Convinience fees is charged with no transperacy. Customer is not intimated during booking. Almost 50+ was charged whereas route is charged less everytime. Just to make bill settle ment these guys have come up with convinience fees. They call it as point to point service. Poor customer response too without giving resolution tickets are directly set to resolved.
Otp 6180 neither information nor taxi arrived .waited for1 hr
..more than 12 calls
No response
It it's about the complaint of an ola driver who misbehaved with us very badly and the ola authority has not taken any action. Is this the way the customer is going to face such problems with the people.

    I had booked ola from sri satya pramoda kalyana mantapa, national college grounds, bangalore to mallasandra road, t dasara hallii, bangalore at 2.30 pm. I got message as follows
    Paramesh ([protected]) is on the way to your location in a grey etios ka05af1991.

    Once you board your ola ride, please share otp-8070 with driver to start trip.
    First when i called him and he asked which is drop point. I only told him the pick up point, as they generslly refuse to come of the drop location is not in his favourite. He arrived and told me that if i am playing through ola money, he will not come. I am ready to pay cash but i have 500 ₹ note. Gir that he told me to close the door and leave in a rude manner and cancelled the trip and rudely told you can give complaint to anyone.

    A ola bike driver in kota raj. Bike no. RJ20 LS 6568, carried 3 passengers on bike including himself along commerce college road at about 2:15pm. I think 4 is not a great idea on bike without a single helmet.

        Hello, i have booked a ride on 10th feb by mistake have booked a share instead of micro cab after sharing the otp no. I learned to know that it was a share cab i did not even sat in the cab the driver told that he had cancelled the booking from his end and you contact the costumer care they will refund the thinking that i left the cab and booked another cab my money got deducted from my ola account of ₹470. Kindly refund my money back.

          Ear sir / madam,

          With reference to charging of rs. 50/- as cancellation fees for trip no crn [protected],
          We would like to inform you the following.

          On 6th feb, 2017, i had booked for a ride to sodpur from bank of india, topin road.
          After confirmation of the ride i found that pick up point was indicated wrongly by ola as belghoria instead of our actual location i. E. Bank of india, topin road.

          We had contacted the driver and informed the mistake and informed him our lection, nut the driver refused to pick up us from our actual location and preferred wait at belghjoria. Which is around 4 km away from our actual location.

          As it was impossible to reach belghoria, within short period i had to cancel the trip.

          Now that the reason behind cancellation of trip was solely due to wrong indication of
          Pick up point by ola, it will not be justified to charge rs. 50 as cancelation fees on us.

          This is also to inform that ola has some problem in location finder in this area, i. E. Baranagar and its surroundings. Till today my home location at kolkata is not indented by ola. Some times it is showed as in arriadaha some times as in ashokgar which are 3-4 km away from our home.

          Because of which we had to use the services o[censored]ber.

            If ola driver cancelled the drive where we will get help. Ola driver had cancelled my rides 3 times and i have cancel the rides for same driver for 4 times and my id got blocked as per your policy.. You do not have policies for your customers... If you are in service industry you have to give best experience to your customers but this is my worst experience with your service.
            Please consider my complaint as suggestion also.

              When i was blocked for 24 hours.

              I asked for a reason why my account was blocked even when i never made any cancellations.

              If you don't unblock my account within 24 hours. State the reason why and reply with a valid proof.

              I never cancelled any booking.

              Now they permanently blocked me without any reason

                My account with ola has been blocked from more than 2 weeks (May be more). More irritating is that this is done without any reason or notice given prior to this. I want my account released as soon as possible as i'm facing a lot of problems due to this. And i also want to know if there is any issue from my end or have i done something errorneous. Response and resolution awaited asap.

                  Dear sir/madam

                  I would like to bring to the notice that vehicle no. Ka 53 c 2763 with driver mr. Sreenath/chippu (Mob no. [protected]), first after reaching my residence requested for cash payment instead of ola money and also refused to switch on the ride portal citing that he would not be in a position to give a receipt for the the journey. The taxi was pre-booked from residence to airport.

                  Even after he cancelled the scheduled trip, one more trip was allocated which again the driver cancelled.

