I am very much pained by your professional way of cheating the customers. A concern like you engaged in customer service should have some basic courtesy.
I booked your car for my return journey after seeing the amount for rs 177/_. The driver has selected the route and complete the journey and asked me rs 278/-. When i explained the driver about the hundred rupees sudden hike, he didn't know the reason. After seeing the screen shot copy of the booking, he agreed and told sorry sir, it's management mistake adding that if he went with rs 177 then he has to pay the difference. After getting his reply i paid rs 278/_ an increased amount of rs 101/-.
In the same way, while traveling from my house at 7.15 pm, the amount shown was rs 206/-. As a local person of that area, i showed him a short cut route and the driver himself agreed that he traveled in a very short cut route yearly more than 4 to 5 kilometres. There also he asked me rs 267/_. When i shown the screen shot to the driver, he agreed and blamed the management for such a cheating and left us only after getting rs 267/-.
Daily my wife used to go to office in can only. She used to tell, that though uber is slightly higher than ola, they won't charge even a single paise than the agreed price but ola, always used to claim a higher amount than the agreed amount.
It's not a good practice to cheat the customers like this. This i am telling for the sake of your benefits only.
