I had made payment to ola ani technology on 10/12/2017 and submitted proof of sms messages sent to ola against debit to my credit card and email proof also.
On 11/12/2017 i wanted to go to another place i called ola customer service about the payment shown outstanding. They told me to make payment again and double payment will be reversed in 4 working days. So i made payment in good faith and continue with my next ride by making payment of rs 373/- again for same journey twice on 11/12/17 and sent proof of double payment. But even after follow up for 45 days no action by ola to reverse excess paid amount by me. Last week i even sent them email to ola support of my credit card statement as proof. But no reply as on date 29/01/2018.

Inspite of submitting proof of debit in credit card statement, ola is dilly dallying the reversal of double payment made by me in good faith.ola is purposely avoiding to settle the issue .

    Hi,
    I booked ola shuttle from jai ram bhaban to tcs gitanjali (In kolkata) today.
    The scheduled departure time was 8:39 am. There were 4 person waiting at the pickup location. But the shuttle did not arrived, we wait till 8:50 am there.
    We tried to contact with driver, but his mobile was switched off. We already have paid rs. 99 each, and again have to take cab to go to office, i had one meeting from 10 am but i could reach on 10:30 am. It was totally a loss of money and also an embarrassing situation.

    My booking details as snr12165513. Pickup: jai ram bhaban at 08:39 am[protected]. Fare: rs. 99. Shuttle (Wb19j1839 tempo traveler). Driver phone: +91 [protected].

    Hope will get response at the earliest.

    The driver is asking extra bill in petrol bunk the vehicle number is TN10AY8249 AT 25/01/2018 AT02:32AM He filled diesel for Rs.1500 and he is asking the bill for the amount of Rs.2000 they said no but he is telling in all pumps he is getting like that so please be careful with that driver.
    I would like to cancel my credit limit because all my money is being used unnecessarily.

      Today evening i had booked a cab to dropped ambattur ot, venkatasalam street and they have charged me rs 933/. But when i was booking a ola cab the amount was shown as rs 573/- only. While travelling ola driver dhandayutham s (Crn no [protected]) he was asking me to change the dropped point from (Ambattur ot, venkatasalam street to ambattur) because he told destination point was showing near t nagar (That's one of the best ever fraud).

      So i changed the drop point again then i was shocked finally he charged rs rs 933/-.

      I feet really cheat service and driver and i have paid more than ₹ 360/-.

        My ola money account has been debited for ola share, which has never been opted by me. A aum totaling rs451 has been debited since sep 2017, the detail is as under

        Surprisingly, ola people have been quietly debiting my ola money account without intimation through sms, i have noticed this today while looking at my ola money transaction history

        We have booked a cab through ola app. We got message as mohd. Asif is driver, I called his number he said he is on the way, but after some time he cancElled the trip . I request to take action on this driver who cancelled trip without informing us and cutting phone call and wasted our precious time.

          Today i had took a ride from turkman gate to ashoka road and i had paid 75 rupees... But when i was coming back from there the driver don't follow the google map and don't listen to me. I am saying that you are not following the route but he said that gps showing wrong route and with every turn my journey bacame larger and my bill amount become 166. This is how ola driver cheated with me... I must complaint this in the consumer court in this regard. Otherwise, they continue to exploit the innocent consumer who are unaware of the route.
          If any official authority of the ola read my complaint than kindly do something in this regard as soon as possible.

          The actual distance between jama masjid old delhi and ashoka road is just 6.4 km but he took 12 km to drop me on jama masjid from ashoka road near india gate. And the billing amount becomes just double.
          Near dagdusheth, was waiting at the signal since it was red light. Didnot break any traffic rule but got message to be fined for breaking the signal challan number : PTPCHM[protected] for vehicle number MH13AX1907.

          Request you to have a look and take some action since I am not at fault.

