time for its good and little punctual service. But recently and especially after 2018 am able to observe ola autos charging me extra (I. E apart from the estimated travel cost). When i questioned them regarding extra fee they usually give many laymen reasons like odd hours, that ola has diverted his direction to my place from very distant place, ola's share is more than what the drivers get per travel etc...

This is to inform that on[protected], i booked cab from rgia, hyderabad to manikonda. Wherein the amount was shown as 500 and odd. Once i got inside the cab and reached my home the driver demanded rs. 700 odd. When i called the customer care they very up professionally said that the additional charges are for parking and toll gate.

I am a regular ola customer and use a couple of cabs almost everyday. But in hyderabad near deloitte towers p jagannath road it is a very challenging task to book a cab or auto, they don't accept request boss den what the hell they do they do with ola cab or auto? Finally customer has to search for sharing auto.
Please take strict action against them or cancel their license. Hope u guys ll look into the matter....
