Hi, i have booked an auto on 1st january around 7.30 pm ist. My phone battery was about to die and i had to leave as early as possible. I called the autodriver just to confirm if he is coming or not (He was showing just 1 min away from location). He confirmed he will be coming in few seconds. I trusted him and came out of my apartment. (Please note i had to handover keys to someone else for some reason). Even then i called him second time...

I book ride and suddenly driver call me and saying me sir u cancel the booking pls i will come to your location and give me only half money of riding, then i cancelled the booking and he does not come to my location and also not pick up my phone..

We have credit the amount of rs.21692 in our ola manoy account but ola team block the our amount for use of withdrawl and he use the name for security reson last 3 days and again ask your kyc are not updated.
We have already updated the kyc last 1-2month in ola app.
I need to request we have requred compassion change rs.300000 with ola depot for wrong information provide to me in our app on time....

I have taken a ola auto raid in bangalore the total km i have traveled is about 7 km so the fare has to be around 80rs but the ola charged 168 rs so i need an explanation for this in convenience and i want you to refund my money which has charged extra, i had so much trust in ola but this experience of mine made very bad impression on my opinion soo kindly customer service people solve this problem

I have booked an auto today evening. The driver came to the point but he went to the medical shop over there. I called him twice. But he didn't pick the call & then the ride was showing as cancelled & cancellation charges are showing as 15rs. Y the hell should i pay the cancellation charges? If i cancelled the ride then it is reasonable to pay cancellation charges!

I had booked a cab today morning from miyapur hyderabad to pashamylaram. The driver on his arrival asked for my destination. On knowing about the destination, he simply said our services are not till this point. On further coaxing he said that he will drop me for 10kms from my present location. I had booked an ola cab on 25 december, at around 3.45 pm. The driver did not come near the pick up point. He was one km away. Am getting calls from the cab drivers and ola messages that ive booked the cab on my number everyday. Yesterday mid night also i got the call.
This is very annoying and troubling.
Ive even uninstalled the ola app still am getting problems calls sms.
Please check who is using my number.
Also multiple charges are applied for my cab booking cancellation which i hvnt done....

26/12/16 i booked a cab.. And waiting for that all of a sudden my phone was not working to track the cab.. When i retried it took another i was so confused n got into the second cab n cancelled first one... Today cancellation charge rs.50 extra has charged. It's really shameful on you ppl.. Just count the ride i ve taken for one mistake you are taking penalty means i'm stop using ola here onwards... Or else i[censored] want customer return my cancellation...

I've booked a cab on 24th dec, 2017 and paid 563/- through ola money. But the driver one, karunakar reddy said he didn't receive the payment and demanded cash and started making a scene at our house. We're forced to pay again in cash. Now the customer care says driver denied the charges so they can't help. At the least i hope to see the driver suspended....

On 21 st dec 2017 i took ola cab from indira gandhi international airport new delhi upto lalit hotel, barakhamba road. The name of the driver was sanjay kumar. After the journey he charged rs 536 as shown on the mobile and debited to my wallet. He also asked me to pay in cash rs 150/- towards parking charges at the airport, for which he produced a computerized receipt.

I have two issue on 14-dec-2017 around 6am
1) issue is with ola money i tried to recharge to ola money bank account debited but ola money not credited same thing issue raised with bank they informed to check with ola.
2) issue with driver shivaraj kumara ola balance was low total cost 115 (7rs was detected from ola money and rest i paid through cash i dont how ola credit was availed) i paid to driver total amount...

Yesterday we unfortunately had a bad experience with the ola driver. He literally misbehaved with us. Crn [protected]. I lodged a complain against the driver by calling customer service.
