On 20/12/2017, i paid rs. 394 [including advance booking fees] for ola trip [crn no..[protected] - micro silver indica a samu driver] from tambaram east velachery main road to sankara netralya, college road, nungambakkam. For return trip crn no.[protected] - hithathulla k driver - 25.8 km 59 mts - i was charged rs.804/ -. This per se illegal for having charged double the fare for the return trip. This undue trade practice must be taken up at government regulatory level
Heights of insincerity...disgusting it was...I booked an ola cab in share..and the driver kept misleading us regarding his location...too much

    Hi, i was shown a fare of rs 38/- while travelling from my home i. E. Mahavir nagar to zakeria road but was charged rs 77/- this issue keeps repeating often sometimes atleast 3-4 times in a month, i am a regular user of ola auto and do not like such things. I did not have a platform to complain about this but now i have so i want to put forward and i want a refund of excess rs 39/- to my wallet. This is my daily route and the rickshaw guy took as per maps, due to which i am being charged extra? Is ithis right?

      I with my daughter travelled by an ola from my home to capital hospital, bhubaneswar today 21/12/2017. We were upset due to a medical case. He listened all our discussions, while he asked for rs 120/, i gave him ₹500/ note. He misbehaved regarding change and why im not using pat tm and all. He did nt return ₹180/ even. I do nt know how to complain or get back the money so writing here. His mobile number is [protected].
      A bad experience with ola cab.
      I have taken a ride of 6kms in which there is no traffic and auto had taken only 15-17min. The fare was Rs.87 and I had paid Rs. 90 and remaining 3left to him as he did not have change. However for first 4kms amount was Rs. 29 and for next 2kms bill was charged to Rs. 58. Is it a joke or what???????? OLA customer support is not helping me.

        I took an ola auto from banashankari 2nd stage to jaynagar 4th block, which on the app charged 39 rs. But at the time of payment i was charged 124rs by the auto driver. 2 days earlier also same thing had happened. I took auto from banashankari 2nd stage to shankarmutt road, which in the app rs. 39 rs was charged but driver charged rs. 84. None of the customer care numbers or complaint numbers are responding. Kindly help.

          From last few month, ola app is not working properly while booking cab or auto. I have not received any confirmation while searching and it is showing try again but on background, something has processed and after 10 min ride has booked but meanwhile, i may book another ride.
          In that situation, the earlier rides i have to cancel and ola are deducting some amount, which they should not do, as you people are failed to provide service to your customer in the right way but still, you are taking money, it seems you are theft from me.

          Kindly resolve the issue and stop to bloody business.

            We have taken up an out station duty from velachery, ramnagar to tiruvannamalai.
            My vehicle no tn 20 cj 5044
            1. Trip time taken 1 hour and 29 minutes. It should be taken as 2 hrs. But only counted as one day.
            2. The trip crossed over night. The night charges were not allowed
            3. Base fare, should be taken for 2 days
            4 for mini after 15 km the rate is rs 11.20. But it was counted at the rate of rs 7.20/km
            Virtually it has taken 2 days for us and we cannot proceed with further bookings as the driver was sleepless overnight attending the customer.
            This trip has resulted in affecting our normal bookings and earnings. So we have lost very much in this trip and the way u have calculated the rates.
            Kindly allow the revised rates and pay the arrears

              The amount that will be charged from vidhyapeeta circle to global village bangalore is at max rs 125 in normal autos. Ola estimated fare was rs 151. But at the time when we reached the destination the amount was rs 195 which is absolutely ridiculous. Why should the customer bare the extra rs 70?

              Do you people realize the value of your customer's money? Being a regular user with your services this is very very disappointing.

                Driver by name prasanna kumar was very rude and he was unprofessional with me and our family which was really unhappy and he himself was saying to cancel the ride and he cancelled it.
                Finally we booked the other cab and we reached the destination place

                If you keep these kind of drivers in ola will damage your brand very badly

                  I have booked taxi for my family in 4 hr and 40 km on dated 15 dec 2017. As per bill detail crn[protected] bill amount was rs. 1381/-. But driver has taken rs.1600/- from my guest and did not show the bill to them. I came to know about this incident today when i enquired how was the trip.
                  Kindly look in this matter. I have been using ola taxi regularly.

                  You mean: When I booked ola Auto Rickshaw from Ramamurthy Nagar to Hebbal the fair shown to me was 179.But after the ride I am charged ₹283. Please arrange to correct the same and refund the difference. Auto no is 8808(if I remember correctly.

                    This is the 3rd or 4th time i tried booking an ola rickshaw (In a busy place like a pune station) and all times, i didn't get a single ride despite seeing many ola ricks in the near vicinity (1min away).
                    I'm a regular user of ola and this sort of professionalism just discourages me from using this app.
                    I trust you to look into the matter and penalise the necessary.

                    Ola Auto Rate card while booking the cab was 250 but after reaching the point it was 374 and this is the regular trip which I was using. Request you to provide the details or refund the money.Worst service, also for first 4 km it is 29 but I get charged 374 for 16 km.
                    Shown different fare nd chrge different..it's very bad for ola... am booked taxi for 40D to chandigarh airport...it shown my 400rs bt charged my 678rs...it's very sharm fil fir ola..no any toll or parking in between route bt they chrged 170 for it...is it good or bad...very disappointed with ola service..my no is [protected]...

