      It was terrible experience i had last night with ola.. Driver dropped me at middle of the way and he said he can't drop me to my location he said it is dangerous area.. I was unable to call ola cab customer care it was unreachable.. I believe ola customer care is not available at night.. So finally i had to call 100 police and they convinced the driver but still he denied to drop me.. I wasted more than one hour standing on the sarjapur road at night 3 oclcok and driver said he won't end the trip he asked me to cancel the trip and i didn't have option to cancel it.. So i was unable to book another cab.. Why the hell you hired such kind of # driver who doesn't care for their passenger..

        I am so pissed off with the services ola provide. There are several instances where i got confirmation for my booking let it be ride later option or ride now but at last minute even after first call to driver where he says coming but deny. The drivers are so casual as if they are giving free service.

        Many times my pickup is for an urgent reasons though that should not be the reason.

        I would like to tell the quality of drivers and the services ola is providing is pathetic and useless with no customer satisfaction. You guys should close your shutter and chill.

          I booked ola cab from panjab university to paryavaran bhawan chandigarh on 18th december, 2017, 05:13 pm via crn number [protected]. I applied coupon wow49 and my bill was supposed to be rs 49 which was deducted from my ola money. However, on reaching the destination i was asked to pay an additional amount of rs 37 and my total bill came out to be rs 114. I submit my compliant twice but no action was taken from their side.

            Hi everyone,

            I would like to inform you that ola cab are hiring and calling drivers from up and bihar state as they work on very low wages and they give cars to drive but they don't know how to speak with the customer they cannot speak in marathi our state language and not even they are educated so they don't know how to use gps service when we ask them to do something they start argument with the customer and start abusing, regarding this one incident i kept receiving threating calls from the driver and i made complaint to the ola customer support but they have taken driver side an blocked my account.

            I have written 100 email to all the email address which they have but i don't get any response even their ceo are not bother about this issue and they are not responding to any consumer forum which i have raised on ola cabs, yesterday i received call and they said you go anywhere do whatever you want we cannot unblock your account, mr yogesh reddy from ola escalation department is liar he gave fake promises and just want to end call with the customer

            I have raised 2 consumer forum cases

            But they are not even bother to respond to this complaints i really need consumer forum to raise this issue and help me as the customer as i want to stop this things as ola is really an biggest fake company they don't have any contact details for grievances department

              I booked a ride for my mom from indirapuram ghaziabad to ber sarai delhi.
              Total amount deducted from my ola money was rs840 (790rs for ride and 50rs for previous cancellation charge) but driver also took money rs 840 in cash from my mom. I rated worst the driver file comlain from my ola account but i didn't find any response from ola nor any action taken againt driver by ola. Such a disappointment from ola as i am regular rider.

                A series of errors
                1. Went to big bazaar vijayawada at 6 p. M. Your ola guy who bad the voucher had left by 5. Big bazaar desk told me no one had come to avail offer and that ola guy had left because all vouchers had been used.. So who's lying?
                2. After a lot of hassle on my part and big bazaar customer service got a coupon code over phone, when surprise surprise! Ride wasn't free. I was charged 140 rs anyway! Asked if i could switch to auto.. Was told no.. Nowhere were these reasons like only free till 100 rs or offer valid only on micro written in your coupon!

                I am seriously contemplating going to consumer court with this issue.

                I had already sacrificed savings by shopping a day before the sale... I should've at least got a free ride home!!
                Extremely deceiving behavior on ola's part.

                  We've booked a ride in ola today in tirunelveli. But we were not supplied proper service by the driver (Manikandan tn67aj5724) as he cancelled the ride himself saying that we cancelled it. Now ola is charging us extra in our next ride as a cancellation fee. We've booked the ride for 2pm although he saw us he cancelled the ride. He is not responsible as he ended the call while we were speaking to him without any manners. We didn't cancel the ride so we have no need to pay the extra charges as cancellation charges. Kindly refund us the extra charge (Rs50) in our account.

                    On 20/12/2017, i paid rs. 394 [including advance booking fees] for ola trip [crn no..[protected] - micro silver indica a samu driver] from tambaram east velachery main road to sankara netralya, college road, nungambakkam. For return trip crn no.[protected] - hithathulla k driver - 25.8 km 59 mts - i was charged rs.804/ -. This per se illegal for having charged double the fare for the return trip. This undue trade practice must be taken up at government regulatory level
                    Heights of insincerity...disgusting it was...I booked an ola cab in share..and the driver kept misleading us regarding his location...too much

                      Hi, i was shown a fare of rs 38/- while travelling from my home i. E. Mahavir nagar to zakeria road but was charged rs 77/- this issue keeps repeating often sometimes atleast 3-4 times in a month, i am a regular user of ola auto and do not like such things. I did not have a platform to complain about this but now i have so i want to put forward and i want a refund of excess rs 39/- to my wallet. This is my daily route and the rickshaw guy took as per maps, due to which i am being charged extra? Is ithis right?

