Dear sir/ ma'am

In a few months my ola account has been blocked 2 times. Today 23/01/18. And also in the month of december. 1st registered number is [protected] and 2nd registered no. Is [protected]. Both of the numbers are registered on ola account and my e - mail id also registered in ola account. My e - mail id is [protected]@gmail.com but ola never share my bill details on my email account. And i don't do any multiple cancelation. Please unblock my account immediately. Because i need my today's bill. I also try on customer helpline line number. But there doesn't show any response. And i use ola too much. I am dependent on ola. Please unblock it as soon as possible.

    I booked ola crn [protected] at 1.25 pm today. Received a message stating pickup arrived but vehicle is not seen. Tried calling driver but he didn’t pickup. We found the cab is parked fifty feet from my house and when asked driver why he isn’t picking phone nor came to pickup point, he says his mobile not working. We boarded went for a furlong then he said our booking is canceled and he has another booking and asked us to get down. We refused as we didn’t received any message to that effect. He said he has received one more booking and asked us to get down. We asked him to take back to home and we called customer care. The staff informed that as per their system the booking is on and asked us to give the mobile to driver. After speaking with him another staff came in line and asked us to wait for another cab as now their system can’t track our ride. We were traveling with an infant and it’s an unfair practice of ola, which needs address.

      I booked a cab from my friend's phone. The fair was 29 rs when it was booked. When i reached home, i asked the driver how much it was. He took five minutes to tell me the fair, he said it was processing. He held two phones and i dont know what he even did. But when he showed his phone the fair was 57 rs. How is this even possible? Ola is cheating on people easily. Registering a comment may not help us but people should be aware about this too so they can raise their voice if this happens to them.

        I am at my location on last 10 minutes. The driver was also there come. I tried to call him. He received a call but he don't say anything. He say " hello hello hello". I called him three times. I hear him clearly. The driver was at location so time was start and cancellation fee 25rs. When i cancel my ride he call me and asked me where we going on? So i tried to book again but its costly. Ride fare + cancellation charge... I ride many time in ola but its 1st time for me

          I booked a ola cab on fri, jan 19, 11:42 pm from connaught place new delhi to shangri-la hotel. When i book a ola cab and call the driver to reach the location than driver tell me please give me your otp first because i have only 5 mintus to achieve my target. But i not give him otp. Than he reached on my location and pick-up my guest to the shangri-la hotel. He dropped my guest but not close the trip and he was going somewhere alse. He switch off his mobile and my bill was 3 time extra that was showing. I asked my guest also. So i want to request ola oregnisetion please check his call details and refund money. My reg.             The driver don't accept ride request call even when a lot of micro mini old cabs are available at the place.
            My mother is sick. For her i had to book a cab from hospital to home. A lot of cabs were there but they didn't accepted the request call. This was the second time i had faced the same problem as per doctor's appointment. As i was busy so complaing it late. Although it was the day of january 15, 2018. I don't know why the drivers don't accept the call. So please have a look on this problem as it may be a matter of someones life.

                I had booked ride to igi t3 terminal and was shown fare of rs 571. But on reaching the terminal, fare shown was rs 715! They have charged rs 150 extra as parking fees when it was only drop and no waiting was involved. The drop rules at igi allow specified time for drop for free. Then why was it charged and if was to be charged why the customer was not told in advance before confirming the ride. It is downright cheating and hiding fare details and is fraudulent in nature. Ola needs to answer this and refund the amount of rs 150. They must be making a lot o[censored]nwarranted and illegal money through this by duping unsuspecting customers. From now on no ola. Good riddance to a bad and baniya company. They'll not go far...

                Part 2... Here is the image of the invoice/details on a OLA app sent after completion of the ride. You decide whether it's fair to charge posting fees that too as hidden charges.

                  I broked an ola cab today. And i cancelled the cab after around 5 minutes because the driver was late and the driver was late because he was waiting at a wrong location, even when the pick up point i put was right. I called him up and tried explaining him the pick up place, but he didn't seem to understand. So, why should i be paying the fee at all when it wasn't my fault? The fee charged is inr 50! And even if the fee was rs 5, i wouldn't have paid. Because here it was the drivers fault. Please revert back.

                      I have travelled by ola on 6th january 2018 from rajiv gandhi international airport, hyderabad to sainikpuri.
                      As per the initial stage it was showing on map travel by nehru outer ring road which is about 80km, whereas i insisted driver to take the route of mehdipatnam which is 54km from airport. Immediately after starting ride the app was not working and driver charged more i. E rs1463. Actual amount would be rs 850 on higher side. Same was conveyed through ola support but nothing was materialized. They are just taking it as granted.
                      Ola complaint number is 81900054 dated 6th january 2018.