                  It was horrible experience and request the concerned authorities to take stern action against the driver and keep me posted the action taken.

                    I had lodged a complaints with ola cabs but no response as on date 60 days are over from date of double payment but not yet reversed by the company. I had sent them proof of debit on 10/12/17 and again on 11/12/17 for rs 373/- paid by me twice for one single same journey so as to continue to use their services again as told to me by their customer care division over phone.

                    Also is sent my Credit Card Statement as third proof by E-mail more than 10 days ago
                    But they are not replied or reversed my excess payment made to 0la Cabs.
                    I have booked ola on today[protected].(micro white swift dzire) from Noida to Dhaula kuan.Driver name ( prince sethi).But he take extra amount the actual amount display 501 But he take 700.200 extra in the name of toll.please look into this as serious note and take the strong action against driver.So that he will not make fool to customer.

                      Good afternoon dear ola. I have a book mini micro cab south bihar to najafgarh on date[protected] around 7:00 pm. Driver choose a wrong route i telling a driver you should choose dwaka mood and dawadi mood but driver not accepted the correct location. He force me uttam nager location better for you. This place is fully trafic. Driver not accepted mistake he charged 1600 rs and warning call a police. Sir please kindly refund my wrong charge and punished the driver and unlocked my ola account

                      We booked cab at 0750 am and it was indicated arrival time as 3 mins. Cab did not arrive uptown 0815 and contacted driver who informed it would take further 10-15 mins and therefore forced to cancel booking due to undue delay.
                      I have booked the ride from Collector office Thane to Goregaon IT park. But driver took long time to pick up the call and he cancelled the ride. and didn't pick up the call. I am attaching the screenshot of driver details.

                        I had an advance booking of 9.30am from prestige shantiniketan to malleshwaram (Bangalore) which i did at 8.30pm last night.
                        The driver assigned on calling mentioned that he will take 15 mins more which means 9.45am
                        I called up the call centre and the agent aruna arranged for another pick up which will reach in 5 mins which meant 9.45.
                        I requested her for the waiver of 30/- rs which she flatly refused.
                        I called the other driver assigned who reached at 10.02 mins... Delay of 32 mins.

                        Who will pay for a advance service for a service rendered 32 mins late??!
                        What are u charging for after that half an hour of hassle where i made about 9 calls to get my ride sorted out?
                        Anyone will pay for the ride whatever the amount is as the service is rendered.
                        But who will pay for a service not rendered and that too the ordeal the customer faces??!
                        What are u charging for??!
                        Does ola have any sense of ethics???

                          I am mansi who was traveling in a ola cab with my family in a share car. I booked a swift dzire. The car was broken from every parts. All it glass we're broken.
                          When my father opened the door when the ride was complete. My father's finger cutted down with the car window and all his blood flow down. I got shocked.
                          Can you please help me to root out this problem fast?
                          Hope for positive response from you.
                          My actual travel bill was 546 from the airport to home, however, the total bill came to 890, after payment while checking the details I realized the bill amount of parking fee of 250. Why the hell OLA is charging me for the parking fee.
                          I was booked a cab on rental basis nearby pune at urse, talegaon.
                          but ola couldn't provide cabs on rent at that place. I booked cab on 12 hrs. for Rs.1899/- rent. But i traveled only 8.9km and 67mins. only, ola took 2043 from me. So how should I get my money back.

                            Hello team,

                            I have serious doubt regarding your ola money service. It is my observation since last few rides that, after making a booking driver always confirms whether payment is via cash or ola money.
                            And i usually make payment via ola money to avoid any hassle.
                            Recently i missed my flight due to same reason.
                            On 5th feb 2018, i had a fight at 11:55 p. M. For my hometown, driver named allauddin shaikh arrived at around 10:25 pm. On sitting in cab, he asked "are you paying by ola money?" i answered yes to which he answered that he didn't had cash for diesel and cancelled the ride and took us on a condition that we will pay via cash. I had to agree to the same considering my flight timings.
                            The driver drove extremely slow and behaved in awkward manner during journey
                            Later on under this situation, i had to miss my flight due to all this last minute unprofessional behavior by your driver.