                      Hi,

                      I was trying to book an Ola cab but I could not as my Ola credit was due. After paying for the same it was still showing due in the app. I made second attempt and after that I noticed money has been deducted for the first transaction. Later on I got message for deduction of money for second transaction.My money got deducted twice while clearing Ola credit. The amount was Rs 137. How to resolve this problem. Kindly help me with the procedure.

                        I was using the ola app booked a cab but all of the sudden it got cancelled but i was in touch with the cab driver even i told him it got closed automatically i still travelled in the same cab at the end he charged me 200rs there is some mistake now i paid 50rs. It was very unprofessional and sad that you are over charging for your mistakes! I believe if you want customer satisfaction do your best and don't over charge please design in an user friendly manner don't extra charge for the mistakes! I'm never gonna install this app anymore because that's how i was blown away by your tactics to earn money! Have a snack from the money which you took (By cheating the customer)

                          I was charged badly while travelling in ola app.. Dey didn't even respond to me.. Wen i called customer care for help.. Is dis way to charge common people.. U necessarily... Shame on ola app... Nd da driver was impolite.. Driver was money minded no value.. For money... Shame on customer care... Nd money laundering type of ola driver... Nd fraud snatching type of money payment... Shame on ola policies nd terms... Shame on ola founders...
                          I was charged more than expected. The estimated price was 203 but I was charged 273. Also driver took parking charge of 71 rupees which was nowhere listed while booking.

                            Ola is a big fraud company. Even if we select "cash" option while booking the cab, they will deduct it from "ola credit".. Thinking its on cash, we will make the payment to driver and after the drivers collects the payment and leaves we will get the bill message saying its debited from "ola credit".

                            We don't have option to fetch the driver number. If we call and send emails to customer care, they will say driver said payment is not done.. And we will end up paying twice..

                            Frauds!! Cheaters..

                              I am a regular user of your services, within various cities of india. During my last visit to new delhi, i had booked an ola cab, for going from dhoula kuan metro station to vasant kunj. Despite of my various calls to driver, he didn't attended my calls and i had no option, but to cancel the ride, in the meantime, i received a message that, for cancellation of the ride, you have been charged with rs. 75/- or so. After a while, i tried for another booking, the message flashed that, "your services are blocked for multiple cancellations" it is hardly understandable, for a regular customer, for such actions, without evaluating the basic facts, which just took place, due to poor responses of drivers.

                              Request you, to please re-open my account for further services.

                                I'm planning to book an ola outstation cab (Suv) from secunderabad railway station (Telangana) to anantagiri hills (Hyderabad) as a round trip cab. The distance from secunderabad railway station to anantagiri hills (Hyderabad) is 78~80 kms. The charge is 13/km i. E.; 160*13=2080 it is exclusive of driver allowance (300/-), taxes (166/-) now the total trip charge is 2080+300+166=2546/-

                                But the ola is charging me 260/- extra it is showing 158 kms while booking but when i'm about to book it is showing 180kms... But actually the distance is 160kms. Please ola can you tell me were the rest 20kms we are going.

                                As you should take an immediate action.
                                Today morning at around 8:30 a.m when I was going out for work, l found an Ola cab (WB 39B 4429)parked in front of my garage for about half an hour due to which I couldn't take my car out. I'm a doctor at R.G.Kar Medical college hospital and faced great inconvenience due to such inappropriate parking.

                                  On sunday 10th dec, enroute from colaba, your ola taxi number : mh 03 ch 3129, collided my car from behind and has resulted in damage to the rear end of my car. Driver name sadam hussain, driver lc no : mh[protected]. We want our car to be repaired by ola as this accident has caused damage to my car.

                                  Have copy of all the driver and vehicle registrations and photos of damage.

                                    Sir, on Sunday the 10th December 2017 we had performed journey on Ola cab from BEML 3rd stage to Sony world, koramangala. The distance is only 11 to 13 kms. Your rate per km is rs.6. As per your rate, the charges will be around 66 to 78. But you have charged Rs.315 which is abnormal. I would like to know that you are charging on too high when compared to your rates. This needs your attention and justification. Your early reply is solicited.

                                      I booked an ola auto from slmy office to my home. I think there were about 3 to 4 drivers who asked extra money. Some denied duty. So i cancelled all my rides. Now my account is blocked for reasons i am no responsible. Now i can't use ola and go home. Iam struck in my office. As i do not have other rental apps. I dunno what to do. When ola asked me why i cancelled, i gave driver denied duty.

                                      This is not my mistake. Please help me solve this.

                                        Today i book cab from noida sec 59 near i enezizer... When talk to driver he asked to me that iwill pay cash or ola money.. I said i dont have cash.. I have ola money... He said in the moring i will only take cash... And asked me to cancel my ride.. I was in hurry so i did not said anything to him.. But took another cab and on he way to home for complait against that driver i call ola customer service no.. Auto voice said call 33553355 for complaint.. So i called that no but it said you have insufficient balance.. But i have vodafone 56 days plan. So i dont know why that auto voice said that... But i was feelling lost... And #ed up... This is ridiculous... If driver is not accepting payment from ola money then why the # ola ask me to put money in... Im feelling sucked up... I need apology from ola now... And stop making fool of people on he name of ola money... That driver was peace of #...