            On 26th 2018, i got a fake at 13.55 pm claiming i am from rbi... Aggarwal, your sbi atm card is blocked today due to aadhar card not linked and trying to link the same by providing debit card details including cvv but saying that do not require atm pin and a verification code will be sent. The transaction details are online purchase of rupees 49877.00 at ani tech-payu through state bank debit card ending 1572. Please help me out and revert my amunt.
            Another transaction on line purchase of rupees 19900.00 at mpsa.
            Another transaction rs 10000 at freecharge.

              I have booked a cab from chandapura to bangalore airport. Initially the estimate was showing around rs 1500. But the driver took a different route telling that ola changed the route without my approval. The end result rs 2344 bill with rs 180+rs20 toll in stead of rs 45 electronic city flyower toll. When i reported ola had refunded rs 196. I need justice on this, where i was charged extra. Crn[protected]. The drivers name is swamy gowda. He even had mentioned that, if someone wants to go to airport, anyone can call him directly instead of booking in ola, professional rite? I had a loss of rs 800, which i need the refund.
              I'm having a terible problem with ola cab driver.
              She's in fever and ola cab driver left us in mid way of somewhere we don't know.
              in delhi. so ola company should take some hard steps to resolve it.

              I have recharged my prepaid number with ola money but recharge was pending but money debited .
              After 5 days recharge status still in pending .
              I tryed to contact with ola costumer care but there is no any helpline number.
              I want my money back or compleate recharge .

                Booking ola autos in chennai is an impossible task. Autos do not accept rides and if they do, then they do not turn up and arbitrarily cancel the ride. On 24th jan 2018, the driver of auto b. Jagadeesan (Crn [protected]) accepted a ride from kodambakkam to vadapalani (Otp 9658) and even though he contacted to check my location and promised to pick up in 5 minutes he did not turn up for more than 15 minutes. Then i got a message that the ride has been cancelled (Not by me). Ola graciously informed me that they will not charge any cancellation fee (I think they should instead pay me for inconvenience and delay).

                Instead of wasting money in tv ads extolling ola autos in chennai, they should shut down this service and save their funds.

                  I took a cab from the mumbai international airport to mulund (W) we were two and the booking lady said a mini was booked. Otp 2847 driver noble [protected]- anil kumar. He asked us to pay airport parking ₹100/. The vehicle was not a wagonar as we were told. Fare was to be 388/. But the driver charged us 550/- which included airport parking.in all we paid 650/- the driver is a cheat please refund excess charged.

                    Our company staffs stolen 3, 000 mobiles
                    I asked to manager mr. Ram how can you stole 3, 000 mobiles. But he didn't gave any response to me. This was done before six month when they blocked my id. They installed new application device in my vehicle. After installing the applications in my ola device more than 4 times it had made problems to me. Then i gone to the office and i asked the staffs. And there is a problem between me and the staffs. Then they blocked my device without my permission. I want to take action on ola staffs and they have to unblock my device.                       On 24th jany i booked gab and the fare shown as 126 for trip from vanagaram to alwarthirunagar. But on getting down i was asked to pay 186. You may look your records for my long association with your company. How can there be such large variation? On referring to your support they just refunded 23 i suspect something going wrong in your office. I should get minimum 56 and if not given please note that i am constrained to avail services from other companies. Same day while returning from valsarawakkam to vanagaram fare shown before booking 106 but on getting down it was 109 and i paid driver 110.                       How came this unimaginable excess fare and there should be regulation in such excessive pricing

                          I had booked an ola cab this afternoon around 14:00 from dasarahalli main road to international airport bangalore, cab no - ka41b2987 and the driver name is santhosh c r ([protected]) otp-7154. I want to inform you that the driver had charged me extra 125 for toll gate fees and i am arguing with him and he shouted at me and i am a girl travelling alone in a hurry condition and i am scared of him so i paid him extra. The actual fare was rs-582 and toll fees i pay rs-125 extra, i paid rs-710 in total and he said he dosent even have change so he dont want to give me the change as well.
                          As a customer u should provide good service to us and we expect that from a good company like yours.
                          Thank you and hope you do something about my feedback and would be thankful if i can get my money back.