                            Now my question ola cabs is :
                            Why are you having an option of ola money when your drivers don't accept it?
                            Why are your drivers so unprofessional?
                            Is there something wrong with your ola money service? Do you guys make late payment to drivers if payment is via ola money?
                            Will you take responsibility of the flight which i missed? Who will bear the loss?
                            I need serious solution (Via refund) to this and want you to take strict against your driver.

                              I booked Ola ride on January 31 and immediately cancelled it. I was not charged any money towards cancellation. But, an amount of Rs.5499/- was deducted directly from my bank account to Ola on the same day, immediately after cancellation.

                              I contacted Ola customer care and followed all the steps. But till date the issue has not been resolved.

                              Please refund the amount.

                                Dear team,

                                I booked an ola auto on date-04/02/2018, from hadapsar, pune to drop location-manjari railway station, manjari (Bk)

                                Total km covered-6 km

                                At the end of ride, while invoice generated online, i observed that the fare for ride is too much high (97 rupees) collected from me & auto driver told that this is online generated bill you have to pay this full amount.

                                Wrong bill generated.

                                  On 4th feb i had booked micro ola cab from mantri square to mahadevapura along with my family, driver had taken different route which costed me double the charge, in mean while my daughter vomited inside the cab due to bad smell inside the cab, asked driver to stop the vehicle to clear her mouth and dress. And my wife asked to provide waste cloth, while she was cleaning near the seat the driver touched in her right arm first, she thought it would be by mistake and again that baster driver repeated the same, she warned him by stating that mind your work she knows how to clean, which i was not noticed as i was taking care my kids. While dropping driver told to pay rs.418 which is double than what it shown while booking the cab, when i had questioned the driver for the reason, due to pm modi's visit most of the roads were blocked you should ask this with modi, not with me. Is this the way professional driver speaks and attitudes. Later my wife told me about driver misbehavior part and i was ready to file fir against this driver, butmy family members refused the same. Driver name rajesh g, silver color indica veh # 1353. After this incident ola had blocked my account stating that kyc documents required for the same. So ola management is also supports for their partner staffs not for public or woman passengers. Kindly avoid ola cabs booking. Attached driver photo too.

                                    I took a ride from ola and the bill was of rs 340 after the ride i have paid the amount and as per bank statement amount is already credited to ola account but outstanding is still there on my ola account i have raised the issue with ola they have not reverted me than i took the help of facebook after that also they have not reverted after that i posted to the ceo of the company they given me the assurance that the issue will resolve soon but it’s already more than 5 days they are not reverting me and and the outstanding still showing and they are sending me massage that outstanding is due on your account i request the respected person please help to resolve the issue and because of this i am not able to use tha ola services.. And i have to pay extra amount on daily basis to travel which is very hard for me as a comman men and i request you to help me to get compensation from the ola for the harassment and for stopping the service without any issue.

                                      I'm a ola partner. My registered mobile number is [protected]. Ola has applied a fraud panelty on me on dated 28 dec 2017
                                      Many times i've complained in ola office but nobody replied properly. Why i'm panelized. I want the reason. Ola has to settle my account properly. There are lot of issues with their system, i can understand so many partners does not work genuinely but it doesn't mean every ola partner work make fraud with ola... After complaint in registered office of ola in pune at ramwadi. Ola representative told me that ola has 400 reasons in the system that such a issues may happen and they don't share the reason because partners may repeat the process and increase the number of fraud. Personally i do not follow such type of process. I work genuinely, so i should get my earnings properly. Because of this... I stopped working with ola for a month, so many times ola rep's called me to login the car and insisted to make business and help them to satisfy the demand, same time everybody i've told the same story. But nobody replied properly. What to do?

                                        It was a pathetic experience with ola. The driver was just miserable. His name is mohd tarif. He was not able to find the location and was putting the blame on me that i had put the wrong location. I had to reach somewhere on time and i got late because of that stupid fool. I am never ever going to use ola cabs again. Horrible experience! I the driver was so rude that he said that he won’t come to the location, instead we should go where he was standing. He straight forwardly asked me to cancel the ride.
                                        In Vijayawada, Ola charges Rs 29 for 4 km.but for me it is charging high rates