                        I with my daughter travelled by an ola from my home to capital hospital, bhubaneswar today 21/12/2017. We were upset due to a medical case. He listened all our discussions, while he asked for rs 120/, i gave him ₹500/ note. He misbehaved regarding change and why im not using pat tm and all. He did nt return ₹180/ even. I do nt know how to complain or get back the money so writing here. His mobile number is [protected].
                        A bad experience with ola cab.
                        I have taken a ride of 6kms in which there is no traffic and auto had taken only 15-17min. The fare was Rs.87 and I had paid Rs. 90 and remaining 3left to him as he did not have change. However for first 4kms amount was Rs. 29 and for next 2kms bill was charged to Rs. 58. Is it a joke or what???????? OLA customer support is not helping me.

                          I took an ola auto from banashankari 2nd stage to jaynagar 4th block, which on the app charged 39 rs. But at the time of payment i was charged 124rs by the auto driver. 2 days earlier also same thing had happened. I took auto from banashankari 2nd stage to shankarmutt road, which in the app rs. 39 rs was charged but driver charged rs. 84. None of the customer care numbers or complaint numbers are responding. Kindly help.

                            From last few month, ola app is not working properly while booking cab or auto. I have not received any confirmation while searching and it is showing try again but on background, something has processed and after 10 min ride has booked but meanwhile, i may book another ride.
                            In that situation, the earlier rides i have to cancel and ola are deducting some amount, which they should not do, as you people are failed to provide service to your customer in the right way but still, you are taking money, it seems you are theft from me.

                            Kindly resolve the issue and stop to bloody business.

                              We have taken up an out station duty from velachery, ramnagar to tiruvannamalai.
                              My vehicle no tn 20 cj 5044
                              1. Trip time taken 1 hour and 29 minutes. It should be taken as 2 hrs. But only counted as one day.
                              2. The trip crossed over night. The night charges were not allowed
                              3. Base fare, should be taken for 2 days
                              4 for mini after 15 km the rate is rs 11.20. But it was counted at the rate of rs 7.20/km
                              Virtually it has taken 2 days for us and we cannot proceed with further bookings as the driver was sleepless overnight attending the customer.
                              This trip has resulted in affecting our normal bookings and earnings. So we have lost very much in this trip and the way u have calculated the rates.
                              Kindly allow the revised rates and pay the arrears

                                The amount that will be charged from vidhyapeeta circle to global village bangalore is at max rs 125 in normal autos. Ola estimated fare was rs 151. But at the time when we reached the destination the amount was rs 195 which is absolutely ridiculous. Why should the customer bare the extra rs 70?

                                Do you people realize the value of your customer's money? Being a regular user with your services this is very very disappointing.

But driver has taken rs.1600/- from my guest and did not show the bill to them. I came to know about this incident today when i enquired how was the trip.

                                    You mean: When I booked ola Auto Rickshaw from Ramamurthy Nagar to Hebbal the fair shown to me was 179.But after the ride I am charged ₹283. Please arrange to correct the same and refund the difference. Auto no is 8808(if I remember correctly.

                                      This is the 3rd or 4th time i tried booking an ola rickshaw (In a busy place like a pune station) and all times, i didn't get a single ride despite seeing many ola ricks in the near vicinity (1min away).
                                      I'm a regular user of ola and this sort of professionalism just discourages me from using this app.
                                      I trust you to look into the matter and penalise the necessary.

                                      Ola Auto Rate card while booking the cab was 250 but after reaching the point it was 374 and this is the regular trip which I was using. Request you to provide the details or refund the money.Worst service, also for first 4 km it is 29 but I get charged 374 for 16 km.
                                      Shown different fare nd chrge different..it's very bad for ola... am booked taxi for 40D to chandigarh airport...it shown my 400rs bt charged my 678rs...it's very sharm fil fir ola..no any toll or parking in between route bt they chrged 170 for it...is it good or bad...very disappointed with ola service..my no is [protected]...

                                        I was trying to book an Ola cab but I could not as my Ola credit was due. After paying for the same it was still showing due in the app. I made second attempt and after that I noticed money has been deducted for the first transaction. Later on I got message for deduction of money for second transaction.My money got deducted twice while clearing Ola credit. The amount was Rs 137. How to resolve this problem.
