On 4th feb i had booked micro ola cab from mantri square to mahadevapura along with my family, driver had taken different route which costed me double the charge, in mean while my daughter vomited inside the cab due to bad smell inside the cab, asked driver to stop the vehicle to clear her mouth and dress. And my wife asked to provide waste cloth, while she was cleaning near the seat the driver touched in her right arm first, she thought it would be by mistake and again that baster driver repeated the same, she warned him by stating that mind your work she knows how to clean, which i was not noticed as i was taking care my kids. While dropping driver told to pay rs.418 which is double than what it shown while booking the cab, when i had questioned the driver for the reason, due to pm modi's visit most of the roads were blocked you should ask this with modi, not with me. Is this the way professional driver speaks and attitudes. Later my wife told me about driver misbehavior part and i was ready to file fir against this driver, butmy family members refused the same. Driver name rajesh g, silver color indica veh # 1353. After this incident ola had blocked my account stating that kyc documents required for the same. So ola management is also supports for their partner staffs not for public or woman passengers. Kindly avoid ola cabs booking. Attached driver photo too.

    I took a ride from ola and the bill was of rs 340 after the ride i have paid the amount and as per bank statement amount is already credited to ola account but outstanding is still there on my ola account i have raised the issue with ola they have not reverted me than i took the help of facebook after that also they have not reverted after that i posted to the ceo of the company they given me the assurance that the issue will resolve soon but it’s already more than 5 days they are not reverting me and and the outstanding still showing and they are sending me massage that outstanding is due on your account i request the respected person please help to resolve the issue and because of this i am not able to use tha ola services.. And i have to pay extra amount on daily basis to travel which is very hard for me as a comman men and i request you to help me to get compensation from the ola for the harassment and for stopping the service without any issue.

      I'm a ola partner. My registered mobile number is [protected]. Ola has applied a fraud panelty on me on dated 28 dec 2017
      Many times i've complained in ola office but nobody replied properly. Why i'm panelized. I want the reason. Ola has to settle my account properly. There are lot of issues with their system, i can understand so many partners does not work genuinely but it doesn't mean every ola partner work make fraud with ola... After complaint in registered office of ola in pune at ramwadi. Ola representative told me that ola has 400 reasons in the system that such a issues may happen and they don't share the reason because partners may repeat the process and increase the number of fraud. Personally i do not follow such type of process. I work genuinely, so i should get my earnings properly. Because of this... I stopped working with ola for a month, so many times ola rep's called me to login the car and insisted to make business and help them to satisfy the demand, same time everybody i've told the same story. But nobody replied properly. What to do?

        It was a pathetic experience with ola. The driver was just miserable. His name is mohd tarif. He was not able to find the location and was putting the blame on me that i had put the wrong location. I had to reach somewhere on time and i got late because of that stupid fool. I am never ever going to use ola cabs again. Horrible experience! I the driver was so rude that he said that he won’t come to the location, instead we should go where he was standing. He straight forwardly asked me to cancel the ride.
        In Vijayawada, Ola charges Rs 29 for 4 km.but for me it is charging high rates

          I took a ride on ola micro from ksr railway station bangalore to my home on feb 1st the ride fare is 221₹. The amount is deducted from ola credit which i forgot is activated on that day. At the end of the ride driver collected 221₹ end of the story and i forgot about it but on feb 6th i got notification saying ola credit due date is near which shocked me since i paid the cash.             Dear sir,

            I am class one gazetted govt officer was travelling from fort kochi to kochi airport, which is 60 km from my house. I had flight at 2100 hrs on 05 jan 2018 from kochi airport to mumbai. I had to attend important meeting to mumbai on 06th jan.
            I booked ola cab crn [protected]. The moment i sat in cab the ola driver asked me the money in advance saying he wants to fill diesel. I refused to pay him, since i had online payment thru ola account.
            After an 5 km he asked me to follow some other route not as per ola map for which he said, i have to pay extra amount, if i have to reach airport in time. On refusal he took me to lonely place near bridge at night and threw my luggage on side of road in nala, and ran away. I was terribly in shock, since it was my ola account he cancelled my booking and got my 400/- automatically in his account. I was mentally and physically harassed, since my flight was after 1 hour and i have to go 50 km more. I requested him on call to come back. Which is he didnt attend me and abused. I missed my flight and also meeting even after runing amok to catch flight. I took up case to ola customer care same day, they without informing me closed my case. I was busy and it was my decency that i kept asking them regarding my issue.
            It my sincere request to take action against the driver mr manoj dwhite swift dezire and ola organisation even after 1 month they didnt have any respect to call me and ask. I would request to pay compensation of 5 lakh for harassing mentally and physically to class one officer at night in lonely area. I couldn't disclose my identity due to security issue.

            I am us8ng plan app.on date 02.01.18, applied recharge for my mother-in-law bsnl number from my Olamoney wallet of rs333 data pack. However she did not received data pack and i lost my money. Kindly give back my money of re 333.

              I had taken an outstation trip through Ola on 23-Jan-2018.Even though I traveled only for 165 kms, I have been charged for 220 KMS which is 30-35 kms more than what I'm supposed to be charged. I raised a complaint with Ola but they keep responding that it's confirmed by the driver partner. For quick reference, I'm also attaching a copy of the invoice and route map that the driver took.

                We booked ola cabs rental and we were getting live update about the driver before 10 mins. We were waiting outside for our car for about 1 h. But our rental trip for four hrs has been cancelled. Ola head office agent whom we approached after our trip cancelled, have not provided any of the resolution / response for the cancelation. And it was our first trip with ola cabs. Due to this reason our programme was completely inerrupted. I want an immediate response from ola.

