I am a regular user of your services, within various cities of india. During my last visit to new delhi, i had booked an ola cab, for going from dhoula kuan metro station to vasant kunj. Despite of my various calls to driver, he didn't attended my calls and i had no option, but to cancel the ride, in the meantime, i received a message that, for cancellation of the ride, you have been charged with rs. 75/- or so. After a while, i tried for another booking, the message flashed that, "your services are blocked for multiple cancellations" it is hardly understandable, for a regular customer, for such actions, without evaluating the basic facts, which just took place, due to poor responses of drivers.
