I am a regular user of your services, within various cities of india. During my last visit to new delhi, i had booked an ola cab, for going from dhoula kuan metro station to vasant kunj. Despite of my various calls to driver, he didn't attended my calls and i had no option, but to cancel the ride, in the meantime, i received a message that, for cancellation of the ride, you have been charged with rs. 75/- or so. After a while, i tried for another booking, the message flashed that, "your services are blocked for multiple cancellations" it is hardly understandable, for a regular customer, for such actions, without evaluating the basic facts, which just took place, due to poor responses of drivers.

Request you, to please re-open my account for further services.

    I'm planning to book an ola outstation cab (Suv) from secunderabad railway station (Telangana) to anantagiri hills (Hyderabad) as a round trip cab. The distance from secunderabad railway station to anantagiri hills (Hyderabad) is 78~80 kms. The charge is 13/km i. E.; 160*13=2080 it is exclusive of driver allowance (300/-), taxes (166/-) now the total trip charge is 2080+300+166=2546/-

    But the ola is charging me 260/- extra it is showing 158 kms while booking but when i'm about to book it is showing 180kms... But actually the distance is 160kms. Please ola can you tell me were the rest 20kms we are going.

    As you should take an immediate action.

    Today morning at around 8:30 a.m when I was going out for work, l found an Ola cab (WB 39B 4429)parked in front of my garage for about half an hour due to which I couldn't take my car out. I'm a doctor at R.G.Kar Medical college hospital and faced great inconvenience due to such inappropriate parking.

      Good day,

      On sunday 10th dec, enroute from colaba, your ola taxi number : mh 03 ch 3129, collided my car from behind and has resulted in damage to the rear end of my car. Driver name sadam hussain, driver lc no : mh[protected]. We want our car to be repaired by ola as this accident has caused damage to my car.

      Have copy of all the driver and vehicle registrations and photos of damage.

      Look forward to your reply. And how you intend to reach out to me and solve this case.

        Sir, on Sunday the 10th December 2017 we had performed journey on Ola cab from BEML 3rd stage to Sony world, koramangala. The distance is only 11 to 13 kms. Your rate per km is rs.6. As per your rate, the charges will be around 66 to 78. But you have charged Rs.315 which is abnormal. I would like to know that you are charging on too high when compared to your rates. This needs your attention and justification. Your early reply is solicited.

          I booked an ola auto from slmy office to my home. I think there were about 3 to 4 drivers who asked extra money. Some denied duty. So i cancelled all my rides. Now my account is blocked for reasons i am no responsible. Now i can't use ola and go home. Iam struck in my office. As i do not have other rental apps. I dunno what to do. When ola asked me why i cancelled, i gave driver denied duty.

          This is not my mistake. Please help me solve this.

            Today i book cab from noida sec 59 near i enezizer... When talk to driver he asked to me that iwill pay cash or ola money.. I said i dont have cash.. I have ola money... He said in the moring i will only take cash... And asked me to cancel my ride.. I was in hurry so i did not said anything to him.. But took another cab and on he way to home for complait against that driver i call ola customer service no.. Auto voice said call 33553355 for complaint.. So i called that no but it said you have insufficient balance.. But i have vodafone 56 days plan. So i dont know why that auto voice said that... But i was feelling lost... And #ed up... This is ridiculous... If driver is not accepting payment from ola money then why the # ola ask me to put money in... Im feelling sucked up... I need apology from ola now... And stop making fool of people on he name of ola money... That driver was peace of #...

              They charged 500 for tolls when it should have been 100. Post the complaint they reduced it to 300 but they not explaining why is it 300 and not 100. The driver accepted payment of 2650 and he falsify claiming accepted only 2600. Bad ola rental experience. The driver went out for his personal work during break time at destination and the company is expecting us to pay for driver's extra kms for his personal work

              He already drunk and misbehave with me .

                I had booked ola mini on 10dec for journey at 10am on 11dec17 from bhilai to tatyapara road (Raipur), which was duly confirmed, details rec'd driver sameer [protected], white indigocg07t3558, but without information this drive was cancelled by the driver on 11dec at9.45am while we were waiting for it, matter may please be treated seriously as my son had to miss exam, it has become totally unreliable

                It has become with OLAY Cab drivers in Guwahati that they refuse when told them that the money will be paid through. I had happened to me three times in row. If it is not taken care I will be forced to remove the OLAY App.

