Dear all,
I am saibal bursary, owner for one commercial car. My car is running in ola last since 8th may 2017 to till date. My experience is very, very bad, actually this company is fraud in the world.
I informed to all partner and owner, please don't attach the own car in ola. Chiting to me rs, 20000.
So please anyone help me.

    I wanted to complaint related a mishappening happened to me. On friday 5th jan 8:30pm i left my phone in the ola cab by mistake and when later i tried to contact to the particular cab driver then he gave us the misguided response and tried to make us fool by giving irrelevant contact numbers. And till now i haven't got my phone. The name of the driver is arun gahlot and the car number is hr69c2533

      I travelled from vashi to airoli with ola on 9th jan 2018. I forget my purse in the car and within 10min after my drop, i called the ola driver for the purse. He told me to collect the purse from nearby location and i collected the purse from the mentioned location, after checking, i found rs 2000/- (2-500notes, 4-200notes and 4-50notes) was stolen from my purse. Ola refused to take our complain. Driver shamelessly refused his theft. Pathetic and worst service by ola. They are big thieves. If possible plz return my hard earned money.

        I wish to bring to your notice that ola a private taxi service agency is looting the people in the name of peak hours charages. Today i travelled from mahagun metro mall to great indian palace for which the actual travel cost is rs.160- incl tax. But i was charged rs.305 stating that is peak hour charges and the pricing is called as dynamic fare. These private taxis are looting common public like us and we are suffering heavily because of them. I request your goodself to kindly look into this issue and order for necessary and immediate action. Kindly consider this as a plea by public and not by an individual.

          I have taken a ola share ride in gaziabad to great india place mall the total km i have traveled is about 15 km so the fare has to be around 160 but the ola charged 305 rs so i need an explanation for this in convenience and i want you to refund my money which has charged extra, i had so much trust in ola but this experience of mine made very bad impression on my opinion soo kindly customer service people solve this problem

            In the october month 2017 i booked a ride from delhi chor bazar to shahdara the gym. I booked a ride but driver told me that i will not come you can cancel, so i was in hungry i canceled now they are charging rs.25, now when i concern with ola customer care no. ([protected]) they refused to cancel that eligation and yhey are saying that i have to pay even that was only drivers fault. So please solve my problem even last tym you solved my problem.[protected] from this no. I registered on ola. N my name is rahul munjal
            When I booked ola cab the distance was small and the fare was approx 70 rupees so he refused me and used abusive language i[censored] want I have recorded his little bit conversation.

              We booked ola cab from marina beach to asif briyani restaurant in thousand lights on 24th dec evening between 6.15 pm - 7.30 pm. Whilst booking, we couldn't select asif briyani & hence selected express avenue as drop off point. But when the driver came after 30 mins delay, we explained the driver that the drop off point wasn't available and hence we selected ea. But we wanted drop in asif briyani in thousand lights which is just around the corner from ea. The driver accepted and started the journey. While travelling he moved his driver seat so backwards and hence we asked him to move his seat forward. He refused for it and said he is quiet tall and cant drive if he moves his seat forward. He isn't as tall as he was claiming as my husband was so tall like him. We also know the seating position etc., the ola driver's response was so rude and he kept on refusing. Finally he stopped in ea and asked us to get off. We asked him to drop us in asif briyani and he said that this is the drop off point in the booking. When we referred our conversation whilst starting the journey, he refused to listen to us & started talking so rudely. Ruthlessly he wanted us to get off. We were totally 3 women (One of the lady was 7 month pregnant as well), 3 children & 1 man. Ridiculosuly he asked us to get off in the middle of the road instead of asif briyani. Then we refused to pay him and got down and complained to traffic constable in the incident spot. Then the traffic constable has to warn the driver, spoke to ola customer services & he arranged an auto for us to drop us in asif briyani. It was such a worst experience for us with ola. We will never recommend this cab company to anyone. We travelled in this car registration number - tn09 cc 5938. Travel date is 24th dec 2017 between 6.15 pm - 7.30 pm

              I hope that someone can take action on this driver and hence in future customers wont be affected by him

                The ride was taken at 07:22hrs with a ride time of 17min with reference to the crn no [protected] dated 8-1-2018 the distance covere6.3 kms driver name: mohd ahmed the charges deducted from my ola money wallet is rs 1010.00 which is abnormally high and there is no response from ola to my complains

                  I was taking ola auto ride 'to and fro' between the areas 1st cross, murgesh palya, nanjareddy colony and indiranagar, 100ft road.
                  I was taking these rides regularly between 18th nov 2017 utill about 2 dec 2017.
                  On applying the discount rates for ola auto with code "bgl29", it always costs me rs 29 per ride.
                  And the drivers were following the same routes during to and fro directions.

                  During such regular travels, on 6 instances, ola has charged me excess amount. Since i do not have option of booking another ride without paying, i had to pay whatever they had over priced!

                  Details of over priced rides are as follows :

                  Ride date : 28 nov
                  Bill amount : 38 rs

                  Ride date : 24 nov 2017
                  Bill amount : 47 rs

                  5) ride crn : [protected]
                  Ride date : 18 nov 2017
                  Bill amount : 35 rs

                  6) ride crn : [protected]
                  Ride date : 1 dec 2017
                  Bill amount : 35 rs
                  Please find all listed rides' invoice screen shots attached with this complaint.
                  And later, i lodged complaints to ola support.