                            I have booked a cab today at my location and got a msg in ola app that driver has reached there, whereas he was on the other location. Even phone call has made and no proper response from him. Hence i cancelled as my app shows remaining 60 seconds whereas the cab has not reached the location. Driver has called me and used low class language and blamed me. Do teach your drivers as how to speak and behave with the customers. We are paying for everything on your services. I will lodge a suitable complaint and take a legal action against you.

                              This is with reference to Ola Cab booking under CRN [protected] dated 22/01/2018. I had booked an Ola Cab (No. KA03-4201) from my Ola Money account for travel to airport. The driver, Mr. Srinivas Murthy, refused to honour the cab service from Ola Money account stating that he gets cash paid much later from Ola Money and that I should pay him cash. Despite several round of arguments, I could not convince him to carry on. Since I was getting late for Airport, I boarded the taxi and paid an amount of Rs.1000/- (bill was Rs.997) in cash for the travel. I immediately rated this travel as one star (*) and complained about this to Ola. Still my Ola Money balance was deducted. I request Ola Cabs to refund this money and set their Ola money system in order.

                              The driver assured that he will acknowledge cash payment and that money will be refunded to me. Seeing this behaviour, I hindered engaging Ola at Delhi and on my return trip (I used pre-paid taxi at airport).May be Ola should provide an option of payment at the time of journey completion - cash/ card/ PayTM/ Ola Money and not at the time of booking. This will sort out all such issues in future to any customer.

                                On 23rd, 2018, I got a fake at 1.20 pm claiming I am from SBI.
                                he said " I am calling from SBI, your Debit card is blocked due to aadhaar not linked and trying to link the same and asked me to share OTP and debit card details. The transaction is marked as othpg 117490 ANI TECHNOLOGIES PVT gurgaon, dated 23rd Jan 2018. Amount Lost is 9990/- Please help me to revert those transaction amount.

                                  I booked a ride on OLA (on 23-jan-2018), which showed me Rs 20, which booking, inclusive of all taxes and discounts. There was no traffic or divergence of route, but the bill still came to be Rs 38 !! How? They say that "WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU PAY" then whats all this about?

                                  Same thing happened in another ride, Showed Rs 10 while booking, and got charged Rs 27 which any reason !!

                                  They better return the extra 18 + 18 = Rs 36 Bucks

                                  I have lodged a complaint with them as well under the SUPPORT section, but got no response

                                    In a few months my ola account has been blocked 2 times. Today 23/01/18. And also in the month of december. 1st registered number is [protected] and 2nd registered no. Is [protected]. Both of the numbers are registered on ola account and my e - mail id also registered in ola account. My e - mail id is [protected]@gmail.com but ola never share my bill details on my email account. And i don't do any multiple cancelation. Please unblock my account immediately. Because i need my today's bill. I also try on customer helpline line number. But there doesn't show any response. And i use ola too much. I am dependent on ola. Please unblock it as soon as possible.

                                      I booked ola crn [protected] at 1.25 pm today. Received a message stating pickup arrived but vehicle is not seen. Tried calling driver but he didn’t pickup. We found the cab is parked fifty feet from my house and when asked driver why he isn’t picking phone nor came to pickup point, he says his mobile not working. We boarded went for a furlong then he said our booking is canceled and he has another booking and asked us to get down. We refused as we didn’t received any message to that effect. He said he has received one more booking and asked us to get down. We asked him to take back to home and we called customer care. The staff informed that as per their system the booking is on and asked us to give the mobile to driver. After speaking with him another staff came in line and asked us to wait for another cab as now their system can’t track our ride. We were traveling with an infant and it’s an unfair practice of ola, which needs address.

                                        I booked a cab from my friend's phone. The fair was 29 rs when it was booked. When i reached home, i asked the driver how much it was. He took five minutes to tell me the fair, he said it was processing. He held two phones and i dont know what he even did. But when he showed his phone the fair was 57 rs. How is this even possible? Ola is cheating on people easily. Registering a comment may not help us but people should be aware about this too so they can raise their voice if this happens to them.