                  I have travelled from pallavarm to mount road on 11 th december. 17. When i booked the cab the indicative price was 340. When i closed the vehicle it was rs. 649.. The distance was 21km. There is no traffic. How this is acceptable for rs. 30/km. Even this very simple small car (Mini). What basic the charge has been decided them self. Whether they are following any rate as per government norms, i require the clarification for this.

                  I booked a ride from Nehru Nagar to bank of india, chromepet branch. OTP was 7869. Was informed the pick up will be in 7 minutes. I called driver as 15 minutes has passed. The driver was very rude saying he will come in his sweet own time. I told I will complain to OLA. To my utter shock he cancelled the trip as if to say that I can do nothing.

                    I was travelling in my car and this cab driver hit his cab at the backside of my car. It was his mistake and started shouting at me for no reason. He started abusing me with bad words. No damage has happened to both the cars and still he started shouting and shouting! Being a women driving alone at night, i felt very offended. These drivers should get a training on how to behave before getting in to the car!

                      I booked ola on 6 dec 2017 using my brothers cell ph. While booking the fare amount showed was 707 rs (Vikhroli till ulhasnagar). After reaching our destination i got busy removing my luggages from the car. My husband asked the fare amount to the driver and he replied itz 707 rs which my hubby paid it in cash, whereas the actual amount was 643 rs. I got to know about the correct amount later as it was booked from my brothers cell ph. I am a regular user of ola and such incidents are making me loose faith in ola services. I have attached the required screenshot of the journey.
                      I had booked ride in advance 2 hrsyesterday but driver has cancelled the ride after reaching us as he refuse to go to destination. Drivers name is jamal shah.

                      Please take strict action against him.

                        I have been using ola for the past 3 years and i have been regular user and have been paid more then 30k.. You people have given me credit without i asked and used it very genuinely. I paid every time without delay... Then why on earth you people have blocked my account. I have received a mail that i have a outstanding of 300 to be paid but iam not able to login to clear it. Could you please explain me what policy i have violated

                          Ola is the bakwaaj services in banglore. Fully dam experience from ola cabs in banglore. Kaise company drivers ko select krti hai kya pata. Ola drivers k pass gps technology hone k baad bhi un ko location serch krne mey half hour jata hai. Koi driver ko location ek point select kia online toh woh support nhi krta raat k 2:30 baje luggage lekr chal raha mai aisi ghatiya service hai ola cabs ki. Terriff agar 82 charge kiya toh ₹ 90 pay krne par bhi ₹8 return change nhi dete drivers bangalore ola k. Utna hi nhi aadmi agar long journey krk native place par jana chahta ho aur mobile discharge ho toh charger plug ki bhi suvidha nhi hoti ola cabs mey. Mera banglore to pune ka train ticket sleeper coach ka ₹ 284 tha. Aur one hour pehle book kia ola cab fir bhi woh ek ghante mey drop n kar saka driver railway station par muze. Aur ola ka tarriff ₹ 294 tha. ₹ 294 ola cabs ko paid kia but samay par usne kbhi n pahuchaya. Aise two times hua banglore mey. Aur ek baat banglore mey koi bhi ola cabs book karo kbhi bhi weh time pr drop nhi karte. Aur other state ka prsn ho toh harrestment hoti us customer ki.. This is each and every time bad services from banglore ola cabs. Maine cab cancel kia toh ₹ 50/- muz se fine liya ola company ney but two to three four times bad services k report dene k baad bhi time pr drop n krne report dene k baad bhi kbhi ola cabs ko unhone misbehavior and other mis services k liye refund or cashback nhi kiya company ney.
                          My Account has been blocked on 7th Decemeber. I want to know the exact reason other than that I have violated Ola terms. The concerned ticket number is #76403448. The customer support just says that I have violated Ola terms . I want to know which Ola term I have violated .