                  For all of the above listed tickets, ola took no necessary actions.
                  On 3 tickets, ola promised that they will revert the amount to my credit card. But no such transactions happened till date.
                  I also repeatedly inquired with my citibank credit card department. And they also confirmed that there is no reversal/revised/cancellation transactions initiated from ola company.

                  And when i asked the ola support again, they just closed all my complaints/tickets abruptly and provided no resolution/justice.

                  Hence here by, i log an cheating case to ola company for overpricing without no reason and did not even bothering to take responsibilities for the concerns being raised by customers.

                  Hence i am approaching consumer court for proper justice.
                  I want all the excess amount paid back to me with interest!

                  Hi,

                  I had taken two rides through ola on 4th August, one in the morning and one in the evening. In evening, the first ride was cancelled by driver and I booked another ride on ola. On his arrival, he asked me OTP and I had shared with him

                  When I reached the destination the driver had asked me 752 rs for which I had done the payment through cash and the same amount figure was reflecting on his phone and same on mine as well. On checking the bill after few days, I noticed that app was showing that ride as cancelled.

                  I had reached out to customer care and they said that the driver had converted this ola ride to private ride.

                  Due to a bug in their system, driver is playing well.
                  I requested the ola team to generate the bill for the same as I had got the notification that my ride was completed and I had made the payment but they denied by saying that they cannot find the record for the same.

                  They are not even trying to understand my concern but they are believing that I am lying as I don't have the justified proof. The only point is how could the customer know that driver had changed the ride to private one when we are sharing the OTP and getting the notification for the same that ride is completed.

                  Therefore, i am approaching consumer court to look into case as this has not only happened with me but with many more people as well..

                  In return I only want the bill for the same.

                    I have travelled today two times and use ola auto to my destination point... I use to book ola for many times but today felt very bad... When i booked ola auto today, pickup and drop fares charged extra... Driver said that he charge extra 10 rs and am ok with that but they charged 15 to 20 rs... Its not a good thing... Am very disappointed and i feel very bad for that... Today they charged extra 40 rs for both pickup and drop... Please look into this...

                        We are regular user of ola cab, on[protected] at 2:30 am, we booked cab origin kashimira mira road mumbai destination nallasopara. Vehicle 4 wheeler renault logan number 1167 came and dropped at the destination, during the ride our cell was kept on the dash board, unfortunately when we got down the phone was left on the dash board. We called the number [protected] at morning 4:20 it was ringing this went on 3 times from 4:20 am to 4:21 am once again we tried to call on again at 4:23 the phone was not reachable and also stated as out of coverage area.

                          I booked an ola, it showed 29 rupees ride estimate. I asked the driver to follow the route. I got down before my actual destination, because i knew it may charge me more, because the driver has no sense of driving. It charged me 50. I called customer care and they said they will send me message and refund. I dint get any message! Even unable to call the support, shows already exhausted max time of complaints.

                          This extra charge and wrong route has happened 4th time in a row. Wanted to withdraw my ola money, since i don't want to avail ola ever, but there also it's showing extra fee to withdraw.

                          Shame on ola...

                            I cannot log in with my old ola account.
                            My old phone got stolen and now i am using a new mobile in which i installed ola app and when i try to sign in with my old phone number it says that i have logged in with my phone number in many phones which i have not.
                            Please help me with this problem as the driver cannot contact me.
                            This is a very serious issue man i need your help fast.

                              Hi, i have booked an auto on 1st january around 7.30 pm ist. My phone battery was about to die and i had to leave as early as possible. I called the autodriver just to confirm if he is coming or not (He was showing just 1 min away from location). He confirmed he will be coming in few seconds. I trusted him and came out of my apartment. (Please note i had to handover keys to someone else for some reason). Even then i called him second time to be 100% sure, he told hi has reached. I came out of my house and waited for 10 mins there was no auto. I started calling him again - once his phone was busy, then he picked and saide he will be there in 5 mins. I waited for 5 mins and then again called him up, this time he told me to cancel the ride and book a new one. At that moment, my phone battery died. I was alone there helpless, unable to call anyone, unable to book an auto again. It was dark and the only option left with me was to walk till main road and catch a bus. I was totally traumatized that day. I am not able to explain the disgust i felt on ola. Very bad experience!!!. (Note:- fares were touching sky on 1st jan-2018) crn [protected]
                              Is Ola cab have no responsibility..? my train had been missed due to driver has been denied to pickup at schedule time. there should be ola take action against it.

                                    I called driver about same, first he denied, thereafter he switched off phone, i tried frequently, some time switched off some times no reply.in app ola gives limited options for help in such cases, and seems they do not take any responsibility at all. All the options they are giving is a link to call the driver. That no i already have and he is not picking/switching off.

I was expected to pay 145 and 201/ got deducted from my ola money. This is the height o[censored]nprofessionalism and cheating on behalf of OLA to the customer

                                      We have credit the amount of rs.21692 in our ola manoy account but ola team block the our amount for use of withdrawl and he use the name for security reson last 3 days and again ask your kyc are not updated.
                                      We have already updated the kyc last 1-2month in ola app.
                                      I need to request we have requred compassion change rs.300000 with ola depot for wrong information provide to me in our app on time.