                  I am a frequent user of ola cabs. Till dated 23rd of jan. I was very satisfied. On 23rd jan i booked a cab for my laptop olacab to pick me up from my residence 360 sindh colony, pune to pune airport. Normally i pay about rs.260. But that day i was sent a driver who was not familiar with pune. He put on gsp and was playing with it. Ultimately he dropped at the airport after about 50 minutes against 25 minutes required in the morning. He took us through a route unknown to us. Finally i had to pay rs. 460. I feel the driver was not an authorized driver of ola.
                  Kindly look into the matter. Pl. Keep the good reputation of ola.

                    It's second time they are charging. Why? How? Don't know. Yesterday first time i booked and my phone got switched off so, driver cancelled it. After half an hour a call is there that one more is waiting outside society. Driver cancelled as no otp is there how can i book a cab. I'm trying to tell that person, my phone is not staring but still they charged. Anyhow we are not using ola onwards. I just want to say ask money if you need, don't lie. Return my 100 rs as we are earning it sincerely not like you by cheating

                      I had book ola prime as i want a safe and good ride, but the drive behavior is too bad. He denided to driop upto my home location which i had entered in destination in ola as the road is small. I said i had book ride several times from my home address only and all drive comes upto my home but he said you cannot order me to come you have to request me to come. So how he agreed and come upto one road but still he arguing and miss behaving with me my wife so one that road only i have to stop ride and i preferred walking instead of ola cab. So so bad behavior of driver.

                        Sometimes i book share ola and contact to driver. Driver ask where you have to go and after confirming they cancelled booking in between we waste our time and we don't get any compensate vice versa when we cancel booking then company charge amount from customer. So i am against such rule of company and i want to compensate from company because time value equal to money and further i request to company please take necessary action against on such driver.

                          I have purchased ola share pass for 89rs, which promise me of having share ride at flat rate of 130rs any where in bangalore for 16kms. However yesterday i was booking ride which is for 18km and the price for the ola share shown me was 286 after applying pass, so i tried with my wife's account which does not have the share pass to see if the pricing differs to my surprise for her it showed 242 and a notification saying if you buy the share pass you can take the same ride for 154. The booking time, source & destination was exactly same but still there was a difference. Actually share pass account should get ride for 154 if they are notifying to non share account to buy share pass and take ride for 154rs. This is a serious cheating in white collar. After raising this concern they refunded me 63 rs to ola money, i am not sure y did they do that. But it has to be regulated and penalized for over charging.

                            My account has been suspended by ola...
                            In my account ola money was also available about rs. 1400/- aprox
                            I want my account either working (Non-suspended) or my money back to my bank account or ola account...
                            M totally harassed & dissatisfied
                            Do solve the issue and i need ola money urgently.

                            They said that your account is blocked automatically by the system error don't worry it will be unlock in 24 hrs. But from last 2 days doesn't happen they are fooling me says again and again the same thing.
                            I had also send several mails to them but not a proper rep from their end.

                            I've no more other option to do now to lodge a police complaint against olacabs.

                            Pls solve my problem asap..

                              Ola is reducing the money from my account and providing the share-pass without me asking for it.

                              There is no email or there is no link in their app to provide complaint.
                              Calls to the number[protected] is not getting connected.

                              Please do needed to :
                              - refund the money deducted.
                              - ensure they do not do with any customer
                              - ensure they provide complaint/feedback link in their app and web site.

                                I was going to office and was about to enter in parking. Office parking is at right side, so i need to take bike from left to right to cross the road. And at that moment, an ola cab was coming from opposite side. Driver was driving at 20-30km/h speed. Suddenly he increased speed and about to hit me. I may have crushed into a bus if i wasn't cautious. Please lodge a complain and have strict action against such drivers.

                                      I took ola auto from beverly hills baner to sharda centre. The estimated bill shown while booking was 194 and after the ride i was charged rs 253. The route taken was different as shown in their maps. I prefer to take this route as the highway route shown in their map is not safe and everyday the bill charged for same is around 170. How come suddenly they can charge so much and say the route was different and distance shown in the bill is 19km while actually it is only 12-13 kms. This is totally fooling the customers.

                                        I am very much pained by your professional way of cheating the customers. A concern like you engaged in customer service should have some basic courtesy.
                                        I booked your car for my return journey after seeing the amount for rs 177/_. The driver has selected the route and complete the journey and asked me rs 278/-. When i explained the driver about the hundred rupees sudden hike, he didn't know the reason. After seeing the screen shot copy of the booking, he agreed and told sorry sir, it's management mistake adding that if he went with rs 177 then he has to pay the difference. After getting his reply i paid rs 278/_ an increased amount of rs 101/-.
                                        In the same way, while traveling from my house at 7.15 pm, the amount shown was rs 206/-. As a local person of that area, i showed him a short cut route and the driver himself agreed that he traveled in a very short cut route yearly more than 4 to 5 kilometres. There also he asked me rs 267/_. When i shown the screen shot to the driver, he agreed and blamed the management for such a cheating and left us only after getting rs 267/-.
                                        Daily my wife used to go to office in can only. She used to tell, that though uber is slightly higher than ola, they won't charge even a single paise than the agreed price but ola, always used to claim a higher amount than the agreed amount.
                                        It's not a good practice to cheat the customers like this. This i am telling for the sake of your benefits only.