                            Ride estimate was given as rs 1083
                            On contacting the driver mr laksman
                            He told us that he is at tt dader and
                            Would take 10 minutes to reach our
                            Place. When he did not reach our
                            Place at rustomji we contacted him
                            On his cell to know reason then he
                            Inquired where you would like to go
                            We said we have. Confirmed booking
                            For vasai and ride amount is fixed by
                            Ola rs 1083 we regret to inform that
                            The driver. Told us no immediately
                            Saying that for vasai return ride is not
                            Available and hence booking. May be
                            Treated as cancelled we were surpris
                            Ed that our booking has been cancel
                            Led by cab driver without knowledge
                            Of your company so also we did not
                            Receive any message from you as well

                            We have ultimately booked taxi from
                            Uber to travel vasai which please note

                            We seek your return communication to
                            Our satisfaction as we are very much
                            Annoyed with the manner in which we

                              The ola application kept running in the background even after i tried to close it down because it was taking too long to search for a cab.in turn a cab got book even after i closed the application (There was no notification sent either saying a cab has been booked). Cancelling the ride cost me a cancellation fee. I should not be charged for a cancellation fee if it's the application that is not working the way it should have been.

                                Hello,

                                I do not know why ola have stopped trusting its customers, this is the second time i am travelling with ola.

                                I was a permanent customer for the uber but seems i have to switch over again to uber.

                                Yesterday i had a ride to noida to my company, i selected cash mode of payment, i added money in the ola wallet after the trip has been started, the driver told me you have to pay in cash as ola money will not work as you have added the money after the trip has been started.

                                At the end of the trip i was getting late for my meeting, i gave the cash to the driver and got out.

                                I found i have paid double as my ola money was also deducted from my wallet i paid rs 1300 for rs 646 trip.

                                The right approach - the driver should have called back and gave back the payment right away for the cash taken.

                                Now when the investigation is going on the driver has denied on call, that he has not got any cash payment and the company believed it, rather then believing its customer on the first had basis, they have shown there loyalty towards the driver who has lied.

                                In order to earn money, the drivers do lie and the company trust them blindly, not its customers which should be there first priority.

                                I will broadcast this message to all for not to travel in ola again.

                                  Hi, ola cabs fooling people at least in pune. Cantonment toll charge is 30 inr for one trip but on the same toll they are billing people 60inr.
                                  Not sure since how long this loot is going on but they are earning extra 30 inr per trip which is huge amount if we calculate in terms of volume of trip. I have raised the concern with ola but they are saying its 60 for which i demanded the receipt. No answer yet as i speak. Please help to stop this loot

                                    Hi, myself mrs. Madhubala s k, had become a victim of fraud call from bank and by asking debit card details and otp, someone had used my debit card of state bank of india and transferred money to www olacabs com gurgaon. I had register a complaint in chinchwad police station, pune and at consulting the bank, i came to know that the fraud person had transfer 9999/- rupees to ola cab. The transaction is marked as othpg 127151 pay www olacabs com gurgaon, dated 7th dec 2017 around 11 am. Here i am attaching photo of police complaint and bank statement which shows the transaction no of the transfer and bank account details. Kindly do needful and guide me further to take necessary steps to get my money back, thanking you.

                                      My ola account is login by some other devices from some suspicious person. I found this as suspicious activity, and then they booked a auto. I got a text, in that i saw a driver name manjunatha ([protected]) and received auto information (Bajaj-re ka416515) and it no. (Otp-5911) some how it was cancelled, and again booked by suspicious person and served by jayarammaiah received bill of 29rs, once again booked and served by shekarappa received a bill an amount of 103 rs. And right now i'm unable to login to ola app. Please clarify me and reimburse my money into my wallet. I want clarification and i want to maintain a privacy of me. This is a shame full activity. I[censored] not resolve this complaint i'll take next step which is required. Thank you

                                        On 29 nov 2017 i hv booked a cab through ola n driver denied to come bcz the payment mode is not in cash. Immediately i requested him to cancel n the driver asked me to share the OTP to cancel..As i was in rush n have shared the OTP..the driver started the ride n with in 5 min closed the ride n my ola money was deducted about 490 rs. Immediately i have raised the complaint through mobile app..on 7 dec 2017 i called ola customer care n they are saying personally we need to call them in 3 days after the issue n the money is not refundable. After giving complaint through app i didnt receive any call from ola which they generally do.the booking details are CRN number [protected] on 29 Nov 2017. Please help me in this regards