                        I hired OLA cab from Mumbai Airport on 11.1.18 when my Ola money balance was Rs.431.The cost of my ride was Rs.673. When my ride ended, the OLA app in driver mobile showed the payable amount as Rs. 673 whereas the amount should have been Rs. 242 (i.e. 673-431). The driver took from me the entire money of Rs.673 in cash. When I checked my OLA money balance on 16.1.18 it was Rs.0 since ride money was also taken from my OLA account also in addition to full cash payment . I complained this to Customer Care on 16.1.18 where they accepted it was their fault and I was informed they can not access records more than 3 days old so I have to contact the driver. When I contacted the driver he informed me it was a mistake & OLA shall return money to my account. I have not yet received money back in my account and I have been cheated by the company so I would request Ola Cabs to return money as soon as possible.

                          Ola is hiring uneducated drivers they drink and drive today ola taxi number rj20 ta 2826 was blowing horn continuously and trying to hit my bike from behind he was drunk company should take an action against him ola do not check drivers history they give license to them some ola drivers are eve teasers government should take an action against this can service
                          While booking OLA we can see autos around our location in the map even though they are not accepting because of short distance. Urgent transport like to near hospital or to railwaystation they neglet like anything.This service is not acceptable in such a metro city.

                            Today morning i have taken ola drive from ktc nagar to maharaja nagar.. Fare amount is 125.. For nearly 1.5 km.. At the same i have again gone in the same taxi for 7-8km i got same 125.. Day before yesterday it was happened to my friend after he booked a complaint he got back. After paying only you are responding means totally waste for us. Please do the needful.

                                Because at that time mela festival start and a huge people are present here.
                                So driver try to take non ola custmer and ignored call of ola person.

                                  We booked ola cab from oberoi maill exit gate 1, on 13-jan-18.
                                  Driver did picked up phone calls initially, strangly instead of rejecting the call he received and disconnected call 2 times. Finally when i managed to speak to him, informed him to come at the entrance/exit gate.
                                  He parked his car on road and started waiting countdown. Again when i tried to contact him, to check where he parked, he again received and cut the call. Finally managed to find the car and the probkem started.

                                  1) when we asked him, why he did not came at entrance, he responded with bad tone that, ola has given him that location and he can not come in.
                                  2) when i asked him about not receiving phone call, he told ola has informed him not to pickup customer calls and also customer is not supposed to call him
                                  3) when i provided otp and asked him to start the trip he told, he dont want to start the ride and wants to cancel. He started calling ola support and purposefully did not cancel the trip, till the waiting time is over, so that he do not have to bear the cancellation charge, post that he cancelled and cancellation charge was applied to me.
                                  4) i was travelling with my wife and 3 year old girl, he started telling bad words and started abusing. How can he say such things in front of lady and a small kid?
                                  We finally got down and left the cab.

                                    On 1st january we have booked two ola outstation for puri from bhubaneswar. Fare has been showing before journey in both the cases rs. 1754. After the end of the journey one ola driver was paid rs. 1754 and other was paid rs. 2625. Now my complaint is both the driver went puri and completed the journey at the same place. How is it possible that the fare amount of one cab is higher than the other? And it's is higher by rs. 871. Pls resolve this earliest.

                                      I booked ola mini white beat on 13 january 2018 at 1.10 am from new delhi airport terminal 3 to hotel shri vinayak new delhi.

                                      At the time of booking cab maximum fair charges showed round off total rs 469 but i paid total amount of rs.469 - (Paid excess rs.260

                                      I pay extra this is not justify.

                                      The driver waiste my time and misbehave also

                                      I request you to please refund my excess amount. P

                                        Dear sir,
                                        Me and my wife had a very sad and bad experience today afternoon around 12.30 pm when we booked an ola cab at lbs airpor, babatpur, varanasi for our flight. Ola confirmed us by sending message -
                                        "santosh ([protected]) is on the way to your location in a white zest up65ft6403. Once you board the cab please share otp-7087 with driver to start trip."
                                        And the time given was 3 minutes for reporting.
                                        However, we called him and he was very disrespectful and casual tone wise and asked us about our destination. Once we told - mahmoorganj - he quickly said that his cab is punctured and he was getting it repaired. And he will not go.
                                        On reminding him that you must have reported about breakdown to ola or otherwise how they can assign you. He kept silent. On asking that when your cab is broke down - why you insisted to know our destination rather informing us about the condition of your cab. He was again laughing and insulting and did not reply properly. He said - "aap dusra kar lo".
                                        Now see - here we are forced to compare our experiences o[censored]ber (At delhi) with you people that their handling and behavior with customers are of very professional and polite. Whereas this was our 3rd experience of facing rude and cheap behavior / dealing of ola drivers over which it seems ola do not have any control.
                                        We don't know that whether you people shall even bother to acknowledge our mail or any action would be taken to get rid of such mood/time spoilers but one thing is for sure that in such a scenario it seems that ola's survival has got a? Mark in long term.
                                        A highly disturbed/dissatisfied customer.
